Responsibilities:
Be a trusted partner:
Support and coach managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and performance issues.
Escalate issues to the People & Culture Managers when and if needed.
Conduct stay & exit interviews and provide feedback to the relevant department's Manager.
Assist the People & Culture Managers and other members of the team, in people-related projects and initiatives
Own recruitment and onboarding:
Manage the full hiring cycle – from screening and interviews to onboarding – while delivering a smooth candidate experience.
Take full ownership and manage your roles and applications on our ATS whilst giving regular feedback to the Senior People & Culture Manager.
Follow up with newly hired employees throughout their probationary period and together with the manager, provide periodical feedback.
Lead HR operations:
Act as the department’s first point of contact for all HR related queries and escalate if and as needed.
Handle contracts, payroll input, visa and work permit applications, data updates, and ensure compliance with Swedish employment laws.
Assist in ongoing, people-related projects.
Ensure all policies, procedures, and guidelines are being adhered to and suggest improvements.
Drive engagement:
Organise events and team activities that bring our culture to life.
Take the lead during events, encouraging participation and ensuring every event is a success.
Keep things running smoothly:
Manage office needs, liaise with vendors, support travel bookings, and maintain a well-functioning workspace.
Keep track of office invoices, ensuring payments are made on time and budgets are maintained
Manage office supplies, keeping everything stocked and the workspace cosy, functional, and ready for action.
Schedule maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring the office is always in top shape and compliant with health and safety policies.

About you:
3+ years in a similar HR or People Partner role
Experience in recruitment and employee relations
Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
Discretion, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset
Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent communication skills
Super organised and tech-savvy (Google Workspace experience a plus)
Event planning and office management experience is a bonus

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Java developer to help us build the best gambling site on the Internet. You will work with all parts of the system and all stages of the development process in a team-oriented environment. This includes integrations with external systems, the development of internal components and subsystems, and potentially also frontend development for mobile and desktop devices. You as a developer will work closely together with the business side of the organization to develop and implement new features. You will be working with modern technologies such as Java, Kafka, Docker, MongoDB, My, React, Springboot, deployed as a Debian package, or in Kubernetes. The role also involves reading code written over the course of 15 years, by around 60 developers, and finding manageable paths to modernize it in risk-adverse increments.

As a ComeOn Exploratory tester, you will quality assess the different whitelabels under ComeOn, identify buggy areas and find creative ways to break software and identify potential problems. You will leave a lasting impact on the thousands of users that are using ComeOn and its suite of whitelabels for betting and playing.
Key Responsibilities
As an exploratory tester, you will participate in test case creation and execution activities.
- Analyse user stories and create test cases to cover all the different user combinations
- Execute test cases to identify bugs and improve the software quality
- Estimate test activities to better gauge how long a test activity might take to complete
- Breakdown epic stories into sizeable development chunks to ensure there is a stream of smaller tasks available for test
- Assist in planning and controlling test environment to make sure test environments are in healthy condition for test activities.
- Coordinate test activities during different phases of the project
- Communicating with all stakeholders to report the status of test and to highlight any issues that might hamper the release.
Skills to Succeed:

Responsibilities:
Full ownership and knowledge of the CRM domain, including regulatory requirements and best practices.
Lead the development of your domain in order to improve customer communications, focusing on a seamless and hassle-free user experience, working closely with a dedicated cross-functional development team.

The Team
Reporting directly to Test Automation Lead, the primary responsibility of Test Automation Engineer includes adding, updating tests and maintaining our Cypress and Selenium automation framework. Cypress scope covers in-house site features and Selenium scope covers all third party payment provider flows that ComeOn engages with in different white labels across the globe. At ComeOn, we collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team and make sure the automation needs of their Agile scrum team’s are fulfilled. ComeOn Tech organisation is keen to drive their daily multiple releases to production with stable and on-demand test automation setup. So, the responsibility also includes supporting different teams to run automation suites and ensure smooth releases.
At ComeOn, the Test Automation team believes that we always strive to provide best solutions with the latest technology and Test-Ops type solutions by maintaining our infrastructure independently in cloud services.

Cypress.io and Selenium for Functional test automation.

RestAssured for API testing
Galen Framework for Visual regression automation
Run Cypress Test automation in Google Kubernetes Engine to facilitate on-demand scaling of automation requests of different teams at the same time
Selenium tests are run on dockerized Selenium grid hosted in Google Kubernetes Engine
We use Report Portal Dashboard, to manage and AI analysis all test results from different tool in one place

Ensure releases are happening smoothly

The Team
Reporting directly to Head of QA, the primary responsibility of Test Automation Lead includes adding, updating tests and maintaining our Cypress and Selenium automation framework, as well as leading a team currently consisting of four Test Automation Engineers. Cypress scope covers in-house site features and Selenium scope covers all third party payment provider flows that ComeOn engages with in different white labels across the globe.
At ComeOn, we collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance team and make sure the automation needs of their Agile scrum team’s are fulfilled. ComeOn Tech organisation is keen to drive their daily multiple releases to production with stable and on-demand test automation setup. So, the responsibility also includes supporting different teams to run automation suites and ensure smooth releases.

Our Test Automation team in ComeOn works with:
Cypress.io and Selenium for Functional test automation.
Webdriver.io for App automation.

Galen Framework for Visual regression automation
Run Cypress Test automation in Google Kubernetes Engine to facilitate on-demand scaling of automation requests of different teams at the same time
Selenium tests are run on dockerized Selenium grid hosted in Google Kubernetes Engine
We use Report Portal Dashboard, to manage and AI analysis all test results from different tool in one place

The People Experience Specialist will be the spider in the web making sure that the Sweden offices run smoothly. Help managers out with ideas for their quarterly team events
Coming up with ideas for ad hoc events on low budget to spice things up in the office
Assist in creating content for our newsletters

As our new Data Warehouse Developer you will be a part of the team responsible for maintenance and further development of the existing company data warehouse system in cloud environment (AWS), which acts as a single point of truth for making data driven business decisions. What experience do you bring?
4+ years of extensive Data Warehouse/Data Integration focused work experience
Hold an academic degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science or mathematics

Advanced knowledge and understanding of data warehouse concepts (such as Kimball or Inmon methodologies)
Strong experience in business analysis and requirements gathering from business users
