Arbetsbeskrivning:
Vi söker en erfaren och certifierad Pega Lead Architect (CLSA) för att leda våra utvecklingsinitiativ i Stockholm. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Vara ämnesexpert och arkitekt för alla Pega-utvecklingsinitiativ.
Designa och implementera skalbara, robusta och högpresterande Pega-lösningar för att möta verksamhetskrav.
Samarbeta med intressenter för att förstå affärsprocesser, översätta dem till tekniska krav och utveckla effektiva lösningar.
Leda och handleda ett team av Pega-utvecklare och säkerställa efterlevnad av Pegas bästa praxis och kodstandarder.
Driva end-to-end-leverans, inklusive systemdesign, integration, driftsättning och prestandaoptimering.
Definiera och upprätthålla arkitekturprinciper, inklusive komponentåteranvändbarhet och systemskalbarhet.
Genomföra arkitekturgranskningar, kodgranskningar och designsessioner för att säkerställa lösningskvalitet.
Arbeta nära tvärfunktionella team för att integrera Pega-lösningar med andra företagsplattformar och system.
Hålla sig uppdaterad om de senaste förbättringarna inom Pega-produkter, verktyg och teknologier för att kunna införa innovativa lösningar.
Använda verktyg som Jira och Confluence för projektledning och dokumentation.



Krav på kompetens och kvalifikationer:
Certifiering: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).
Minst 8 års praktisk erfarenhet av Pega-plattformsutveckling och arkitektur.
Dokumenterad expertis i att designa komplexa Pega-applikationer, inklusive integrationer och skräddarsydda komponenter.
Stark erfarenhet av att leda och handleda utvecklingsteam.
Djupgående kunskap om Pegas bästa praxis, inklusive återanvändbar komponentarkitektur.
Erfarenhet av API:er, webbtjänster och andra integrationsteknologier.
Praktisk erfarenhet av agila metoder, exempelvis SAFe eller Scrum.
Kännedom om verktyg som ActiveMQ och Kibana.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and agile methodologies, with specific experience in Pega development projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead workshops, and drive IT solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business needs, ensuring alignment with IT solutions.
• Conduct requirements analysis for Pega development initiatives.
• Plan and coordinate activities to develop IT solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring timely delivery from ideation to implementation.
• Independently deliver presentations and lead workshops to identify solutions and define the way forward.
• Collaborate with agile IT development teams to perform requirements analysis and refine deliverables.
• Apply practical experience with SAFe or Scrum methodologies to drive project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5-15 years of relevant Pega experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience focusing on the analysis and documentation of business needs.
• At least 1 year of experience analyzing requirements specifically for Pega development projects.
• At least 3 years of experience planning, coordinating, and driving IT solution development from idea to delivery.
• Proven ability to independently lead workshops and deliver presentations to address business needs.
• Hands-on experience with requirements analysis in agile IT development teams.

Be part of an agile team with Pega expertise and business knowledge of the Pega platform.
Be a driver and part of a Center of Excellence team in order to ensure a proper governance and steering structure.
Lead projects related to strategic initiatives to drive the Pega platform forward.
Work to constantly define and refine Pega best practices and provide leadership in the adoption of prescriptive development processes.
Engage with cross-functional teams regarding best practices of the Pega platform.
Conduct reviews and updates of existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Promote and evangelize automation strategies across different business areas.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members on best practices related to Pega solutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Pega ecosystem.



Required Skills:
Extensive experience in Pega solutions and a deep understanding of business architecture principles.
Strong understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) principles.
Demonstrated experience of working with the latest version of Pega.
Excellent problem-analysing skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Certification as a Certified Pega Business Architect is required.
Knowledge of integrations and infrastructure components such as, server, DB, CPU, etc.
Knowledge of Kafka, Cassandra and other embedded services in Pega.
Knowledge of cloud related services like AWS and Azure.
Knowledge of modern micro service architecture and containerization concepts.
Understanding of current and enterprise-wide technologies including Open Source, web application development and databases (DB/2, Oracle, ).
Experience in agile ways of working and knowledge about SAFe methodology.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or similar work experience.
