We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to join GlobalConnect’s People Center of Excellence. In this role, you will help strengthen how we manage, improve, and support key HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as the main platform. You will work closely with HR, managers, and IT, and play an important role in making our HR application landscape more effective, reliable, and easier to work with.

What you need to succeed

Several years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HR modules in a superuser, specialist, or consultant capacity
Experience with light system configuration, permissions, data updates, testing, and ongoing system improvements
Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they are supported in HR systems
Experience identifying improvements, supporting updates and releases, and helping the business get more value from existing systems
Confidence working closely with HR, managers, and IT to solve issues and move changes forward


About the role and the team

You will join our HR Center of Excellence and report to Søren Kollenberg, Senior Director, People Center of Excellence. You will also work closely with another HRIS Specialist in Sweden and collaborate with colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Germany.

This is a role with both operational depth and long-term impact. Our HR application landscape is becoming more complex, and we want to strengthen internal ownership of key processes and systems. You will be part of that journey by improving how we manage our current setup, supporting critical HR processes, and contributing to future system changes where needed.

What you’ll be working on

Own and develop superuser responsibilities within HR, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors HR modules and related HR processes
Work hands-on with light configuration, permissions, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements in the system landscape
Work closely with supplier/ support partners
Handle recurring annual and biannual activities linked to HR systems, reviews, and process support
Support colleagues with a wide range of ad-hoc needs, from data changes and user support to urgent issue resolution when integrations or workflows are affected
Help assess, prepare, and implement changes in the HR application landscape, including decommissioning selected systems and supporting implementation of new solutions where relevant
Work closely with HR and IT on tickets, releases, system changes, governance questions, and process improvements


Who we are looking for

You are someone who enjoys working close to both systems and people. You have strong hands-on system knowledge and like solving practical problems, but you also see the bigger picture and can help recommend a way forward.

You work in a structured and quality-focused way, communicate clearly, and collaborate well across functions. You are comfortable with changing priorities and can move quickly between ad-hoc support and longer-term improvement work. Just as importantly, you enjoy that mix and see it as a natural part of the role.

We are looking for someone who has likely worked as an HRIS specialist, application specialist, superuser, or consultant within SAP SuccessFactors HR modules, and who enjoys combining hands-on system work with continuous improvement.

It is a plus if you also have experience with Peakon, Power BI, system upgrades, or supporting decommissioning and implementation work across business applications.

System Owner – SOM (Service Order Manager)

Your Role

You will manage and grow a defined portfolio of system integrators and carrier customers who rely on our network and data center capacity.
Your mission is twofold:
• strengthen and expand relationships with existing accounts, and
• identify new opportunities among our well-defined target group of customers and prospects.

You’ll work independently, supported by an experienced Nordic sales team that values initiative and clear commercial results. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

• Skilled communicator who can engage decision-makers such as CIOs, carrier managers, and senior sales leaders, as a trusted partner.
• Fluent in local language (Danish or Swedish) and confident in English.
• Presentation and negotiation skills that turn technical solutions into business value.

Om rollen

Som Marketing Manager för B2C i Sverige är du ensam marknadsresurs på den svenska konsumentsidan – men en viktig del av ett nordiskt B2C-team med kollegor i Norge, Danmark och Finland. Du arbetar både strategiskt och operativt: planerar och genomför kampanjer för olika kundsegment, skapar digitalt innehåll och koordinerar aktiviteter tillsammans med sälj- och aktiveringsteamet.

Rollen innebär att du samarbetar med flera delar av verksamheten – som sälj, affärsområden och aktiveringsteam – för att förstå deras behov och visa hur marknadsföring kan bidra till affären. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

- Planera och genomföra kampanjer och digitala aktiviteter för den svenska B2C-marknaden
- Skapa, anpassa och publicera marknadsföringsmaterial och digitalt innehåll för olika kanaler (Meta, LinkedIn, webb)
- Utveckla och följa upp den svenska marknadsplanen i linje med affärens mål
- Ansvara för SEO-arbetet på den svenska marknaden och analysera trafik, resultat och optimeringsmöjligheter

Vad du behöver för att lyckas

- Van användare av Adobe Creative Cloud och Canva samt erfarenhet av digitala plattformar som WordPress och Google Analytics

Servicedesk är placerat i Stockholm på Solnavägen 3H, i ljusa och moderna lokaler. Vi arbetar skiftgående, vilket innebär varierande tider och arbetsmiljö. Skiften ser ut så här:

- Blå: 06:45–15:15 (på plats)
- Röd: 15:00–23:00 (kan utföras på distans enligt den regel vi har idag)
- Grön: 22:45–07:00 (kan utföras på distans enligt den regel vi har idag)
Tjänsten innebär att du till största delen jobbar tillsammans med en kollega under skiftet – men det kan förekomma tillfällen där du arbetar själv.

För att trivas i rollen tror vi att du har:

- Utbildning inom nätverk och telekommunikation – högskoleexamen eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet
- Minst 2 års erfarenhet av kundsupport, helpdesk eller intern IT
- Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
- Kunskaper från Cisco-kurser (t.ex. CCNA eller högre) är meriterande

Do you want to play a key role in building the digital backbone of the Nordics? At GlobalConnect, we are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Content Delivery Network team in Stockholm. You will be part of a dedicated group that delivers video and content distribution services to millions of people across Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.

About the role As a Backend Developer in our Video Streaming & Content Delivery team, you will design, develop, and implement solutions that support large-scale video and radio distribution. You will work in an agile team with experienced colleagues, close to stakeholders across development, operations, and customer support. The role combines technical depth with real customer impact, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency in systems that matter.

While our focus is on Content Delivery Network and video streaming technologies, you do not need previous experience in this field. If you bring solid backend development skills and curiosity, we will help you grow into the domain.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend systems for video and radio encoding, packaging, and distribution
- Contribute to the design and scaling of GlobalConnect’s CDN and origin services
- Collaborate closely with other development teams, network and datacenter colleagues, and support functions
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain services in production
- Work in an agile setup with freedom under responsibility
What you need to succeed

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a backend developer (Java preferred)
- Knowledge of distributed systems and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP)
- Skills in at least one systems-oriented programming language (C, C++)
- Solid knowledge of GNU/Linux, including configuration and troubleshooting
Good to have Experience with big data (Hadoop ecosystem or similar), /No databases, streaming protocols (HLS, DASH, SRT/MPEG-TS, RTMP), CI/CD, load testing, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, or automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

Swedish language skills are a plus.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Data Architect at GlobalConnect, you will be instrumental in shaping and implementing the architectural vision for our data and AI landscape. Your knowledge will significantly contribute to generating business value, promoting a culture centered around AI and data, and optimizing existing systems to enhance data quality, governance, and integration to support business processes.

You’ll lead cross-functional work on communication, stakeholder alignment, and data security ensuring that architecture decisions are understood, adopted, and resilient. Working across business and IT functions, you will align enterprise data capabilities with strategic goals and support the secure, scalable use of AI.

Your focus will be on defining architectures that enable compliance, reliability, and business agility across hybrid and distributed systems. In this pan-Nordic role, you’ll collaborate across borders navigating cultural differences, aligning priorities, and strengthening cohesion across teams.

AI enablement is part of your scope, but your primary mission is to ensure that our enterprise data landscape is governed, integrated, and ready to support business innovation including AI.

- Evaluate and improve the current data landscape identifying opportunities to increase quality, performance, and reliability

- Develop and implement enterprise-wide strategies for master data management, integration, and data quality

- Define and maintain data governance assets including data definitions, business glossaries, data models, and role-based responsibilities to ensure legal compliance and clarity across the organization

- Lead strategic collaboration with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure that enterprise data governance and architecture enable scalable AI-aware solutions

- Embed security, compliance, and risk controls into all architectural and data governance frameworks

- Champion data literacy and governance adoption across the organization fostering a shared understanding of data ownership, roles, and responsibilities
