Your mission
You take the lead in managing and developing our Customer Portal IT service, ensuring it delivers value and reliability. Acting as the main point of contact for My Sandvik customer portal - our digital interface for customers - you work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align roadmaps and drive improvements.
What you’ll do:
Own the full lifecycle of the Customer Portal IT service and related applications.
Coordinate stakeholders, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure reliable delivery and meet agreed SLAs.
Manage IT service budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
Drive continuous improvement, governance, and compliance with security and application standards.

Location
The role is based at our sites in Stockholm (World Trade Center) or Tampere.
Your profile
You have a background in IT or business administration and solid experience in leading IT services in a Service Owner or Service Manager role. You’re comfortable managing budgets, contracts, and suppliers, and you know your way around information security and roadmap planning. Experience with application management and development in an agile setup is a big plus.
You also bring:
Strong understanding of IT service management principles, preferably ITIL.
Skills in financial planning, forecasting, and contract management.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Your profile
As a successful candidate, you bring extensive international executive experience, including deep exposure to relevant industrial environments. You possess a strategic mindset and well?developed financial acumen, enabling sound judgment and high?impact decision?making.
Key qualifications include a proven track record of driving growth, profitability and transformation with full P&L responsibility in large, complex and global businesses. You have the ability to lead effectively in decentralized business models, combining advanced technology leadership with strong commercial acumen.
Experience from relevant businesses and customer segments, such as mining, infrastructure, automation, electrification and/or aftermarket is highly valuable, as is experience from international M&A and integration processes. Placering och flexibilitet
Du delar din tid genom fysisk närvaro i både Sandviken och Västberga – och vi ser att du behöver vara på plats i Sandviken två dagar i veckan, samt Västberga två dagar i veckan. Vi erbjuder även chans till hybridarbete när arbetet tillåter.
Din profil
Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet att arbeta nära chefer och verksamhet i en bred HR-roll – gärna inom industri, produktion eller annan komplex miljö. Du gillar att coacha chefer i HR-processer och har god förmåga att arbeta självständigt och bygga starka relationer genom hela vår verksamhet.
Vi tror att du har:
Flera års erfarenhet som HR-generalist eller HR Business Partner.

En akademisk examen inom HR, PA eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.

About your job

Your profile

Knowledge of cloud native technologies, preferably Azure and Azure technologies with modern DevSecOps practices.
Basic understanding of multiple domains within IT such as Security, Networking and Identities.
Proactive attitude in your learning and communication.
Extensive knowledge in English, verbally and in writing.

Sandvik’s Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (SAND-CSIRT) is looking for an Incident Responder to join our team of defenders – helping us develop and handle complex cybersecurity incidents globally across our company. And when we say globally, we mean every corner of the world!
Shortly about us
The CSIRT team is part of our Cybersecurity Global Security Operations, along with our Sandvik SOC team and a Cybersecurity Attack Surface Reduction team. These teams collaborate to prevent and handle cybersecurity incidents, from detection to recovery, and work proactively in securing Sandvik through the service and product development cycle. You help identify the entry point of an attack, assess exposure and data extraction, and constantly evaluate our attack-surface and how to protect Sandvik in the best possible way.
About your job
In this position, you ensure an active safeguarding of our IT environment – effectively managing incidents to eliminate or minimize potential damage. In collaboration with the CSIRT manager and SOC, you enhance current processes and lead the technical work within complex and long running incidents to ensure the CSIRT function’s effectiveness.
Furthermore, your detailed responsibilities include:
Conduct rapid analysis and evidence collection during incidents.
Stay updated on IT security trends through regular training, active participation in forums and networking with other incident handlers.
Assist in the development of new tools as well as adapt current; helping us perform our detection and respond quicker and better.
Collaborate with incident management, stakeholders and coordinate with other security personnel, including physical security staff, in security matters.

The location for this position is Stockholm.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with practical experience in a similar cybersecurity role, including experience of working with incident handling. You’re proficient in SIEM tools and other security tools such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS and EDR. You have a few years' experience in digital forensics and a strong background in forensic computer science and penetration testing. Since we act on a global scale, you’re efficient in both Swedish and English, verbally and in writing.
Following competences is beneficial:
Experience with CERT/CSIRT or SOC, and CISSP or equivalent certification.
SANS Incident Handling Training or equivalent.
Relevant academic education.
Experience with Read Team/Blue Team exercises.

About your job
In this position, you conduct tests and assessments to ensure that our controls and security measures are effective and compliant with guidelines. You work closely with stakeholders, manage documentation, report on progress and support in identifying remediation actions. You focus on continuous monitoring and improvement of controls and security measures, with a strong emphasis on effective communication.
Your responsibility includes two main areas:
For the annual financial audit, you perform independent tests on Sandvik’s IT General Controls to ensure they are effective. You work with the established risk and control framework, create and execute an annual testing plan – this part emphasizes a structured and methodical approach to maintaining robust controls.
Assurance-focused security assessments involve evaluating processes, entities, new companies and vendors. You develop tailored assessment frameworks, support external audits and inquiries, and implement continuous monitoring activities – this part emphasizes a proactive approach to maintain and improve security measures.
