The IoT Business Unit (Internet of Things) functions as a specialized "Engine Room" where hardware meets software. This team isn't just about connectivity; it's about translating physical sensor data into actionable business intelligence for Swedish consumer markets. The team under the IoT umbrella is typically multidisciplinary, organized to handle the full lifecycle of a connected solution—from the "edge" (the device) to the "cloud" (the insight). Human centricity is a key parameter making decisions and building solutions.
About You:
As the Program Manager, you sit at the center of these groups. Your challenge is ensuring that the hardware team isn't waiting on the cloud team, and that the data science outputs actually meet the commercial KPIs set by the Business Development Manager.
• Agile at Scale: The team usually operates in Sprints, but with the added complexity of hardware lead times and regulatory compliance (such as GDPR and EU cybersecurity standards).
• Sweden-Specific Focus: There is often a heavy emphasis on Sustainability and Green IoT, aligning with Swedish corporate values to monitor carbon footprints and resource efficiency.

What you will do

Arbetsuppgifter

Vi söker dig som har kännedom om Stockholms universitet och dess forskningsverksamhet. Du har högskoleutbildning på lägst masternivå inom ett fält som är relevant för Accelerators verksamhet. Det är extra meriterande om du har disputerat eller bedriver långt framskridna doktorandstudier. Det är också ett plus om du tidigare arbetat med, eller tangerat frågor om kunskapshierarkier, om relationer mellan vetenskaplig kunskap, konstnärlig kunskap, urfolkskunskap, handens kunskap och andra kunskapsformer. Du har lätt att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift och har god förmåga att självständigt planera och genomföra verksamhet och att lösa eventuella problem längs vägen. Du är också van vid att samarbeta och att etablera kontakter. Mycket stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.

Om anställningen
Anställningen avser deltid (50 %) och är tidsbegränsad i sex månader från januari 2026 eller enligt överenskommelse. Viss arbetstid är förlagd till kvällar och helger. Vissa möjligheter till förlängning finns.

Arbetet syftar till att säkerställa ett enhetligt genomförande av uppdraget att införa digitala nationella prov enligt regeringens direktiv.
Konsulten kommer på uppdrag av en avdelningschef att leda och samordna ett övergripande arbete som sträcker sig över flera projekt och verksamhetsdelar.
I rollen ingår att:
Koordinera och leda flera arbetsgrupper parallellt.
Skapa och upprätthålla en helhetssyn över hela uppdraget.
Rapportera kontinuerligt till avdelningschefen för verksamhetsutvecklingsstöd.

Uppdraget kräver tät dialog och samarbete med både interna chefer, medarbetare och externa leverantörer.
Konsulten ska vara tillgänglig för intervju med kort varsel, antingen på plats i Solna eller via Teams.
Obligatoriska krav:
Konsulten ska inneha minst kompetensnivå 4 (motsvarande 9–12 års erfarenhet).
Minst 5 års erfarenhet som programledare eller likvärdig roll med strategiskt ansvar för att styra och samordna flera projekt mot ett gemensamt mål.
Minst 5 års erfarenhet från arbete i komplexa organisationer där både verksamhet och IT samordnas över flera organisatoriska nivåer och intressenter.
Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att planera, genomföra, följa upp och samordna program eller större initiativ.
Erfarenhet av att koordinera arbete mellan flera organisatoriska enheter.
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av att leda samordning mellan olika team eller avdelningar.
Erfarenhet av nyttorealisering och effektstyrning, med minst 3 års erfarenhet av att följa upp och säkra verksamhetseffekter.
Minst 2 års erfarenhet av samarbete med externa leverantörer eller parter inom projektledning eller koordinering.
Mycket god förmåga att kommunicera på svenska i både tal och skrift.

Meriterande erfarenheter:
Certifiering inom projektledning, exempelvis PMP eller PRINCE2.
Minst 2 års erfarenhet av att leda eller stödja förändringsarbete i samband med nya arbetssätt eller digitala lösningar.
Minst 3 års erfarenhet av regelbunden rapportering till ledningsnivå, exempelvis avdelningschef eller styrgrupp.
Minst 2 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom offentlig sektor med fokus på strukturerad projektstyrning, dokumentation och riskhantering.

We are looking for a Program Manager with experience of digital commerce and the ability to drive complex strategic projects with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will belong to External and New Sales, which is a Value Stream within the central function Digital Sales. Proven track record of planning, ensuring delivery and progress follow-up of large-scale projects/programs?preferably with external parties.
Proven record of accomplishment of managing follow-up of roadmaps and follow-up of KPI’s and business effect?.
Good leadership skills, effective communication and collaboration skills.
Skilled in digital & analytical project management tools, such as the Microsoft suit, Jira/Confluence, Miro.
Analytical skills; bringing structure into complexity.

SIWI conducts research, builds institutional capacity, and provides advisory services to water decision-makers and practitioners in emerging and developing economies. Our expertise relates to multi-level governance of shared water resources and sustainable delivery of water and services. We work on the linkages of water with sectors such as climate, food and energy and at multiple scales in countries, cities, rural communities and along river basins.
About the department:
The Water and Sanitation Department implements programs in the areas of water and sanitation service delivery, and also conducts several activities in coordination with the water resources department, with the aim to contribute to achieve sustainable and resilient water and sanitation services. The Department also conducts research studies and capacity building oriented initiatives.
Description of the position:
The assignment is a full-time position. The Manager will be responsible for implementation and development of water governance related projects in relation to resilient water supply and sanitation. This includes managerial functions, as well as capacity building, technical support and advice on governance related to water supply and sanitation issues; responsible for project development and development of methodologies, tools and knowledge products.
The Manager will contribute to the implementation of the Accountability for Sustainability Partnership; within this program, the Manager will:
support UNICEF Country Offices to deliver sustainable, climate resilient WASH programs, through support on climate risk analysis and related action planning;
support the operationalization of the Water and Sanitation Game Plans, with specific focus on the development and implementation of climate resilient water and sanitation strategies and programs,
support other elements related to WASH systems strengthening.

provide technical support and advisory services to support WASH governance processes to countries and to SIWI partners as per demand

contribute to the thematic development of SIWI’s portfolio in the areas of resilient water supply and sanitation.

Your role as a Trainee – Program management
Goal/purpose of the department information: Lead and control the investment programs within Asset investments towards set goals, with focus on operations.

• Support one of our electricity network investment programs. The programs are responsible for following up budgets, forecasts, risks and timetables for projects included in the program.

• Support projects and managers in building and strengthening relationships with both internal and external parties, which is why both the ability and willingness to communicate, collaborate, influence and develop the business are important.
• Contribute to our continued implementation and development of methods of operation for program management.

Accountability for Sustainability is a partnership with UNICEF aimed to improve governance as a means to increase sustainability of water supply and sanitation services. The partnership includes a global program and two dedicated regional programs for Latin America and Middle East and North Africa. Only in 2021, SIWI supported over 25 countries in different regions of the world through this program, also covering countries in SubSaharan Africa and East Asia.
Description of the position:
The assignment is a full-time position. The Manager will be responsible for implementation and development of water governance related projects in relation to resilient water supply and sanitation. This includes managerial functions, as well as capacity building, technical support and advice on governance related to water supply and sanitation issues; responsible for project development and development of methodologies, tools and knowledge products.
The main duties of the Program Manager will include the following:
§ The Manager will support UNICEF to deliver sustainable, climate resilient WASH programs, through support on climate risk analysis and related action planning.
§ The Manager will support UNICEF in the operationalization of the Sanitation Game Plan, with specific focus on the development and implementation of climate resilient sanitation strategies and programs.
§ The Manager will contribute to the implementation of other programs in the water and sanitation department, with a focus on climate resilience.
§ The Manager will mainly support SIWI’s portfolio in sub-Saharan Africa and Asia, although specific support in MENA and LAC may be also requested.
§ The Manager will contribute to evidence generation and knowledge management in all programs.
Within the assignment, the Program manager will:
§ Contribute to the thematic development of SIWI’s portfolio in the areas of resilient water supply and sanitation
§ Develop and/or contribute to the development of knowledge products, training materials, methodologies, tools, and research
§ Organize and facilitate workshops / trainings as needed.
§ Identify and develop relationships with national and regional partners
§ Provide technical support and advisory services to support water governance processes to countries and to SIWI partners as per demand

Required skills and competencies:
Experience of working with water governance in relation to water supply and sanitation at local, national, and international level.
Experience of working with global climate change and disaster risk reduction processes. Solid understanding of environmental and climate policies, strategies, institutions, and regulations.
Experience in applying knowledge to climate policy-related decisions and advice.
Experience of working on safely managed sanitation, covering the full sanitation chain. Solid understanding of the linkages between sanitation and climate change, in relation to both adaptation and mitigation strategies.

Vi som arbetar på P2 är musikälskare som jobbar med att göra bra radio med ett innehåll som berör och underhåller våra lyssnare med nya perspektiv och infallsvinklar. Kanalen erbjuder program med och om såväl klassisk musik som jazz- och folkmusik, liksom dokumentärer och önskeprogram.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
Programledarens huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att presentera Klassiska konserten i P2 och Opera i P2. Detta kan innebära allt från att presentera konserter i direktsändning inför publik, till att i studio sammanställa och presentera redan inspelat livematerial. Programledaren gör intervjuer och redigerar programinslag. Du skriver presentationstexter till programmet och arbetar nära P2:s digitala redaktion. Du har också i viss mån ansvar för musikrapportering, arkivering och andra administrativa arbetsuppgifter.
Som programledare ingår du i redaktionen för Konsert och musikproduktion tillsammans med andra programledare, musikproducenter och musiktekniker.

För att lyckas i rollen som programledare ser vi att du har följande kompetenser och kvalifikationer:

• En bra radioröst
• Mycket goda kunskaper i klassisk musik
• God förmåga att uttrycka sig på svenska, och andra relevanta musikspråk

Purpose of the job:

Working in close collaboration with a Program Manager and Sub-System Manager, owner of time management topic for his area, providing proper time management information to support decision-making to reach the program's expected OTD performance.
Responsible to develop and maintain the internal program schedule.
Manage efficiently planning deliverable issuance.
Facilitate the synchronization of internal stakeholders.


Main responsibilities:

Build the program schedule for his area based on internal standard WBS, contractual targets, and data provided by all stakeholders.
Contribute with the Finance Project Manager to Earned Value Management.
Participate in the validation of the program baseline.
Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external Stakeholders’ commitments, and manage the schedules interfaces.
Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues.
Organise and lead periodic project schedule sessions for his area.
Provide a timely updated schedule situation highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline.
Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to the schedule.
Prepare schedule and progress reports.
Provide support to sub-system manager on all issues related to sub-system program schedule.
Monitor and review the interfaces between Program and Projects.
Apply the Program Scheduling Process.
Promote time management practices awareness in the project team.
Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices, schedule templates.



Requirements:

Degree in Engineering.
Project management and industrial background.
Knowledge of internal processes: Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality and their interface.
Knowledge of different scheduling tools (Primavera or Microsoft Project), especially for project scheduling processes.
Basic overall knowledge of railway products, and good knowledge of the Sub-System.
Agility to juggle with schedules simulations, various scenarios, and changing project goals.

Du kommer att arbeta med en ny programserie som även sänds i P1. Den är en del av UR:s satsning på vetenskap och produceras löpande med start våren 2022. 
Som en av två programledare kommer du vara med och forma poddens innehåll. Tillsammans med redaktionen kommer du med idéer och skriver manus. Du gör också intervjuer som du sedan förvandlar till rappt och spännande innehåll. Du har en bred kunskap inom vetenskap, som du gärna refererar till, men har också några specialintressen som du nördat ned dig i. Skriv gärna vilka i din ansökan! 

Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid din förmåga att fånga lyssnaren, därför vill vi att du skickar ett röstprov med din ansökan. Overall Purpose Of The Role
The program cybersecurity manager will manage cybersecurity for mainline project under the responsibility of an experimented Project Cyber Security Manager
The primary responsibilities of the Project Cybersecurity manager are:
For program cybersecurity management:
To perform security risk assessment of mainline railway sub-system;
Taking into account the railway sector constraints, to specify and validate the suitable architectures, solutions and counter measures for each of the not-acceptable risks;
To define the Cybersecurity processes, rules and guidelines of the Program and ensure these ones are followed.

For technical mentoring:
To define cybersecurity solution with the program manager;
To mentor people how to implement cybersecurity solutions;
To follow cybersecurity test implementation.


Responsibilities
Perform solution cybersecurity security assessment, including Zones and Conduits architectures
Identify the not acceptable risks for each component and/or sub-system
Liaise with the platform and program team to define the most suitable solution reducing the risk to an acceptable value
Specify the platform cybersecurity requirements and validate their implementation
Perform technological watch and vulnerability analyses for program.
Participate to implementation of cybersecurity within Alstom processes
Verify that all parts of the program organisation, including subcontractors, perform their work according to the applicable security requirements, security rules, security guidelines, security information
Support mainline platform cybersecurity manager in joint programs tackling the issue of the cybersecurity in the railway with a specific focus on PKI implementation and cybersecurity tests
Mentor the cybersecurity test platform program, provide the main guideline for the research program and help to tackle technical implementation issues.

What does a Senior Program Manager do?

Frever creators are typically late teens interested in storytelling, video creation, animation and/or gaming. Meriterande

• Erfarenheter av styrning och uppföljning av program-/projektprocesser under minst 5 års tid.

Areas of responsibility

- Uncover, define and extend our common components.
- Partner with Product Managers, Expansion Managers, Business Developers and Development teams to find the best development and communication paths.
- Manage the process of Idea to Production pipeline for product & engineering initiatives.
- Predict, identify and resolve roadblocks.
- Manage product backlog(s) proactively, based on the business prioritization from the local business developer as well as technical prioritization from the development team(s).
- Promote transparency by communicating what’s going on to teams, stakeholders and the wider community of Lendo.

You will be reporting to the Engineering Delivery Lead and be part of the Engineering Delivery Team together with engineers and a PPM driving cross-market coordination.

We are looking for a tech-savvy program manager to join our technology vendor management office (VMO). The Technology VMO works to achieve the mission of enabling engineers to make the best use of their resources through strategic partnerships, financial insights, and market awareness. At Spotify, we partner with strategic vendors to accelerate our ability to provide streaming music services to over 200 million monthly active users worldwide. Our Technology VMO builds mutually beneficial relationships with these partners, to provide Spotify better access to technology and enable our partners to make better products.
As a member of the Technology VMO Program Management team, you will manage interaction with the strategic infrastructure partners that power the underlying platform of Spotify. You will have the opportunity to work at multiple levels: directly coordinating executive to executive relationships while also leading a portfolio of programs that coordinate engineer-to-engineer collaboration across multiple technology disciplines – compute, storage, database, machine learning, observability, orchestration, developer tools, management tools, FinOps, and more.
As our Program Manager you will be a point of contact for our technology platform strategy, leading interactions and knowledge sharing with leading infrastructure vendors, giving you a front seat in the current evolution of the cloud-native marketplace. You will be involved across the entire lifecycle of these relationships. From strategy to sourcing, prioritisation, governance, and, finally, public celebration of joint successes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Stay informed of market trends and technology innovations while assisting other Spotify R&D leaders with an evaluation of new technology from infrastructure partners
Work collaboratively with the VMO team.
Build and run the programs responsible for ensuring engineer-to-engineer collaboration in the domains of compute, storage, database, machine learning, observability, orchestration, developer tools, and management tools
Lead programs responsible for executive-to-executive governance. Collaboration with each major Spotify infrastructure provider with the goal of maintaining healthy partnerships, where both Spotify and our Partners derive value
Manage service level agreements with vendors, partnering with other Spotify leads to monitor performance, continually optimize value, and address non-compliance with agreements
Organize regular strategic business reviews with our strategic technology partners to set and update goals in the partnership
Build strong relationships with other technology companies to jointly advocate for common objectives

WHO YOU ARE
You have an understanding of critical technology for internet-based companies; e.g. cloud computing, big data, mobile computing or content delivery
You have a track record of building effective long-term partner relationships
Knowledge of trends in the tech industry and the marketplaces for services, including experience with translating trends and needs into compelling strategies
You are experienced with building accountability mechanisms, holding partners accountable to commitments and resolving issues
You have experience leading decentralized programs across a diversity of partners
You have the ability and willingness to find insights from a wide range of inputs
