About the role

As an Analytics Engineer, you will focus on analytics data model development, just at the intersection of business analytics and data engineering. You will act as an engineer and as a data evangelist, where you collaborate tightly with stakeholders within the organization to develop data-centric analytic capabilities.

You will be part of defining the metrics we need to steer our business and work with the data engineering team to translate this into data assets, which you will also be a key player in developing.

Since we are a young company, you will also have a big impact on developing our practices and tooling in the analytics engineering domain as we develop our stack further.

In short, you will bring your expertise to the data and business teams on what we should measure from a commercial perspective, and how we can measure that from a data perspective. By doing so, you will drive the development of our consumer-aligned data products.

Other responsibilities include:

- Continuous and iterative improvement of the data and analytics platform

- Defining best practices in analytics scenarios, from both data mart DevOps perspective, and from a consumer/analyst scenario

We are expanding our product and development department and are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our team. Your focus will be on supporting our development teams in creating world-class energy solutions and products. As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will be responsible for making our products safe and compliant and ensuring that they meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

Other responsibilities include:

- Proactively monitor and track changing requirements

- Be a part of technical committees & regulatory forums

- Help and support development teams with interpretations & design solutions

About the role?

Our product development department is growing. We are now looking for a Solution Architect who will own our energy generation & storage category. As our Solution Architect, you will work in the cross-section between hardware and software development, owning the overall systems architecture for all products within this category.

You will take technical ownership of projects from concept to implementation. This includes ensuring we set the right technical requirements to ensure we meet our customer’s needs, working with the right partners to bring the system to life, and improving on the status quo to ensure we design the strongest end-to-end home energy management system on the market.

The role is based in Stockholm and will involve close collaboration with our different central product development teams, as well as with our customer-facing teams out in each of our markets.

What you will be doing

- Take technical ownership of our energy generation & energy storage category.

- Develop the systems architecture and ensure seamless integration with our larger ecosystem of e.g. heating products.

- Be the technical subject matter expert who bridges the technical roadmap with our customers and business needs.

- Work with partners to develop our solutions, and help decide what we do in-house and via third parties.

We are looking for a? Frontend Developer to help us create web- and digital applications that allow our customers to make informed decisions on how to improve the sustainability of their homes. You will help develop the features and applications that ensures a seamless customer journey from the moment that the customer has heard of our product to the point of installation.
Our team consist of three work streams focused on different areas:

- The website,?to front what we do and why
- The sales journey, to guide the customer through the process from receiving a first solution estimate all the way to an installed product in their home
- Solution design & Installations, to build the tools needed to find an optimal energy solution and smooth installation


As our Frontend Developer you will actively participate in ongoing discussions, have a close collaboration with designers and other areas, write clean and scalable code, analyse and optimize User Experience and much more related to the part our users see and interact with.

About the role?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be supporting the cloud infrastructure utilized by our developers to build the Aira product. Currently, we are establishing a new team with a main focus on creating integrations and business applications that bridge the gap between the various systems employed by our stakeholders and increase the level of automation in our
processes.



As a proactive partner, you will collaborate with others to facilitate the development of integrations and applications that streamline our operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire application lifecycle, starting from gathering information and requirements, all the way to designing, implementing, testing, and continuously enhancing
applications aimed at boosting efficiency and productivity.



What you’ll be doing

- Develop back-end integrations and applications, with a focus on maintainability and correctness.

- Develop internal tools to simplify manual interaction where needed.

- Actively collaborate with the business functions to understand their requirements and identify areas for improvement regarding efficiency and productivity.

About the role

We are expanding our Engagement team and we are looking for a Software Developer who takes charge of developing and maintaining the operating system for our hardware devices. The goal of this role is to develop and maintain the operating system in our hardware and ensure its optimal feature set, performance, and reliability. You will be responsible for setting up the platform, ensuring software compatibility, and driving initiatives to enhance the operating system. The operating systems will be touchscreen-based, and you will play a key role in developing SDKs, building upgradeable systems, and even performing driver development tasks.

You will be part of the team that focuses on the customer journey to help our customers gain the most benefit from our products. This entails everything from creating loyal customers over time to optimizing the way our customers interact with our products.

About the role
We are looking for a QA Field Testing Engineer who will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the receptiveness of our innovative heat pump technology to the communication and signals being sent by our mobile application and other connected devices with, for example, thread.

You will be part of the team that focuses on the customer journey which aims to help our customers gain the most benefit from our products. You will be responsible for conducting extensive testing in near-like and end-consumer situations, focusing on quality assurance, black box testing, and integration testing across the hardware and software components. You will work closely with UX designers and Product Owners to align testing with expected behavior and design standards.

In this position, you will be our first and Lead QA engineer who works on all the different levels of testing. Operationally, you will work on operational testing and setting out our first frameworks. Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a team of QA professionals.

About the role

We are expanding our Procurement team with a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Expert. As the Sustainability Expert, you will play a crucial role in developing our company’s targets, tools, and processes, and advancing our organization's commitment to sustainability within our procurement processes.

About the role

We are expanding our Engagement team and we are looking for an Embedded Linux and Rust Developer who takes charge of developing and maintaining the operating system for our hardware devices. The goal of this role is to develop and maintain the operating system in our hardware and ensure its optimal feature set, performance, and reliability. You will be responsible for setting up the platform, ensuring software compatibility, and driving initiatives to enhance the operating system. The operating systems will be touchscreen-based, and you will play a key role in developing SDKs, building upgradeable systems, and even performing driver development tasks.

About the role
We are looking for a? Frontend Developer to help us create web- and digital applications that allow our customers to make informed decisions on how to improve the sustainability of their homes. You will help develop the features and applications that ensures a seamless customer journey from the moment that the customer has heard of our product to the point of installation.
Our team consist of three work streams focused on different areas:

- The website,?to front what we do and why
- The sales journey, to guide the customer through the process from receiving a first solution estimate all the way to an installed product in their home

About the role
We are looking for a Rust developer that will help us gap the bridge between our low-level code and cloud infrastructure. You will work in our Engagement team, the team that focusses on the entire customer journey after the purchase of our product. This team is focussed on delivering the best offering to our clients and to engage them with our products.

You will work at the intersection of embedded systems and cloud computing, playing a critical role in designing and developing software that enables seamless communication and data transfer between low-level devices and cloud-based applications. You will work closely with a team of hardware engineers, software developers, and cloud architects to define software requirements and design specifications, write and test code, troubleshoot issues, and deploy software to embedded systems and cloud platforms.

This role will take the lead in how we develop within the Rust environment. You will set the framework of our activities and lead/help other developers with guidance in their operational activities. Your other responsibilities include:

About the role

About the role

We are building up a new department within the company, focussing on home energy solutions. As Head of development, you get to recruit and build up your own team of engineers from scratch and lead the product development within this specific field of our portfolio. This means taking ownership of the development process, including industrial design, mechanical engineering, and design engineering. About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack developer with a focus on back-end development and help us to create web- and digital applications that allow our customers to make informed decisions on how to improve the sustainability of their homes. You will be part of the team that creates the entire customer journey prior to the installation of our products. About the role??

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to expand our brand-new central data engineering and data platform team with modern BI/analytics front-end skills. This is a person who enjoys working in the intersection of data-related technologies, business understanding, data-savvy business persons and other stakeholders.



The analytics engineer will:

- Define and kick-start our central practices with analytics tools for exploration, visualization and dashboarding as well as build specific reports, insights and dashboards. Both for one-off purposes and for standard reporting usecases.

- Be a key team member in defining and setting up the BI/exploratory analytics infrastructure and tooling, standing on top of the data backbone built by the data engineers in the same team.

- When necessary be involved in data mart creation, together with colleagues in the data team, creating intermediate ETL solutions to aggregate from data products into purpose specific analytic data sets.

About the role

About the role

We are building up our dynamic Procurement team from the ground up and we are looking for a Sourcing Manager to help us optimize the way we source and acquire goods and services. About the role

We are looking for a Process Manager to join our growing Product Supply team. As part of a team of specialists like yourself, you will drive the design of our processes and selection of supporting IT-tools in close collaboration with respective functional team and other stakeholders. About the role?

Your primary role will be to work with large and varied data sets from our own devices and 3rd party sources, using your analytical and technical skills to identify meaningful trends and patterns. You will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and other data analysis techniques to extract insights from the data. About the role

We are looking for a Rust developer that will help us gap the bridge between our low-level code and cloud infrastructure. You are the gatekeeper who will be aligning the need of the business with scalable solutions within the system. You know what the system can do, what alternatives to choose from and what it shouldn’t do. Your responsibilities include:?

- Responsible for the overall performance of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, including;
- Functional fit to business need

- System financials (licenses (utilization), infra, support)

- Life cycle management (updates, testing, etc.)

- Being the SPOC for new needs/requirements

- Understanding the application development roadmap and how that impacts our use.

- Being a stakeholder in the roll-out of new markets/companies/hubs

- Managing the relationship with external partners and vendors, including vendor governance.

- Ensuring the right level of external support and SLAs

- Managing 3rd party add-ons, like AP-automation solutions

- Internal stakeholder management and setting up appropriate governance model with the business (securing the right amount of super users in the markets, councils, development process/sprints, etc.)

- Ensure smooth delivery, deployment, access to the system, and integration with other parts of the system platform/infrastructure

- Ensuring compliance with our information (security) standards

- Participate in incident and problem processes, both internal and external

Who are you

From a technical perspective, we would like you to have:?

- 2-4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations)

- Understanding of different functional requirements on a system or software?(e.g., Finance, Supply chain, Purchase, etc.)

- Understanding of requirements for integrations and how systems communicate with other systems/solutions

- Understanding of SaaS solutions, the usage of standardization and global scalability

About the role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our brand-new Data Science team. We are looking for somebody who build our data pipelines from the ground up. You are responsible for making our data accessible and creating it into an easily analysed format. Your work will be key into optimizing the reliability and performance of our organization and the different teams. You will build and maintain our data lake, drive change in our development processes, engineer solutions to enhance features, and be a part of our data lake architecture to propel solutions to further levels.

Your other responsibilities include:

- Developing end-to-end pipelines to enable data driven decisions

About the role?

We are expanding our Engagement team where we focus on creating an engaging experience for our customers when they have their energy solution installed at home. We are looking for PO who can help us drive and build our data platform needed for our product experience. This includes identifying needed sources, gathering, cleaning, transforming, and normalizing of this data. We want to visualize this data to our users making the energy consumption clear to our customers, as well as using this data to help our customer to more sustainable consumption patterns.

As our Product Manager focusing on an engaging client experience you will lead a dedicated team of engineers and designers who work together to define, prioritize, measure, experiment, adjust and deliver on our product vision for our customer-facing apps and web. You need to understand our customer pain points, investigate possible solutions, prioritize, develop, deploy, measure results, learn, and adjust in iterations to remove value barriers and deliver our product's greatest impact.

With a special focus on data optimization for our application, you will be responsible for driving the development of features and capabilities that maximize the value of the data collected by our system. In short, you will be responsible for our data analytics and visualization towards our users.

Your other responsibilities include:?

- In collaboration with other departments create user journeys

- Identify gaps in our user journeys

- Creating product requirements and specifications

- Backlog management and iteration planning

About the role

The goal of the role is to create consistency and develop the digital design in our apps, and web bars, supporting our data-driven customer journeys from the moment the customer gets their product installed, and though-out the product delivery lifecycle. It is your responsibility to, together with UX, drive the design work consistently across all platforms and ensure that we have a good-looking and effective design in our apps and web bars for our consumers. We will share design systems with the Acquisition team and collaborate with this team.
