As a Minibar Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining, restocking, and controlling the minibars in guest rooms. You will ensure that all products are presented neatly, inventory is monitored, and billing is accurate, while upholding the hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.
 
 
Main responsibilities:
? Check and restock minibars in guest rooms daily according to hotel standards.
? Ensure accuracy in recording consumed items for proper guest billing.
? Monitor product levels and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
? Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of minibar areas.
? Assist in inventory control, stock rotation, and monthly stock counts.
? Handle guest requests in a prompt and professional manner.
? Communicate effectively with housekeeping, front office, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
? Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines when handling food and beverages.
 
 
Qualifications:
? Previous experience in hospitality or a hotel is an advantage but not required.
? Positive attitude and genuine passion for providing excellent guest service.
? Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
? Strong teamwork and communication skills.
? Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and moving items.

As a juicer and gym receptionist, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and energetic experience for our hotel guests and gym members of the SLVK Town House. Main responsibilities:
• Prepare our curated and special fresh juices, smoothies and healthy drinks according to our recipes and concept.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar. Fronting products and keeping an eye on details.
• Manage fruit, vegetable and ingredient preparation.

Om rollen
 
Som Financial Controller får du en central roll i ekonomiavdelningen. Du ansvarar för den löpande redovisningen och leder arbetet i teamet av ekonomiassistenter. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
• Leda och kvalitetssäkra den löpande redovisningen inom ekonomiavdelningen.
• Samordna arbetet i teamet av ekonomiassistenter.
• Säkerställa korrekta resultat för respektive redovisningsperiod.
• Genomföra månatliga uppföljningar med avdelningschefer.
• Upprätta bokföringsordrar i samband med månadsbokslut.
• Ansvara för avstämning av samtliga balanskonton.
• Hantera periodiseringar av förutbetalda kostnader.
• Förbereda och rapportera moms- och skattedeklarationer.
• Medverka i framtagandet av månadsrapporter.
• Delta vid intern och extern revision.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter
• Kandidatexamen inom ekonomi eller motsvarande.
• 3–5 års erfarenhet som redovisningsekonom eller liknande roll.
• Goda kunskaper i svenska redovisningsprinciper (USALI meriterande).
• Erfarenhet från hotell- eller restaurangverksamhet är meriterande.
• God kommunikativ förmåga på svenska och engelska.
• Mycket goda kunskaper i Excel samt erfarenhet av ekonomisystem, gärna SAP.

We are now looking for a Front Office Supervisor to oversee hotel operations during daytime and evening shifts and ensure exceptional service delivery across all guest touchpoints as we position the hotel among Stockholm’s top luxury destinations post-renovation.

About the Role
As Front Office Supervisor, you act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and are the main point of contact for both guests and staff. You supervise daily hotel operations primarily from the reception while maintaining a visible lobby presence and coordinating the operation from the back office when required.
You lead by example — actively present with guests and colleagues, supporting the team, resolving issues, and ensuring service standards are consistently delivered.
 
Your Key Responsibilities
Operational & Supervisory Leadership
- Act as Manager on Duty during assigned day and evening shifts
- Supervise the Front Office team and coordinate operational flow from reception
- Maintain an active lobby presence to support guests and employees
- Coordinate and monitor operations from the back office, ensuring efficiency and communication across departments
- Conduct shift briefings and handovers
- Support staffing coordination and daily task delegation
- Coach, support, and motivate team members during the shift
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, safety, and security standards
Guest Experience & Service Delivery
- Handle VIP arrivals and special requests
- Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally

- Oversee check-in/check-out procedures and service quality

Coordination & Administration
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and Security

Your Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in Guest Service or Front Office
- Strong operational understanding and confident decision-making ability
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:


• Hantera inkommande grupp- och mötesförfrågningar med korta ledtider
• Göra behovsanalys och skicka offert efter kundens önskemål

Du som söker skall uppfylla följande:
 
Vi söker dig som är en teamplayer och som tidigare jobbat med bokning av logi och/eller konferenser. Vi vill att du har:
• Utbildning inom hotell eller motsvarande
• Erfarenhet av arbete med hotelldatasystem. OPERA PMS och Sales & Catering är meriterande
• Mycket goda datorkunskaper
• Utmärkta kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift är ett krav, ytterligare språk är meriterande

As our Food and Beverage Coordinator, you are a key contributor to the hotel’s culinary identity and guest experience. As a purchasing coordinator, your main areas of responsibility are:
• Receiving goods ordered for the hotel physically as well as registering them in the company's purchasing system
• Quality assurance of deliveries in the form of:
• Received volumes and delivery note correspond to the order placed
• Price per product on delivery note is according to order/contract where relevant
• Control of temperatures (raw material deliveries)
• Transportation of received goods within the hotel (place beverage, equipment and consumables directly into storages and move other goods to the respective department)
• Any deviation reporting where the above is not as expected
• Define par stocks (beverage & consumables) in collaboration with the F&B manager as well as other departments if applicable
• Manage the beverage, equipment and consumables storages regarding controlling that the stock is kept up to par in relation to the agreed holding volumes. Place weekly orders accordingly.
• Responsible for possible rotation of goods within the main warehouse (FIFO) and be helpful for possible rotation in other warehouses within the organization
• Perform monthly stock inventories of different storages
• Manage changes and updates regarding internal purchasing systems and perform ongoing administrative tasks
• Support each department when ordering goods via the purchasing system (prepare each order in trolleys to be picked up the following day)
• Maintain a high level of communication and transparency regarding received goods within the organization
• Maintain a good working relationship with our suppliers and act as the main contact regarding deliveries from them
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the loading bay and surrounding storages
• Responsible for setting routines regarding the handling of garbage and the garbage room. To order recycling service for all the bins and trash.
Profile
We are looking for a person with good organizational and initiative skills who´s also a strong communicator with good knowledge of English (Swedish is a plus), both spoken and written. You are purposeful and you take responsibility for your work and collaboration with other departments. We believe that you:
• Have previous experience in this department or similar (more specifically in the restaurant industry with a good knowledge of different food and beverage products is strongly meritorious)
• Are accurate and with a good sense of numbers as well as comfortable reading and understanding various financial reports in the purchasing area (delivery notes, purchase orders, inventory statistics, etc.)
• Have good computer skills, MS Office, (SAP by Design strongly meritorious)

• Har en kandidatexamen inom ekonomi/finans eller motsvarande utbildning.
• Gärna har erfarenhet från ekonomifunktioner inom hotell- eller restaurangbranschen samt kunskap om svensk redovisning (K3).
• Är en god kommunikatör på både svenska och engelska.
• Har mycket goda kunskaper i Microsoft Office, särskilt Excel, samt ett eller flera ekonomisystem. De system vi främst arbetar med är SAP, Opera, Adra, Infrasys och Opsimize.
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
• Ansvara för löpande avstämning av hotellets balanskonton och säkerställa att underlag följer företagets policys och lokala redovisningsprinciper.
• Arbeta proaktivt med att förbättra och utveckla interna processer för bokföring och rapportering, i enlighet med aktuella redovisningsstandarder och skatteregler.
• Assistera vid periodisering av förutbetalda kostnader.
• Förbereda standardiserade bokningar vid månadsbokslut.
• Upprätta och rapportera moms- och skattedeklarationer.
• Bidra till och säkerställa att månadsrapporter sammanställs i tid och med korrekt information för vidare rapportering till hotellets ledning och ägare.
• Koordinera med hotellets avdelningschefer och säkerställa att kostnadsposteringar sker i rätt redovisningsperiod.
• Assistera vid interna och externa revisioner.
• Säkerställa att företagets redovisningsprinciper samt lokala lagar och regler efterlevs.
• Vid behov stötta andra funktioner inom ekonomiavdelningen, inklusive leverantörsreskontra, kundreskontra och intäktsrevision, för att säkerställa en smidig och effektiv ekonomihantering.
Ekonomiavdelningen består i dagsläget av fem personer, och du rapporterar till Director of Finance.

Att arbeta inom det kommersiella teamet på Sheraton Stockholm som Group & Event Sales Executive innebär att du måste tycka om att jobba med flera saker paralellt, ha hög stresströskel, vara noggrann med ett öga för detaljer, ha god kunskap om PMS och Sales & Catering system (OPERA), samt ha ett brinnande intresse för att sälja och leverera utomordentlig service och kundbemötande på ett professionellt sätt. 
 
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter kommer att vara:
• Hantera inkommande grupp- och mötesförfrågningar
• Göra behovsanlys och skicka offert efter kundens önskemål
• Ansvarig för att maximera mat- och dryckintäkter
• Detaljplanera eventet tillsammans med kund
• Vara spindeln i nätet på hotellet
• Verifiera att korrekt kreditinformation och betalningssätt lämnas till vår ekonomiavdelning
• Genomföra visningar av hotellet
• Informera alla berörda hotellavdelningar den information som behövs för att genomföra ett framgångsrikt event som motsvarar kundens behov och förväntingar.
• Ge konstuktiv feedback med solid och öppen kommunikation.
• Delta i planeringsmöten, gruppveckomöte samt samordna ”pre & post” möte med kunden
• Bibehålla starka kundrelationer och följa upp med kunden efter eventet
 

Du som söker skall uppfylla följande:
 
• Minst 1 års erfarenhet av bokning av rum och/eller konferenser
• Du kan också ha en kombinerad erfarenhet av F&B och Reception, där du har minst 1 år inom varje område

We are now looking for a new member to join our kitchen team in the position as Chef de Partie working mainly with a la carte. We are looking for you that want to give that little extra for each guest to give them a fantastic culinary experience and understand that it is all in the details.
 
The food we cook here at Sheraton Stockholm is modern Nordic cuisine, we always aiming to create beautiful food that is going to be a sight for the eye as well for our guest tastebuds. We are working with products that’s are in season and are using as much locally grown products as possible.

 Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation and service of a la carte dishes
• Full responsibility for own section
• Responsibility for carrying out ordering and stock rotation where necessary
• Maintain food standard and perform your duties aligned with the management instructions
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team and work with minimal supervision.

Main Requirements:
• Culinary education and/or on the job training
• At least 3 years of culinary experience 
• A true desire to understand guest needs and exceed guest expectations
• Passion to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Seek own solutions to obstacles that occur from time to time
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
• Carry out close liaison with all section of the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service
• You need to have permission to work in Sweden.

Sales Manager -MICE  

 
Vi söker nu en Sales Manager till vårt fantastiska säljteam! Vi söker dig som har minst 2 års erfarenhet eller mer av sälj inom området och ett starkt nätverk.
 
I din roll som Sales Manager kommer du att rapportera till vår Director of Sales.
 
Dina försäljningsinsatser kommer att vara riktade mot MICE-segmentet (Meetings Incentives Conferences Events), men med den nuvarande dynamiska marknaden som vi har finns möjlighet att bredda dina fokusområden till andra segment.
 
Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: 
I din roll kommer du att hantera, utveckla och optimera en befintlig portfölj av MICE-kunder/agenter dessutom kommer du att: 
 
• Proaktivt prospektera nya kunder/agenter inom MICE-segmentet och följa säljprocessen för att konvertera kunderna/agenterna till lönsamma affärer
• Ansvara för större avtalsförhandlingar och upphandlingar inom MICE segmentet
• Utveckla relationer både lokalt och internationellt för att stärka och utöka kundportföljen på försäljningsmöjligheter
• Arbeta tätt ihop med vårt Grupp & Events säljteam för att uppnå och överträffa säljteamets MICE-intäktsmål
• Samarbeta med olika försäljningskanaler för att säkerställa att försäljningsinsatserna är samordnade på bästa sätt
• Kundaktiviteter, både i Sverige och utomlands, såsom säljresor, kundbesök, visningar, mässor, FAM-resor, etc
• Hantera och utveckla relationer med viktiga interna och externa kontakter

Vi söker dig som har:
• Minst 2 års relevant eftergymnasial utbildning
• Minst 2 års erfarenhet av hotellförsäljning
• Mycket god förståelse för branschnormer, trender och tekniskt kunnande
• Vi ser att du har kunskap och ett väletablerat kontaktnätverk inom hotellbranschen, dessutom har du ett väletablerat lokalt och internationellt nätverk inom 3:e-partskanaler, reseagenter, TMC:s, DMC:s, eventföretag och mötesbokare

• God överblick av hela hotellet med ett helhetstänk
• Coacha Front Office teamet på ditt skift så att de överträffar gästens förväntningar
• Säkerställa en effektiv och proaktiv hantering av feedback från våra gäster
• Vara en problemlösare på ditt skift
• Kontrollera de reservationer som gjorts för eventuella VIP-gäster, förbereda ankomsten och säkerställa att rummen inspekteras, samt bistå Front Office i rusningstid med in- och utcheckningar

 
Vi söker dig som har:
• Eftergymnasial utbildning eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom branschen
• Goda ledaregenskaper med bra organisationsförmåga
