What you would do as our Trademark Administrator & Portfolio Coordinator
As a Trademark Portfolio Coordinator at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, you are a key partner to the business, providing operational support in the protection and management of the division’s global trademark portfolio. This includes handling trademark filings, renewals, enforcement, and domain name matters that safeguard our brand identity across all markets. You’ll play an essential role in monitoring and maintaining the health of our trademark assets and initiating and coordinating actions where needed to address third-party conflicts or misuse. Your work helps ensure our trademarks remain relevant, protected, and aligned with the business’s evolving needs.
This global team operates from our offices in Landskrona and Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Head of Intellectual Property.

You would also:
Act as the link between Legal, Marketing, and Business to ensure accurate and effective trademark usage and protection across the company.
Monitor global trademark and domain name watch services and support the handling of oppositions, enforcement actions, and infringement cases.
Administer trademark filings, renewals, and record updates across global jurisdictions, coordinating with external counsel and service providers.
Maintain internal trademark databases (e.g., Ipendo) and support portfolio audits and clean-up projects.
Prepare documentation and reports related to trademark strategy, risk management, and enforcement, while representing the division in day-to-day trademark matters and cross-functional IP initiatives.


The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has at least five years of experience working independently as a trademark administrator or paralegal, preferably within industry or an IP law firm.
Possesses strong knowledge of trademark law and procedures in key global markets and basic understandings of domain name registration practices.
Is proficient in using IP databases and docketing systems (e.g., Ipendo), as well as MS Office and communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
Holds relevant education and professional experience in trademark administration and management; a law degree is considered a merit.
Is fluent in English at a high professional level; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.


The Trademark Portfolio Coordinator should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an open and inclusive attitude that enables effective collaboration across different corporate functions, cultures, and countries. Success in the role requires well-developed organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to helping build and protect strong global brands.

Job Description
As Creative Manager at H&M Brand Development you will, based on our overall Brand Direction and identity, develop visual and creative frameworks and align, develop and motivate all creatives in the team to deliver at their best. You will make sure all creative work at Brand marketing is modern and interesting, and when the time is right, spectacular.
Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversee the creative development within Brand marketing and ensure a consistent elevated experience across touchpoints
Discover spectacular ways to bring our brand direction to life across the yearly calendar
Identify key creative collaboration partners for H&M together with Creative director and Creative services
Support in house creatives to deliver on expected goals.
Work closely together with H&M’s Creative Director and be the extended arm into Brand Marketing
Work together with Head of Brand marketing in setting strategy & must wins for the unit
Co-lead, engage and empower the Brand marketing team with clear vision, purpose and goals.



Qualifications

You are comfortable leading others with an inspiring and collaborative mindset, making sure your team has a strong foundation so they can deliver elevated results. With your appreciated leadership skills, you make people grow and help them reach better results. By executing your responsibilities effectively, you will play a huge role in building the H&M fashion brand.
We also see that you have:
Several years’ experience as an Art Director or Creative Director within the fashion field.
Experience working internationally with fashion or luxury brands as Art Director
Experienced in successfully leading other creatives
An international, creative network within high end fashion photographers, directors & other relevant roles
A deeper understanding of Instagram and Tiktok in relation to fashion

Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Buyer with a passion for beauty and strong business sense who wants to be part of the journey to create growth within our new H&M Beauty brand.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:
Administrate orders and make sure we have the right product, right quantity in the right time. Ensure that they deliver according to the order (delivery control). In case of deviations, ensure that the necessary actions are taken.
Secure product master data at the right time with the right quality from our suppliers
Keep the timelines both internally and towards our suppliers
Take part of selecting brands and products and set and buy assortment to build the best customer offer. Responsible for driving and following selling and profitability
Responsible for replenishment being set up correctly and work with updating parameters such as order points, safety stock and order lead times to ensure correct replenishment of goods to warehouses and stores
Campaign handling
Developing way of working, taking part of project and adhoc assignments

Have a strong salesmanship and great commercial thinking
Business minded and want to drive development and progression in the assortment
Analytical skills and get it done attitude, not afraid to take actions
Structured, and strong in administration, method and a dive to always improve processes and tools

As the Creative Brand Strategist, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand identity and customer promise. Your responsibilities will include developing and defining the Brand platform, which encompasses the Brand ID and our customer promise. Given the seniority of this position, you must be proficient at stakeholder management on a senior leadership level. Extensive experience in creative development and in particular development of creative strategies, frameworks and playbooks for international brands.
Extensive experience from working with brand identity and brand strategy development, translating insight into actionable strategic frameworks
Several years of experience with developing briefing templates and frameworks that help enable the strategy to come to life
Several years of experience in developing strategies specific to sustainability, I&D, employer branding and loyalty programs
Several years of experience with guiding and providing direction for tone-of-voice
Several years of experience in developing brand books and playbooks
