The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Developer Team Lead (Frontend) to join our innovative team at ComeOn Group. About you:
Strong experience in frontend development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
Proven experience in a leadership role, mentoring and guiding a team of developers.
Excellent understanding of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Vem är du?

Vi vill att du har en akademisk utbildning inom data- och systemvetenskap, digital marknadsföring, management eller liknande och god erfarenhet från konsultvärlden. Du trivs med att direkt axla ansvar, leda och rapportera till styr- och ledningsgrupper.

För att lyckas och trivas i rollen tror vi att du är van vid att diagnosticera förutsättningar och förflyttningsbehov. Du har god kunskap inom de vanligaste plattformarna och systemstöden som ingår i moderna "martech stacks".
