BDRs är frontlinjen på vår säljande kundresa, varumärkesambassadörer som tillbringar sina dagar med att undersöka lämpliga företag, identifiera rätt beslutsfattare och skapa kvalitetsdialoger med företag som är intresserade av digital PR & media. Just nu söker vi en ny kollega till vår marknad i Sverige. About the Team

The Renewal Manager position will be responsible for owning and executing a large portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned multinational territory. Renewal Managers are responsible for creating strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success and Sales to secure every renewal.

Responsible for:

- You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the CSM and the Account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
- Partner with the CSM/AE teams to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for each customer based on data driven decisions.
- Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including, but not limited to, Opportunity Management, Data Quality and Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotations and Forecasting.
- You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
- Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement as required.
- Accurately maintain/update a rolling 90 day forecast of renewals
- Leverage customer data and behavior to assess the health of each renewal
- Acts as a Renewals brand ambassador.




Required skills

- Experience in Renewal/Contract management
- Strong level of urgency, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to project manage the renewal cycle, pulling in necessary resources
- Strong process management, financial acumen, and adherence to policy

At Mynewsdesk the People Business Partner role is both strategic and hands-on and with a great possibility to challenge the way of working. In this role you will develop and manage a variety of marketing tasks and initiatives designed to help our customers achieve success with Mynewsdesk. In this position you will collaborate with multiple departments at Mynewsdesk to create and execute strategies that support the growth objectives and reduce churn. You will project lead our biggest customer events like Digital PR Awards and Mynewsday, handle our global newsrooms, Help-center and review programs + tool trainings once a month (right now online).

Vad du ska göra:

- Resursplanering och ansvar för att fördela all inkommande produktion från kunder och från marknadsavdelningen på Mynewsdesk.
- Huvudansvarig för aktuellt produktionsprogram och att verktyget används på rätt sätt av samtliga content creators i teamet.
- Ansvarar för att produktionsflöde och kvalitetssäkring efterlevs samt att utveckla, förbättra och implementera arbetsflöden och kvalitetssäkring.
- Sätta budget för produktion per månad, per område, per person tillsammans med Head of Content.
- Rapportera, följa upp lönsamhet för produktion per content creator.
- Planera och leda produktionsmöten.
- Hålla uppstartsmöte med kunder samt skriva texter (t.ex. pressmeddelande, kundcase och blogginlägg) åt dem.
- Korrekturläsa.
- Bistå med research och framtagning av material i diverse strategiuppdrag.


Vi ser gärna att du:

- Har minst 2-3 års erfarenhet från PR-byrå eller likvärdigt
- Gärna har några års erfarenhet som skribent (journalist, copywriter)

The Renewal Manager position will be responsible for owning and executing a large portfolio of renewal contracts in an assigned multinational territory. Responsible for:

- You will own, drive, and lead the renewals process in collaboration with the CSM and the Account team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships.
- Partner with the CSM/AE teams to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for each customer based on data driven decisions.
- Follow and adhere to best practices for all internal processes including, but not limited to, Opportunity Management, Data Quality and Accuracy, CRM Hygiene, Quotations and Forecasting.
- You will be responsible for identifying customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments.
- Provide executive management with complete visibility to renewals and solicit executive involvement as required.
- Accurately maintain/update a rolling 90 day forecast of renewals
- Leverage customer data and behavior to assess the health of each renewal
- Acts as a Renewals brand ambassador.

För närvarande består teamet i Stockholm av 4 SDR som supporterar och stödjer våra säljare i sitt dagliga arbete. Arbetet sker i nära samarbete med marknadsorganisationen där man arbetar tillsammans för att hitta nya leads och affärsmöjligheter till sälj.

Som en SDR, kommer du att:

- Hantera, vårda och växa din pipeline av potentiella affärer genom att följa upp både inkommande leads från marknadsföringskampanjer och egenprospekterade leads
- Genom telefon och mail som primära verktyg driva på försäljning och kvalificera potentiella affärsmöjligheter.
- Proaktivt söka nya affärsmöjligheter på den svenska marknaden och ibland på andra marknader

This is who we think you are:

- You have a minimum of three years experience of working with SEO, SEM and Paid Social Advertising, preferably within B2B.
- You have broad experience of working with on- and off-page SEO for extensive web properties.
- You are an advanced user of tools used for SEO and SEM (Google Tools, Social platforms, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar)
- You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently

- Own the visual identity of the company
- Generate creative ideas and visual concepts for marketing activities

Vår idealiska kandidat är mycket motiverad, driven och med förmåga att identifiera samt utveckla ett stort antal affärsmöjligheter från flera källor (digital marknadsföring, prospektering online och research på sociala medieplattformar).

Som en SDR kommer du:

- Hantera, vårda och expandera din säljpipeline genom att följa upp inkommande leads från både marknadsföringskampanjer och egen prospektering med hjälp av AI-verktyg och social media.
- Bibehålla de dagliga målen för antal cold calls och e-postmeddelanden för att nå dina veckovisa / månatliga mål.
- Proaktivt söka nya affärsmöjligheter på din marknad, stödja och samarbeta med account executives samt i vissa fall stödja sekundära marknader.
- Hantera, spåra och rapportera in dina dagliga aktiviteter i Salesforce och andra interna verktyg.
- Ha ett tätt samarbete med Account Executives och marknadsorganisationen för att följa upp på strategiska kampanjer och bygga en stadig pipeline för varje månad.
- Hålla dig uppdaterad med Mynewsdesks utbud av olika produkter/tjänster och prisplaner.
- Delta och aktivt engagera dig i fortlöpande träning för att utbildas inom best practice och utvecklas i en säljande roll.


Vi tror du:

- brinner för digital marknadsföring och sociala medier
- har tidigare framgång inom säljprospektering, inte är rädd att lyfta luren, är redo att undersöka potentiella företag samt identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter
- är bekant med kalla samtal ("cold-calling"), värdeförsäljning och ett högt tempo
- har Salesforce-erfarenhet
- Är en effektiv kommunikatör och bra lyssnare
- Är mycket nyfiken och kreativ
- Är ambitiös och driven att uppfylla och överträffa mål
- Är flexibel och självständig
- Samarbetar bra med andra och är lösningsorienterad
- Har 6 månaders erfarenhet av liknande roll (helst inom SaaS)
- Pratar flytande svenska och engelska (krav) och pratar du flytande norska är det ett plus

Du blir en del av ett team som består av skribenter med journalistisk bakgrund och vi förväntar oss att du ska kunna fatta pennan (tangenterna) obehindrat, men samtidigt vilja lära dig mer. I arbetet ingår det att utföra intervjuer med till exempel kunder, leverantörer, experter eller anställda på ett företag - vilket förutsätter att du känner dig bekväm med att ta kontakt och prata med nya människor. Vi skriver alltifrån pressmeddelanden, kundcase, blogginlägg, nyhetsartiklar, copy till sociala medier och personporträtt. Vårt mål är att du ska få testa på alla typer av texter under praktiken.

Vi erbjuder dig en praktik tillsammans med ett kreativt och jordnära team som alltid hittar tid för fika (både online och IRL). Eftersom vi även tillhandahåller både film och foto finns det chans att testa på det under din praktikperiod (skriva
manus, klippa film, vara med på inspelning etc.)

Du kommer att få:

- Göra research och utföra telefonintervjuer
- Producera artiklar samt annat textinnehåll såsom copy till sociala medier
- Ta fram/bolla artikelidéer
- Byråerfarenhet
- Kunskap om Mynewsdesk plattform/verktyg


Vi söker dig som:

- Studerar till journalist, copywriter eller webbredaktör
- Kan skriva olika typer av texter för utvalda målgrupper
- Har lätt för att sätta sig in i nya ämnen
- Skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
- Har kunskap om sociala medier
- Gillar att ta för sig och gärna tar egna initiativ
- Har tidigare byråerfarenhet (meriterande)


Vi ser fram emot att höra från dig! Intervjuer kommer att utföras löpande, men senaste ansökningsdag är 1/9 2020. Vi tar endast emot praktikanter från högre utbildningsnivåer (universitet, yrkeshögskola) och ser gärna att praktikperioden är 10 veckor eller längre.
