Who you are
We’re looking for a revenue leader who can design and operate an efficient ARR engine while understanding the unique challenges and opportunities of a scaling SaaS business. The ideal candidate will effectively work towards combining the strengths of sales, product, and marketing, driving several types of business funnels tailored for different customer segments, different life cycle stages and different monetisation strategies.
Oneflow is neither a sales or marketing first company, nor a product first company. Skills and experience
At least 10 years of experience in Revenue Team and Business Strategic Leadership, with a strong track record of success at the founder, C-suite, or VP level.
A deep understanding of market dynamics, including customer behaviours, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
Expertise in revenue growth levers such as pricing strategies, sales optimisation, customer acquisition and retention and channel management.
Demonstrated experience scaling revenue in high-growth software companies, preferably SaaS.
Expertise in modern sales methodologies, including MEDDIC, and familiarity with leading-edge sales technology stacks.
Experience in and a deep understanding of sales-led, marketing-led, partner-led and product-led go-to-market strategies, including how they interconnect to create a cohesive and effective approach to customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
Proven success in leading global teams across multiple international markets is a merit.
Strong background in analytics and financial modeling as it pertains to revenue strategy, and forecasting across departments.
Proven ability to navigate organizational transformations and scale rapidly growing teams.
Fluency in English is required.
Bachelor / Masters degree in a relevant subject.

Areas of Responsibility
The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue across the organization, overseeing revenue-generating functions such as Sales, Post Sales (Success), Partnership, Marketing & Channel Development and Revenue Operations.
The CRO will work closely with the management team to align Oneflow’s growth strategies with overall business objectives.
Manage revenue growth of all new markets/subsidiaries.
The CRO will own ARR related metrics and will drive KPIs like:
-Annual Revenue Growth (aligned with ARR targets)
-New Business Acquisition Rate and Pipeline Health
-Customer Retention and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
-Sales Efficiency Metrics, e.g. Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Life Time Value (LTV)
-Performance and Engagement Scores of Revenue Teams

Overall Goals of the Role
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy that builds and aligns with Oneflow’s GTM product strategy and supports Oneflow’s company’s growth targets and long-term vision.
Build and maintain a high-performing, collaborative, and accountable revenue/sales and marketing teams across all regions and functions.
Align Oneflow’s revenue strategy with its core values to foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and transparency.
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs, leveraging modern sales stacks and methodologies, such as MEDDIC.
Ensure data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
Optimize the customer lifecycle from lead acquisition through renewal and expansion, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Manage the Marketing team and align marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
Partner closely with CPO to align revenue tactics with product, data and customer centric development methodologies.
Work with the CFO to manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
Act as a key advisor to the CEO on revenue-related initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer to work on our Oneflow product, a platform that makes it easier to create, send and sign digital documents using electronic signatures. Who you are
As a Senior Frontend Developer at Oneflow, you will play a key role in developing and improving our web applications, taking ownership and accountability for the creation of new features and the improvement of existing ones. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in React and Node.js who can ensure that our product meets customer needs while maintaining high performance and reliability. You will lead by example, setting and maintaining best practices while actively coaching your teammates. As our Accounting Manager, you will be the right hand to our CFO, guaranteeing that our financial records are on point and that we always meet important reporting deadlines.
Your to-do list has been to set up your accounting team’s daily routines, ensuring you consistently churn out accurate and punctual financial data, all while playing by your local accounting rulebook. You have been keeping tabs on your company's financial health, keeping a close watch on revenue and expenses and reporting real-time data insights. What you'll do

You're a product person who loves building and improving products using previous experience, customer feedback and user insights. You will be working with the Oneflow Platform Team, who continuously scale, secure and improve our infrastructure, which enables our developers to make several deployments each day. You will be working with infrastructure development and will both improve existing flows and create new ones as our platform evolves. We see that you have at least a few years of experience working with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, encryption and information security.
Your background:
Having worked a few years with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
Experience working with tools such as Terraform and cloud platforms
You have created and maintained Kubernetes clusters, both locally and through cloud offerings such as EKS or GKE
You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and like to optimize deployment processes
Extensive knowledge in certificate and key management, specifically when used in for example AWS/GCP KMS, Azure Key Vault and (Cloud-)HSM solutions
Comfortable securing high volumes of data

Experience leading small and large teams and managing $1-$50M budgets with a focus on measurable results and maximum ROI.

Previous hands-on experience on managing to implement marketing automation tools such as Pardot.

You have created and maintained Kubernetes clusters, both locally and through cloud offerings such as EKS or GKE
You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines and like to optimize deployment processes
Extensive knowledge in certificate and key management, specifically when used in for example AWS/GCP KMS, Azure Key Vault and (Cloud-)HSM solutions
Comfortable securing high volumes of data

Work on developing, own and manage our marketing tech-stack, analysis and reporting, marketing attribution - including developing our ABM tech stack
Administer our visitors and lead data and improve the quality of our data all the way through to reporting in our CRM/revenue
Ensure marketing team alignment to marketing processes, policies, and procedures
Build dashboard and insights reports as well as ad-hoc reports and recommendations based on data

Own inbound sales pipeline generation and revenue growth

Who you are

You will take ownership of the external integration components we build and maintain, like zapier actions/triggers, and help develop internal components related to integrations in general. Who you are
We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our talented integration development team. There you will be focusing on designing, building and maintaining our integrations. You are social, not afraid to be hands-on and interested in taking projects from initiation to completion. You will work together with the rest of the team to bring all our integrations to the next level. You will take ownership of the external integration components we build and maintain, like zapier actions/triggers, and help develop internal components related to integrations in general. You will be working with many different systems and platforms, each built in their own unique way, so we see that you have a strong interest in learning new programming languages, frameworks and platforms.
You will be an active part of both the integration team and a fast-growing startup where your opinions and passions will have a real impact!
Requirements:
You have 5+ years experience working with Python
You love designing APIs that’s easy to understand, use, test and extend
