Group Internal Audit’s purpose is to strengthen the organisation’s ability to create, protect and sustain value by providing the board and management with independent, risk-based and objective assurance, advice, insight and foresight. The function conducts audits for the parent company (Trustly AB) and it’s subsidiaries across Europe, UK and the Americas. Through intra-group agreements the function also acts as the appointed Internal Auditor for several of Trustly AB’s subsidiaries. The Head of Group Internal Audit reports to the Trustly AB board of directors through the Group Risk & Compliance Committee. The function has historically been outsourced to an external party and is currently operating under a co-sourcing arrangement with Deloitte. However, Trustly has now decided to start building up more in-house internal audit capabilities and therefore looks to employ two internal audit managers to assist the Head of Group Internal Audit for this purpose.
About the role
Trustly currently has two regulated entities in scope in the UK. The purpose of the role is to help the Head of Group Internal Audit with the audit planning, audits and reporting for these entities. As part of the new internal audit strategy, the role will also help by ensuring that all internal audits, even if partly done by external resources, are being led and managed by Trustly inhouse staff, in accordance with both the IIA standards and the Trustly way of working.
What you'll do
Drive the annual risk assessments and propose annual internal audit plans for the UK regulated entities (in coordination with the group risk assessment and audit plan)
Lead internal audits for the UK entities, with the assistance of other team members, external resources and/or by individually conducting the audits
Monitor progress of management actions as a result of internal audits for the UK entities
Report quarterly to the boards of the UK entities on the items above, and provide input to the Head of Group Internal Audit for the reporting to the Group Risk & Compliance Committee
Participate in internal audits led by other team members (non-UK entities)
Contribute to the development of the function and it’s strategy, as well as the vision of becoming a trusted partner to the Board and management, and a source of valuable insights that align with the organisation’s goals, helping to reduce unwanted risk and drive informed decisions

Who you are
Minimum of 5 years experience from internal audit work or similar
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with fluency in English
Self-motivated, driven, curious, and innovative
European cross-border experience
Ability to be pragmatic without endangering integrity, objectivity, due care, competence, or confidentiality
Experience from working in a UK payment institution or similarly regulated industry, would be an advantage
Technical knowledge including primarily AML/CTF, ITGC/Cyber Security, PSD2, and IFRS/ICFR, considered a plus
French speaking and/or experience from working with French regulated entities, which would be beneficial
Leadership experience, seen as an asset

About the Customer Success Team at Trustly:


The Customer Success Team's goal is to ensure merchants and partners get the most value out of Trustly in order to drive adoption of Trustly’s products amongst their end users.


We aim to achieve this by taking a proactive approach to fully understanding merchants' requirements and processes to consult on the best way that Trustly can be configured and implemented to meet their needs, be it new or existing merchants.


From introductory technical sales support, through to solution design and overseeing the implementation, we engage with new merchants to ensure that they enjoy a smooth and seamless onboarding process. The E-com & Travel Customer Success Manager role is responsible for ensuring that we are doing everything to support our E-com and Travel merchants in getting the maximum value out of Trustly’s products and services.


The role demands a combination of both technical and commercial skills to really understand merchants’ requirements and see how that matches up with Trustly’s current and future capabilities.


Close internal interaction with our E-com & Travel Sales and Account Management teams, as well as other teams within Trustly will be key in achieving the team’s goals. Key responsibilities:
You will work closely with UX team members, conceptualize and develop user interaction models, user task flows, interaction wireframes and user interface design
Develop multiple design concepts for rapid prototyping and testing, iterate/update design based on customer/user test and refine design
Document detailed interaction models and UI specifications
Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency and coherence across Trustly products
Participate in or facilitate workshops and design thinking exercises to get stakeholders and collaborators engaged in insight development, problem definition & problem solving
Present initiative and design updates regularly to various stakeholders



Your experience and expertise:
Avid practitioner of human centered design, Design Thinking and UX practices
You enjoy working with other UX designers, researchers, analytics specialists, developers, product managers and commercial partners both internal and external
Passionate about serving end users and customer
Experience working with established brand guidelines and style guide and contributing to developing them
Experience in developing international products that required unique local solutions in multiple languages on multiple platforms including desktop and mobile
Experience developing B2B and B2C/consumer products
Experience creating prototypes in various fidelity levels that focused on gaining user feedback
Knowledge of html and css, with the ability to work closely with engineers to implement designs
Enjoys solving complex customer and business needs and reducing them to simple and functional products
Ability to clearly communicate your thought process, design iterations and design options with the team and stakeholders through effective visual and verbal presentations
Curious about the world around us, latest technologies, best practices, and excited about developing creative solutionsProficiency with current design tools



Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience designing digital products as user experience designer
Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Who you are:


Several years as a Java developer with experience in building robust, scalable systems from ground up
Comfortable with taking a full life cycle responsibility. From drafting high level architecture to implementing and supporting it. Being able to explain it and motivate design choices to developers and less technical staff.
Good knowledge in service based architecture and Microservices
Experience within Spring Boot, Dropwizard, Kubernetes, Kafka, Rest, Docker
Experience in evaluating and selecting open source tools and libraries
Excellent understanding of the problems with developing secure and robust applications in a SOA

The Sales department works together with the rest of the company to win new business, which directly contributes to Trustly’s fast growth. Our goal is to sign new merchants and we are always willing to walk the extra mile to get there. The department is made up of around 30 people, divided into verticals (E-commerce, Gaming, Financial services and Travel), and we are on the frontlines representing and pitching Trustly every day.


About the role:


To further accelerate the profitable growth of the business, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our Pre-Sales Team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and qualifying potential Merchants across all industry verticals and countries of interest in Europe. You will also, on occasion, be given the opportunity to sell Trustly’s services to targeted Merchants, wherever needed. This will require working across different teams within Trustly, as well as building relationships with merchants and partners.


We will make sure you get best-in-class business and product training and in return, you will bring a “can-do” attitude and hunter mindset. We focus on results both individually and as a team and your contribution will be important on both levels.

The role will be based in London and will require occasional travel to meet other teams. The role will be reporting to the Pre Sales Manager..


What you'll do:


Manage and own the top of the Sales funnel in the sales cycle, from lead generation to their qualification and generation of Merchant opportunities for prospecting
Present our services in calls with leads to qualify their potential for Trustly services
Establish a strong pipeline of opportunities across all priority industries and markets.
Contribute to establish a best-in-class Pre-Sales program
Pursue sales opportunities along the Sales cycle where desired, and drive a high sales activity output
Lead on cross-vertical Sales initiatives that contribute to the Sales Team’s success, including Sales Success, Efficiency and other
Stay informed on relevant industry trends to recognize merchants’ pain points

The Product department drives the vision, prioritization and development of Trustly’s products, ensuring they align with the company’s short-term and long-term goals. We collectively hatch innovative ideas, analyze market fit, and set the product strategy. We all work closely together with Tech to enable new products or features within existing products, as well as with various Commercial teams to roll out our products to the market. About the role:
As a Product Analyst, you will be in the center of the action where technology meets business requirements. You will be working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, development teams and other stakeholders; helping to make sure that the product development is in line with our business vision and strategy and that the right product features get built. You will know all the nitty gritty details about our products and be the go-to-person for finding answers to detailed questions.


What you’ll do:
Perform testing, analysis and research of Trustly’s products,which will be input to the prioritization of the development teams’ backlog and the company’s product roadmap
Monitor and analyze the performance of our products and create reports to educate the rest of the organization
Research and analyze the payment landscape and competitor products, and stay up-to-date with the latest market trends
Follow-up on impact of new product features and suggest product improvements
Use analytics and business expertise to build great products for consumers and merchants



Who you are:
To be successful in this role, you are a problem solver, have an eye for detail and are focused and structured in your work
You love deep diving into data, translating numbers into accurate recommendations and product ideas
You probably have a university degree in engineering, business, statistics or equivalent

You are used to driving projects from start to finish
knowledge is a plus as collecting data from our database is part of the job
