As an Enterprise Architect – Logistic, Fulfillment & Supply Chain, you will shape the future of our global supply chain ecosystem, ensuring seamless alignment between business strategy and technology execution. You will work cross-functionally to define, optimize, and evolve our Logistic & supply chain technology landscape across all touchpoints.
You will:
Architect and lead the design of Logistic, Fulfillment & Supply Chain technology solutions, ensuring they align with business strategies and operational transformation initiatives to enhance transportation, trade, warehousing, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
Identify cross-dependencies and guide the organization through business and technology capability changes, optimizing processes, data flows, and system integrations to enable seamless logistics operations.
Advise and influence stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on investment decisions, assessing options, risks, costs vs. benefits, and business impact to drive informed prioritization.
Shape the future of supply chain technology, evaluating new operating models, emerging technologies (AI, IoT, automation, digital twins, RPA), and industry trends to optimize business and logistics workflows.
Continuously improve the tech landscape, reducing technical debt, modernizing the application portfolio, and enhancing end-to-end business value in supply chain and fulfillment ecosystems.
Lead enterprise architecture practices, supporting architects, engineers, and delivery teams in defining current-state architectures, integration roadmaps, and solution designs to ensure scalability and resilience.
Establish and maintain architecture governance, developing frameworks, templates, principles, and standards that facilitate best practices and foster an architecture-driven mindset across the organization.
Ensure alignment of the Supply Chain & Fulfillment architecture with the broader enterprise landscape, setting intentional architecture roadmaps based on capability maps, value streams, processes, and business objectives.
Drive business outcomes by facilitating and orchestrating segment architecture decisions, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable impact in logistics, fulfillment, and global trade operations.

YOU’LL WORK WITH
As an Enterprise Architect, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects across different segments, ensuring seamless integration between Logistic, Fulfillment & Supply Chain with the broader enterprise architecture. You will work alongside Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, and System Architects to define, optimize, and evolve our Logistic & supply chain technology landscape while ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategies.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, technology, or a related field—or equivalent work experience. Certifications in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are a plus.
10+ years of experience in a Solution or Enterprise Architecture capacity.
Proven experience in designing and optimizing supply chain and fulfillment solutions in global, consumer-goods organizations.
Strong expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), and Trade Compliance Solutions.
Hands-on experience with carrier integrations, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, AI-powered planning, and IoT-driven warehouse automation.
Experience in cloud-based supply chain platforms, API-driven ecosystems, and event-driven architectures to enable scalable and resilient logistics operations.
Expertise in real-time visibility, predictive analytics, robotics, RPA, and digital twins to optimize fulfillment and logistics workflows.
Deep understanding of regulatory, environmental, and efficiency standards in global logistics and trade.

Om uppdraget
Vår kund inom statlig sektor ska genomföra ett samlat arbete – initialt som en pilot – för att kartlägga och klassificera organisationens information. Syftet är att pröva och etablera ett arbetssätt och en modell för systematisk informationskartläggning och klassificering inom en avgränsad del av verksamheten. Piloten ska utgå från MSB:s vägledning för processorienterad informationskartläggning samt kundens befintliga stödmaterial för informationsmodellering. Resultatet ska skapa lärdomar och rekommendationer för ett framtida införande i hela organisationen.
Dina arbetsuppgifter Du ansvarar för att planera och genomföra pilotens informationskartläggning ur flera perspektiv, inklusive informationssäkerhet, arkivredovisning, lagar och förordningar samt nyttiggörande. Arbetet innebär att inventera och dokumentera informationsmängder, kartlägga interna och externa informationsflöden, identifiera juridiska krav kopplade till informationen, bedöma risker samt föreslå en klassificeringsmodell. Du leder intervjuer och workshops, tar fram stödmaterial och beskriver ett anpassat arbetssätt som kan skalas vidare.

Din profil
Skall-krav:

Mångårig erfarenhet av informationskartläggning och informationsklassificering i offentlig sektor med utgångspunkt i rättsliga krav (t.ex. GDPR, offentlighetsprincipen, arkivlagen, säkerhetsskyddslagen, OSL och NIS).


Nyckelroll i uppdrag av liknande karaktär (pilot/införande av informationsklassning eller motsvarande).


Gedigen erfarenhet av data- och informationsstyrning samt tillämpning av relevanta ramverk, standarder och metodstöd.


Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga och dokumenterad vana av att leda och genomföra intervjuer, workshops och förankringsarbete.

Ditt team och arbetsplats

Du tillhör arkitektteamet inom CIO-organisationen. Teamet består av nio personer, och arbetar tillsammans med helhetsansvar för arkitekturområdet från lösnings- till verksamhetsarkitektur och har en viktig roll i att förverkliga vår långsiktiga strategi.

Vårt kontor ligger på Fleminggatan 20 i Stockholm, och vi arbetar med ett flexibelt arbetssätt och möjlighet att jobba på distans upp till två dagar per vecka när det passar uppgifterna och teamets leveranser.

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av verksamhetsarkitektur och som tryggt kan röra dig mellan strategiska samtal med ledningen och operativa workshops med verksamhet och IT. What we’re looking for
We are a cross-functional group of streaming and video engineers, backend developers, and product leaders, including a Product Manager and Engineering Manager, who work closely together to shape the future of streaming at Viaplay. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
We are now recruiting a Solution Architect for our Assortment Planning Value Stream within Business Tech. This is a key strategic role focused on shaping scalable, modular, and data-driven solutions for the future of planning and quantification.
As Solution Architect, you will lead the technical architecture for several business-critical capabilities, including Assortment Building, Sales and Context Planning, and Assortment Quantification (ASQ). You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Enterprise Architects, and other stakeholders to ensure system- and domain-level alignment.
This role requires a combination of hands-on architecture execution, strategic thinking, and governance leadership. You will play a central part in delivering transformation initiatives aligned with our enterprise roadmap and capability-based planning model.
You will:

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to consolidate systems, support mergers and acquisitions, and build scalable, future-ready architecture.

Together, you support business domains with architectural direction, roadmap planning, and solution design. The team is collaborative and close-knit, with a shared goal of making our IT landscape leaner, clearer, and better connected.

What you will be working on:

- Develop and maintain architecture, roadmaps and plans for GlobalConnect’s different domain areas (e.g. sales & marketing, technology)
- Deliver scalable and robust solutions to requirements and problems, often crossing multiple domains
- Support and drive the end-to-end solutions within IT projects from inception to completion
- Interface with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into IT solutions while using your expertise to shape the solutions to fit the future direction and landscape
- Create and present technical drawings and plans to architects, enterprise teams, and business units
- Drive the decommissioning of outdated systems while ensuring ongoing operations are unaffected

About the Role

As an Enterprise Data Architect at GlobalConnect, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the architectural vision for our data and AI landscape. Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som IT-arkitekt mot enterprise kommer du att stödja myndighetens verksamhet när det kommer till IT-lösningar, informationssystem och teknisk kravställning mot leverantörer. Du kommer jobba strategiskt med arkitektur utifrån olika perspektiv, såsom med uppdrag, teknik och säkerhet. Ett viktigt område är information där ett datadrivet arbetssätt utgör möjliggörare för AI och tjänstefiering av våra tjänster.

Du säkerställer att verksamheten får hög effekt och värde av sina system genom en tydlig och övergripande strategi för framtida funktioner och IT-investeringar. Du ansvar även för att balansera mål och medel, det vill säga att myndigheten får ut maximal nytta av de pengar som investeras. Myndighetens it består till stor del av Windows baserad infrastruktur.

Du har eget huvudansvar för framåtdriften i ditt område, men du kommer att samarbeta nära en arkitekt (konsult) som har ett ansvar för mjukvaruutveckling på myndigheten. Du kommer även att samverka med dina kollegor inom enheten du tillhör, enheten för It och Säkerhet (ITS).

Rollen är ny på myndigheten och det kommer finnas möjlighet att utveckla rollen vidare beroende på intresse och kompetens. Vi söker dig som vill vara med på resan till att utveckla vår IT-verksamhet.


Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som har relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet som arbetsgivaren kan bedöma som relevant. Du har flerårig erfarenhet av arbete inom Enterprise arkitektur eller motsvarande samt har arbetat med arkitektur utifrån flera perspektiv, tex teknik och säkerhet. Du har god kunskap om IT-infrastruktur och har kännedom om datadrivet arbetssätt och AI-teknik. Du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av liknande roll i offentlig sektor samt att arbeta i en växande IT-organisation med outsourcad IT-drift. Om du har certifieringar inom IT-arkitektur så är även detta meriterande.

Tjänsten

Anställningen är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. IMY tillämpar sex månaders provanställning. Du rapporterar till IT- och säkerhetschefen som ingår i en av myndighetens ledningsgrupper. Arbetet utgår från våra trevliga aktivitetsbaserade lokaler centralt i Stockholm med möjlighet till enskild överenskommelse om hybridarbete.

Anställningen är placerad i säkerhetsklass vilket innebär att svenskt medborgarskap krävs för denna befattning. Säkerhetsprövning med registerkontroll kommer att genomföras innan vi fattar beslut om anställning.

Är du en Verksamhetsarkitekt som vill bidra till att förbättra miljön för nuvarande och kommande generationer?


Vi söker två verksamhetsarkitekter som kommer att få en central roll i vår fortsatta digitaliseringsresa. Du kommer att bidra till initiativ som skapar riktiga avtryck, både hos verksamheten och i samhället. Rollen innebär en möjlighet att påverka vår digitalisering, både idag och i framtiden.

Digitaliseringsavdelningen består av fem enheter och du kommer att tillhöra It-styrningsenheten som ansvarar för arkitekturstyrning och portföljstyrning. Vi ser oss som Naturvårdsverkets ledstång i digitaliseringsarbetet genom att både ge stöd till verksamheten och driva strategiska digitaliseringsfrågor i riktning mot våra mål.

Enhetens arkitekter arbetar brett och skiftar mellan strategiskt och operativt perspektiv, är delaktiga i större utvecklingsprojekt, förstudier och regeringsuppdrag. Ett tydligt kundfokus genomsyrar hela enheten där vi driver och skapar förutsättningar för myndighetens gemensamma utveckling och säkerställer att utvecklingen sker i samverkan och linjerar med myndighetens gemensamma målbild.

Dina arbetsuppgifter 
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer vara att leda och genomföra behovsanalyser för att skapa insikter och förståelse för verksamhetens och samhällets behov. Du samordnar och faciliterar workshops med intressenter från verksamheten och Digitaliseringsavdelningen för att säkerställa gemensam förståelse och gemensamma mål.

Du kommer att delta i initiativ/förstudier som syftar till att förbättra verksamhetens arbetssätt och/eller it-stöd och säkerställer att verksamhetsarkitekturen går i linje med myndighetens mål, strategier samt beslutad målarkitektur

 

Det ingår även att skapa, underhålla och vidareutveckla myndighetens strukturkapital som förmågor, verksamhets- och informationsmodeller.

Din kompetens
Krav för anställning


• Relevant eftergymnasial utbildning, t.ex. universitets- eller högskoleutbildning, eller motsvarande erfarenhet.

• Minst två års erfarenhet av att ha arbetat som verksamhetsarkitekt, informationsarkitekt, verksamhetsanalytiker, verksamhetsutvecklare eller liknande.
• Minst fyra års arbetslivserfarenhet där du har deltagit i några utvecklingsprojekt (inte ett krav att du deltagit som arkitekt).
• Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med behovsanalyser samt informations- och förmågemodellering
• Dokumenterad erfarenhet från att ha arbetat i en större, komplex organisation

Meriterande


• Certifiering inom området, t.ex. certifierad verksamhetsarkitekt.
• Erfarenhet av att tolka och applicera lagstiftning och standarder och översätta dem till konkret verksamhetsarkitektur.

As a solution architect you are responsible for translating business- and tech requirements into architecture blueprints and identifying areas in need of improvements, holistically evaluate the architecture and use deep technical expertise to understand the business impact of a technical components, recommending and implementing new solutions. Provide leadership related to the solution development by being responsible for the architecture and delivery of a solution or portfolio of solutions. The Solution Architect needs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, advancing the architecture towards the target state.
Key Responsibilities:
Contextualize business strategy and objectives into capabilities and architectural vision and strategy
Develop architecture roadmaps and blueprints, creating design artifacts such as Logical Information Models
Translate business and technical requirements into architecture that guides solution development and supports efficient collaboration with data analysts and data engineers
Evaluate technologies for strategic fit, contributing to business cases for tech shifts.
Identify opportunities for improvement, addressing technical debt and enhancing value.
Provide technical design reviews at various milestones to ensure alignment with architectural principles and organizational goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience in architecting/designing solutions built on Cloud (ideally Google or Azure).
Proficiency in BigQuery, APIs, and other data-driven technologies to support real-time analytics.
Ability to create both high-level and low-level design documentation and technical specifications, with hands-on experience in programming or software engineering.
A strong problem-solver who can analyze complex issues, visualize concepts not yet concrete, and develop innovative solutions aligned with H&M’s sustainability goals.
Demonstrated adaptability and creativity to navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Ability to provide architecture leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handoff from design to implementation, and conducting technical design and quality reviews throughout project milestones.
Experience evaluating and developing governance structures, methodologies, and compliance measures to ensure security and regulatory alignment (e.g., GDPR) in data handling.

Qualifications

Experience of planning and driving workshops with implementation teams, architects as well as business stakeholders
Experience of working with enterprise architecture and process modellining
Ability to communicate around and understand low level implementation details, as well as high level abstract concepts and business aspects.
Ability to work with composability frameworks and support to define Packaged Business Capabilities (PBCs) to ensure scalable and modular architectural solutions.
Experience from capability modeling is a big plus.

Knowledge of data analytics, AI, and machine learning applications in retail.

Job duties
In the role of Data Platform Architect, you will be responsible for the architectural design. We have a great breadth and variety in our assignments and are often in collaboration with several different parts of our Nordic Group.

You will work with, among other things:

- Oversees the development, deployment, and management of data infrastructure while also guiding the architectural decisions for analytical platforms. 
- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive analytical platform architecture that supports data ingestion, processing, storage, and analysis needs of the organization. 
- Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies and frameworks into the data platform to enhance its capabilities and ensure it remains at the forefront of data analytics infrastructure. 
- Oversee a team of data engineers in developing robust, scalable data pipelines that efficiently transport and transform data across systems and platforms 
- Champion best practices in data engineering, including code quality, data security, and performance optimization. 
- Develop and enforce governance policies for the use and management of the analytical platform, including data quality, compliance, and access controls.

- Experience in data engineering with a proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale data platforms, preferably in a leadership role.

All about the role:
The Data Platform Team at Electrolux is dedicated to empowering data-driven decision-making and innovation with a robust, scalable and secure data platform built on Azure using data mesh architecture. Our team designs and implements data mesh architecture that promotes autonomy and agility across the organization. We work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product architects and data engineers to understand requirements, iterate solutions and deliver value-driven outcomes. We implement best practices for data governance, access control and compliance, leveraging latest tools and industry standards.
As a Senior Data & AI Platform Architect, you will design, develop, implement and support the Global Data and AI platform based in Azure. Key tasks include working with Cloud infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Data Engineering and Data science teams in deploying solutions. The work contains multidisciplinary technologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), and containerization. Together with Data compliance and Domain teams, you will ensure that data is managed and consumed in accordance with Electrolux security and compliance policies
What you'll do:
Design and implement scalable, secure and high availability applications on Microsoft Azure utilizing components such as Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Event Hubs, Kubernetes clusters etc.


Build platform strategies aligned with business objectives.


Architect and maintain CI/CD process, pipelines and scripts.


Provide technical leadership and guidance to Platform, Product and Engineering teams


Lead platform related project initiatives


Proactively monitor and manage resources and services to ensure optimal performance and cost efficiency.


Proactively work to prevent Data exfiltration i.e., prevent data theft, data extrusion, data exportation, and data leakage


Develop and maintain documentation of processes and tools related to the data platform
Keep abreast of emerging technology trends and proactively look for opportunities to improve the Data & AI platform


Assist Platform operations team in troubleshooting issues, deploying new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.


Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills


Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, strong work ethic, pragmatic, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical users


Experience with Policy based access controls, Azure Databricks, Storage, Data Factory, Airflow, Event hubs is required


Experience in designing and building containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes or similar is preferred


Proven experience in using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure BICEP or similar), writing CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) and code source control (Git)


Solid understanding of network concepts including VNET, subnet, NSG, VPN, ExpressRoute, and firewall.


Microsoft Certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus

You are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written. Experience in ITIL and Agile processes are also an asset.

As an Enterprise Data Architect, you will be accountable for a specific set of domains and work closely in a team of Enterprise Data Architects to manage the full Enterprise Data Model and data roadmaps for the global data platform and create/enforce compliance based on the Data Architecture Governance principles. You will collaborate with a diverse team of solution architects and developers across different domains and regions, who build data products on the Global data platform.

· Design and maintain data mesh and medallion data architecture optimized for BI and advanced analytics, ensuring alignment with the Data and AI strategy
