Now, we’re looking for a Payroll Manager to lead the next chapter of our people operations journey, ensuring that our payroll processes are accurate, efficient and scalable.
About the role
As Payroll Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our payroll processes run smoothly, compliant and with precision every month. This is a hands-on role where you’ll both have an end-to-end payroll responsibility, while at the same time working with continuously improving our payroll process and experience. We currently have our payroll outsourced externally, but are in the process of in-sourcing it in order to ensure a world class employee experience. You will work closely with HR and Finance and be the link that holds the full picture together, which includes keeping an eye on the details and the road ahead.
We’ve laid a solid foundation with simplified processes, getting rid of bottlenecks and smarter ways of working. But there’s still tons of improvement to be made in terms of leveraging automation and AI, implementing proper system support etc. And here’s where you come in. You’ll continue the journey toward scalability and automation and take on the lead to rethink what payroll can be.

What you’ll do
Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.


Take operational ownership of the payroll process.


Ensure seamless execution of salary, pension, bonus, benefits, and reporting.


Drive process improvements, harmonization, and automation where it truly matters.


Implement new regulations from EU directives to updated collective bargaining agreements.


Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Finance and other stakeholders on complex payroll topics.


Take on full ownership and work actively with developing Kivra’s total rewards.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with an enthusiastic mindset to join our Infrastructure and Security team. This team is the heart of Kivra and is building and supporting a large, scalable platform for all our services. The platform provides distributed systems that handle all our data with great reliability and security.
What you'll do
You'll play a key role in Kivras Infrastructure team, where you will work alongside great colleagues with automation of deployment pipelines, monitoring and alerting and regular system and network management among other things. Om tjänsten

Som receptionist hos oss på Kivra kommer du att ingå i en mindre studentpool där du kommer spela en viktig roll i bemötandet av våra besökare samt för att stötta våra medarbetare internt på Kivra. Du ingår i vår HR-organisation och rapporterar till vår Office-manager.

Din känsla för service och ditt genuina intresse för att lösa våra kunder och dina kollegors behov kombinerar du med noggrann hantering av vissa administrativa arbetsuppgifter. Du behöver kunna arbeta cirka 10 timmar fördelat på två pass i veckan, med varierande längd. Arbetstiden är förlagd mellan klockan 07.30-17.15, då vår reception är öppen. Vid behov och intresse kan även strötimmar hos relevant organisationsfunktion tillkomma. Därför vill vi att du studerar Juridik, Ekonomi eller Affärsutveckling på universitets- eller högskolenivå.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

- Bemanna receptionen och vara den första positiva kontakten för besökare

- Tillhandahålla service i världsklass till både kollegor och besökare

- Ansvara över post och budhantering samt hjälpa med andra kontorsuppgifter

- Se till att receptionen, köket och kontoret är snyggt och representativt

- Förbereda möten, boka och vid behov boka om konferensrum

- Vid event beställa luncher, fika och kontorsmaterial

- Ta hand om konferensrummen och se till att lokalerna ser representativa ut





Din profil

För att kvalificeras för rollen ska du studera Juridik, Affärsutveckling eller ekonomi/redovisning på universitets- eller högskolenivå. Du som söker vill få en inblick i hur det är att arbeta på ett snabbväxande techbolag som Kivra. We at Kivra have over the course of a couple of years developed and matured the way we work with Salesforce. From having used Salesforce as a contact book, we today work in both Sales- and Service Cloud while looking at implementing Experience Cloud as a platform to build a B2B customer portal on.

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer with an enthusiastic mindset to join our Infrastructure and Security team. This team is the heart of Kivra and is building and supporting a large, scalable platform for all our services. The platform provides distributed systems that handle all our data with great reliability and security.

What you'll do
At Kivra we consider IT Security as being part of our core business. We provide digital content to almost 5 million people who all rely on us to protect their data and assure it is always available. You'll play a key role in Kivras Infrastructure and Security team, where you will work alongside great colleagues with a strong focus on building and improving our security posture. Your focus will be on assessing current security setup, implementing new security measures, evaluating new tools and driving the technical and system related security initiatives at Kivra alongside our Application Security Manager. We also expect you to be able to chip in on our regular Sysadmin/Devops tasks when needed and possible.

Required skills

To be frank, we hire for attitude! Who you are and how you fit the team is super important. We thrive on being nice and helpful to each other and to the rest of the company! But to have fun at Kivra you also need to have strong skills in your area of expertise as well as Linux servers, Active Directory, Enterprise level IT system management and automation (e.g. Ansible/Terraform) paired with an equally strong sense of service. You should also be well versed in working in hybrid environments spanning from on prem to the cloud. And always with a focus on the security and stability of our services!

You will have worked with IT Security for a few years at least, having acquired the necessary skills in the field. You know NIST and CIS v8, and if you have worked with ISO27001/27002 that’s a nice bonus. We assume you have been working with implementing and maintaining technical IT Security defense and monitoring, as well as being a champion evangelist spreading the knowledge in all parts of the organization. And of course, you stay on top of the field working proactively with Cyber Intelligence!

You are well versed in hardening and securing servers, containers and network equipment as well as clients of all sorts. Making sure that IT Security is not a blocker for the business or for people's daily work while maintaining a strong security posture makes perfect sense to you.

We are looking for a business developer to join our New Business Development Team. The team gathers both external and internal intel to suggest new features, products, commercial strategies and business partners that create real user/customer value.

Your role will be focused on supporting our sales and product teams to strengthen Kivra's current services with deep dives in key strategic areas and give recommendations on how to develop the business.

We believe you have an academic degree and have worked a few years in the digital space or as a management consultant. You can easily map and understand eco systems, you have a good technical knowledge and are used to working in cross functional teams.

- Have an academic degree Bachelor or MsC

- Have + 3y experience in digital business development preferable in B2B or management consulting

Du kommer att ha en nyckelroll hos oss på Kivra och bli spindeln i nätet med fokus på att etablera och utveckla relationer med våra avsändarens kundtjänster, myndigheter, föreningar och organisationer. Målet är att skapa ambassadörer som pratar om Kivra internt och proaktivt stötta användarna innan de hör av sig till vår support. Din bakgrund kan nog se lite olika ut tänker vi. Troligtvis innefattar den delar som att bygga relationer, projektleda och någon form av kundperspektiv, antingen genom kundtjänst eller affärsutveckling.

Vi tänker dock att du har erfarenhet och kunskap som:

We're looking for a data engineer who wants to build data driven services that will help tens of thousands of companies to deliver digital post and receipts to millions of users.
This position is available 100% remote. Our offices are in Stockholm, but you can work from anywhere!

What you'll do
You will join a small team of data engineers, scientists and analysts, that are responsible for building and maintaining resilient and scalable data infrastructure.
We have a clean, modern and agile tech stack built on Google Cloud Platform (we use BigQuery heavily). We use Terraform for managing our infrastructure-as-code, and use Github Actions for CI/CD. Data modelling is done in dbt, and visualisation is done in Tableau.
Your role will be to:
Help develop, build, maintain and improve this data pipeline
Use your knowledge and expertise to work with data stakeholders to make data easily accessible and available to product and functional teams in Kivra (this data is used for, amongst others, business intelligence, analytics, reporting and billing)



As a team, we have full ownership and autonomy over what and how we build our solutions - from idea and design, to implementation and operations. We are responsible for our solutions end-to-end.

Who you are
You have the relevant experience and qualifications. You want to join a fun, young team, and work hands-on in a high-paced environment with fast decision making. You are analytical and like solving problems.

Have experience working with data pipelines in cloud environments
