We are looking for a Content Specialist to join us. This role is a unique opportunity to learn at a high pace and impact Curb’s mission while growing to become a highly-skilled growth marketer.

Your role and impact

- You will launch and manage the content of our menus across various partner platforms

- You will help to execute and learn from clear hypotheses, supporting acquisition, activation for Curb’s concepts

- Monitor and derive insights with KPI’s from platform performance, internal dashboards and own calculations

- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, like photographers, platform partners, product, brand

- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and product team in other daily tasks

You need to make sure every single crew member in the kitchen knows their role and what is expected of them, and train them when they don’t. The schedule will be flexible and include shifts in the mornings, evenings and weekends. 30-40 hours per week.
Every day (approx. 80% of the job)
Cooking - Ensuring all food leaving the kitchen looks and tastes amazing and is packaged correctly
Coaching and demonstrating correct techniques - making sure everyone knows what they are supposed to do
Keeping motivation and morale high by any means necessary (almost)
Making sure the crew are trained and knowledgeable

Regularly (approx. 20% of the job)
Have an overall responsibility for the onboarding of new crew

You will join a cross functional data and analytics team consisting of data engineers, data scientists and data analysts following agile methodologies.
You will work closely with internal product teams in Tech, Product and Design organization but also with other departments like commercial, growth, expansion, and discover insights from variourty of internal and external assets, come up with actionable ideas to deliver business value.
The analytics tasks include but do not limit to dashboard and reporting development, stitch different kinds of data together for root cause analysis, deep dive into customer feedback and understand key drives.

Experiment with state of the art kitchen equipment, devising creative ways of using it
Work closely with Operations and Supply chain to create recipes that are fantastic, easy to follow and fit a set of strict constraints
Tweak, tweak and then tweak the dishes some more, till you have arrived at the perfect flavour
Be based in our brand new Development Kitchen in Stockholm
Support in the creation of training materials - maybe even star in instructional videos if that is your cup of tea!

We are now looking for an Expansion Construction Manager for our HQ team in central Stockholm. You will be the company's Construction and Technical expert that will manage all kitchen openings throughout Europe with a focus on Sweden, Denmark and Central Europe at first. Over time you will develop and set the structure for the Construction and Facility Departments within the Expansion Department of Curb. You will be responsible for setting construction budgets and are measured on the accuracy but also on the number of kitchen openings enabled through your 360 mindset. You will report to the VP of Expansion.

- To lead, coordinate and execute the opening of our Curb kitchens and handle the on-site set up.
- Enable an efficient construction site based on drawings from the design team.
- Manage all activities, starting after signing of a Lease until Expansion hands over the kitchen to the Operation Staff , towards both external stakeholders, such as our general contractors, suppliers, landlords etc., as well as towards all internal stakeholders.
- Create a data driven and efficient way of working that enables rapid growth and handling of many Curb Kitchen openings in different countries at the same time.
- Structure our tendering process and in a restless way seek to improve our cost structures and workflows within the construction and facility department.

- Experience of Project Management of construction sites in the F&B and/or Retail sector.
- Experience of leading a team formally or informally ideally as Construction Manager.
- Used to work with top management stakeholders and handle many complex tasks and projects at the same time.

Vad du behöver:

- Flytande i engelska (språket på arbetsplatsen)
- Vara berättigad att arbeta i Sverige samt över 18 år

What you'll do:

- Build a new fun pizza concept together with the creative team
- Develop the best pizza dough and sauce possible
- Prep for service
- Comply with safety & sanitation regulations and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen


What you'll need

- A passion for creating high quality pizza
- 3-5 years of experience making pizza (italian and american style)
- High standards and a good sense of quality
- Fluent in english (workplace language)

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Development Manager who will be an essential part of our organisation and have a great impact on developing the business going forward.


What you’ll do

- As our Senior Business Development Manager you are responsible for designing kitchen processes and layout to ensure maximum efficiency in terms of procedures, forecasting, food quality and cost control without compromising on our ideals and craftsmanship.
- You will spend time in our locations working closely with our Operation manager to identify and implement improvements, share best practices and ways of working - always with the best employee experience in mind
- Design and implement efficiency, productivity and engagement KPI’s


What you’ll need

- 3+ years of proven work experience from areas within business development, process and efficiency design and/or people management from consulting, finance, engineering or similar
- Fluency in English is a requirement and local language (Swedish) is highly preferred
- Experience with the F&B sector would be beneficial but not essential
- Proficiency in tools such as G-Suite and MS Office, comfortable working with and analysing large data sets. and metabase skills are a plus
- Bachelor or Master of Science within business, economics, engineering or similar
