This position is centered on coordination, organization, and day-to-day release support. You thrive on structure, communication, and ensuring that all moving pieces align—from manifest setup to scheduling content rotations.

Example of responsibilities

Work closely with the Release Manager on the end-to-end release process, ensuring manifests, store setups, products, offers, and rotations are correctly configured for each release

Use Unreal Editor and online configuration tools to set up and verify game content, including events, raider decks, map conditions, and other scheduled or calendar-driven updates

Manage all timed content, such as in-game events, rotations, and live updates, ensuring quality is being reached on a release basis

Facilitate testing efforts by ensuring builds are ready for QA, tracking test coverage, and following up on critical issues to maintain high release quality

Coordinate Unreal Engine related tasks, including validating settings, tags, packaging requirements, and any release-sensitive configurations

Maintain accurate release tags, documentation, and checklists to keep the live operations pipeline smooth and predictable

Partner with the Release Manager on day-to-day tasks, helping track progress, surface risks early, and keep teams aligned

We would love if you have

A creative and curious mind

3+ years of experience in production, QA coordination, release operations, or a similar role in games

Familiarity with PC release processes; console experience is a plus but not required

Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep teams aligned and details under control

A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented mindset, with a natural instinct for spotting blockers before they escalate

Comfort working in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environments—paired with the ability to bring clarity and structure

A passion for video games, especially live service or cooperative titles, and curiosity for how updates are built, tested, and delivered

Professional English communication skills.

This is an on-site role, and we are only considering candidates already residing in Sweden.
At Embark we offer competitive salaries, passionate colleagues to share knowledge with and much more, but most of all we invite you to take part of a journey into the unknown, to build creative, surprising and beautiful experiences together.
Be yourself at Embark and make games while doing so. Please apply with confidence. We can’t wait to hear from you (in English)! Visa mindre

Do you want to work with an app loved by millions of kids around the world?

That’s the reality for everyone working on Toca Life World. Creating an app that encourages kids’ creativity and imagination results in lots of content all over social media, and instant confirmation that your creations spark joy in kids’ lives.

As a Producer in the content team you’ll lead a highly talented and dedicated group of artists, animators, programmers, QA and designers in their day-to-day work. You’ll remove obstacles, enabling the team to perform their tasks efficiently and sustainably.

What you’ll be doing

Ensuring timely, high-quality content drops is one of the most crucial responsibilities at Toca Boca - and as the Producer you’ll be the one to make it happen, your project management skills are key. Toca Life World is a live product where several projects are being run in parallel. We are always in ideation trying to find the next fun thing - in production, releasing and analysing the outcomes of our most recent releases.

With new content being released on a regular basis you’ll constantly be surprising and delighting kids around the world. You’ll set up and maintain content production plans, and lead the development of those updates. This includes new play sets, gifts, home designer packs and more.

You’ll establish and continuously improve the processes and ways of working for the team, always making sure there is a sustainable and healthy work environment.

You’ll ensure stakeholders and others are kept up-to-date on project plans, progress and status. You’ll support the Toca Life World leadership in questions regarding growth and optimisation, staffing, operations and budget, and long term strategy for content production.
Is this you?

You are a Producer with experience leading a cross-functional team in a game development environment. This experience has given you an understanding of the different roles making up such teams and an understanding for the various challenges at different phases of a project.

You have the ability to create trust within the team. They’ll know you’ve set a great plan so that they can focus on what they do best.

As art makes up a large part of what the content team produces, it’s helpful if you have experience in managing art production and art outsourcing.

You believe in the power of play!
