Du ingår i vårt Cluster team i Stockholm, med kontor på Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, mitt i city, nära kommunikationer och rapporterar till vår Assistant Cluster Meeting & Events Manager. Vi arbetar i en internationell miljö och teamet ingår i vår nordiska M&E organisation.
Ansvarsområde:

- Bokning av möten och evenemang på våra Cluster hotell

- Ansvara för behovsanalys, utforma offerter samt slutföra kontrakt

- Förslå kreativa idéer till våra kunder, vara lösningsorienterad ”ingenting är omöjligt”

- Uppföljning, hjälpa kunden fatta beslut att genomföra sitt möte på våra hotell

- Finna nya affärsmöjligheter till Cluster hotellen samt till Radisson Hotel Group

- Samarbeta med kollegor på våra hotell

Key Responsibilities of the Head Waiter:
The role will include operational responsibility for both restaurant and bar
Supports the smooth running of the food & beverage department, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
Delivers on plans and objectives where food & beverage initiatives & hotel targets are achieved

Requirements of the Head Waiter:
Knowledgeable in cocktails and spirits
Possesses a skillset applicable to working in a busy bar with high service standards
At least 4 years’ experience in food & beverage service
Strong supervisory and managerial skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
Ability to find creative solutions with proven problem-solving capabilities offering support where required
Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms

DIN PROFIL:
Vi kräver att du har erfarenhet inom de AV-tekniska områdena, ljud, ljus och bild. Den stora vikten ligger i att du är serviceinriktad, stresstålig och professionell i ditt yrkesutövande. Vi ser att du som AV-tekniker snabbt kan sätta dig in i olika kunders behov och önskemål för att snabbt kunna hitta den bästa lösningen för just den specifika konferensbeställaren. Du ska vara en självgående person som tar ansvar och eget initiativ. Vi ser även att du har en positiv service-attityd, Yes I Can-attityd. Du har mycket goda kunskapar i engelska och svenska, både verbalt och skriftligt.

Huvudansvar: 

Planera och organisera diskteamet för att säkerställa högkvalitativ diskning och optimal bemanning
Stödja smidig drift av diskavdelningen och fokusera på att upprätthålla höga standarder för gästmat- och dryckesupplevelsen
Skapa och genomföra effektiva program för djuprengöring och underhåll för att upprätthålla renlighetsstandarder och hantera underhållsfrågor
Ansvara för korrekt leverans av utrustning för möten och evenemang samt tilldelning av rengöringsuppgifter
Motivera och utveckla Stewarding-teamet för att förbättra tjänstekvaliteten och möta hotellens behov genom lämplig utbildning och utveckling



Krav på Stewarding Supervisor:

3+ års relevant erfarenhet av Stewarding
Beprövad erfarenhet av en förvaltningstjänst, helst i en hotellmiljö och för att kunna visa utmärkta standarder och ledning av teammedlemmar
Ett positivt förhållningssätt, utmärkt organisatorisk förmåga och en passion för att producera högkvalitativ kundvård
Driven och ambitiös för att inspirera teamet att konsekvent leverera och överträffa servicestandarder
Tydlig tänkare med utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga

DIN PROFIL:
Vi kräver att du har erfarenhet inom de AV-tekniska områdena, ljud, ljus och bild. Den stora vikten ligger i att du är serviceinriktad, stresstålig och professionell i ditt yrkesutövande. Vi ser att du som AV-tekniker snabbt kan sätta dig in i olika kunders behov och önskemål för att snabbt kunna hitta den bästa lösningen för just den specifika konferensbeställaren. Du ska vara en självgående person som tar ansvar och eget initiativ. Vi ser även att du har en positiv service-attityd, Yes I Can-attityd. Du har mycket goda kunskapar i engelska och svenska, både verbalt och skriftligt.
 
DET ÄR MERITERNADE OM DU HAR ERFARENHET AV:

IT/nätverk
Planering av elförbrukning i t.ex. mässmiljö
Riggning och säkerhet, t.ex. trosslösningar och kättingmotorer
Arbete som ljud-, ljus- eller bild tekniker i live sammanhang.
Installation av ljud-, ljus-, bild- och/eller nätverkslösningar
OptoCore, Q-sys, Crestron, Pharos, ACN eller AMX – då dessa är några av de system som används i kongressen

The Banquet Headwaiter Role
Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests. 
You will support our food and beverage team and lead by example, ensuring our standards of service are high whilst ensuring back of house is in order.
Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries.
Contributing to a good working environment and promoting our corporate culture and values.
Serve our guests in a prompt and courteous manner in accordance with our Food & Beverage service standards.
Have a focus on upselling. 
Possess a thorough knowledge of food & drink menus items in order to advise guests on selection.
As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage operations in the congress centre.

The Chief Steward Role 
Our Stewards are the backbone of the kitchen and strives to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests. 



Assist in the smooth running of the stewarding department, supporting the kitchen and food & beverage departments to focus on delivering all aspects of the guest food & beverage experience throughout the Hotel to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.


Motivates the Stewarding team and focuses on improving and increasing service delivery efficiency. Develops and recommends appropriate training and development to meet Hotel and departmental needs


Plans for accurate supply, and puts together all relevant china, glass, silverware, and other needs for the Meetings & Events function. Assigns team members to their stations and assigns any special cleaning


Establish and deliver an effective planned deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programme to maintain high cleanliness standards and address maintenance matters, which may include working with internal and external stakeholders on adhoc projects, whilst incorporating environmental concerns.

Se till att front office-avdelningen fungerar smidigt och att alla aspekter av gästens vistelse och upplevelse levereras på högsta nivå.
Arbeta proaktivt för att förbättra gästernas nöjdhet och komfort, ge ett positivt och snabbt svar på gästers frågor och lösa problem.
Arbetsleder front office-teamet och främjar en kultur av tillväxt, utveckling och prestationer inom avdelningen.
Ansvarar tillsammans med kollegor för att se till att kostnader och lager kontrolleras, att produktivitets- och prestationsnivåer uppnås.
Ta ansvar för att leverera ett effektivt och planerat program för att engagera gästerna.
Säkerställer att all lagstiftning följs och efterlevs, där krav på aktsamhet och bästa praxis planeras, levereras och dokumenteras för intern och extern revision, och gör uppföljningar vid behov.

Vi kräver att du har erfarenhet inom de AV-tekniska områdena, ljud, ljus och bild. Den stora vikten ligger i att du är serviceinriktad, stresstålig och professionell i ditt yrkesutövande. Vi ser att du som AV-tekniker snabbt kan sätta dig in i olika kunders behov och önskemål för att snabbt kunna hitta den bästa lösningen för just den specifika konferensbeställaren. Du ska vara en självgående person som tar ansvar och eget initiativ. Vi ser även att du har en positiv service-attityd, Yes I Can-attityd. Du har mycket goda kunskapar i engelska och svenska, både verbalt och skriftligt.

Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden för vår Front Office Service Manager:
-Se till att front office-avdelningen fungerar smidigt och att alla aspekter av gästens vistelse och upplevelse levereras på högsta nivå.
-Arbeta proaktivt för att förbättra gästernas nöjdhet och komfort, ge ett positivt och snabbt svar på gästers frågor och lösa problem.
-Har en plan och uppfyller mål när front office-initiativ och hotellets mål uppnås.
-Arbetsleder front office-teamet tillsammans med två andra Front Office Service Managers (totalt 50 anställda) och främjar en kultur av tillväxt, utveckling och prestationer inom avdelningen.
-Ta ansvar för att leverera ett effektivt och planerat program för att engagera gästerna.
-Säkerställer att all lagstiftning följs och efterlevs, där krav på aktsamhet och bästa praxis planeras, levereras och dokumenteras för intern och extern revision, och gör uppföljningar vid behov.
-Ansvarar för brand och säkerhet på kvällar och helger

Du ingår i vårt Cluster M&E team i Stockholm, med kontor på Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, mitt i city, nära kommunikationer och rapporterar till vår Ass. Cluster Meeting & Events Manager. Vi arbetar i en internationell miljö och teamet ingår i vår nordiska M&E organisation.
 
Ansvarsområde:
* Hantera grupp, möten och eventförfrågningar genom hela sälj- och bokningsprocessen på våra Cluster hotell

-Du ska se till att vår Housekeeping avdelning för M&E fungerar smidigt i Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centres alla 21 mötesrum och 14 000 kvadratmeter yta och att alla aspekter av kundernas upplevelse är av högsta kvalitet.
-Arbeta proaktivt för att förbättra gästernas tillfredsställelse och komfort, ge ett positivt och snabbt svar på kundernas förfrågningar gällande möblering/städning och lösa problem.
-Har en god förmåga att uppfylla planer och mål, där initiativ för städning och hotellets mål uppnås.
-Leder M&E städare och möblerare och främjar en kultur av tillväxt, utveckling och prestationer inom avdelningen.
-Se till att kostnader och lager kontrolleras och att produktivitets- och prestationsnivåer uppnås. 


Krav på den biträdande Assistant Housekeeping Manager Meeting & Events:
-Erfarenhet av Housekeeping (meriterande med event och kongress städning) med utmärkt förmåga att lösa problem.
-Har en vana att läsa floor plans, event orders och erfarenhet av möblering på stora ytor.
-Utmärkta ledaregenskaper med ett praktiskt tillvägagångssätt och en arbetsstil där man föregår med gott exempel.
-Engagemang för exceptionell gästservice med en passion för hotell- och restaurangbranschen.
-Förmåga att hitta snabba, kreativa lösningar, ge råd och rekommendationer.

Den vi söker skall ha yrkeserfarenhet från liknande position inom hotellbranschen. Den sökande måste kunna samordna flera uppgifter på ett organiserat och flexibelt sätt. Stark fokus på affärsutveckling och försäljning. Den lämpliga kandidaten måste vara en god kommunikatör i tal och skrift både svenska och på engelska, kan integrera effektivt med kollegor och kunder och se till att alla förväntningar uppfylls. Goda kunskaper i hotelldatasystem är mycket meriterande. Vi ser även att kandidaten har en positiv service-attityd gentemot kunder och medarbetare, en Yes I Can-attityd.
