What your team does
You will be part of a cross-functional product team consisting of product managers, designers and analytics together sharing a goal of creating a world-leading merchant experience. Our Payment Platform product is the engine in Qliro’s products, enabling our technical platform. The development team is a backend team that develops the infrastructure for all payment transactions.
As we expand into new markets, the team also plays a key role in identifying and integrating the best external payment methods and partners to support Qliro’s European growth.

What you will do:
As our Product Manager you will lead the development of the product and our overall strategy for our Payment Platform, including setting up relationships and integrations to the best external payment methods and partners. You’ll join at a pivotal time, with the opportunity to help shape how we scale our payments infrastructure across Europe.You will drive cross department initiatives and work together with stakeholders across the company to bring your product forward.
Own and set your product roadmap, vision and KPIs together with your development team and key stakeholders
Lead a cross-functional development team and set/ follow a scrum way of working

About the Role As an Cyber Security Specialist, you will be a key player in safeguarding our cloud and on-premises infrastructure, products, and services. Working closely with IT, DevOps, and our external partners, you’ll ensure security best practices are implemented across the organization. This is a hands-on technical role that combines security operations, architecture, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess cybersecurity risks across the organization, recommend mitigation strategies, and support incident investigations and root cause analysis to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
Monitor and manage core security technologies, including EDR, CNAPP, SIEM, ASM, DAST, MDM and vulnerability scanners

About the role: As an Analytics Engineer at Qliro you will play a valuable role in our data team. You will collaborate with data engineers and other analytics engineers and own the transformation that is the foundation for BI, Analytics and Data Science. You will be building data transformation in dbt with close collaboration to both functional analysts and with input from business owners. Our data pipelines are crucial for us as a business and you will be building, maintaining and supporting both internal functions like Finance, Product & Credit as well as customer-facing data products like Notifications and Credit decisions.
Our data team is primarily working remotely, with a couple of in-person meetings each year at our office in Stockholm.

What your team does:
As Interim Head of AML, you will lead and developQliro’s first line work within financial crime prevention. As Head of AML, you will have a broad prominent role with responsibilities that require you to work both on an operative and strategic level with different parallel tasks. The AML team consists of one other colleague working with Financial Crime and the team belongs toQliro's Operations function, but you will also be working closely with our legal, compliance,tech and product teams. You will work closely with Qliro's Executive Management Team as well as Board of Directors on AML matters.
The role is an interim position of at least a year, possibility to extend or convert to permanent role within Qliro.
What you'll get to do:
Lead and ensure the first line AML tasks are carried out and that the AML regulatory requirements are complied with
Carry out and update the AML/CTF General Risk Assessment
Establish, update and implement internal policies and procedures to prevent ML/TF
Develop and optimize both current customer risk classification models and transaction monitoring scenarios to ensure model efficiency and risk-based approach (model risk management)
Set the standards for the company’s AML requirements, system developments and procedures
Responsible for AML alert handling including investigations and reporting to FIU
Coordinate and submit the periodic annual money laundering report to the S-FSA as well as handling other communication with the S-FSA regarding AML
Participate and act as an AML subject matter expert in internal projects, product approval processes and similar

The AML department is part of Qliro’s Operations department, and you will report to the Chief Customer Officer, as the Specially Appointed Executive. You will also be in close collaboration with our CEO.

A genuine interest in the field of AML/CFT and a sound understanding of risk management
Experience of AML/CFT tasks at an operative and strategic level
Good understanding for financial crime prevention technologies and data analytics
Structured way of working, great analytical capability, emphasis on quality and holistic perspective as well as detailed oriented
Ensure to be updated on new regulations, AML in general and best practice for AML in the industry

We are looking for a System Owner that will be responsible for managing Qliro's core IT platforms. You will be a part of our System Operations team and work closely with our product organization, improving and managing the availability of our systems.

Qliro is looking for a Merchant Underwriter to join the Financial Crime team.

The Financial Crime team have the overall responsibility for Qliro’s efforts to prevent financial crime, which includes the areas Fraud and AML/CTF (Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing). The team also have the responsibility for merchant acceptance and monitoring from Fraud, AML/CTF and Credit perspective. The team works closely with several other teams in Qliro to ensure efficient prevention.

Today the team consists of two persons:

- Financial Crime Manager with overall responsibility for all tasks.

- Financial Crime Officer with focus on Fraud and AML/CTF.

As a Merchant Underwriter your main tasks will be:

- Analyze and make recommendations for new merchants for Credit Committee decisions. This includes a basic analysis of the merchant’s financial situation.

- Perform the final Fraud, AML/CTF and Credit check and sign-off, including KYC (Know-Your-Customer) measures, on merchants as part of the onboarding process.

- Set up parameters for monitoring of merchants from a Fraud, AML/CTF and Credit perspective.

- Monitor merchant ownership and financial situation, merchant website content and merchant transaction behavior, using internal and external tools, and take investigative action when necessary.

- Produce periodic reports of counterparty risk overview covering all merchants.

- Produce other aggregated reports on merchants as needed.

- Perform periodic updates of KYC for all merchants.

- Support the Financial Crime Team in other tasks when needed.

The Treasury team is a key part of Qliro’s financial management and acts as the first line of defense in ensuring the company’s financial risks and funding position. We believe you:

The Web & App team is responsible for consumers’ post-purchase experience, from allowing our customers to pay for their online credit purchases and invoices, to offering private loans, savings accounts, partnership products and services. During the past year, the team have released a new version of our logged in pages, new features and enhanced stability in all our services. Qliro’s Business Control and Analytics team is looking for a talented Business Analyst to strengthen our Business Control and Analytics function. This is the perfect position for you who thrives with complex business models and data and wants to work on a wide variety of finance-related fields early on in your career. The Business Analyst will report to the Head of Business Control and Analytics within the Finance organization and will work closely with many other departments to create value for Qliro, our merchants, and customers through analytical insights and fact-based decisions.



What you’ll do:

- You will take a key role in the Business Control and Analytics team and contribute to our analytical capabilities and profitability management

- Share insights and provide modeling and analytical support to all relevant departments and stakeholders to facilitate data-driven and fact-based decision making, e.g. in Sales, Business Development, Credit decisions and Product Development
- Liaise with department heads, assist them with business analysis on their current operations and co-develop action/implementation plans based on findings


We believe you:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (e.g. Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Controller, or a business consulting/investment banking background), preferably with some experience from the financial services sector
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance or another quantitative field such as Engineering, Physics or Mathematics. A Bachelor’s degree in any other related field could also be considered
- A genuine interest for business, and a commercial understanding
- Solid Excel skills and previous experience with or a similar query language
- Fluency in English
