About the role As the Site Supervisor, you will have the overall responsibility for the operations at your designated site. Role Overview
As lead data scientist, you will focus on large-scale route optimization in a production environment, where decisions directly impact cost, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
You will design, implement, and continuously improve optimization systems that operate under real-world constraints (scale, latency, imperfect data, changing conditions). The role requires both strong operations research fundamentals and the ability to take solutions from prototype to production in close collaboration with engineering.
A key part of the role is experiment-driven development - systematically validating improvements and ensuring that changes lead to measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Develop and improve routing and scheduling algorithms (e.g. VRP) for large-scale, operations


Formulate optimization problems based on operational constraints and business objectives


Build solutions that balance optimality, scalability, and runtime constraints


Take models from prototype to production, working closely with engineering on integration & reliability


Design and run controlled experiments (A/B tests, simulations) to evaluate impact of changes in close collaboration with superuser from business side

Our AWS Lambda (NodeJS and Python) APIs are connected to AWS RDS (Postgre) instances. The entire system infrastructure is hosted on AWS.

This is a broad and challenging role for someone who wants to grow and get in early in a startup that is in a major expansion phase. In the role of Teamleader, you will be part of a close-knit team. We are looking for a Database Engineer to join our team responsible for internationally scaling the services offered by Airmee. As a Database Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing and developing databases, as well as optimizing our infrastructure to efficiently handle growing data loads.

Our AWS Lambda (NodeJS and Python) APIs are connected to AWS RDS (Postgre) instances. The entire system infrastructure is hosted on AWS.

Proficiency in test-driven development is a must, as we strive for comprehensive test coverage of 100%. We place strong emphasis on well-documented and readable code, so we expect you to write clean code and document it thoroughly.

You should be comfortable working with staging and production environments, ensuring smooth transitions between the two.

You have considerable experience maintaining and scaling up databases, in particular on indexing databases and managing connection pooling and latency.

Airmee’s transports are carried out by subcontracted carriers. As a Carrier Manager you will lead the operational & strategic work to ensure that our Carriers perform in line with productivity & quality targets. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding & developing Carriers. The role is hands-on where relationship building skills are important - but where a data-driven approach is a must. You need to be street-smart but let data rather than feelings drive your decisions and guide the dialogue with the Carriers.

We're looking for a Database Engineer who will be part of the team in charge of internationally scaling the services offered by Airmee. The tasks include database design and development, as well as scaling up our infrastructure to handle ever increasing data loads.

The API is built using NodeJS Amazon Lambdas (Serverless) and the database that provides the functions consumed via the API is built in Postgre. The system infrastructure is hosted on AWS.

You are used to TDD since we aim at having 100% test coverage. We put a great focus on good documentation and code readability, so we expect you to write clean code and properly document it.

You are comfortable working with staging and production environments.

You have considerable experience maintaining and scaling up databases, in particular on indexing databases and managing connection pooling and latency.

You have top-notch communication skills and work ethic.

Role overview

We are now on the look-out for a Dispatch Manager who will lead our entire Dispatch & Routing Team responsible for our last-mile delivery. You will be in charge of all of our daily routing to guarantee that each one of our millions of deliveries are on time as promised. This role is critical for our operational side and should appeal to you who enjoys the challenge of merging logistics with state of the art technical platforms. As every second counts in our business, a sense of urgency needs to be at the core of your persona!

From managing the supply side with carriers to driving efficiency in all our deliveries spanning the Nordic Market, you’ll be in charge of setting the stage for the most effective routing, whilst leading the full range of levers to measure and improve our last-mile operations. Everything will have a direct impact on Airmee’s ability to continue to provide the best delivery experience in the world.

This role calls for a combination of operational mindset, analytics skills, and the interpersonal abilities to manage your Dispatch team and connected stakeholders. This is a data-driven role requiring you to work across the entire Airmee Group, whether it may be handling carrier relations in Gothenburg to setting requirements with the tech team for our Stockholm routes. The role is diverse but with a core focus to further excel our last-mile delivery routes.

Our Terminal is located in Kallhäll, we expect you to work from here to truly immerse yourself in our wonderful world of logistics.

So, what will you do?

- Lead and empower the Dispatch team, motivate and leverage individual team members to continually develop their results across all our operational markets.
- Develop, implement and drive metrics for every aspect of our last-mile-deliveries on a daily basis.
- Ensure that planning and scheduling of our carriers is optimal based on various factors such as forecast, historical trends, vehicles capacity and carrier capabilities.
- Facilitate the flow of information between different stakeholders (tech, sales, customer support, etc.) and lead resolution of any potential issues that impact customer experience and business continuity in the last-mile-delivery environment.
- Work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that there is a constant feedback-loop between dispatch and remaining departments.
- Develop and implement new processes and routines, learning from best practices, to constantly improve our dispatching, cut lead-times and provide a better experience for our e-commerce customers and end-consumers.
- Work closely with our Head of Linehaul to ensure that our entire logistics supply chain is intact and in synchronization for each day.

What will you be doing?

- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products and features. This includes creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product development plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Translates product and business strategy by writing detailed features and user stories for Dev teams
- Collaborates with Architecture and Dev teams to ensure the correct prioritization is factored into roadmap

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer who will be part of the team in charge of internationally scaling the services offered by Airmee. The tasks include frontend development, API development, product testing and database development.

The API is built using NodeJS Amazon Lambdas (Serverless) and the database that provides the functions consumed via the API is built in Postgre. Our frontend web apps are built in Angular. The system infrastructure is hosted on AWS.

- You are used to TDD since we aim at having 100% test coverage. We put a great focus on good documentation and code readability, so we expect you to write clean code and properly document it.
- You are comfortable working with staging and production environments.
- You have considerable experience maintaining and scaling up products, as well as iterate on them based on user feedback.
- You have top-notch communication skills and work ethic.


Skills & Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years working as a full stack developer or 2 years frontend + 2 years backend
- You have built products using TypeScript and NodeJS
- You have built tests around your products using Mocha / Chai and Jasmine / Karma
- You have used a relational database (Postgre, My, etc.) in production environments before


- You can interact with a database without the use of ORMs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- You have experience working with Serverless technology, ideally on AWS Lambdas that make use of database connections
- You have previous experience working with spatial data in PostGIS
