At Keystone, we rely on modern, secure and scalable IT services to support our business and teams across Europe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on Head of IT to own our IT strategy, security posture and service delivery, while remaining close to the underlying technology. The ideal candidate combines strong technical experience in Microsoft 365 and SaaS environments with leadership capability and is comfortable balancing strategic ownership with hands-on technical responsibility. The role will play a key part in simplifying, standardising and improving IT services following recent growth, with a focus on pragmatism, security, and operational effectiveness rather than large-scale transformation. Our organisation operates in a hybrid model, with flexible activity-based hubs in multiple European locations and a remote workforce elsewhere.
This is a player–coach role. While the Head of IT will provide clear leadership, governance and direction, they will also act as the primary technical authority for Microsoft 365, identity and device management, working closely with an external MSP and internal first-line support.
The role will be based from our Sheffield or Stockholm hub and will require some travel between other Keystone locations in Europe.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead a small internal IT team across multiple locations, providing direction, coaching and technical oversight, while leveraging an external MSP for day-to-day operational support. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring team members align with the strategic IT vision.

Strategic Planning
Define and maintain a clear IT strategy and roadmap focused on stability, security, scalability and user experience within a SaaS-first environment. Collaborate with executive leadership to align IT centralisation efforts with overall business objectives.

Technology Integration
Own the architecture, standards and guardrails for Microsoft 365, identity, device management and core SaaS platforms, ensuring consistency, security and maintainability.


Act as the internal technical authority for Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, Intune, security configuration and governance.


Implement best practices for data security, system scalability, and performance optimization.

MSP and Service Management
Own the relationship with the managed service provider, including scope definition, performance management and escalation.


Ensure a clear division of responsibilities between internal IT, MSP and third parties.


Maintain oversight of day-to-day IT operations without being drawn into routine ticket resolution.

Project Management
Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition for end-users.


Oversee and prioritise IT projects and improvements, ensuring they are well scoped, delivered effectively, and aligned with business priorities.


Establish project timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives.

Budget and Vendor Management
Agree and manage an IT services budget across cloud, hardware, software, telecoms and infosec categories.


Take ownership of Microsoft licensing strategy and optimisation, ensuring cost-effective use of M365 and SaaS platforms.


Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors and service providers


Ensure vendor relationships are optimized to meet the organisation's goals and standards.

Security and Governance
Own the organisation’s IT security posture and risk management in collaboration with the MSP.


Define and maintain security standards, policies and baseline configurations.


Act as the primary point of accountability for information security and audit readiness.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Establish monitoring mechanisms to track the performance and effectiveness of IT services.


Prepare regular reports for executive leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.


Strong experience in a senior 2nd line, systems engineering or technical lead role, with demonstrable leadership or team/project ownership experience. Strong project management skills and experience leading large-scale IT initiatives.


Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, identity and access management, endpoint management and SaaS platforms. Experience working with managed service providers and operating in a hybrid internal/MSP delivery model.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.


Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

Vad kommer du att göra?
I rollen arbetar du brett inom digital marknadsföring med fokus på annonser och kommunikation riktad till utbildningssökande. I detta ingår ansvar för displayannonsering och publicering av information om utbildningsarrangörer och kurser på våra webbplatser.
Du kommer även att driva vår närvaro i sociala medier, både genom organiskt innehåll och betalda kampanjer. Dessutom arbetar du med grafisk design i olika marknadsföringsinsatser och är med från idé till publicering och uppföljning.
Du kommer bland annat att:

Keystone Education Group is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the finance operations and team for its Domestic business unit. The core finance team is located in Stockholm, but the role will also be responsible to oversee external accountants and the finance and tax reporting in Norway, Denmark and Finland. Som filmfotograf och redigerare hos oss kommer du skapa kortare reklam- och reportagefilmer på uppdrag av olika intressenter. Vid behov kan du också komma att få agera filmassistent, i nära samarbete med vår bildproducent genom att logga och markera upp bästa tagningarna av våra studioinspelningar. Du har goda kunskaper i filmning och känner dig bekväm att ansvara för en produktion av exempelvis reklamfilm för en skola. Att hitta bra klipp, få fram USPar med rätt vinklar, ljus och intervjuer.
Utöver det är det en fördel om du har kunskap inom Davinci Resolve, ljudsynk och ljudmixning, color grading med log / raw material. Du har kunskaper inom redigering av flerkameraproduktion, och hanterat filmkameror i viss mån och är villig och lyhörd att lära dig allt som behövs för att växa in i rollen.

As a Senior Accountant with us, you will be responsible for accounting in the parent company and in the Swedish subsidiaries. You will have an overall part of the finance function which consists of five people, and you will report directly to the accounting manager. I lead a team of Product Managers at Keystone in our Stockholm office. I’m looking for a Product Manager to join my team and lead a vitally important area of our student experience, namely our search experience. It’s one of the most important hires that I will make in my team this year.

It’s a complicated, and diverse problem space and we work tirelessly to understand the needs of each individual student, and each individual institution, and use the power of technology to recommend the best matches for the benefit of both parties.

The role

Search is at the heart of our customer experience, and we want to be the number one matchmaker for students looking to find a higher ed program to fulfil their career dreams.

The role requires imagining and delivering what the future of search should be for students; it is a hard problem to solve at scale. Our search experience needs to help students find their most suitable match quickly and easily and help institutions to be as visible as possible. The person in this role needs to think about how we can continually understand more about both students and institutions, and how we can create incentives and rewards for those that help us to deliver a better customer experience for both parties.

The role will work every day alongside engineering, UX and other stakeholders to plan, execute, experiment, and iterate on an ongoing basis.

About you

This is a tough role for us to fill, and we’re looking for someone that has a rare combination of skills and experiences.

You’ll need to prove that you can operate in many settings… One moment you’ll be thinking big about the possibilities of search, and the next you’ll be iterating on a small enhancement. You need to be able to transition from a customer research call with a non-technical customer one minute, to working with Engineering leads about a complex indexing problem the next. You’ll need to understand how design and technology both enable and restricts our ability to scale, and how that impacts what we could, should, or shouldn’t offer to customers.

You’ll be comfortable working independently and focused on delivering a positive impact for customers. We are looking for a product manager that is equally comfortable at envisioning and strategizing the future of Search, and at rolling up their sleeves and digging into the data to define metrics, explore users’ interaction patterns and behaviours, and identify opportunities for maximum business impact.

Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years of Product experience in a high-growth, high-scale, multi-team environment. If you have direct experience working on search or search-centred products, then you should speak with me.

What’s the catch?

If you’re wondering if there’s a catch, yes there is.

This is a hard problem to work on both technically, but also commercially. So much of our business is impacted by our search experience, and minor changes can have big impacts on students, and institutions… both positive and negative.

You will need to be able to be acutely aware of the commercial impacts of everything you do and work with an active stakeholder group on the changes you make. You will not be restricted or constrained in your plans, but you do need to be the most informed person in the room, deeply connected to the metrics that really matter, with a clear strategy based around doing the best for all our customers. Your stakeholders may not always agree with you initially, but they will trust you when you prove how deeply you understand the problem.

Responsibilities and what you will do

- Be the subject matter expert on search.
- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for search and take full ownership of the product roadmap.
- Conduct research, and identify customer needs and challenges to discover trends and patterns in Search behaviour.
- Create and maintain clear, prioritized user stories and success criteria and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other functions to execute at a velocity
- Participate in the technical design of the search, plan launches, and analyze technical metrics to access customer experience.
- Create ambitious OKRs to improve customer outcomes, and communicate progress toward goals with peers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other product Managers to create a world-leading customer and search experience.
- Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market. Develop strategies for being successful against the competition
- Assess existing technologies, competencies, and assets and determine how they can be used for the benefit of customers.


Experience & background

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3-5 years experience in Product Management

The role

Search is at the heart of our customer experience, and we want to be the number one matchmaker for students looking to find a higher ed program to fulfil their career dreams.

The role requires imagining and delivering what the future of search should be for students; it is a hard problem to solve at scale. Our search experience needs to help students find their most suitable match quickly and easily and help institutions to be as visible as possible. The person in this role needs to think about how we can continually understand more about both students and institutions, and how we can create incentives and rewards for those that help us to deliver a better customer experience for both parties.

The role will work every day alongside engineering, UX and other stakeholders to plan, execute, experiment, and iterate on an ongoing basis.

About you

This is a tough role for us to fill, and we’re looking for someone that has a rare combination of skills and experiences.

You’ll need to prove that you can operate in many settings… One moment you’ll be thinking big about the possibilities of search, and the next you’ll be iterating on a small enhancement. You need to be able to transition from a customer research call with a non-technical customer one minute, to working with Engineering leads about a complex indexing problem the next. You’ll need to understand how design and technology both enable and restricts our ability to scale, and how that impacts what we could, should, or shouldn’t offer to customers.

You’ll be comfortable working independently and focused on delivering a positive impact for customers. We are looking for a product manager that is equally comfortable at envisioning and strategizing the future of Search, and at rolling up their sleeves and digging into the data to define metrics, explore users’ interaction patterns and behaviours, and identify opportunities for maximum business impact.

Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years of Product experience in a high-growth, high-scale, multi-team environment. If you have direct experience working on search or search-centred products, then you should speak with me.

What’s the catch?

If you’re wondering if there’s a catch, yes there is.

This is a hard problem to work on both technically, but also commercially. So much of our business is impacted by our search experience, and minor changes can have big impacts on students, and institutions… both positive and negative.

You will need to be able to be acutely aware of the commercial impacts of everything you do and work with an active stakeholder group on the changes you make. You will not be restricted or constrained in your plans, but you do need to be the most informed person in the room, deeply connected to the metrics that really matter, with a clear strategy based around doing the best for all our customers. Your stakeholders may not always agree with you initially, but they will trust you when you prove how deeply you understand the problem.

Responsibilities and what you will do

- Be the subject matter expert on search.

- Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for search and take full ownership of the product roadmap.

- Conduct research, and identify customer needs and challenges to discover trends and patterns in Search behaviour.

- Create and maintain clear, prioritized user stories and success criteria and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and other functions to execute at a velocity

- Participate in the technical design of the search, plan launches, and analyze technical metrics to access customer experience.

- Create ambitious OKRs to improve customer outcomes, and communicate progress toward goals with peers and stakeholders

- Collaborate with other product Managers to create a world-leading customer and search experience.

- Identify competitive and alternative offerings in the market. Develop strategies for being successful against the competition

- Assess existing technologies, competencies, and assets and determine how they can be used for the benefit of customers.

Experience & background

- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- 3-5 years experience in Product Management

- Excellent technical understanding and experience

- Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving

- Solution-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive self-starter

- Positive can-do attitude toward tackling problems

- Awesome communication skills in English

- Strong commercial awareness, the ability to identify revenue growth opportunities, and ensure search fulfils business targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Product or algorithmic experience with Search

- Machine learning background and understanding of search/ranking algorithms

- Experience from Edtech, an e-commerce or digital marketplace company

Responsibilities

- Create and manage a pipeline of new business sales and up sales.
- Proactively initiate contact with prospective buyers through outbound calls and emails.
- Capitalize on inbound lead opportunities and sales enablement activities from our Marketing and Commercial Operations teams.
- Book and perform web demos, design customized proposals and follow-up on these.
- Increase our portfolio value by acquiring new customers (higher education & academic institutions).
- Take ownership of the full sales process from prospecting until the effective hand over to our Customer Success team.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and win upsell opportunities.
- Strive for always delivering the highest quality of service whilst demonstrating excellent executive presence.
- Consistently meet (and exceed) monthly KPIs that offer you generous and uncapped commissions.


Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree.
- Some knowledge of modern SaaS-solutions will be helpful in your ability to adapt to and understand our operational model.
- Any hands-on experience with sales tools such as HubSpot or other CRM software is a benefit.
- You are customer focused, commercially minded and with the ability to quickly grasp the needs of the customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, and any other languages are considered a big plus.
- You are self-motivated and self-managed and like to work within a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Competitive and high performing individual with high integrity and you like working with clear targets and goals.

Som Account Manager ansvarar du för att i Sverige sälja in program och kurser på våra partneruniversitet utomlands. Du kommer aktivt arbeta med att etablera och bibehålla nära relationer med studenter och vägleda dem i deras val av utbildning utomlands. I din roll ingår även att initiera, planera och genomföra besök samt hålla i presentationer på informationsdagar, mässor och andra event.
