What you'll be doing
Drive global employee relations and morale activities including special events, wellness and safety initiative.
Assist in lease renewal and document retention for locations outside of the United States and Canada.
Assist in budget planning for office events, meetings, and any other items needing to have financial consideration.
Liaison to the Director of People Operations position to answer facility questions and concerns.
Assist in vendor selection, communications, and management.
Collaborate with Finance, Tax, People Team, and Administration Teams to ensure financial compliance. Purchase of furnishing, office materials and other facility related items.

The Escalation Manager role functions as a specialized resource within the Professional Services and Support organizations dedicated to managing processes, programs, and resources for customers and building trust with them. Manager of key customer programs to include but not limited to:
Proactive maintenance activities and coordination of Subject Matter Experts or other resources needed for strategic accounts designated by Calabrio's executive team
Manage critical customer situations, including internal and external communications, schedules, calls, and action items.

Manage Higher Level Services issues:
Support of on-call team for escalated situations.
Assist with action plans and next steps for escalated cases.

Improve operations within Calabrio Professional Services and Support Services:
Educate and guide engineers, customers, and partners on proper procedures, configurations, and technical considerations.
Analyze frequent root causes and level of effort in resolving cases to identify opportunities of continuous improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Proactively monitor customer cases for possible escalations and trends.
Broaden team's "environmental" exposure for new technologies and improved diagnostic methods.

Requirements
5+ years of customer service experience

Document best practices in deploying Calabrio Advanced Reporting, sharing internally for reuse by customers and partners
Lead custom workshops for specific areas
Mentor and coach other consultants, customer and partner staff
Assist in the elaboration of commercial proposals to customers by developing scope & effort estimates

About you
Strong client-facing, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills working within cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership of entire project teams, manage, monitor and control all tasks, resources and risks and issues for the project duration
Demonstrated ability to lead requirements discovery workshops, make appropriate project-level scoping and prioritization decisions
Demonstrated ability to interact with project-level customer management and business teams
Understanding of project management methodologies and experience with agile development
BA/BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering
8+ of years’ experience in working on a commercial (BI) software product
Extensive consulting experience in BI application development and delivery
Strong experience in data modelling and knowledge of databases

Professional Services is looking for a highly motivated Systems Developer who wants to help our customers integrate their business applications into the Calabrio solution.

WHAT PROBLEMS WILL YOU BE SOLVING?
As a developer at Professional Services you will work with the latest techniques and, together with your colleagues in the team, create and maintain integration solutions to support our customers´ business applications related to Calabrio´s solution.
In addition to working with your team members, you will also work closely with the Sales Team, Product Owner, Project Team and Customer Support to help our customers to turn ideas into excellent solutions.


WHAT SKILLS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Drive and willingness to use an agile mindset to work together as a team
An interest in DevOps, CI/CD, TDD and containerized solutions
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as C# or Java
Development skills connected to REST APIs, JSON data, databases and multi-thread large scale data processing
Experience from documentation of business requirements and scoping of development effort
Open to meet customers face-to-face and discuss solutions that finds the balance between complexity and customer requirements



WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO APPLY?
Bachelors' degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
A few years of experience in modern software development
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Communicates efficiently in English (Swedish not a requirement)
