We are looking for a Marketing Automation System Specialist who understands how to harness marketing automation in our MA tool, HubSpot to deliver a world-class customer experience. Being the largest player in the Nordics in our industry you will be using and improving truly global HubSpot portals with advanced integrations.

The platform we use for Marketing Automation today is HubSpot and you need to know this tool in-and-out to be able to act as a super admin in HubSpot.

Your role will be in the global e-commerce organization supporting our marketing teams in Nordics. You will report to the Head of E-commerce and Market Technology.

Responsibilities

- You are the main point of contact for HubSpot-related needs internally
- Supporting marketing automation manager and marketing teams in achieving their goals
- Advising our HubSpot users on the optimal use of HubSpot and work efficiently with the platform
- Knowing the goals, potential, and challenges of our marketing teams and supporting them in optimizing their marketing processes
- Analyzes existing HubSpot communications and helps marketing to optimize them
- Identifying cross-functional opportunities and how to use HubSpot

- Translating how new requirements could be handled with HubSpot
- Conducting internal workshops and training


Your qualifications

- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub and Service Hub
- Experience in working with Enterprise accounts and Business Units
- Knowledge of custom integrations
- Experience in developing HubSpot accounts to support marketing goals
- You are business savvy and can act cross-functionally within Fortum Consumer
- Solutions to deliver and scale best practices through collaboration and insights
- Plus if you have experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

- As the Head of E-commerce and Marketing Technology you orchestrate all aspects of e-commerce, from strategy to execution, combining sales, marketing, technology and leadership expertise to create a superior brand and buying experience for customers

- Ultimately, you are responsible for driving online sales, profitable online sales, and thereby digitalizing sales overall within Consumer Solutions within Fortum.

- The online sales responsibility is holistic, encompassing both new customer acquisition and upsales of value-adding and digital services to the customer base, mainly via app and web, logged in

- In the role you are the owner of the digital ecommerce strategy reassuring growth in this channel year on year. Your qualifications

- Performance-driven with proven track-record of driving online sales

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

- Optimera våra onboarding processer.
- Resultatansvar kopplat till uppstart.
- Personalansvar för en grupp bestående av säljare och administratörer.
- Proaktivt identifiera och driva projekt för att förbättra vår kundresa.
- Uppföljning av vår försäljning kopplat till konvertering, kvalité och bortfall.
- Coachning och uppföljning av medarbetare.
- Analysera och föreslå förbättringar i hela säljprocessen.




Din profil:

För att vara framgångsrik i den här rollen är du en engagerad ledare - som brinner för att stå med ena benet i det operationella och söker efter sätt att arbeta mer effektivt och digitalt, och det andra benet inom analys, datahantering och förstå konkurrenters beteende.

Vi ser att du kan ta alla personlighetstyper, och har inga problem med att motivera en säljare för att uppnå sina mål, eller en administratör att hålla en hög kvalité inom tid.

Du, som erfaren ledare, är van vid att arbeta i och förstå komplexa system samt processer och finner inspiration att hela tiden utveckla våra interna processer, så som kundens resa.

Dina kvalifikationer:

Vi ser gärna att du varit ledare minst tre år, gärna från en tillväxt eller förändringsresa. Erfarenhet inom försäljning eller kundservice är ett krav. Du har minst gymnasieexamen och goda språkfärdigheter i svenska och engelska.
