About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager (PM) to Team Agent Products, this team provides products and tools for the property agents. Their mission is to help agents grow their business by creating the most efficient platform for finding sellers, and buyers.

Role and responsibilities

As PM you will belong to Hemnet’s product team which today consists of seven PMs, a UX Designer, a User Research Director and Chief Product Officer. In this role you will define and lead the direction for product development within your area with focus on broadening and developing Hemnet’s existing position. You will have the opportunity, and are expected, to work experimentally to find the best user experience for our visitors.

You will work with a cross-functional team of developers, analyst and UX to define the best way to improve our products. You’ll define success metrics and work experimentally to drive towards the best outcome for the users and for the business.

As a PM you’ll also work really closely with other PMs and teams at Hemnet, like communication, business development and sales.

In the role you are expected to:

Challenge one, search function optimization:
Team Find & Discover is experimenting and trying out some new stuff with one thing in mind, how can we optimize the searching experience and make the user more engaged?
They want to create valuable recommendations on relevant homes for sale and make it easy to gather the users' previous searches and objects. The aim is to give our users the best possible experience and opportunity to match their dreams and needs in a new home.

Challenge two, creating value for property developers during long-term projects:
Team New Construction is working on making the project listing (web and app) more valuable for property developers. This includes a lot of product and market research to learn about the value we create for our partners. By working a lot with e.g user research, user- & customer interviews and A/B testing we want to find out what actually brings traffic to the listings, and improve our product.

Challenge three, help sellers use Hemnet earlier in the selling process:
One challenge that Team Sellers Experience is trying to solve right now is helping sellers enter Hemnet as early as possible in the process of selling their real estate. One factor they have in mind is for example: In uncertain times, the threshold might be higher to pay for a listing if you're not sure that you want to sell.
Here, our developers need to listen to the data to know what kind of product improvement we should prioritize.

Som HR Generalist ansvarar du för det operativa och löpande HR-arbetet på Hemnet. Du kommer att stötta Hemnets chefer och medarbetare i alla olika HR-frågor, högt och lågt. Vem är du?

Background & Skills
You’re a seasoned fullstack developer who have previously worked with complex systems. Your programming language of choice is less important but you should be someone comfortable in taking responsibility and making technical decisions. Team New Construction

Team Sellers' Experience

Team Payments - A new journey begins!
We’re responsible for the payment platform at Hemnet that provides APIs and integrations to payment providers for other teams. Or at least that’s the goal! We are starting from scratch and are assembling a brand new crew to build the payment platform. As a Frontend Developer in team Find & Discover you will contribute to all stages in the product life cycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance. Team Find & Discover’s mission is to provide consumers with relevant, tailored, and fresh content so they always can discover new houses and areas.
