We are expanding our Data & ML team with an additional Data Scientist focusing on marketing. We have already created significant value from ML across several areas, but see clear untapped potential in applying it more deeply within marketing to improve ROI. We are now looking for a Data Scientist who will focus on marketing and drive measurable business impact through close collaboration with marketing teams across our markets.

What you will do

- Build, deploy, and improve machine learning models that optimize marketing performance across markets.
- Apply ML to improve bidding efficiency, attribution, and CRM effectiveness.
- Partner with marketers and business developers as a trusted advisor to drive ROI through effective use of ML.
- Ensure models are production-ready and deliver measurable, continuous business value.
- Design, analyze, and interpret MMM, experiments, and causal analyses to guide marketing investment decisions.
- Identify and prioritize new opportunities where ML can improve marketing efficiency.
What you bring

- +3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar applied ML role.
- Good understanding of marketing use cases such as bidding optimization, attribution, and CRM.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with marketing teams to drive measurable business results with data and ML.
- Takes initiative to identify, shape, and drive ML opportunities end-to-end, from idea to measurable business impact.
- Proven experience designing and interpreting MMM or incrementality tests to guide marketing investment decisions.
- Strong modeling expertise, with deep knowledge of statistical and machine learning methods, including when and how to apply them in a marketing context.
- Strong Python programming skills.

- Deep understanding of how ad bidding algorithms work and how machine learning can be used to influence, complement, or optimize them.
- Experience deploying, running, and monitoring machine learning models in production using a modern tech stack (e.g. Kubernetes, GCP, ArgoCD).

Vi söker en affärsdriven och säljorienterad säljcoach som älskar försäljning och som förstår hur rätt säljteknik, metodik och kontinuerlig utveckling skapar affärsresultat. I rollen arbetar du hands-on med att omsätta säljstrategi och metodik till konkreta beteenden i vardagen med tydlig påverkan på prestation och försäljningsutfall.

Rollen är placerad inom Customer Relations och har fokus på att stärka försäljningsarbetet kopplat till vår största och mest affärskritiska produkt. Du arbetar nära två teamchefer och deras säljteam, som successivt kommer att omfatta cirka 30 säljare. Rollen innehar inget personalansvar men har ett tydligt mandat att påverka arbetssätt, kvalitet och resultat.

Ditt uppdrag är att höja kvalitet, träffsäkerhet och affärsmässighet i försäljningsarbetet. Du arbetar både på uppdrag av teamcheferna och med eget ansvar att identifiera var dina insatser skapar störst värde. What You’ll Do

- Design, build and optimize scalable Go microservices

Rollen

I din roll som lånehandläggare tar du kontakt med Lendos kunder som gjort en låneansökan hos oss. Under samtalet gör du ditt yttersta för att gå igenom kundens lånebehov och erbjuder även kunden låneskydd. Du arbetar mot tydliga mål och försöker hela tiden utveckla din försäljning tillsammans med dina kollegor och med stöd av din närmaste chef.

Tjänsten inleds med en utbildning rörande försäljning, Lendos produkter och om branschen i Sverige. Detta kombineras med medlyssning för att kunna inspireras både av kollegor och chefer och få den feedback som krävs för att utvecklas.

Efter grundutbildningen fortsätter givetvis din utveckling genom coaching och utbildning, både från närmsta chef samt våra erfarna säljare.

Vi söker en erfaren ledare som vill göra skillnad – både för kunder och kollegor. Som Head of Insurance Growth på Lendo får ansvar att vidare etablera, driva och utveckla Lendos försäkringsverksamhet i Sverige. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med våra partners och interna intressenter, samt att du också kommer att vara en central del av Lendo Sveriges ledningsgrupp. Om rollenSom Head of Insurance Growth har du det övergripande ansvaret för att utveckla och växa Lendos försäkringsaffär. - Utforma och genomföra kvartals/årsplan för försäkring med tydliga mål, KPI:er och tillväxtplan.
- Säkerställa P&L-leverans för försäkring; forecast, prissättning i samarbete med partner samt prioritering av initiativ.
- Utvärdera och utveckla nya partners (villkor, affärscase, due diligence) och förbättra ”time-to-value”.
- Säkerställa tillväxt inom området, Identifiera nya segment och bygga case för nya affärsmöjligheter inom området.
- Tillsammans med Business Developer ta fram nya erbjudanden/packaging, testplaner (A/B), kanalstrategi och partnerkampanjer.
- Driva ständiga förbättringar baserat på data och feedback från kund/partner/agent.

Rollen

I rollen som kundservicemedarbetare hos Lendo kommer du att spela en central roll och ingå i ett team på 13 personer som tillsammans ansvarar för Lendos kundsupport. Du hjälper Lendos kunder med olika frågor via telefon, chatt och mejl. Du hanterar bland annat ansökningar utifrån kundens behov och situation och har daglig kontakt med samarbetspartners.

Omfattning, arbetstider och tillträde

- Take end-to-end ownership of our ML platform and inference systems, making sure they are robust and scalable.

Our Data & Machine Learning team is now looking for a standout Data Engineer to help drive the continual evolution of our data platform. - Design, build, maintain, and evolve scalable, reliable data solutions and capabilities that power decision-making and machine learning across all our markets.

Om rollen

I rollen som handläggare hos Lendo kommer du att tillhöra ett nytt team på cirka 6 personer och rapportera till avdelningens teamchef.

Dina primära arbetsuppgifter kommer innefatta att kontakta kunder som tidigare varit i kontakt med Lendo med fokus på cross-sell, vilket innebär att din huvudsakliga arbetsuppgift är att generera leads till andra avdelningar inom Lendo. Syftet är att hjälpa dem hitta det bästa lånet baserat på deras individuella situation. Telefonen är ditt främsta arbetsverktyg där du i samverkan med kunden gör en behovsanalys för att därefter hjälpa till med ansökan och uppföljning av inkomna bud.

Om dig

För att passa in i rollen som handläggare ser vi att du är en målmedveten och noggrann person som brinner för sälj. Du gillar att arbeta mot tydliga mål och du är driven och initiativtagande för att nå de målen. Omfattning, arbetstider och tillträde

Anställningen är en heltidsanställning och du utgår från Lendos fina huvudkontor centralt i Stockholm. Arbetstiderna är kontorstider måndag till fredag och du kan även arbeta hemifrån ca 2–3 gånger i veckan när du är trygg i rollen. We're looking for a new Software Engineer to our MarTech team! This position can be based in Stockholm or Oslo.As a Software Engineer within Martech at Lendo you will design, build, and maintain microservices that enable seamless integrations with key marketing technologies such as Braze, Google Ads and Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc, as well as support and maintain the data layer implementation. You will ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of MarTech systems while collaborating closely with specialists to deliver best-practice, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance the organization’s marketing operations.

You will work closely with MarTech and analytics implementation specialists, as well as data engineers and data scientists in the Data and Machine Learning team, which is responsible for the entirety of data flows across all markets and brands within Lendo Group.

Aspects of work include, but are not limited to:

- Microservices development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices to support MarTech integrations (e.g. Google Ads Customer Match, Enhanced Conversions).
- Tool integration: Collaborate with colleagues in the Data and Machine Learning team and relevant stakeholders to implement and optimize integrations with Braze, Google Ads (Enhanced Conversions, Customer Match), Meta, Google Analytics, and other tools.
- Server-side containers: Maintain the infrastructure for the server-side tag containers and assist in building advanced server-side data collection solutions.
- System maintenance: Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure reliability, performance, and security of the MarTech stack.
- Code quality: Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices.
- Problem-solving: Debug and resolve issues in MarTech systems, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.
- Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest MarTech trends and suggest improvements to existing systems and processes.
We believe you have at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend and API integrations and a proven track record of delivering scalable, reliable, and secure microservices. You are proficient in Python and comfortable with deployments to Google Cloud Platform, and we expect you to be familiar with data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake and BigQuery.

We believe you are a problem solver with good rhetoric and people skills who is comfortable explaining technical concepts in English in a clear and accessible way to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise. We don’t expect you to be a CRM or marketing specialist – we’re looking for a software engineer with an interest in working with marketing systems.

Hur vi tänker oss detta rent konkret:

Vi söker en flexibel person som kan arbeta varierande tider. Vårt huvudsakliga behov är måndag till torsdag kl. 16–20 samt lördag och söndag kl. 10–14, men exakta arbetstider planeras i samråd med din närmaste teamchef.

Du förväntas arbeta cirka 12 timmar per vecka, och vill du så finns möjligheter till extraarbete under semesterperioder, inklusive sommar- och julledighet. (Vi hoppas du ska vilja detta!)

The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader for a one-year assignment as Head of IN/LAB. As Head of IN/LAB, you will work at the intersection of technology, democracy and media. You will lead a small, skilled team in navigating news futures through co-creative programs and speculative prototyping, all with a mission that is evermore important: ensuring that independent journalism serves a broad spectrum of people today and in the future. You’ll drive partnerships, facilitate community engagement, and advocate for inclusive innovation both within Schibsted and externally.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of two in developing co-creation programs and experimental projects that connect with diverse audiences.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Schibsted’s internal teams, external partners, and community organisations to foster innovation in news delivery.
- Advocate for inclusive innovation practices and the need to engages in futures thinking within Schibsted and in the wider media ecosystem.

We are looking for a Data Engineer who has completed more than a few features together with their team and is also respectfully proactive in taking ownership of and investigating the “whys” of things.

What you’ll do:

- Design and implement highly scalable applications and data pipelines for the Schibsted Media Data Platform - always working in pairs or small groups.
- Maintain, monitor and optimise existing data pipelines to ensure smooth and continuous operations 24/7.
- Working in week-long on-call shifts no more than once a month.
- Assist our internal customers in using our platform in the best possible way.
- Implement data security and privacy best practices - with the support of our security and privacy experts.


Who You Are:

- Proven experience as a Data/Software Engineer or in a similar data-heavy role.
- Knowledge of, or some experience with developing services and applications on, cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Currently, we have most of our services running on the JVM with the main programming languages being Scala, and Kotlin – being familiar with and able to code using a JVM language (Kotlin/Java/Scala) is needed.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree or similar relevant work experience in a quantitative field such as computer science, informatics, applied mathematics, or statistics
- Good communication skills with fluency in English.


Nice to have:

- Some hands-on experience with some of the state-of-the-art big data technologies, such as Kafka, Flink, and/or Spark.
- Programming in Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with DevOps, concurrent/multithreaded programming, or distributed systems are all advantageous.

- Implement data security and privacy best practices - with the support of our security and privacy experts.
Our tech stack:

- Our main programming languages are Typescript, Javascript, Scala, Kotlin, Java, and Swift. The front end is based on React, Material-UI, and Nodejs API.
- Our infrastructure is mainly built using AWS services (S3, Cloudfront, Cloudformation, Route53, dynamoDB, ALB, Postgre), Kubernetes, Aiven Kafka, Datadog, Humio, Artifactory, and Github. For data analytics and streaming, we use e.g. AWS, Snowflake, AWS Lambda, and Kafka.


Who You Are:

- You have a strong proficiency in modern JavaScript, applied to a React/Typescript ecosystem, including bundling packages and publishing them to npm.

- You are experienced in working with data from a variety of storage technologies (like Postgre and DynamoDB).
- You have basic knowledge of the architecture and design of microservices and cloud infrastructure (patterns, reliability, scalability, quality).
- You are comfortable with deploying and operating services in a cloud environment.

- Contribute to analysis, design, building, training, evaluation, shipping and refinement of ML-driven products to solve real-world problems
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional agile team spanning data science, product management, and engineering to build prototypes as well as production-ready solutions

In this role, you will

- Solve engineering problems using software development practices
- Design and develop our cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with the security teams to perform risk analyses, assessment, and mitigation
- Improve observability, such as monitoring and alerting
- Contribute to incident management

What we have been doing for the last six months

- Established operations in three countries and multiple different products in the Google Cloud Platform
- Deployed Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Postgre, Istio, Envoy, and many more using Terraform
- Improved monitoring, logging and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver and Humio
- We replaced our continuous delivery tool from Flux to ArgoCD in one of our products and are rolling it out to the rest of our products and platforms.

Some things we will be doing

- Improving the developer experience using self-service and automation
- Drive the architecture design among our existing platforms
- Identity and access management and auditing
- Define and implement SLIs and SLOs for our infrastructure and the Lendo platform
- Enabling and training engineering teams with DevOps
- Playing the Elevation of Privilege card game to assess and improve the security and compliance of our infrastructure products
- Leading the SRE team in initiatives, as well as being a key player in bigger initiatives the SRE team is involved in.

What will you do in this role?
As an IT security engineer, you will contribute to the development and implementation of robust security measures. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to protect our organisation's IT infrastructure and assets. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data.

The main responsibilities are:

- Assess current security measures and identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks effectively.

Located in Norway and Sweden, the team is responsible for providing, supporting and maintaining cybersecurity tools for the company as well as providing safe products and services to our customers and journalists. We are part of the tech department, the cybersecurity team collaborates with other parts of the organisation, including journalists, editors, it-infrastructure, network, user devices, collaboration software, among others.

Key competencies:

- 2 - 8 years of experience in IT security roles (we're hiring for more than one role), with practical experience in implementing security controls and technologies.
- Proficiency in network and system administration, with hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as SIEM, DLP, and vulnerability scanning tools.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud computing platforms, with the ability to analyse and troubleshoot security-related issues.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM would be appreciated.
- A good understanding of the threat landscape of a media house.

- Build, design, and optimise Go microservices

Skills and requirements

- You’re a curious engineer
- You don’t do things just because they were always done that way. You don’t ignore the lessons learned, however,even those learned by others
- Good knowledge in some development languages, preferably Go or a similar language
- Code reviews and testing are natural parts in your daily work
- Familiar with tools like: Travis, Docker, Kubernetes, Git
- Experience with the public cloud, architecture, scalability and machine learning is a plus
