Be part of the shift from exploration to production - introducing structure, testing and monitoring for AI services.


Collaborate across many teams and product areas, helping integrate Bonnie while keeping the user experience consistent and not fragmented.


Continuously iterate on Bonnie and its underlying agents - feeding back learnings, improvements and shaping how the product evolves.

So, who are you?
You are a senior backend developer who has already embraced AI as part of your everyday workflow. You're comfortable in an environment that is still evolving where not everything is not fully defined, where you'll be involved across multiple areas and where adaptability and initiative matter.
You enjoy working across teams, influencing without owning everything and helping create structure where it doesn't yet exist.
We believe you:

Have 5 years+ of object oriented backend development. C# and is central in our stack but not a hard requirement.


Have hands on experience working with AI coding tools and agents and can clearly explain how it has changed the way you build software.


Build strong system design and architectural thinking - you know how to build scalable, maintainable systems over time not just generate code.


Have experience working with cloud environments.


Have an interest in (or experience with) LLM-based systems, including testing, evaluation and understanding their limitations.

We are super excited to announce that Johan, Joakim, Gabriel and Victor are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyados Engineering team who will take technical ownership of a remote development team in India.
About the role
As a Engineering Lead, you’ll provide hands-on technical leadership for a distributed development team, with a strong focus on architecture, quality, delivery, and coaching. While this is not a role where you’ll code every day, you’ll stay close to the code — guiding technical decisions, reviewing solutions, and ensuring long-term scalability and performance.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering leadership, and stakeholders to translate customer and business needs into robust, observable, cloud-native solutions, while also helping the team grow through mentorship, structure, and clear technical direction.
The team contributes to several strategically important areas of the Voyado platform, including integrations, onsite messaging, e-commerce integrations, lead ads, and Ratings & Reviews. You’ll also collaborate closely with initiatives around platforms such as BigCommerce, Centra, Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Shopware, acting as a technical bridge between Product and Engineering. This role includes close collaboration with colleagues in Stockholm as well as a remote development team based in India, with onsite visits approximately twice per year.

Taking Technical onwership of systems and delivery for a remote revelopment team by leadning technical discussions, code reviews and architectural decisions.

We are building out a Go-To-Market function for Retail Media, a growing value stream both for Voyado and our customers. Understand Retail Media inside-out: how retailers monetize audiences, how this aligns with their P&L and overall growth strategy, and how to capture AdTech / Retail Media budgets beyond Voyado’s typical SaaS subscription motion.
Build and manage lead funnels through targeted inbound and outbound campaigns; launch and optimize GTM engines by identifying ideal client profiles, developing business cases, and influencing product roadmaps.
Run 360 sales processes, acting as the connector between retailers, suppliers, and agencies, aligning multiple stakeholders around shared goals and ensuring smooth, effective execution across all parties.
What You Bring
You are energized by building from 0–1, setting and exceeding ambitious goals, and working in a fast-paced environment. You are an entrepreneurial operator with a bias for action and deep ownership of revenue outcomes.
Besides those personal attributes, we believe you have: Proven experience in GTM for new businesses or products in SaaS.
An understanding of the Retail ecosystem.
Ad-Tech experience, ideally with RTM experience

About the Role
We’re growing fast and are now looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our Nordic team - someone with the experience, strategic mindset, and commercial drive to play a key role in Voyado’s continued expansion.
In this position, you’ll take ownership of complex, high-value sales processes and shape strategic partnerships with some of the most influential retail and e-commerce brands in the region. You’ll also have the opportunity to represent Voyado externally, at events, in panel discussions, and through thought leadership, helping to strengthen our voice and presence in the market.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining hands-on deal execution with strategy, influence, and collaboration across teams and functions.
The Scope
You’ll focus on high-revenue retailers (400+ million SEK and above), where digital transformation and customer experience are strategic priorities. The sales cycles are long and consultative, typically +4 months requiring a deep understanding of both business challenges and customer needs.
You’ll work closely with our Regional Sales Director, as well as Marketing, Partner Management, SDRs and Product, to shape go-to-market strategies and win key accounts that drive growth for Voyado and lasting value for our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing Drive the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to signed agreement
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS deals with enterprise-level retailers and e-commerce companies
Build strong C-level relationships and develop trusted partnerships that extend beyond the transaction

We are super excited to announce that our CIO Magnus Ahlberg is now looking for our next Head of Data & Analytics. In this role, you will have the overall responsibility in taking our Data strategy to the next level together with a team of 3 (soon to be 4) great stars.
Our Data & Analytics function is small but growing – currently consisting of one BI Developer, one BI Architect and one Data Analyst. We are super excited to share that one of our Engineering Managers, Jimmy Sigwid, is now looking for not just one-but two-Senior Software Developers to join his team, Loyalty. 
This team works in the very heart of Voyado’s product Engage, focusing on everything loyalty-related, with a strong emphasis on backend development. The team is always on the lookout for new ways for our customers to us our platform to build loyalty and community among their customers, loyalty is the core of retail success for sure.  

The team is working on exciting projects to create a seamless multichannel experience where customers can engage effortlessly without noticing any channel switch. This includes everything from visual swipe-to-redeem SMS campaigns, to expanding our rewards engine with flexible ways to use loyalty points - like product redemptions, early event access, and localized vouchers. We’re also building the foundation for smarter, cross-market campaigns, using AI to support translation and simplify marketing execution across regions.
Some examples of your daily work will be:
Participating in discovery, coding, testing, and deploying new features
Writing efficient, maintainable backend code in C# and
Collaborating closely with teammates through workshops, code reviews, and innovation sessions
Contributing to solutions that are intuitive for users, even when the logic behind them is complex

About the role and day-to-day
As our next Cloud Engineer will you contribute to the creation of a solid scalable cloud infrastructure by focusing on the DevOps lifecycle. You will truly play a key role in ensuring the stability and reliability of mission critical services and sytems which continously process large data volumes every day.
Some things you'll be up to:
Working with our cloud environment and infrastructure to facilitate delivery of our platforms.
Assist other dev teams in their daily work by providing various tools to enable better practice and to support to setting up monitoring
Develop the toolbox for our developers, covering everything related to CI/CD. This includes build pipelines and evaluating tools for smooth deployment and development

About the role

As a Technical Account Manager you will mainly spend your time with customers; existing customers post-launch. You will take part in solution design, be responsible for the configuration of the product and be main contact person when it comes to integration and migration work. You will also act as a product expert within the organization and will consequently be the go-to person for technical questions. About Voyado's Legal team

Voyado's Legal team is based in Stockholm and you will be reporting to the General Counsel. The team’s main objective is to support the entire organization by finding innovative solutions and providing advice in a user-friendly way, while delivering high-quality legal advice. The team forms an important role when delivering high quality services to our customers and shaping the company’s business activities. We work close to the products, a tech interest and digital savviness is therefore a big plus.

About the role

In the role as a legal counsel, you will assist the entire organization, in various legal matters, with a focus on commercial contract law, cooperation agreements, IP-law and the GDPR. You will draft and provide guidance on license, cooperation, and partner agreements and provide support to a number of Voyado’s teams.

Voyado is growing on a European level and ideally you have experience from working with different European markets. As IT Support Technician you will work with internal support for our organization, as well as the internal infrastructure.

An important part of your work is to develop and update documentation and processes going forward, as well as to participate in the development of the internal IT environment, both in form of projects and further development of existing systems.

About the role

Head of product marketing is a new role at Voyado and for the right person, this is a glorious opportunity to shape the product marketing function and the way we take our products to market. About the role

As a QA Lead you will help us build an agile quality assistance unit, supporting agile development teams, all responsible for their own product quality and testing, constantly developing what and how we test. Your main focus will be to evolve the way we work with quality in general and testing in particular, but you will most likely also chip in with hands-on test development. As an Engineering Manager at Voyado you will be a key player in the product organization and you will be the closest manager for engineers in one to two specific teams. About the role

As our new Sales Development Representative, you'll be a vital part in our lead generation process by using your research skills, digging in to data in different sources and structuring potential prospects. You will join a team of 12 experienced and engaged colleagues of which 4 of them work in the role as SDR. About the role

As our new International Sales Development Representative, you´ll be a vital part in our lead generation process by using your research skills, digging in to data in different sources and structuring potential prospects. About the role

About the role

As an Integration Specialist you will have a key role when it comes to one of the most important areas in our platform, the integration layer. Your job will be to make sure that we have the best possible toolbox for customers and partners integrating Voyado into their system landscape. This means you will work hands on with a multitude of tasks, all aimed at smoothing the way for integrators. We want it to be simple to integrate with us. As our new Sales Development Representative, you'll be a vital part in our lead generation process by using your research skills, digging in to data in different sources and structuring potential prospects. You will join a team of 12 experienced and engaged colleagues of which 3 of them work in the role as SDR. You will be working closely with many departments and different stakeholders within Voyado and will be responsible to coordinate IT-security between such. Your main contact points will be . the development teams, legal, product owners and sales.

Some examples of your daily work and responsibilities:

- Leading projects to improve information security and processes at Voyado, in collaboration with the CTO , legal and other stakeholders
- Educate and guide colleagues on security best practices
- Drafting policies and guidelines for internal information security
- Identify security requirements and identify risk and possible solutions/mitgations
- Support auditors during internal and external audits
- Arrange regular security and penetration testing of systems
- Connect with clients’ Security professionals when needed and address security inquires from clients
- Monitoring the area of IT-security and keep us up to date with new innovations, regulations and threats that can affect our business




So, who are you?

You will contribute with your analytical mindset and new ideas on how we can improve our security through new initiatives. You have an ability to think strategically and present complex solutions and methods in an accessible manner to different parts of the organization, regardless of the level of knowledge of the recipient. The role includes working closely with many stakeholders, so great communication skills and a strong ability to work with and inspire others is key.

Furthermore, you have some of the following qualifications:

Must have:

- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics or other equivalent degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in working with information security
- Knowledge of secure development practices within software development
- Knowledge in the area of data privacy legislation, mainly GDPR and best practices for technical and organizational security from a legal perspective
- Experience in risk management and security frameworks such as NIST, ISF and ISO 27000 series
- You speak Swedish - but since we are planning to take over the world you must be fluent in technical and business English, both spoken and written.


Nice to have:

- Experience of IAM
- Knowledge in Cloud Applications Security
