About the Team / Business Unit
The IoT Business Unit (Internet of Things) functions as a specialized "Engine Room" where hardware meets software. This team isn't just about connectivity; it's about translating physical sensor data into actionable business intelligence for Swedish consumer markets. The team under the IoT umbrella is typically multidisciplinary, organized to handle the full lifecycle of a connected solution—from the "edge" (the device) to the "cloud" (the insight). Human centricity is a key parameter making decisions and building solutions.
About You:
As the Program Manager, you sit at the center of these groups. Your challenge is ensuring that the hardware team isn't waiting on the cloud team, and that the data science outputs actually meet the commercial KPIs set by the Business Development Manager.
• Agile at Scale: The team usually operates in Sprints, but with the added complexity of hardware lead times and regulatory compliance (such as GDPR and EU cybersecurity standards).

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Engineer to join our BFS analytics team. You will support the development and deployment of scalable data products on a modern enterprise analytics platform powered by Azure, Databricks, Immuta, and Unity Catalog. This role offers hands-on experience in data product architecture, pipeline development, and integration with legacy and modern data systems.


Key Responsibilities:

What will you be doing
As part of a DevOps team you will be building, supporting, migrating and automating the Oracle environment on Exadata Cloud at Customer(ExaCC). Products supported within that environment include Oracle databases, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Key Vault and ExaCC.
You engineer the solution to build ExaCC platform to be complaint to regulatory requirements. You will be extensively working on Oracle Database migrations to ExaCC.
A part of the workload will be developing the infrastructure as code to support CI/CD pipeline based on products such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible and Python.
Your day-to-day activities range from actual engineering the Database migrations and coding automation scripts, but also engineering new or adapted solutions for customer organization. As part of the migration delivery team you will also be responsible for configuration of monitoring, maximum availability architecture(MAA) and support during and after the cutover window. Role sometimes will need to work outside office hours .
You work closely together with other teams and the Product Owner.

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

Job Summary

About the role
As part of a DevOps team you will be building, supporting, migrating, and automating the Oracle environment on Exadata Cloud at Customer (ExaCC). Products supported within that environment include Oracle databases, Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Key Vault and ExaCC.
You will engineer the solution to build ExaCC platform to be compliant to regulatory requirements. You will be extensively working on Oracle Database migrations to ExaCC.

The Role
Are you ready to lead and transform? As the primary contact for our clients, you'll ensure project deliverables meet MSA and SOW standards. You'll elevate discussions to executive leadership and represent the customer's voice within Cognizant. Your goal will be to achieve margin targets through efficiency, staffing, and performance management.
You'll handle daily client operations, swiftly resolving escalations and ensuring satisfaction. You'll forecast project revenue and margins, making the account referenceable. Your expertise in reporting will ensure timely and accurate internal and client reports. You'll lead process reviews with clients, providing updates and future plans. Qualifications include a B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Intermediate with 10-12 years of BPO experience in F&A domains (P2P, O2C, R2R). Advanced MS Office skills, strong people management, and exposure to North American environments are essential. You'll need strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and the ability to find win-win solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders are a must.

This position is in the Logistics Compliance team which makes sure physical deliveries happen on schedule and compliantly. The compliance coordinator should have experience applying applicable trade compliance rules, regulations, and policies to manage compliant import/export operations around the world - e.g., Americas (U.S. Canada, LATAM), APAC and EMEA. Your Key Result Areas
Responsible for Sales, Business Development & Customer Relationship activities for SAP & Enterprise Application Services
Collaborate with customers, product vendors, other third-party providers and cognizant internal stakeholders in the strategic design process to translate business needs into Digital Solutions
Lead the end-to-end sales process & achieve annual revenue and total contract value targets
Work in a matrix organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals designed
Collaboration with Vertical teams, develop strong, long-term executive relationships
Fluent in English and Swedish as business languages



Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Sales and Business Development
Experience in the digital ecosystem in the Nordics, knowledge of the industry trends, customer challenges, potential opportunities in various technology areas
In depth knowledge of Application development, app modernization and enterprise engineering with large –scale consulting engagements
Strong technical understanding and experience selling S4HANA/digital transformation services covering customer and employee experience services.
Ability to find digital solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with "consultative selling" is essential
Experience in understanding client requirements and mapping to Cognizant service offerings
Proven leadership qualities with excellent oral and written communication skills
