About the job

As Divisional Project Manager, your responsibilities will be split roughly 50/50 between supporting the Ocean Division IT business demand process and driving selected divisional projects, generally related to systems and processes. You can expect a variety of challenging ad hoc tasks; this is a position for someone who enjoys a varied role with an open and evolving scope.



You will report to the VP of Business Development in the Ocean Division and work closely with key stakeholders from the Ocean Division Business and Portfolio Units, with the small divisional team, with Group Digital, and with other IT resources within the Ocean Division and across Alfa Laval.





About you

You are an energetic and ambitious person with an ability to see the big picture. You are structured and enjoy working with systems and process optimization. You have strong networking and communication skills and people find you easy to work with. Stakeholder management is one of your strengths, and you collaborate smoothly with both top management and users/application experts at various levels.



You have experience working with IT and business systems. Experience with the Ocean Division and an understanding of processes and market dynamics in the shipping, maritime, and/or offshore industry is advantageous.

About the role

As Quality & Compliance Project Manager you will lead and execute strategic quality & product compliance initiatives that secure safe, compliant, and high-quality products and processes across the Supply Chain Separation Technology (SC SET) organization.
Act as a key driver for continuous quality & compliance improvement and projects, ensuring adherence to internal quality standards, global regulations, and customer requirements. The role bridges business strategy with operational excellence, enabling robust quality governance and proactive compliance management.





Key responsibilities

Lead and participate in cross functional quality and compliance projects and larger activities.

Ensure product and process compliance with applicable regulations, directives, standards, and internal requirements.

Map existing quality and compliance processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks.

Implement structured improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to increase quality performance and reduce nonconformities.

What you know

You hold an academic degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.

You have proven experience leading quality or compliance projects, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain environments.

Formal training in project management (Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred).

Experience with ERP/QMS tools and documentation systems.

Strong ability to interpret standards, regulatory requirements, and technical documentation.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Swedish proficiency is desirable.

About the job

We are looking for a curious and technically driven Technical Designer to join our Smart Separator Systems department in Stockholm. In this role, you will primarily work with marine projects, focusing on system engineering and design.



Your work will involve creating complete system solutions: selecting and integrating pumps, valves, instrumentation, and other components, ensuring compliance with marine standards and legislation, and making sure everything fits and functions as one efficient system. What will you do?
Work content will include:

You will be part of a small team working with projects that span across the Marine division.
