Your mission at Voi 
As a Fleet Specialist in Stockholm, you'll keep our electric vehicles in great shape and help our city operations run smoothly. You'll rotate between two areas depending on daily priorities:
In our mechanical team, you'll maintain and repair our vehicles — learning the technical side of micromobility and keeping our fleet ride-ready.
In our in-field team, you'll use one of our vans to carry out operations across Stockholm — deploying vehicles, responding to issues and making sure our riders always have a safe, reliable ride.
Your Team Lead will guide where you're needed most each day. No two shifts are exactly the same.
What you'll do

Collect and deploy Voi vehicles across the city ??


Locate and retrieve damaged vehicles ????


Swap batteries to keep vehicles ready to ride ????


Carry out on-site repairs and diagnose mechanical issues ????


Dismantle and recycle vehicles beyond repair ??

You don't need a background in mechanics or logistics. We'll train you. What we're looking for is someone who:

Holds a valid driving licence for Sweden ?

YOUR MISSION AT VOI As Supply Chain Manager at Voi, you will guide and optimise the vehicle inventory lifecycle across markets, helping us make thoughtful, data-informed decisions that balance operational needs and financial targets.
You take overall responsibility for inventory governance and fleet allocation, building visibility, reliable forecasting and robust processes, and coordinating the Vehicle Allocation Council (VAC) together with colleagues across Operations, Finance, Hardware and Data.

Oversee the end-to-end vehicle inventory lifecycle, including tracking, reconciliation and status governance (in use, in storage, under repair or refurbishment) across all markets.


Define and maintain vehicle inventory principles, KPIs and governance structures, acting as a trusted source of truth for inventory data together with Finance and Data.


Lead vehicle inventory forecasting and scenario planning for new, refurbished and existing vehicles, including churn rates, and translate insights into clear, collaborative allocation and rollout plans.


Identify root causes of inventory inefficiencies, mismatches or losses and partner with markets and functions to design and implement sustainable improvements.


Plan and coordinate logistics flows to and from refurbishment, ensuring efficiency, transparency and good capacity utilisation, and act as the main operational link between markets and refurbishment sites.


WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK You bring a structured, analytical and hands-on approach, enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, and feel comfortable taking responsibility for topics end-to-end while seeking input and feedback along the way.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Logistics or a related field.


4+ years’ experience in consulting, analytics, operations or supply chain roles, working with large datasets.


Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience strongly preferred.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As Senior Electrical Engineer in the Vehicle Hardware team at Voi, you will play a key role in developing the next generation of our vehicles – with a special focus on battery packs, chargers, motors and motor controllers. You will own the electrical perspective across the full product lifecycle: from early concepts and requirements, through design, prototyping, testing and validation, all the way to certification, mass production and in-field quality support.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers (especially in China) and in-house teams such as Firmware, Procurement, QA and Supply Chain to bring robust, safe and high-performing hardware to market.
Key responsibilities include:

Working with suppliers and internal teams to define requirements, specifications, test plans and designs for new hardware, with a main focus on battery packs but also motors and motor controllers.


Evaluating supplier solutions through design reviews, lab testing of samples and detailed review and reproduction of supplier test results to verify that specifications are met.


Designing BMS, motor controllers and other electrical systems on the CAN bus and providing clear feedback and requirements to the Firmware team when software changes are needed.


Leading suppliers in a structured project format, tracking actions, risks and timelines, and ensuring clear communication and efficient collaboration.


Providing guidance and ideas for new technical solutions to suppliers – sometimes at a high level, sometimes in detailed electrical design – to help them work effectively towards agreed goals and specifications.


Supporting the QA team with root cause analysis of complex electrical failures in scooters, e-bikes and batteries, and helping to separate potential causes across firmware, electrical hardware and mechanical interfaces.


WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK
You are a hands-on, structured and collaborative electrical engineer who enjoys taking products from idea to mass production. You are comfortable working across requirements, design, testing and validation, and you enjoy partnering with suppliers and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems. We believe you have:

A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.


End-to-end experience bringing electrical products or systems to market (from concept and requirements to validation and mass production).


Strong skills in requirement and specification setting, testing and verification of electrical systems.


Experience with PCB design, ideally for BMS and related systems such as motor controllers and chargers.

Your mission at Voi  For the position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. This means keeping our scooters in top shape and provide strong support to our team on the ground. We also have our In field team, where you'll be utilising our vans to perform different tasks in the Stockholm area, making sure our operations runs as efficiently as possible. Here are some exciting tasks awaiting you as a Fleet Specialist:
Ensuring the logistics of collecting and providing Voi scooters.
Searching for and collecting damaged scooters. 
Battery replacement.
Performing quick on-site repairs of the scooters.
Diagnosing and repairing broken vehicles.
Recycling and dismantling vehicles that cannot be repaired.
Assisting with the acceptance, packaging, and provision of new vehicles and batteries arriving at the warehouse.
Supporting our on-site team as needed, whether it's identifying damaged vehicles, clearing parking spaces, or setting up fallen vehicles.

YOUR MISSION AT VOI
As the Head of Platform and Information Security you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and direction for Voi’s cloud and data platform and information security. Our platform uses a combination of modern cloud managed services and open source solutions, and critically it is the basis for the micromobility revolution where we have over 150K connected vehicles all around Europe.

The Voiage
As the Fleet Manager for the Stockholm Hub, you are taking on the job of leading and improving operations in Voi's home turf, in the city where the company was founded. As Central City Success Manager at Voi, you will collaborate closely with our Markets, Central Business, and R&D teams to drive market growth and product optimization. Focus on new rider risk management function by continuously assessing and reducing impact of insurance risks, city fines and impounds, and also fraud and abuse of T&C by Providing solutions that mitigate risks in individual cases without impact to riderbase development.
Standardising Rider Risk Metrics Across the Group and developing regular actionable reporting to reduce each risk bucket: insurance, fines, permit and fleet cap risks, as well as forecasting the financial costs of these risks in collaboration with the finance team.

Your mission at Voi For the position as a Fleet Specialist, you'll have the possibility of working in two different areas, depending on workload and suitability. We have our mechanical team, where you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles. As a Senior Accountant you will be responsible for the accounting of financial transactions and a wide range of financial reportings across multiple markets in Europe. As a Fleet Specialist you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our vehicles. In addition to vehicle repair, you'll be responsible for deploying, redistributing, and collecting vehicles throughout the city. This includes:

- Diagnosing non-functioning vehicles and recommending repair actions

- Assisting with receiving, packing, deploying new vehicles and batteries, and recycling and disassembling vehicles

As a Staff Mobile Engineer, you will together with our mobile engineers set the technical direction for our Android and iOS platforms. You will part time embed into different cross-functional teams to be able to deep dive into challenges and come up with solutions, but also work directly with engineering leadership, product management and design to deliver an impactful product.
To put it into specifics, this is what you’ll be working on:

- Be accountable and chart the roadmap for mobile app architecture and technical directions across Android and iOS with support from both teams.
- Be a department-level expert and the go-to person for solving problems in the mobile field and set examples of best practices in modern mobile development.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical challenges across multiple domains and technology stacks.
- Lead Voi’s mobile chapters and foster a culture of continuous learning with your colleagues.

To be successful in this role, your core should be Android development. Ideally you also have a good understanding of iOS development. You are comfortable navigating cross-functional teams and have a strong foundation of mobile development at scale. We expect you to have:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in mobile engineering with an emphasis on Android.
- Experience of building complex applications for a diverse user base using modern mobile technologies and frameworks (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Android Studio, MVVM, Swift, xcode, Flutter or similar)

As Finance Associate you will independently manage the accounts payable process end-to-end, and collaborate closely with the rest of the finance function to make sure the financial results are reported accurately, timely and in compliance with local regulations. This will include:
Managing the accounts payable process and ensuring that the coding of invoices is accurate
Obtaining approval from different business units within set deadlines
Processing payment runs and bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts

We need you to define what great payments at Voi will look like moving forward.
To do this, you will collaborate with central and country leadership teams to make decisions on the payment user experience and tech stack and work together with our finance department and data teams to optimize payment analytics including payments cost management and fraud fighting. As a Senior Android Engineer you’re a part of a cross functional team with highly skilled backend engineers, mobile engineers, UX designers and product professionals. The team owns development and delivery of products and features built on the Android rider app used by over a million of end users.

As a Senior machine learning engineer, you will play a crucial role to design, build and maintain machine learning models for all our business areas. You will work on problems where you will get to utilize your skills in such interrelated disciplines as software engineering, data engineering, data science and machine learning. Part of your job will be to support other engineers in realizing and maintaining their machine learning ideas and solutions, as well as democratizing the use of machine learning within the organization. In the end, you will drive and contribute to solutions of some of our key problems around maximizing availability, reliability & safety, and parking (ensuring that all scooters are properly parked).

Your responsibilities will include:

- You will be embedded in a cross-functional product team and contribute to building machine learning projects end-to-end, starting from a business problem, building solution hypotheses, defining data requirements, creating prototypes, implementing it into production, and measuring the business impact
