ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support P&T initiatives by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making.This role is a unique opportunity to venture into 'uncharted territories,' focusing on how our products work and analyzing the performance of new features to drive our commercial and product strategy forward.
As a Data Analyst, you will be a key player in investigating customer journeys and website search performance, providing data-driven recommendations that directly impact the user experience. Working in a fast-paced environment in a team based in Malta, Sweden, Poland, and Italy, you will have the chance to build projects from scratch, revamp dashboards, and find areas for improvement within our global gaming product.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably within a product-focused environment.
Advanced : Strong proficiency in for querying and managing complex data sets.

We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Technical Accounting to join our Finance team. This is a Group finance function role which includes oversight over LeoVegas Group. This individual will be responsible for researching, interpreting, and implementing complex accounting standards (IFRS and bridge accounting to US GAAP), supporting reporting financials to a U.S. public Company, and be a key advisor to senior leadership on the accounting implications of business transactions and initiatives.


The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate cross-border financial reporting challenges. This role requires proactive engagement with the finance team, auditors, tax team, valuation experts, and other senior stakeholders across the group.


You will report to the Senior Group Finance Director (Sweden) and work closely with the Senior Vice President, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting (US). We are a global team with fantastic colleagues located at our different offices in Malta, Sweden, UK, Italy, Netherlands, Colombia, Brazil and the US.


This is a critical role in ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting in a dynamic, fast-paced public company environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Research and analyze technical accounting issues under IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
Provide expert guidance and draft accounting position papers and memos on complex accounting issues such as:
Share-based compensation
Debt and Equity instruments
Revenue recognition

Lease accounting
Fair Value measurement and management review of assumptions

Essential skills:

We are looking for a strong leader to one of our engineering teams within the Persona area. Persona focuses on solutions to improve operational efficiency and speed by building solutions for Identifying our players as well preventing money laundering, risk behaviors and fraud.
This role is to the team working on the solutions around onboarding in the player journey and is a core team developing our own Platform Rhino.

Product delivery
Product delivery is mainly about two things.

The second part is about making sure that the product delivered is of great quality, has as close to zero downtime as possible and contributes to the greatest gaming and user experience.

As a Principal Product Manager for the Brazilian market, you will identify opportunities to build and improve customer onboarding, responsible gaming, and the regulatory reporting part of the product, while being at the intersection between business, operations, development, and user experience and be responsible for prioritizing the right customer problems within your product area. The team is responsible for development and maintenance of all sports betting in Leovegas Group, including the brands Leovegas, Expekt, Royal Panda, Bet UK and 21.co.uk.
Leovegas is unique in its variety of both being shared among several brands making scalability and efficiency important, as well as being customized to support each brand’s different needs.You will be backed up by your extended team of a team lead, product manager, developers and designers.

You will be part of a Frontend Platform team focusing on underlying frameworks and technical innovation at Gears of Leo. Together we deliver the core foundation for our products and deliver value for both product teams and our customers. We see that you have experience in releasing iOS apps on the App Store and independently take decisions on stakeholder requirements.
