About the role
We take great pride in creating and offering our players a wide range of different art styles and themes in our games. As a Game Artist, you’ll take on the exciting challenge of transforming early concept art into pixel-perfect final assets, while also crafting original concepts and artwork from the ground up.
A typical work week as an Game Artist can consist of:
Asset Creation: Craft a diverse array of high-quality 2D game assets, UI element designs and awesome, polished headlines (typography) prepared for seamless handover to our expert animators. Your sharp eye for composition, color, perspective, and lighting will be critical in ensuring the highest standard of work.
Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with other artists, animators and programmers to collaboratively build “best in class” iGames.
Communication: Partner with the Art Director and Creative Director to follow the unique art style of each game. Be open to feedback and take the initiative to independently enhance and perfect your work, while still ensuring it aligns with the creative vision.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience creating 2D assets with focus on mobile within the gaming or similar industry.
Polishing & UI Expertise: Skilled at polishing game assets to perfection, ensuring every detail shines and aligns with the creative vision. Experienced in creating intuitive UI elements that enhance the player experience, seamlessly combining functionality with captivating design.
Software skills: Strong knowledge of Photoshop. Knowledge in 3D is a big plus but not required.
Portfolio: A captivating portfolio demonstrating excellent artistic ability including the effective use of color, composition, and typography.
Creativity: A passion for art and a sharp eye for detail are essential, along with the ability to adapt to various art styles. Your understanding of animation will be crucial, as you’ll help create assets ready for seamless animation.

A typical work week as a Technical Writer consists of:

- Writing and maintaining game rules for our slot games while ensuring clarity and regulatory compliance. You will also define and uphold high writing standards and tone across all game-related content.

Om rollen

Som Certifieringskoordinator ligger ditt fokus på att leda och koordinera certifieringen av både våra befintliga titlar när de ska rullas ut på nya marknader, samt att koordinera certifieringen för nya spel. About the Role

Vidare har du ett starkt intresse av att lösa matematiska problem och djupa kunskaper i datastrukturer, algoritmer och mjukvarudesign. I rollen som Art Director ansvarar du bland annat för att:
Skapa funktionell design av viktiga spelelement och bygga/konstruera spelvyer
Guida och leda skapandet av koncept, design och storyboards
Arbeta nära Concept Artist för att identifiera och sätta den visuella grunden för spelet
Styra den visuella stilen av spelet under produktionen, kommunicera en tydlig vision för ett spel och dirigera och vägleda ett team av artister och animatörer att realisera den visionen
Ge daglig guidning, vägledning och stöd till artister och animatörer
Säkra hög kvalitet och noggrannhet på alla grafiska assets
Kunna gå in och färdigställa grafik på egen hand om så skulle krävas
Koordinera och samarbeta med intressenter såsom Creative Director, Produktägare och Team Manager
Ta ägandeskap för och utföra onboarding av nya artister samt genomföra kontinuerlig utbildning av alla artister
Samarbeta med andra Art Directors och Animation Team Lead för att skapa, underhålla och upprätthålla användningen av grafik- och animationspipelines och -processer.
Att aktivt delta i utvecklingen av den grafiska pipelinen, ge rekommendationer och se till att grafikerna har de verktyg och det stöd som krävs för att på bästa sätt kunna utföra sitt arbete och uppnå visuella mål för produkterna.



Vem är du?

Vem är du?

We believe that you have:
2+ years of experience in Animations in a similar role.
Strong knowledge in After Effects.
Designing and Creation of high-quality 2D animations. (using keyframes and in-betweens, NOT motion graphics).
Designing resource-lean animations, still of high quality and performance for mobile devices.
Knowledge in animation processes from idea, storyboarding to final polishing.
Good knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing).

About the position
The 2D Animator role involves designing and creating the dynamics of the games for the best user experience, with game flows and animation effects to support the gameplay. Games run in web browsers on Mobile devices and Desktops. We use After Effects and in-house animation tools to streamline the animation flow.
You will be responsible for:
Design and create dynamics for our games to improve the user experience.
Create 2D animations.
Add dynamic elements and visual effects to static graphic assets.
Collaborate with graphic artists, programmers, and sound engineers to integrate and create casino games.

Vi söker nu en erfaren Devops-ingenjör som vill vara vår expert på att underhålla och förbättra CI/CD pipelines. Vem är du!
Vi tror att du har “hands-on skills” och en passion för att automatisera saker, t.ex att köra:

Du trivs i en roll där du arbetar nära våra affärskrav och hur användare använder nuvarande verktyg, för att identifiera förbättringar och implementera förändringar, från process till implementering inklusive kvalitetssäkring.
För att lyckas i denna position behöver du:
Flera års erfarenhet med automatisering och bygga CI/CD pipelines
Erfarenhet av minst ett programmeringspråk (Golang/Python eller liknande är meriterande)
Erfarenhet av att bygga och distribuera programvara med Ansible eller liknande

Art Director till vår spelutvecklingsstudio

Om rollen
Vi lägger ner mycket arbete och stolthet i att skapa och erbjuda våra spelare ett brett utbud av olika stilar i våra spel. Som Art Director är din huvudsakliga uppgift att leda och vägleda det visuella arbetet och produktionen av spel. Fokus ligger just på att vägleda och stödja andra artister och animatörer och inte på att själv skapa grafik hands-on. Skulle situationen dock kräva det så måste du vara bekväm med att ta grafik hela vägen själv.
I rollen som Art Director ansvarar du bland annat för att:
Skapa funktionell design av viktiga spelelement och bygga/konstruera spelvyer
Guida och leda skapandet av koncept, design och storyboards
Arbeta nära Concept Artist för att identifiera och sätta den visuella grunden för spelet
Styra den visuella stilen av spelet under produktionen, kommunicera en tydlig vision för ett spel och dirigera och vägleda ett team av artister och animatörer att realisera den visionen
Ge daglig guidning, vägledning och stöd till artister och animatörer
Säkra hög kvalitet och noggrannhet på alla grafiska assets
Kunna gå in och färdigställa grafik på egen hand om så skulle krävas
Koordinera och samarbeta med intressenter såsom Creative Director, Produktägare och Team Manager
Ta ägandeskap för och utföra onboarding av nya artister samt genomföra kontinuerlig utbildning av alla artister
Samarbeta med andra Art Directors och Animation Team Lead för att skapa, underhålla och upprätthålla användningen av grafik- och animationspipelines och -processer.

Vem är du?

Concept Artist till vår spelutvecklingsstudio
ELK Studios utökar sin spelstudio i Stockholm och söker nu en Concept Artist som vill bli en del av vårt team och utveckla enastående casinospel. Med ambitionen att erbjuda våra spelare fantastiska spelupplevelser söker vi dig med passion för att lägga grunden för spelets visuella presentation!
Om rollen
Som Concept Artist kommer du tillsammans med Produktägare och Art Director att lägga grunden för spelets visuella presentation med avseende på både grafik och animation. Tillsammans med vår Art Director tolkar du produktägarens vision av spelet och utgår ifrån den i skissningsarbetet. Det är viktigt att arbeta enkelt, snabbfotat och uttrycksfullt då det krävs ett antal iterationer innan tematisering och stil kan spikas.
Att sätta den funktionella designen av ett spel är en viktig del av pre-produktionen. De funktionella frågorna måste besvaras innan designen kan kläs i färg och form. Arbetet sker i 2D men visuella effekter kan med fördel användas för att skapa djup och liv i grafiken.
I rollen som Concept Artist ingår bland annat följande;
Undersöka och föreslå koncept, teman, stilar och genrer
Ta fram designutkast för centrala och viktiga komponenter och spelvyer utifrån muntlig och skriftlig presentation av Produktägare
Skapa storyboards för att tydliggöra flödet i olika spellägen och i samband med vissa spelfunktioner
Ta fram högkvalitativa koncept för våra spel
Skissa fram olika game assets som exempelvis funktionssymboler, utbetalningssymboler, bakgrunder, karaktärer, mätare, räknare m.m.
Ta en del av skisserna till nästintill färdigställt skick
Ha en tät dialog med Produktägare, Creative Director och Art Director angående grafik, visuell presentation och spelupplevelse
I samband med produktionsstart göra en tydlig och strukturerad överlämning till teamet som ska ta spelet i mål

Vem är du?
Det är viktigt att du motiveras av möjligheten och friheten att skissa brett och att du är prestigelös och bekväm med det faktum att mycket av det du tar fram kommer inte att följa med in i spelproduktionen. Du har gedigna grafiska färdigheter med inriktning mot konceptdesign och en mycket god förmåga att rita i en mängd olika stilar.
Som Concept Artist måste du kunna förklara begrepp och konstnärliga val för teamet som tar vid i produktionen. Därav kräver rollen att du är mångsidig och har god kommunikationsförmåga i både tal och skrift. Som senior i din roll är förväntningarna höga på att du är självgående, motiverad och har ett stort inre driv. Du förväntas vilja utvecklas i ditt konceptarbete och driva det enligt tidsplan samt själv efterfråga feedback från aktuella intressenter.
Vidare har du:
Kunskaper om anatomi och zoologi samt fysiska miljöer
Gedigen medvetenhet om karaktärers ansiktsuttryck, poser, hållning och rörelser

Om rollen
Som Concept Artist kommer du tillsammans med Produktägare och Art Director att lägga grunden för spelets visuella presentation med avseende på både grafik och animation. Tillsammans med vår Art Director tolkar du produktägarens vision av spelet och utgår ifrån den i skissningsarbetet. Det är viktigt att arbeta enkelt, snabbfotat och uttrycksfullt då det krävs ett antal iterationer innan tematisering och stil kan spikas.
Att sätta den funktionella designen av ett spel är en viktig del av pre-produktionen. De funktionella frågorna måste besvaras innan designen kan kläs i färg och form. Arbetet sker i 2D men visuella effekter kan med fördel användas för att skapa djup och liv i grafiken.
I rollen som Concept Artist ingår bland annat följande;
Undersöka och föreslå koncept, teman, stilar och genrer
Ta fram designutkast för centrala och viktiga komponenter och spelvyer utifrån muntlig och skriftlig presentation av Produktägare
Skapa storyboards för att tydliggöra flödet i olika spellägen och i samband med vissa spelfunktioner
Ta fram högkvalitativa koncept för våra spel
Skissa fram olika game assets som exempelvis funktionssymboler, utbetalningssymboler, bakgrunder, karaktärer, mätare, räknare m.m.
Ta en del av skisserna till nästintill färdigställt skick
Ha en tät dialog med Produktägare, Creative Director och Art Director angående grafik, visuell presentation och spelupplevelse
I samband med produktionsstart göra en tydlig och strukturerad överlämning till teamet som ska ta spelet i mål

Vem är du?
Det är viktigt att du motiveras av möjligheten och friheten att skissa brett och att du är prestigelös och bekväm med det faktum att mycket av det du tar fram kommer inte att följa med in i spelproduktionen. Du har gedigna grafiska färdigheter med inriktning mot konceptdesign och en mycket god förmåga att rita i en mängd olika stilar.
Som Concept Artist måste du kunna förklara begrepp och konstnärliga val för teamet som tar vid i produktionen. Därav kräver rollen att du är mångsidig och har god kommunikationsförmåga i både tal och skrift. Som senior i din roll är förväntningarna höga på att du är självgående, motiverad och har ett stort inre driv. Du förväntas vilja utvecklas i ditt konceptarbete och driva det enligt tidsplan samt själv efterfråga feedback från aktuella intressenter.
Vidare har du:
Kunskaper om anatomi och zoologi samt fysiska miljöer
Gedigen medvetenhet om karaktärers ansiktsuttryck, poser, hållning och rörelser

As a Game Artist you will create, polish, improve and render the art assets and bring them to a final release state. Assets are typically symbols, backgrounds, buttons, text and various UI elements. Om rollen
Vi söker nu en erfaren Devops-ingenjör som vill vara vår expert på att underhålla och förbättra CI/CD pipelines. Vår DevOps-avdelning är nyckeln för att resten av vår verksamhet ska kunna distribuera och köra våra produkter med hög kvalitet. Genom att använda en uppsättning verktyg för kontinuerlig integrering och distribution gör vi det möjligt för intressenter att känna tilltro till att implementera nya funktioner och spel. Med toppmodern övervakning av tjänster/spelprestanda i realtid levererar DevOps förtroende till verksamheten att systemet fungerar och kvaliteten säkerställs.


Vem är du!
Vi tror att du har “hands-on skills” och en passion för att automatisera saker, t.ex att köra:
lsof -p `pgrep gameexecuter` | grep socket | wc -l
Du trivs i en roll där du arbetar nära våra affärskrav och hur användare använder nuvarande verktyg, för att identifiera förbättringar och implementera förändringar, från process till implementering inklusive kvalitetssäkring.
För att lyckas i denna position behöver du:
Flera års erfarenhet med automatisering och bygga CI/CD pipelines
Erfarenhet av minst ett programmeringspråk (Golang/Python eller liknande är meriterande)
Erfarenhet av att bygga och distribuera programvara med Ansible eller liknande
Förståelse för att köra plattformar i molnmiljö (AWS föredras men inte ett måste)
En passion för linux och terminalkommandon

Who you are!
We believe you are a passionate animator with the urge and ideas to really make our games stand out and perform. Your goal is to make visual effects and 2D animation that can make symbols, objects, flows, characters, etc come alive! To thrive with us, you need to be a team player with a good ability to work together. You are driven and strive to constantly develop your skills. Furthermore, you are Creative, Innovative, and Solution-Oriented. We work in small multidisciplinary teams with short development cycles and great joint commitment to the end product. It is therefore important that you have the capability to deliver on deadlines.
We believe that you have:
2+ years of experience in Animations in a similar role.
Strong knowledge in After Effects.
Designing and Creation of high-quality 2D animations. (using keyframes and in-betweens, NOT motion graphics).
Designing resource-lean animations, still of high quality and performance for mobile devices.
Knowledge in animation processes from idea, storyboarding to final polishing.
Good knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing).

We find it meritorious if you have:
Knowledge in Photoshop
Knowledge in Spine
Experience from the casino-based industry or gaming industry.

About the position
The 2D Animator role involves designing and creating the dynamics of the games for the best user experience, with game flows and animation effects to support the gameplay. Games run in web browsers on Mobile devices and Desktops. We use After Effects and in-house animation tools to streamline the animation flow.
You will be responsible for:
Design and create dynamics for our games to improve the user experience.
Create 2D animations.
Add dynamic elements and visual effects to static graphic assets.
Collaborate with graphic artists, programmers, and sound engineers to integrate and create casino games.
