Som Konsultchef kommer du att ansvara för konsultorganisationen i region öst i Sverige. Du kommer att spela en viktig roll i att utveckla Orange Cyberdefense verksamhet och rapportera till regionchefen. Organisationen är uppbyggd på cirka 45 konsulter som arbetar med olika typer av cybersäkerhetsprojekt för våra kunder.

Din roll:
Utveckla PS-organisationen för att möta kraven från ett ledande kunskapsföretag inom cybersäkerhet
Utveckla en affärsplan och spelregler för teamet för att säkerställa kvalitet i kundernas projekt och leveranser
Bygga och upprätthålla starka kundrelationer
Ge teamet en vision av företagets mål
Ansvara för resurser gentemot våra kunder i kommande projekt
Identifiera kritiska strategiska och organisatoriska frågor i konsultverksamheten

Som F5-konsult jobbar du med hjälpa våra kunder i olika projekt inom nätverkssäkerhet. Vi ser att du är en affärsdriven konsult och att du är rådgivande för våra kunder inom IT-säkerhetsområdet. Your Role
As an XSIAM Consultant at Orange Cyberdefense, you will be a key player in transforming our customers’ cybersecurity posture. Working closely with our service delivery team and clients, you’ll leverage your expertise in Cortex XSIAM to drive consolidation and transition projects, optimize total cost of ownership, and develop long-term detection and automation strategies. Your Experience
Experience of deploying and integrating SIEM, XSIAM or XDR solutions in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to drive consolidation and transition projects, with a focus on optimizing TCO and long-term security outcomes.
Expertise in onboarding standard and non-standard log sources, including developing custom parsers, integrations, and detection playbooks.
Strong knowledge of detection strategy development, correlation rule creation, and automation within SIEM/XSIAM platforms.
Familiarity with SOC operations, threat intelligence management, and endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, XDR).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience providing consultative cybersecurity services, translating customer challenges into actionable solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, GIAC) are a plus.

What you will do
Orange Cyberdefense (OCD) is the B2B activity dedicated to cybersecurity within the Orange group.

How we work

You will configure and maintain vulnerability assessment tools, as well as performing scans, analyze vulnerabilities, identify relevant threats, summarize and report results. We are scanning for example IT infrastructure and webapps. I rollen som informationssäkerhetsspecialist kommer du i en konsultroll vägleda våra kunder genom deras säkerhetsresa. En viktig del av jobbet är att på ett pedagogiskt sätt kunna beskriva och förklara de risker och cyberhot som potentiellt finns inom en organisation. What we are looking for

Vårt Contract & Bid Management team växer och vi söker därför efter vår nästa Contract Manager. About you
Rather than being a cog in a huge machinery, you are the kind of person who likes to build, break and improve the toolset and make the machine work for you. You´re never bored in a setting where the opportunities are endless - and they sure are when working with data solutions that span the full spectrum from strategy to end user experience. You have a broad technical understanding and demonstratable experience of making data valuable. Technologies
Splunk - experience from running an enterprise grade platform and the importance of an efficient Admin/Architecture are highly valuable. You know that a fundamental key to leverage data effectively is the data platform itself. The other part of the equation brings meaning to the first, and you have an excellent ability to ask questions on data and represent the results in meaningful ways, especially through the Observability Suite's ITSI and through creative use of the API/SDK. Similar relevant solutions like ELK/LogPoint/Datadog and other query based time-series data platforms are also beneficial. We <3 ninjas who knows how to make data valuable!

Ansible/Terraform - experience in automation, especially in relation to Splunk, is key to success at scale. You like to automate everything you can to reach better efficiency and consistency, and know that´s the only way to approach the complexity without sacrificing either speed or security at scale. Skills in similar relevant solutions like Puppet/Chef are also transferable. Automation is the #1 boredom slayer.

DevSecOps toolset - experience in all kinds of scenarios but especially in GitOps/CDCI context, where you know that a correctly implemented pipeline creates opportunities by involving everyone in the build/test/deploy processes. You´re accustomed in using tech like Python/React/Java to close gaps presented in the technology stack of data providers/consumers or to enhance the end user experience. There´s nothing a smart script can´t fix!



Experience
DevOps/SRE - accountability is a given for you; a you-build-it-you-support-it kind of approach makes for a good foundational environment where you develop, delivering and support together. Taking responsibility builds respect and trust with both peers and customers and provides freedom to explore the next big thing instead of putting out yesterdays fires.

Observability/Operational Intelligence - you got a deep understanding of the fundamental methods to capture the operational state, troubleshoot and find insights based on logs, metrics and traces. Performant tech is essential to any core business, and you know that if it can´t be measured, it doesn´t matter in practice.

Software Development - full stack or not, you know all parts have their place in creating smart solutions and with a good track record in building cool things with interesting technology you´re seldom alone. Perhaps your expertise lies in developing APIs or in utilizing them in in creating responsive UX designs?

Agile culture - you´re well accustomed to working with high degrees of freedom under responsibility, perhaps even in a Product development team running fully blown Scrum or as a member in a small team utilizing Kanban to organize your work? What would your role be as a Security Analyst?

As a Security Analyst you will work with identifying, analyzing, and notifying our customers of attacks or compromises that are reported on our SIEM Platform and via other platforms. You will need to investigate, interrogate, review, and analyze data that could potentially be an indicator of attack or compromise, or simply signs of suspiciousness. About the role and how we work

We could tell you a story about a blank page and tons of data. Soon after, that same page would become filled with text, with a narrative woven through the data. Each month we have the task of crafting a story that summarizes what happened for each of our customers. The data is structured so that the stories are there, but we need a talented individual to find them.

As a SIEM Specialist you will be the frontrunner of technology within automation, cloud and big data. What would your role be as a Security Analyst?

Job Purpose

The role of the Professional Services Team Lead, reporting to the Regional Professional Services Manager, is to be responsible for leading a team of cyber security consultants, delivering specialist services to Orange Cyberdefense’s customers. Within this role, some part-time consulting will be expected, however the main focus of the role is to be a leader for the Consultants.



Key Responsibilities

- First escalation point for a team of consultants within the Professional Services Team

How we work

You will configure and maintain vulnerability assessment tools, as well as performing scans, research and analyze vulnerabilities, identify relevant threats, summarize and report results. There will also be work where you need to help customers in understanding and prioritizing vulnerabilities, as well as in identifying and resolving any false positive findings in assessment results. You will be an important resource in our professional service delivery and an integrated part of our team.

This role is part of our Global Cyberdefense Center team where you and other Vulnerability Management Specialists will securely enable onboarding of new customers to vulnerability management. Knowledge sharing, and collaboration is done continuously between team members to improve our way of working and further develop individual competence levels.

You will be responsible of example:

About the job

SIX MONTHS OF TRANSFORMATION

The program is structured in three partially parallel phases. It starts with an Introduction to Orange Cyberdefense and your specific role. This is followed by Educations in Splunk, both standard courses as well as tailor made by our internal Splunk experts in each area. Lastly we take this new knowledge and add work experience by traineeship at our customers or our services. When the program ends, you are well prepared and have gained all the tools necessary to transition into your future career.



Phase 1 - Introduction to Orange Cyberdefense and the Splunk Academy

During your first month you will get an introduction to the company, your new role and your class. We will introduce how we work, our values and expectations but also to your senior colleagues already in the field who have gone through similar experiences as you before.



Phase 2 - Splunk Education

Shortly after the introduction have started we will begin your Splunk training. Everyone will undergo a broad fundamental baseline the teaches you the core concepts of Splunk. Afterwards you will specialize in one of the tracks that will delve deeper into the most important parts for your role.

The education will be primarily self-study with teacher support and part teacher-lead courses. This will take the form of both Splunks own virtual courses and custom tailormade courses and other material designed and lead by the very best Splunk professional in Orange Cyberdefense to add an edge you simply cannot get anywhere else!



Phase 3 - Traineeship

With brand new knowledge you will be introduced to, and gradually get to start work in, our customer deliveries. You will need to investigate, interrogate, review and analyze data that could potentially be an indicator of attack or compromise, or simply signs of suspiciousness. Your responsibility is to look for the needle in the haystack via our SIEM and related platforms and provide actionable intelligence and information around true signs of the bad guys.



Some of the more hands on job tasks:

- Respond to incoming alerts and threat hunting
- Investigate those alerts: network analysis, end-point analysis, reverse engineering and IT Forensics
- Act on those alerts: Actively remediate threats, Escalate alerts to the customer recommending further action
- Improve our threat intelligence by performing threat hunting and threat intelligence gathering

- Experience or knowledge in SIEM platform.
- Knowledge in real-world enterprise IT including Windows and Linux OS, IP networks, firewalls, Active Directory etc.
- Knowledge in Bash, Python and Javascript.
- Knowledge in English, both written and verbal.

- Understanding of malware, exploits, vulnerabilities and the overall threat landscape.

As a SIEM Consultant you will be offered a challenging and varied role by helping our customers in various projects within especially Splunk.
