- Deep expertise in IoT technologies: Connectivity Management Platforms, LPWA Technologies, 5G, SIM technologies (Including SGP22 and SGP32 specs.)

- Strong vendor management skills and preferably existing demonstratable business relationships with vendors of Tele2 IoT such as Cisco, Idemia Equinix etc.

- Deep understanding of the role of Global Roaming Relationships in IoT industry.

- Deep expertise in solutions for regions with restricted roaming frameworks. Preferably existing demonstratable business relationships with solution partners in such restricted roaming regions.

- Proven track record of delivering and overachieving targets.

- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

- Deep understanding of digital transformation and emerging tech trends.

- Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

- Existing business relationship with key stakeholders among Tele2 IoT’s key customers and prospects is a plus.

Vi söker nu en Leveransledare för NaaS (Network as a Service) Implementation & Tech där gruppen ansvarar för leveransen av LAN/WLAN inom B2B. Som leveransledare på Tele2 kommer du gemensamt med gruppen att ansvara för leveransen från det att ordern kommer in från kund tills den är levererad, driftsatt och under övervakning. Arbetet innefattar planering och koordinering av installationer med kund, interna avdelningar, samt underleverantörer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Workplace & Internal IT team are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Product Expert specializing in Collaboration & Email Security to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, serving as the Ironport system owner, and overseeing our intranet system. Workplace & Internal IT delivers key IT services such as managed & secure devices, communication and collaboration tools, Identity and Access Management and helpdesk support to all Tele2 employees in 4 countries. We do this with help from partners, and to be successful in this role you need to be comfortable in vendor management and collaboration with external suppliers.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Stream, Viva apps, etc

· Familiarity with PowerApps/PowerPlatform is a plus.

· Strong understanding of email and email security protocols such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF. · Extensive experience with email security relay services, particularly Cisco Ironport.

· Overall understanding of Microsoft 365 functions, value, and services.

· Ability to strategize, architect, and govern Microsoft 365 environments.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as experience in vendor management.

· Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.

About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will manage our SIM portfolio (including eUICC and Remote SIM Provisioning/RSP) and take it to its next levels.

About the role

As an Engineer Mobile Voice Core with IoT IMS Focus you will be leading the Design and Engineering works for Tele2 Mobile Voice Services and Systems within the domain primarily for our IoT customers, ensuring that we deliver in line with our demands and with the best quality. You will work with the whole flow from requirements, development and implementation of new services, maintaining the system roadmaps and KPI’s, producing guidelines and training for operations. Within the role you will also be responsible for security/regulatory alignment and financial follow-up’s and assessments.

The other part of this role also includes you to provide third line support for our customers, ensuring that we deliver superior customer experience. You will work with the Life Cycle Management of the network elements, maintain the systems' service level by means of KPI’s and act on alarms, as well as producing guidelines and training for operations. As part of the role you will also be part of the on-call team for the Mobile Voice team.

The role offers ample opportunities to interact with and manage vendors. You will be part of the engineering team which has responsibility for the Mobile Voice Core including IMS. Planning and performing capacity expansions based on monitoring of performance metrics is an integral part of the work.

The position is located in our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm and we offer a hybrid workplace, the role includes regular on-call duty.

As a member of the B2B Billing team under IT Core division, you will be working with key systems - planning and executing roadmaps as well as ensuring reliable daily operations. You will also be working with data warehouse and data integrations systems that include the capabilities of internal reporting for B2B/Finance, export data/reports to customer, updates to production systems, follow up for Sales, Export data to ERP systems and Advanced Security. Om rollen
Datanet Implementation?Technical?Design agerar som säljstöd och tillför teknisk specialistkompetens i olika skeden av försäljning och kundförvaltning. Du arbetar med framtagning av teknisk design utifrån kunds önskemål och behov, kostnadskalkyler samt texter till offerter och presentationer såväl externt som internt baserat på Tele2:s tjänster. Du ska på ett enkelt och säljande sätt kunna hålla kundpresentationer och agera bollplank kring tekniska lösningar, både hos kund och internt på Tele2.

Datanet Implementation Tech Design är en viktig del av säljteamet, vilket innebär ett nära samarbete med Account Managern. Din roll är att analysera företagskunders tekniska och kommersiella behov i syfte att ta fram den bästa Tele2-lösningen för varje enskild kund. Du granskar kundbehovet, förstår vad som driver kostnader och vad som går att realisera eller inte, samt kan tänka kreativt kring lösningen för en given konkurrensbild och andra förutsättningar.

Är certifierad på CCNP/CCDP nivå eller motsvarande på andra produkter.

THE JOB:
You will be a part of the Identity and Access Team. Together, we provide a great IT on- and off-boarding experience for the Tele2 business, identity and entitlement management. We provide services for protecting systems, i.e. privileged access management and web access management. Finally, we also control and manage our services from start to end. Requirements:

OM ROLLEN
Som systemingenjör till vårat videoteam ingår du i avdelningen UC Solutions på Tele2 som består av cirka 130 specialister med placeringar runt om i Sverige. Video är ett område som befinner sig i en framgångsrik tillväxtresa, där ny spännande video-teknik är en del av vardagen för våra systemingenjörer. Att arbeta som systemingenjör på Tele2 innebär nära kontakt med våra kunder och att vara ansvarig ingenjör till dem. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Software Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing and govern selected software assets and licenses across the organization, including software acquisition, deployment, maintenance and renewals, utilization of the license pool, life cycle planning, cost control and budgeting, ensuring compliance with license agreements and optimizing software usage to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

The main focus area for you are the Element Management Systems (EMS), and OSIX systems. The EMS systems are running in Linux environments and are used in the operations of the mobile network. Currently we are operating EMS systems from all major supplier of mobile network infrastructure. The EMS are interfacing all network elements in the mobile network and collects alarms, performance counters and logs. The systems are also interfacing external systems for post processing, storage and access control. Our OSIX solution consists of a large number of bare metal servers collecting signalling data from various interfaces mainly for trouble shooting purposes.

As a person you are self-motivated and act on your own initiative. You are able to work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for a colleague with knowledge within Unix/Linux environments, windows servers and understanding in programming and/or scripting.

As a system specialist in team FireQ, you will work with a team consisting of a Product Owner, a System Manager and System Specialists. The team develop, configure and adapt monitoring and surveillance tools within Service Assurance domain for Tele2s Operation Center.?

As a System Specialist you work with:
Analyze business requirements and their impact on existing solutions.
Develop code and scripts for new solutions to meet business requirements.
Communicate with stakeholders and system users.
Strive to continuously improve our existing applications/systems functionality and code.
Be part of On-call


This role is meant for you, if You have:
University degree in either IT or Telecom.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
Linux OS skills
Experience of programming and worked with Docker / containers
Experience from packet based networking is a plus
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team always with professional attitude

ABOUT THE ROLE
The vision for procurement at Tele2 is “Value driven procurement excellence”. This in essence states that we have the mindset and ambition to become the best in procurement – across all spend categories, and across all procurement aspects – with a pragmatic balance.
The Procurement department manages and optimizes Tele2’s suppliers, in order to realize savings and minimize supplier related risks, and also to enable other parts of the organization to reach their respective objectives.
As a Procurement and Contract Manager at Tele2 you will execute strategic sourcing projects, perform supplier relationship management, identify, and execute saving opportunities and integrate with internal stakeholders. You will enjoy working with us if you enjoy supporting and inspiring others on top of developing your strategic and technical skills.
Responsibilities include
Develop and implement Category strategies for certain telecom network categories
Develop and execute the sourcing strategies within telecom network categories with focus on hardware, software, licenses, cloud solutions, services and outsourcing for mobile and fixed telecom networks
Identify and execute saving opportunities in cooperation with internal stakeholders
Actively collaborate with business stakeholders and executives within the organization in supporting their business goals
Execute complex sourcing projects and manage the strategic sourcing processes from idea to sourcing discussion
Perform supplier relationship management, managing contracts and carry out negotiations
Contribute to Tele2's transformation journey and the continues improvement of procurement processes, tools and systems



WHAT WE LOOK FOR
To be successful in the role we believe that you have:
Extended work experience with at least a couple of years focusing on telecom networks or IT
Experience of working with various types of agreements and price models within cloud, license, hardware, services and outsourcing
Experience of managing sourcing projects
A positive personality with a structured way of working and thrives in building relationships
Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
Strong analytical and commercial sense
Relevant higher degree from university or similar

OM ROLLEN
Tele2 är i en transformativ fas inom Supply Chain. Vi har en långsiktig strategi om att erbjuda marknadsledande leveransupplevelse, samt ligga i framkant kring logistikutveckling och effektiva varuflöden.
Som Supply Chain Developer har du en nyckelroll i att driva förbättringsprojekt internt inom avdelningen men också tillsammans med våra strategiska partners inom transport, lager och butik. Du kommer att fungera som länken mellan leverantör, leveransavdelning, lager samt produktledning vid projekt. I din roll kommer du driva utvecklingen utifrån företaget och Supply Chains långsiktiga strategi. Denna tjänst innebär många kontaktytor mot samtliga affärsområden i den svenska organisationen, stort ansvar men också stor frihet att påverka och bidra till Tele2s utveckling och framgång.
Du kommer ingå i en grupp bestående av tre personer som jobbar med Supply Chain-utveckling och projekt. Vi präglas av hög serviceförmåga, hjälpsamhet, pålitlighet och framåtanda. Supply Chain har växt mycket inom Tele2 de senaste åren och kommer fortsätta göra det för att vidare förbättra de områden vi har ansvar för eller är en del utav. Du kommer rapportera till Head of Supply Chain.
Du kommer att arbeta med:
Strategisk utveckling av varuflöden som tex transport till kund, lager/produktion,
Verksamhetsutveckling inom logistik
Projektledning
Förbättringsprojekt berörande våra lager och flöden
Problemlösning och felsökning
Framtagande och automatiserande inom området.
Processkartläggning och analysutveckling av nya processer
Dokumentation av arbetsmoment
Analysera och föreslå förändringar för optimering av varuflöden
Kvalitetsutvärdering av leverantörer
Framtagande av analyser och rapporter


KVALIFIKATIONER
Som person är du självgående, driven, modig och tar ansvar. Du är strukturerad i ditt arbetssätt där du gärna ser nyttan av att utgå ifrån processer och rutiner. Du har också vana att jobba mot uppsatta mål och/eller budget. Du är bekväm med att arbeta tvärfunktionellt med många kontaktytor och du har förståelse för hur din roll påverkar affären som helhet.
Vi ser gärna att du har:
3-5 års erfarenhet av logistikutveckling, gärna med bakgrund med stora slutkonsumentflöden. Alternativt bakgrund som managentkonsult med erfarenhet inom affärsutveckling från TMT-sektorn
Universitets-/högskoleexamen inom Logistik/Supply Chain Management, och/eller Ekonomi?alt annat relevant område
Utbildning eller erfarenhet inom LEAN, SIX Sigma, Kaizen är meriterande
Erfarenhet av att jobba i ERP system
Erfarenhet och förståelse för de finansiella processerna kopplade till de transaktioner Supply Chain genererar
Vana att jobba i en stor organisation med kundnöjdhet och kostnadsmedvetenhet i fokus
Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat på företagsnivå
