About the role

You will work in the core team as a PHP developer, creating new features, API end-points, fixing bugs, refactoring existing functionality.

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer with a strong technical background to join our fantastic core team. The team consists of five PHP developers and three QA members working together.

We are currently on a journey to transition functionality from our classic platform built on PHP to a new platform built on Java and ReactJS. The core team is part of this journey and you will have the opportunity to learn new skills.

About the role
As CISO, you will own the current process and future development of Quinyx’ data compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that our systems and data are secure, in-line with regulatory requirements. You will work cross-functionally, ensuring the data assets of the business are well protected by identifying and eliminating vulnerabilities and providing security assurances to senior leadership, implementing and maintaining policies such as ISO27001.

What you’ll be doing
Compliance
Lead the organisations Informations Security compliance framework.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision & strategy to ensure information assets and technologies are protected.
Create, operate and maintain a Risk Assessment and Management process.
Make changes and upgrades to our compliance framework together with management and board.
Draft internal policies and guidelines and make sure they are known in the organisation.

Business Needs
Establishes and implements policies and procedures.
Information Security related compliance implementation across the organisation.
Maintain inventory register of all internal assets.

What you’ll bring to the team
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in information security, with a proven track record of managing infosec operations.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks, including GDPR and security frameworks including ISO 27001.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of information security professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you’ll be doing

- Proactively developing, implementing, and improving Quinyx's accounting processes, routines, and working methods together with the Head of Accounting to enable the company's strong growth and international expansion. In particular, actively improve the use and implementation of our accounting system.

About the role

As Quinyx continues to grow and expand, the Corporate Governance Coordinator / Paralegal role has been created to ensure that we remain compliant and organized to support our continuous growth. This new role is based in Stockholm, part of the Quinyx Legal team and reporting to the General Counsel while also working closely with the CFO and CHRO.

What you’ll be doing:

- Overall administrative responsibility for corporate governance across the Quinyx group, ensuring internal archives are appropriate and up to date and that necessary corporate governance actions are defined, managed, and tracked.
- Establish and maintain daily and end-to-end processes of Quinyx employee stock option programs, including issuing onboarding and offboarding documentation and managing internal and external administration (corporate filings, updating cap table/share register) and communication.
- Improve and maintain processes for secondary share transactions among Quinyx shareholders, including documentation, approvals, and administration.
- Manage processes and records relevant to shareholder information (keep mailing lists updated, etc.).
- With input from Quinyx Legal or external counsel, prepare and manage filings to the Swedish companies’ house and assist external resources with filings in other jurisdictions.
- Establish and maintain processes related to Quinyx contractual documentation, including administering updates to agreement templates, managing templates in electronic signing services, and the Quinyx Legal Hub on Confluence.
- Improving processes for the filing and overview of contractual terms, defining the process, and monitoring ongoing compliance.
- Manage updates to internal and external legal information and documentation resources, including the Legal Hub.

About the role:

About the role

As a part of the Finance team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering Quinyx’s financial systems. About the role

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join the Quinyx Legal team, someone wanting to be part of the ongoing build-up and development of the Legal team within Quinyx, provide input and shape it.

The Legal team ensures that we go into and manage business relationships with the best possible legal structure, using a risk-based approach to “identity, quantify, assess and address” legal issues. You will be involved in driving our business forward, optimising our risk and helping your Quinyx colleagues to be even more efficient in relation to legal aspects.

As an experienced Test Automation Specialist with a strong Java technical background, you will be joining our fantastic R&D team to build the next generation of the Quinyx WFM solution. About the role

About the role

As a Solutions Consultant in the Quinyx AI team, you will be the main point of contact to our clients and trusted advisor when it comes to maximizing the value of our AI product and solutions for them. You have a fully functional understanding of the AI solutions and their application to real-life cases. Combining this with your capability to identify client problems, requirements and constraints help you to match & configure our AI solutions for our customers and partners.

What you’ll be doing

- Translate client information (qualitative and quantitative data) into a (re)configuration of our AI solutions to achieve optimal business value.
- Assist the Account Executives with pre-sales where you will join sales meetings and tailor standard demos to showcase the value of our product and solutions.
- Lead data exercises where you are in the race to prove our added value to a potential client.
- To our customers, you will be the main point of contact and you will implement our products and solutions to meet client requirements together with the technical consultant and development team.
- Plan, align, execute and monitor implementation of the projects; internal and external stakeholders management.
- Maximize the adoption of the solution/product by the client and minimize churn after go-live.
- Expand the use of our product/solution across the client’s entire company and explore opportunities to cross- and upsell.
- Provide second line support to your clients.


What you’ll bring to the team

You are a fantastic communicator, ready to sink your teeth in a client (not really of course) and never let go. You are tech-savvy and have an affinity for the world of AI and algorithms. You also have a knack for getting stakeholders and clients on the same page in pre-sales and implementing our solutions/product. Other than that, there are also some other requirements:

- 0 - 5 years of experience
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Business Information Management, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Operations Research
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English and/or Dutch, French.
