What you would do as our Trademark Administrator & Portfolio Coordinator
As a Trademark Portfolio Coordinator at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, you are a key partner to the business, providing operational support in the protection and management of the division’s global trademark portfolio. This includes handling trademark filings, renewals, enforcement, and domain name matters that safeguard our brand identity across all markets. You would also:
Act as the link between Legal, Marketing, and Business to ensure accurate and effective trademark usage and protection across the company.
Monitor global trademark and domain name watch services and support the handling of oppositions, enforcement actions, and infringement cases.
Administer trademark filings, renewals, and record updates across global jurisdictions, coordinating with external counsel and service providers.
Maintain internal trademark databases (e.g., Ipendo) and support portfolio audits and clean-up projects.
Prepare documentation and reports related to trademark strategy, risk management, and enforcement, while representing the division in day-to-day trademark matters and cross-functional IP initiatives.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least five years of experience working independently as a trademark administrator or paralegal, preferably within industry or an IP law firm.
Possesses strong knowledge of trademark law and procedures in key global markets and basic understandings of domain name registration practices.
Is proficient in using IP databases and docketing systems (e.g., Ipendo), as well as MS Office and communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
Holds relevant education and professional experience in trademark administration and management; a law degree is considered a merit.
Is fluent in English at a high professional level; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.

What would you do as our Senior Legal Counsel – Privacy and Digital Compliance
The Senior Legal Counsel will play a central role in driving Entrance Systems’ data protection and digital compliance agenda. The position combines strong GDPR expertise with responsibility for interpreting and operationalising new regulatory frameworks such as the AI Act, Cyber Resilience Act, Data Act and NIS2. As the Data Protection Manager for the division, the role provides legal guidance, develops controls, policies and documentation, and supports both product-related and organisational compliance initiatives. It involves close collaboration with Information Security, Product Security, R&D and business leaders, ensuring that data protection and digital compliance requirements are embedded in products, projects and daily operations. This is a strategic, international role within a decentralised organisation, where the counsel acts as a trusted advisor and project leader across multiple regulatory domains.

You will report to the to the Entrance System Division General Counsel.
You would also:
Act as Data Protection Manager for the Entrance Systems Division, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
Provide legal advice related to data handling, digital compliance and regulatory requirements across business units and functions.
Develop and implement controls, guidelines, templates and supporting documentation for data protection and emerging digital compliance frameworks.
Lead and coordinate data protection and digital compliance projects, including assessments, reporting, awareness activities and training initiatives.
Support negotiation, drafting and review of agreements related to data protection and digital compliance, including DPAs and contractual risk assessments.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who has:
Master’s degree in law with strong academic performance.
5–7 years of professional experience advising on GDPR, data protection and commercial legal matters.
Proven experience navigating and applying international data protection laws and emerging digital compliance frameworks.
Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple legal and compliance projects in an international or decentralised environment.


Success in this role requires a proactive and structured mindset, with the ability to work independently while effectively guiding cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound legal judgement, an analytical approach to complex regulatory questions and the confidence to stand firm when compliance risks need to be highlighted. Hands-on knowledge of container technologies, such as Docker.



Understanding of IP communication protocols, including DNS, DHCP, and TLS.



Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation, plus a relevant B.Sc. degree and fluency in English.

Ideally, you would also have experience in system testing and HIL creation, along with a background in agile development, preferably using Scrum. Familiarity with low-power, battery-operated products and wireless technologies such as BLE and Zigbee is valuable. Experience with automated testing and RFID credential technologies like Seos, MIFARE DESFire, ISO14443, and UWB is a plus. Knowledge of mobile access control and an understanding of current standards and trends in IoT connectivity and cybersecurity are also highly beneficial.

Is experienced in establishing and maintaining content quality standards across websites and ecommerce platforms.

What would you do as our Business Developer, Sweden
As our Business Developer, You will strengthen our focus on the Swedish market by working closely with the existing team to drive growth and engagement within the Critical Infrastructure verticals. Your role includes developing and executing comprehensive regional growth strategies to achieve ambitious organic growth targets. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing new strategic customers, while also maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing end customers. You would also be responsible for:

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
has a proven experience in sales and business development within the Professional End User and System Integrator/Access Control markets, with a value-based selling approach.
Has familiarity with Critical Infrastructure verticals and a strong ability to develop and implement effective commercial strategies.
is fluent in Swedish and English; proficiency in Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus.
Is proficient in MS Office, with experience in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft ERP systems desirable; regular travel within Sweden is required.

What would you do as our Investor Relations Analyst

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer to join our headquarters in Stockholm.
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) has the overall responsibility for and oversees divisional implementation of the ASSA ABLOY Group’s compliance policies, directives and guidelines within the areas of (i) Anti-trust and Competition law, (ii) Anti-Bribery and -Corruption, and (iii) Trade Compliance. The CCO supports the divisional Compliance Officers in coordinating the collaboration between, and providing legal intelligence and support materials to, the divisions, and weighs in on the interpretation of Group policies, directives and guidelines in specific matters as well as ongoing/concluded internal investigations.
The CCO advises and supports other Group Center functions in reducing compliance risks within those policies, directives and guidelines and related areas of law, such as Human Rights and Corporate Sustainability. Vad du kommer att göra som vår Industritekniker

Färdigheterna och erfarenheten du behöver
För att vara framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du:
• Teknisk förståelse inom mekanik, elektronik och hydraulik samt ett stort intresse för teknik.
• 3-årig gymnasieutbildning inom el, mekanik eller likvärdigt.
• Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och grundläggande engelska.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of demonstrated working experience within Supplier Development or as Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer or similar role
Has excellent understanding of electronics and electromechanics manufacturing processes
Is fluent in English, ability to communicate in Swedish strongly preferred
Is available to travel internationally (around 30 days per year)


It would also be beneficial if you had APQP & PPAP knowledge and experience of introduction of these processes, competences within Six Sigma (Blackbelt or Greenbelt) and some knowledge about ISO9001:2015 standard and experience as Lead Auditor.

Mycket god kunskap om AAES produkter och marknad, starka förhandlingsfärdigheter och förståelse för entreprenadjuridik är avgörande.
Förmåga att kommunicera effektivt inom entreprenadbranschen och skapa långsiktiga relationer genom kontinuerlig bearbetning av entreprenörens och slutkundens intressen.
För att trivas och lyckas i denna roll krävs en kandidatexamen i ekonomi/försäljning eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet.
Minst 5 års erfarenhet från komplex B2B-försäljning och/eller säljledning med dokumenterade framgångar är önskvärt.
B-körkort och möjlighet att tillbringa en del av arbetstiden i fält är viktigt.

What you would do as our IoT Data Analytics Lead
We are looking for an experienced IoT Data Analytics Lead to drive our IoT analytics and algorithms journey on-site at our R&D department in ASSA Abloy Entrance Systems in Landskrona where you’ll be a part of a collaborative culture to help us take our product Insight into the future.
Within our team we are building an ecosystem of cloud-based and smart products and services. We believe that connected IoT doors creates smarter buildings – the goal of our Insight product is to connect and digitalize our doors to further support our clients’ daily operations and business, focusing on collection, analyzing and presentation of data, allowing the customers to have full control of all equipment through remote control, optimizing operations, predictive service maintenance etc. ASSA Abloy Insight is a modern cloud-based platform built on AWS with microservices.
In this role you will be part of and coordinate a small team working with IoT data analytics and algorithms. The team is responsible for converting IoT data from our connected doors to useful insights. Our work covers areas such as energy efficiency, safety, service optimization, availability and customer insights. The team is also responsible for algorithms that are part of our sensor systems.
A lot of focus is put on collecting and analyzing IoT data from our connected doors to gain insights to optimizing the customers’ and our own operations. You will have dialogue with stakeholders to get an understanding of the business needs and then convert those requirements into functionality together with the team. Typically, you start by developing and testing algorithms offline on collected data, then moving the algorithm concept to a deployment in a production environment. This means that you will write and communicate technical requirements on hardware, embedded software and Cloud to ensure that the developed algorithm works end-to-end. You will also work with validation of the algorithms. Communication with other tech teams and external stakeholders is essential.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

Has educational background and/or professional experience in Data Science, Data Engineering or algorithm development.
Is comfortable working with Python and familiar with some of the libraries commonly used in Data Science.
Has experience of working in preferably AWS Cloud, or some other Cloud platform.
Has fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Additionally, it is beneficial if you have:
An understanding of how to set up efficient pipelines for data analytics.
Previous experience from working with IoT systems.
Previous experience from team leadership or other forms of coordination and coaching.
Worked in agile teams and practiced methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar.

We are looking for someone who:
Educated to University degree level in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (CIA, CISA, CPA) is desirable.
Minimum 5 years of prior experience in internal and/or external audit with a focus on internal control and SOX compliance. (Big4 experience is desirable)
Experience in auditing companies in North America is a requirement..


Good understanding of financial reporting principles (IFRS) and HFM reporting system.
Strong data analytical skills and Advanced in MS Office applications: excel, power query etc.

What you would do as our Cyber Resilience Manager

This is a new position in our product security team where you’ll have the opportunity to build and shape your role. Your Experience and Education include:

3 years experience in working with Vulnerability Disclosure or Bug Bounty program.
Demonstrated ability as a lead during incidents and investigations according to recognized standards, frameworks, and processes such as ISO/IEC 29147, ISO/IEC 30111, FIRST.org
Understanding of and experience with common software security vulnerabilities and methods of exploitation, such as memory corruption, privilege escalation, web application exploitation, file format vulnerabilities, protocol-based weaknesses, etc.
Experience working in an agile engineering design and development organization as part of a security team or as a developer.
Available to support and accommodate work schedules in GMT and/or Eastern time zone.

We are looking for a skilled and creative communications specialist to join a newly created department for Communication and Branding at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. Vad kommer du att få göra
Som Säkerhetstekniker arbetar du ute hos våra kunder med vårt moderna larmsystem samt våra produkter för digital nyckelhantering. As Product Security Manager for our Hospitality Business Area, your mission will be to execute on the company's overall technology vision, securing and shaping our technical strategy and driving product security actions that will firmly place ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions as the leader within product security.

Who you are:

This role will include:
Implement a new customer experience and survey platform to be able to measure customer satisfaction and NPS across multiple markets and business segments
Drive NPS program implementation and management in collaboration with business segment representatives
Gather, analyse, and report on results from customer satisfaction surveys for the whole division
Collaborate with internal departments and business segment stakeholders to optimize customer services and brand awareness
Support local stakeholders with best practice and recommendations to turn detractors into promoters
Suggest new projects and areas of improvement to continuously drive CX forward

What you would do as our Java Developer Backend
You will join a team that works across all ASSA ABLOY Divisions to provide reusable software for our access solutions. The skills and experience you need

Our small team Cloud Operations is responsible for a couple of Platforms: IAM, SSO, CI/CD incl. SCR, Testing, Compute (AWS looking to onboard Azure), Security and Monitoring and we are looking for more team members to mature and develop them as well as act in an advisory capacity to help the Product teams to develop.

What would you do as our Senior Cloud Operations Engineer
We organize ourselves in small cross-functional teams, where you will be working closely with the developers, ensuring automation in application level (unit tests, data tests, and integration tests). You will be the driving force for maintaining and improving the AWS infrastructure, as well as have an advisory role towards the business areas in explaining architecture patterns and system solutions among others.
The tasks can involve anything from configuring load balancers setup AWS security, backup automation, maintaining and developing CI/CD systems that is hosted on AWS and GitLab.

You would also:


Help business areas and product teams to onboard their workload to cloud and business agile/DevXOps transformation
You will apply your expertise to build and run scalable and fault tolerant soluton
Automate cloud solution implementation using latest DevXOps CI/CD tools and pipelines
Implement and manage cloud-native solutions


In this role you will report directly to the Director Cloud and Product IT Operations at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions and will be based in Årstadal, Stockholm.

The skills and experience you need
We believe you are an experienced cloud engineer familiar with DevOps practices, who loves being part of a team delivering high quality platform and you do this by sharing our belief in the agile values, being motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and being eager to learn.

We are looking for someone who:


Has experience with CI/CD, Security, Automation, Scripting, Cloud, Log management, IAM, NW, Kubernetes
Has a background as a Software Engineer with DevOps focus or a System Engineer that have developed Infra-as-Code capabilities with 5+ years of experience - strongly preferred
Speaks fluent Swedish
Is proactive, works efficiently and has good communication skills
