About the job
In this position, you manage and develop our global real estate portfolio. You support and lead pre-studies and occasionally the implementation of both greenfield and brownfield projects, ensuring alignment with our technical, contractual, and organizational standards. You manage these pre-studies by defining property requirements, shaping designs and building business cases. Working closely with the Head of Global Real Estate, you help shape acquisition and disposition strategies, analyze scenarios, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects that meet business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring and maintaining the global real estate portfolio, including lease renewals and terminations.
Supporting the business in the acquisition and divestment process as well as the lease management.
Maintaining and updating the real estate database and ensuring investment approvals are in place.
Contributing to cost reduction targets and long-term capacity planning.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in project management, preferably within large international organizations. You bring solid knowledge of real estate development, investment processes and portfolio management, and you’re skilled in budgeting, reporting and navigating international construction law. You have a university degree, preferably technical, business administration or a related field. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English.

About your job

What about the job?
In this position, you play a critical role in the Executive Recruitment team, supporting all interview scheduling, assessments, and travel coordination. Your mission
In this role, you take the business lead in developing shared digital solutions for electronic ordering. Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in business administration, logistics or similar, preferably combined with project management qualifications. About your job

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with experience in information security and IT processes. It’s beneficial to have a background as a security control tester and experience with tasks related to security programs and IT operations. About your job

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with a few years’ experience in a similar role, where you’ve been working with Secure Service Edge and Zero Trust Network Access adoption for enterprise companies. You have expertise in cloud security, preferably Azure, and a proven track record in firewall segmentation as well as the design and deployment of secure access across hybrid environments. You have in-depth knowledge of IPS, IDS, VPN and hold certifications such as Zscaler, CISSP, Fortinet NSE or CCNP Security, demonstrating advanced knowledge of integrated security controls and network protection. Your knowledge is backed by a relevant education, or equivalent knowledge gained from a working career. Acting in a truly global environment calls for profound communication skills in English. Knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

About your job
In this position, you’re responsible for identifying and supporting performance improvements within the supply chain and working capital processes. You set financial and operational tracking processes and performance management structures to drive working capital optimization across our entire global, decentralized organization. In close cooperation with the Group Business Control team, you track and analyze the development over time. Key responsibilities include scrutinizing divisional working capital improvement plans – identifying any weaknesses and providing support to address them. Facilitating best practice sharing across the Sandvik Group, particularly in terms of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process and working capital management, is part of your job.
