Right now, we need to strengthen our Hardware team in Stockholm with a Mechanical Engineer. The role will involve working cross-functionally to develop our products from concept to design completion.
What you’ll do:
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be the key interface between our development team and ODM partners, ensuring and validating mechanical designs during the concept stage while supporting execution throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will help drive high-quality and innovative solutions that enhance acoustic performance, ergonomics, functionality, visual expression, and sustainability. This role offers a broad scope, from advanced surface modeling to the implementation of new technologies that contribute to a strong consumer experience. You will also contribute to sustainability initiatives by optimizing designs for efficiency, material selection, and long-term environmental impact. You will be part of a highly skilled team of mechanical engineers, actively fostering collaboration and efficiency with our development organization in China.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Plan and build prototypes to verify concepts and technical solutions.
Evaluate and propose mechanical solutions considering cost, quality, and time constraints.
Work closely with other teams to find cost-efficient engineering solutions while maintaining design intent, product performance and manufacturability.
Create and manage 3D CAD files, including A-surface handling
Create mechanical specifications and requirements for our products.
Prepare materials for internal engineering reviews of mechanical systems.
Define verification and validation activities throughout the development project
Review and approve detailed design, technical documentation, and tooling.



Who we’re looking for:
You have a creative mindset and enjoy analyzing, experimenting, and exploring new solutions. You probably have the following experiences & skills:
5+ years of professional experience in a similar mechanical engineer role, working with product development and manufacturing of consumer electronics
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or similar acquired knowledge.
Professional knowledge of 3D CAD tools, ideally SOLIDWORKS
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll do:
As an Audio & Acoustic Engineer at Marshall, your main responsibility will be to secure and validate the acoustic design for our headphones and loudspeakers. Working as a key member of project teams, along with other engineering and design specialists and our ODM partners, to ensure our products meet the audio requirements.


You will work with simulations, prototyping, measurement and subjective evaluations to achieve the best possible performance.


You will join a growing team of passionate engineers, with a wealth of experience from different areas of the audio industry. Goals and development opportunities can be tailored to the successful applicant’s individual strengths and areas of interest.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Contributing to product development projects as the primary representative of the audio & acoustics team.
• Performing acoustic and audio electronics measurements and subjective evaluation.
• Contributing to product documentation, development test and production test specifications.
• Collaborating with external partners to take internally developed acoustic concepts into production-ready products.
• DSP development to support the hardware functionality and to achieve the desired product voicing.
• Validating all aspects of the audio design though hands-on measurements and leveraging vendor resources.

You're passionate about sound and audio, from a product and technology as well as listening experience perspective. You probably have the following experiences & skills:
• Experience in audio electronics or other relevant work experience in audio and acoustic engineering (e.g. amplifiers, DSP chipsets, etc.)
• Ability to create and communicate design solutions fluently in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with standard acoustic measurement procedures and common test equipment.
• Knowledge on Bluetooth Audio, Wifi Audio and Audio Compression technologies.
• Good understanding of requirement handling and test procedures
• Experience of product requirement and data management

• Bachelor or Master degree in acoustic engineering or other relevant field
• Experience of requirement management and defining requirements towards external development partners, preferably in China

What you’ll do:
As Operations Specialist you will report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, and focus mostly on Project Management, MarTech Platforms and content distribution within the marketing department.

What you’ll do:
As our Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for selecting and managing ODMs and suppliers as well as setting a strategy for a specific category. You will also be responsible for setting the legal and commercial frameworks with the appointed ODMs and/or suppliers. Excitingly, you'll be part of the development of our new products, driving all sourcing activities from early cost estimate, request for quotation, award through to product launch. Your responsibilities will cover the following areas:
Strategy and planning
Develop and execute sourcing strategies together with relevant business stakeholders
Develop deep understanding of assigned sourcing area, technology trends, market forces, cost structure, vendor base and supplier road maps

Supplier relationship and development

What you’ll do:
You will be part of the team responsible for defining and managing Marshall Group's data processes related to product, compliance, and sustainability. This includes setting up structures and requirements to meet increasing reporting obligations. You will also facilitate training sessions for internal teams and external partners (ODMs) to ensure accurate data management and high-quality reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement product data management processes.
Establish and manage product data structures across different software platforms.
Create requirements and templates for effective data management.
Define the appropriate tools and data types for different data management needs.
Set up and maintain the PLM system structure and data.
Ensure data quality from ODMs and second-tier suppliers.
Facilitate and manage data review processes.
Store and regularly update product data in the designated systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ?
Manage multiple projects and campaigns through the full production cycle to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in line with agreed objectives?

What you’ll do:

The Legal Director - Anti-Counterfeiting, IP & Brand Protection will be responsible for IP and Brand Protection at a Group Level. The role also includes enforcing on infringements against the Group’s IP, in particular counterfeiting reporting to the Group CLO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Proactively manage the Group’s IP portfolio in accordance with IP strategies and as required for brand activity.

- Set the strategy and prioritisations for and drive a world-class brand protection and anti-counterfeiting program to reduce infringements against the Group’s rights, including partnering with investigators, law enforcement, government authorities, and outside counsel to combat the visibility and distribution of counterfeit products.

- Support the business on patent related matters, such as patent applications and freedom to operate-searches, together with external patent attorneys.

- Recommend proactive and preventive measures to better utilize the available business opportunities and reduce the Group’s exposure from a legal and financial perspective.

- Procure legal services and monitor external lawyers handling cases. Coordinate all external legal contacts and manage budget.

- Driving legal innovation to improve work processes and ensure proper administration and maintenance of documentation etc.

- Lead and support the team, ensuring enough capacity and knowledge is developed and retained.

- Educate and train other departments to understand and meet legal requirements.
