WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Benefit Program Lead supports the Pension & Benefits SME and facilitates the design and implementation of global employee benefit programmes, focusing on global roll?out and operationalisation of programmes, driving consistency, improving operational management, and increasing adoption of global benefits offerings that support colleagues engagement worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
Programs implementation – Leading the rollout of global benefits programs through establishing implementation plans and working closely with global and local specialists to secure a smooth experience and effective implementation at country level. Collaborating with regional People function teams and external providers to ensure effective implementation and adoption of benefits.
Programs improvement – Performing program audits, planning and driving program improvement initiatives to secure high efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Monitoring program performance – Collecting implementation insights and business feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Advisory – Providing expertise and guidance related to global benefits programs in scope to internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Pension & Benefits SME to secure alignment with the benefits strategy and ambitions.
Training and communication – Supporting communication and education initiatives to increase awareness and understanding of global benefits offerings.
Program documentation – Working closely with the Pension & Benefits SME to establish global benefits programme documentation, including policies, guidelines and working procedures.
Process mapping – Mapping new benefit processes and improving existing ones.

In your daily work, you will collaborate directly with the Pension & Benefits SME to align strategy, ambitions and programme documentation. You will also partner with external vendors and work closely with global and local specialists within our People function teams and collaborate on securing smooth and effective implementation of global benefits programs.

Expertise in implementation planning and execution of benefit programmes across multiple countries.

You will be championing a risk awareness culture throughout the organization and be responsible for our loss prevention program for property risks and manage Ericsson global Property Damage and Business Interruption Insurance plan. You will be part of the global Insurance Risk Management function and report to the Head of Group Insurance Risk Management.

The main responsibilities include leading our proactive loss prevention and risk engineering program to assure outstanding risk management to reduce the risk to the business and drive the global first-party insurance programs.

What you will do

* Proactively plan, drive, and follow up our risk management program for property risks.
* Manage and administrate Ericsson property & business interruption insurance.
* Ensure insurance exposure data are collected for all Ericsson sites on an annual basis with the support of the insurance risk management operations team.
* Review the above collection process to simplify and digitalize the collection of values.
* Liaise with external risk engineers, brokers, insurance companies and third-party service providers.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including supply, operations, legal, real estate, and sourcing, etc.
* Identify and analyze potential risks and adopt insurance coverage accordingly.
* Manage large and complex insurance claims when/if they occur; support and assist insurance risk management operations with claims when needed.



You will bring

* Experience in leading projects.
* Experience of working with risk management, loss prevention and/or insurance.
* Strong negotiations skills and ability to influence.
* Experience from Ericsson with adjacent topics such as Supply, Real Estate or Finance would also be considered.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.

Akademisk utbildning Civilingenjör, alternativt minst 4 års erfarenhet av projekt- och programstyrning som bedöms som likvärdig
Flera års erfarenhet av att arbeta med projekt med resultat och budgetansvar

IPMA/PMP certifierad eller motsvarande

Vi söker en erfaren programledare för att leda ett strategiskt program med fokus på SAP och molnbaserade lösningar. Uppdraget omfattar flera parallella projekt och tvärfunktionella strömmar med syfte att utveckla och införa gemensamma lösningar som stödjer verksamhetens kärnprocesser.

Duty Station:

Falköga Tech AB is a company that has switched focus from an accounting firm that also worked with software development to a software development company.
Falköga has founded the cloud-based program Agoy which is now sold to Fortnox. Now we have more projects going on (at least three) and looking for a person that can be the tech lead over those teams.
Agoy Bokslut & Skatt was created by the founder of Falköga, Carl-Magnus Falk, who together with the product specialist of Falköga made the app what it is today.
After the great success with Agoy, Falköga will now develop a number of new apps. To be based in our site in Skellefteå we are now recruiting a dedicated Senior Project Manager in the CAM Program to play an important part from the very start in building one of the first large scale European battery factories, where Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
The Senior Project Manager will manage overall planning and execution of design, procurement as well as construction & commissioning of the chemical plant until handover to Operations. Manage HSSE, Quality, Cost, Schedule performance including developing staff and resource plans for the work.

Som presentatör är du personlig och hittar ofta nya vinklar när du berättar om konserter och föreställningar för lyssnarna, gärna med spets och humor. Du är intresserad av att utveckla texter och tilltal för att fånga lyssnarnas uppmärksamhet och är van vid att växla mellan olika tekniska system vid research och den administration som krävs.

Vi som arbetar på P2 är musikälskare som jobbar med att göra bra radio med ett innehåll som berör och underhåller våra lyssnare med nya perspektiv och infallsvinklar. Kanalen erbjuder program med och om såväl klassisk musik som jazz- och folkmusik, liksom dokumentärer och önskeprogram.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Programledarens huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att presentera Klassiska konserten i P2 och Opera i P2. Detta kan innebära allt från att presentera konserter i direktsändning inför publik, till att i studio sammanställa och presentera redan inspelat livematerial. Programledaren gör intervjuer och redigerar programinslag. Du skriver presentationstexter till programmet och arbetar nära P2:s digitala redaktion. Du har också i viss mån ansvar för musikrapportering, arkivering och andra administrativa arbetsuppgifter.
Som programledare ingår du i redaktionen för Konsert och musikproduktion tillsammans med andra programledare, musikproducenter och musiktekniker.

We’re now looking to hire a Creator Lead who can come and join the Frever community. In the role as a Creator Lead at Frever you will build and manage the network of Frever video creators on key markets.
Frever creators are typically late teens interested in storytelling, video creation, animation and/or gaming. Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Product Development Leader to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for product development.
As an IP Program Manager you would be a vital part of a growing and global organization. Digital ASIC and FPGA sector delivers solutions to PDU Radio and PDU Compute and Digital Silicon for Baseband, Street-Macro and Radio products. The Digital ASIC and FPGA development muscle consists of 600+ R&D professionals in 4 main sites.
The IP Program Manager will report to ASIC & FPGA Program Office Manager (within PDU CDS Operations) and join a global team of skilled and experience IP, FPGA and ASIC PM’s.
An IP Program is a long living program that develops IP Blocks towards FPGAs and ASICs. The program typically consists of 4-8 XFT and 1 SoC Architect, and normally spans over several sites.

You will
Be responsible for the planning and execution of an IP Program
Be responsible for the IP Block development for several XFT teams
Manage several partners (i.e. be able to secure deliveries to several ASIC/FPGA projects in parallel)

Academic degree or the equivalent level of knowledge

Kulturnyheterna är en av Sveriges ledande kultur- och nöjesredaktioner. Vi sänder från tidig morgon till sen kväll och har en nyhetsinriktad och snabb webbdesk. Nu söker vi en programledare som huvudsakligen ska sända i våra sändningar i Morgonstudion. Tjänsten är en tidsbegränsad programanställning året ut, med chans till förlängning. Som programledare i Kulturnyheternas morgonsändningar förbereder och programleder du våra sändningar i Morgonstudion. Arbetet är huvudsakligen upplagt så att du planerar under ett arbetspass dagtid för att sedan sända följande morgon, och så vidare.Antal morgonpass per vecka är två eller tre. Under planeringspassen arbetar du nära våra redaktörer och reportrar.Under morgnarna uppdaterar du det planerade innehållet med det senaste från nattens nyheter tillsammans med en av våra redigerare.

Uppdragsbeskrivning

Rollen som bitr. programledare omfattar ett uppdrag med stort ansvar att tillsammans med programledaren styra och leda programmet mot uppsatta mål.

Arbetsuppgifter som ingår i uppdraget:

• Sammanställa information från programmets olika projekt.
• Säkerställa och planerar resurs för programmet.
• Leda programgemensamma resurser som till största del består av konsulter.
• Säkerställa att projekten drivs enligt Projekt- och programhandboken.
• Utforma tjänsteutlåtanden i samarbete med berört projekt.
• Arbeta för att fastställa bästa praxis inom programmet.
• Tillsammans med programledare implementera ett målarbete
• Styra kvalitets-, krav- och överlämningsarbete tillsammans med kvalitetssamordnare
• Tillse att alla inom programmet känner till trafikförvaltningens värdegrund ÖKPS (Öppenhet, Kompetens, Pålitlighet, Samverkan).
• Uppdatera Programplanen samt tillse att den efterlevs av programmet och de ingående projekten.
• Medverka/ansvara för upphandlingar och aktivt följa upp avtal med leverantörer.
• Aktivt följa upp de ingående projektens arbete och resultat
• Tillsammans med programledaren ansvara för programmets övergripande tidstyrning, kostnadsstyrning, riskhantering, ändringshantering, kvalitetshantering samt kommunikationsinsatser.
• Bygga upp en programövergripande plan för överlämning till förvaltarorganisation.

Du kommer ha en tät och mer än daglig dialog med programledare. Vi förutsätter att du eftersträvar ett väl fungerande samarbete och att du med hjälp av en god kommunikationsförmåga kan engagera din omgivning och förmedla budskap på ett enkelt och tydligt sätt. Framgång i arbetet bygger till stor del på samarbetet med Programledaren.

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket betyder att du blir anställd hos oss på Snille. Uppdraget beräknas starta 01-okt-2020 och pågå till 31-dec-2022. Uppdragets omfattning beräknas till 100%. Du kommer på ca 80% utföra ditt arbete på projektkontoret. Under perioden för Corona kan annan överenskommelse göras.

Krav

• Har arbetat minst 5 år inom offentlig verksamhet. Anställning eller konsulttjänst ska ha utförts under de senaste 10 åren.
• Samlad erfarenheten som projektchef, programledare eller gruppchef under minst 10 år.
• Ansvarat för projektomsättning större än 1 md kr per år, antingen som enskilt projekt eller i en projektportfölj.
• Arbetat som programledare i offentlig verksamhet under minst 2 år
• Har arbetat minst 10 år som beställare inom bygg- eller anläggningsbransch.
• Projektchef och programledare för två projekt inom depåer (buss, järnväg, båt eller flyg) projekt större än 750 mnkr.
• I sin roll som projektchef eller programledare ansvarat för resursplanering för en organisation med fler än 10 medarbetare.
• Under 5 års tid ansvarat för att ta fram och utforma rapporter på svenska från projekt eller verksamhet som presenterats för ledningsgrupp, kommun, landsting eller staten. Erfarenheten får ej vara äldre än 10 år.
• I sin roll som projektchef eller programledare ansvarat för överlämningar av projekt till förvaltare, arbetat med överlämningsfrågor längre än 3 år. Erfarenheter får ej vara äldre än 10 år.

Meriterande

• Erfarenheter av styrning och uppföljning av program-/projektprocesser under minst 5 års tid.
• Dokumenterad erfarenhet som projektchef eller programledare från byggprojekt förknippad med hög nivå av kravställning, exempelvis sjukhus, medicinfabrik eller processindustri. Erfarenhet får ej vara äldre än 10 år.
• Mer än 3 års erfarenhet att skriftligt framställa material på svenska för beslut inom kommun, landsting eller staten.

Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande, självgående och har en god analytisk förmåga samtidigt som du är lösningsorienterad och initiativtagande. En god administrativ förmåga är en viktig egenskap för att lyckas med ditt uppdrag.
