Your mission
As the Release Engineer you are the Studio Golds champion, you lead in build and automation, advocating for best practices and optimizing internal workflows. Operating as a one-person team, you proactively address immediate issues while strategically planning long-term improvements. Your role involves collaborating with Game Teams and the centralized Build Team to deliver builds across platforms and enhance continuous integration pipelines through tool development and process refinement.

We’re looking for a Senior Game Programmer with a strong C++ background, who understands strategy games and is driven by creating the best experience for the player.
You will be developing features and systems alongside designers and artists and fundamentally shape the games we release. You will have a high level of ownership over your work and it’s important that you can plan and manage it efficiently. We expect you to solve problems and provide guidance in the team using your knowledge. Focusing on player value and in getting things into the game is important to us and we’re motivated by seeing players spend time with our games.
We’re in development of a new Grand Strategy game and our programming team is small and very experienced. The team has a very open atmosphere where you’re encouraged to contribute in all aspects of the game and we regularly discuss technical design, game design and art direction. We’re primarily working from the office and value the collaboration and face to face conversations we can have in person, but we also see benefits in being flexible and being able to work from home.

You will be working closely with the Art Director to develop and define the art style, texture and richness of our newly released Victoria 3. Additionally, you will create other required artworks, such as small or full-screen illustrations and marketing materials. You will be expected to contribute with your expertise in the development of style guides, creative briefs, and art quality benchmarks, both for in-house and outsourced work. About the role
The Compliance QA Analyst will have a lot of autonomy while also working closely with the QA Director and Project Leadership as well as the Compliance Designer to create a comprehensive console testing strategy for the project. About the Role
We’re looking for a Game Programmer with a C++ background. The perfect candidate is someone who understands strategy games and wants to create the best experience for the player. For this role we will prioritize candidates that already are located in Sweden.
You will develop features and systems alongside designers and artists and fundamentally shape the games we release. Working with the UX of our game and supporting our designers is an important part of what we do. We work in cross-functional feature teams and expect you to solve problems and provide guidance in the team using your knowledge.
We’re in the early stages of development on a new Grand Strategy game and our programming team is small and very experienced. The team has a very open atmosphere where you’re encouraged to contribute in all aspects of the game and we regularly discuss technical design, art direction and game design. You will be supported in your work by your tech lead and more senior programmers. The team works mainly from the office, where we find collaboration to be at its best, but there are also options to work remotely on some days.

As a Game Programmer you will…
Build and maintain well-engineered C++ code with high levels of stability and performance.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced 3D artist with a broad skillset who could take on a variety of tasks, from environments to vehicles and characters.
You will be creating vehicles, prop 3D models, characters and textures for Hearts of Iron IV, our WW2 grand strategy game. Your work will also entail establishing effective work pipelines with other departments, task estimations, and planning milestones, as well as working with external development partners, writing briefs, regular communication and feedbacking, implementation of outsourced assets into the game engine.
Requirements
3+ years of experience creating environments, 3D models and textures in the games industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating experienced level 3D art skills and creativity
