Your role & influence as Group Internal Control Lead
Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for shaping and strengthening Dustin’s Internal Control framework, ensuring it not only functions effectively, but is fully embedded in daily operations and continuously evolves with the business. Foster a culture where accountability and ownership are embedded in daily operations, ensuring internal control becomes a natural part of the organization’s mindset.


Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of Dustin’s compliance and internal control responsibilities, working closely not only with your immediate colleagues but also with teams across the company, from employees to top management, to make sure we stay aligned, informed, and in control.


Core activities:
Assist in identifying financial and compliance risks across the business, and support teams in linking them to the internal control framework and defining appropriate actions.

Arbetstiden är 10:00-19:00/07:00-16:00 varannan vecka, med en timmes lunchrast.

Huvudansvaret för rekryteringen sker av våra Team Managers på Fulfillment Centre i Rosersberg. Teamet består av 12 Team Leaders och cirka 90 lagermedarbetare. Vårt arbete präglas av samarbete och god sammanhållning.

About the position

As a Revenue Assurance analyst, you have a great interest in learning how to process data and make decision supported solutions. You will work closely with Alice towards numerous stakeholders in the organization to understand, identify and analyse the needs required to secure non occurring leakage. It is also important that you are curious to develop in your role and gradually, aim to step in a leading position of the Revenue Assurance. Currently, we show the business our found deviations in Power BI reports monthly, but also through presentations to the stakeholders. The role includes keeping the current models up to date as well as diving into and analyse new service areas. Revenue Assurance supports all Dustin country locations in the Nordics and in the Benelux.

What does a Contract Manager do at Dustin

As our new Contract Manager, you will be given the training and autonomy to manage the contracting phase of our procurement process as part of the overall Supplier Management process to implement the best possible supplier contract for the business. We are looking for a Solution Architect to strengthen the newly formed Enterprise Architecture team to handle increasing demands on architectural roadmaps and support to initiatives & value streams with solution architecture competence to drive Dustin forward. The Position

In the role as Solution Architect, you will be responsible for roadmaps, designing solutions, implementing new applications and specifying domains for a value stream consisting of several applications, both own developed and best of breed applications. What we are looking for:

We are looking for you who have a couple of years as Solution Architect experience and probably have worked as a developer for some years and therefore have deep understanding of the technical part. It´s meritorious if you have experience in information modelling, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and good knowledge of Azure and solution patterns. Som utvecklare på webben jobbar du i ett av våra tvärfunktionella webbteam. Karakteristiskt för oss är sammanhållningen samt viljan att förbättra och skapa bra tjänster. Online är hjärtat i vår försäljning och står för 80% av omsättningen. Säkra, snabba lösningar som aldrig stannar är av yttersta vikt.

Teamen ansvarar för hela kedjan; från att förstå behov på djupet till design, utveckling och drift i produktion. Det är inte ovanligt med flera driftsättningar per dag.

Vad du gör

Som Sales Advisor ansvarar för en egen kundportfölj inom SMB Mid (Small and Medium Business) med både befintliga och nya kunder med mellan 20-150 anställda. Du kommer att ingå i ett team som har i uppgift att bygga relationer och vidareutveckla nya och befintliga kunder och sälja hela Dustins produkt- och tjänsteerbjudande.

Du ansvarar själv för dina bokningar av möten som du sedan utför fysiskt eller online. För att hjälpa de kunder som har behov av mer avancerade IT-tjänster och lösningar kommer du att arbeta nära ett team av säljspecialister. Som Sales Advisor kommer du att driva egna affärer från början till slut, men också arbeta med kundvårdande uppgifter och uppföljning. I tjänsten ingår det även mycket kontakt med interna stakeholders, bland annat Presale och Advanced Sales.

Vad du har

Färdigheter

Dustin söker nu en integrationsspecialist till Dustins IT-avdelning. Du är en driven person som gillar att arbeta i en snabbt föränderlig miljö. Du tar ansvar för ditt eget arbete i nära samarbete med kollegor inom gruppen och med personer inom verksamheten. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av systemintegrationsarbete, och med fördel har du tidigare jobbat i Biztalk.
Som integrationsspecialist kommer du att arbeta i både större och mindre projekt, få möjlighet att genomföra större systemarkitekturförändringar och samtidigt ge support till verksamheten. Du kommer att arbeta med att bygga integrationer och sedan förvalta dessa mellan system som till exempel, Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, ConnectWise och webben genom antingen filintegration via Biztalk eller via API-anrop.
