Required Competence
We are expecting that candidates sending in an application, fulfill majority of the following core competences and requirements:
M.Sc or B.Sc in Computer Science or similar, an MBA degree is preferred
Min 8 years of experience as Customer Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager
Min 5 years of experience as Sales Manager is a must
Track record of group/team management and leadership skills
Negotiations, argumentation and value orientation skills
Financial analysis, business modeling skills
Content management and offer creation understanding
Telecom knowledge is plus
Analytical, structured, team player with sense of agility
Excellent communication skills is a must
Availability to travel in the region with short notice
Very good knowledge in and experience of modern tools for on-line collaboration virtuall team management, project management, such as Confluence, JIRA, Primavera etc.
Excellent language skills in Swedish and English

This role is a key role in a small company. This means you are responsible from the begining to the end, from scope definition to fulfillment of contractual obligation. The role requires EXTENSIVE collaboration within the team, with customer teams and with vendors providing the solution components.
Responsibilities
Managing program, from scope definition to delivery and acceptance
Managing customer expectation
Fulfilling the contractual obligation specified in SLA
Managing a team of dedicated integrator and architects during design, build and delivery phase
Frequent international travel - customer site presence up to 80%
