ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be part of our global IoT Sales team responsible for driving sales and developing customer relationships across the Nordic region, with a strong focus on our IoT security portfolio within the vertical Automotive, Telecom and Manufacturing.
As a Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and prospects, supporting both new and existing customers in finding the best solutions for their needs. You will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout.
You will join a relatively small and entrepreneurial team, where collaboration, ownership, and initiative are key. The role requires a hands-on approach across all parts of the sales process, contributing where needed to move business forward.
Working closely with technical experts and other internal stakeholders, you will help deliver secure, scalable, and business-critical solutions within IoT and identity and access management.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales growth across the Nordic region by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships

In this role, you will lead part of our engineering organization within the Workforce ID domain in Sweden, a key area of our cybersecurity offering. Here we will work together at the core of digital identity, where what we build helps people and organizations interact safely in a digital world.
You will be responsible for delivery, people leadership, and overall performance across engineering teams, working closely with Product and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Lead and support Engineering Managers, building a strong and independent leadership layer

ABOUT THE ROLE
As System Architect, you will act as the technical lead for the Infrastructure & Tooling team in day-to-day operational matters while also owning the architectural direction of our SaaS service platforms.

What you’ll do at Nexus
The product portfolio you will be joining is Nexus Go Cards, an online service which our customers use to order highly secure and customized identity cards (smart cards), key fobs, and accessories. It is a flexible and secure, cloud-based solution where our customers can choose to order directly via our online card management portal or by doing a system integration via API.
You collaborate closely with other team members, departments, and customers/partners to take end-to-end responsibility for the entire service, enabling us to deliver great things fast. Agile methods, constant improvement and continuous deployment is part of the team DNA.

We are a security product company, delivering solutions within Identity management and you would join our team responsible for the Client applications (both for desktop and mobile devices)

What you’ll do at Nexus:
As a Software developer you will be part of our Client team (https://doc.nexusgroup.com/display/PUB/Smart+ID+clients), delivering secure authentication towards a multitude of platforms (windows, cloud solutions, web applications and desktop smart card environments).

Some of your day-to-day will include

- Be of all stages of product development in an agile environment, which includes daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros and from time-to-time pair programing and mob sessions

- You will both work with feature development as well of maintain existing code

- The Client team is one of many Engineering teams at Nexus, and you will have a lot for opportunities to collaborate cross teams and to get to know such cool concepts as PKI and Identity management

- You will preferably take the role as the security evangelist within the team, and you will be a force when it comes to robustness, security by design and proper code review

- Part of what we do, is based on external frameworks and RFCs, and you will need to ensure that our builds are in line with underlaying technical requirements

- Working in multiple environments, our products run in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS

About you
We think you can acquire greatness in many ways, but for this role we are quite certain you have many years of application/product development in your backpack. You are a seasoned player, and you know your way around C, C++ and/or C#.

As a person you are a meticulous problem solver, focusing on details to enable robust and stable solutions. You like to work in a team but have no problem driving your own stories and projects.

As mentioned, we also would like you to have an extra security focus, this means you preferably have some ideas and experience within this field.

Our lunch language is often Swedish, but you will be able to thrive on English only as well.

The product portfolio you will be joining is Nexus Go Cards (https://doc.nexusgroup.com/display/PUB/Nexus+GO+Cards), an online service which our customers use to order highly secure and customized identity cards (smart cards), key fobs, and accessories. It is a flexible and secure, cloud-based solution where our customers can choose to order directly via our online card management portal or by doing a system integration via API.

You collaborate closely with other team members, departments, and customers/partners to take end-to-end responsibility for the entire service, enabling us to deliver great things fast. Agile methods, constant improvement and continuous deployment is part of the team DNA.

As mentioned, we are a small team, and you will work through the whole tech stack, which for us includes everything from UI portals to backend services, databases and integration to external services, such as ERP systems and laser engravers.

As an Identity management company, security is key to everything we do and security by design should be part of your day-to-day.

About you

Due to the complex nature of our portfolio, we think it’s important that you have at least 5 years of experience working within high-tech or with complex IT-solutions. Ideally you have several years of experiences from the security business or from the physical access area. Good knowledge of industry standards, such as ISO is beneficial. You have previously worked at least 5 with sales, marketing, or business development, preferably with large enterprises.

You firmly believe that cooperation and teamwork is the way to success and enjoy coaching others and sharing your insight. You are very social, driven and curious and you understand and respect the nuances of the craftsmanship that is business development.

You don’t need to be a technical expert, but a strong interest in tech is a must to succeed in this role. A degree from higher education is considered a plus.

You take pride in your listening skills but are not afraid to voice your mind and to give sound advice to costumers and colleagues. In addition, you are not afraid of negations and have a strong problem-solving mindset.

We need some help! We have these really cool products, competent people and dedicated leaders. We have already built our infrastructure upon infrastructure as code, and it’s time to take this to the next level. You will have great freedom in the HOW but we have a very clear WHAT.

The guy who is hiring, is Henrik Hjelm, leader of our Infrastructure services team (and a really good boss, HR is adding). This position is in our HQ at Telefonplan in southern Stockholm, but we are a global organization, and you will work with teams in Europe and India.

What will you be doing at Nexus?

You will be the one driving the architectural roadmap for our infrastructure design and to anchor this way of working in the organization. We are a product company, and your mission is to ensure our ten development teams and our external needs are met within your platforms. Sometimes it’s hard to change how we are used to working, and this is something we need to do together!

We have started this journey, but we need more structure, more focus and more commitment going forward. In this role, you will be the technical platform owner of our SaaS platforms, managing everything that comes with it. The team has a dedicated SDM that you will work with for the customer facing parts, but we do encourage meeting, speaking and interacting with our customers.

You will also be part of the day-to-day Ops work in the Infra team. We are strong believers in all for one and one for all; we help each other out! On call might be part of this position.

Who are you?

There is no place like 127.0.0.1, but we also like to work and have fun together, so we think that you are a team player. You could have acquired your expertise in many ways, but let’s face it, there are two main paths here. Either you are an old school sys admin/infra engineer who has turned to infra coding or you are a coder who has realized that everything is just a matter of capacity in the end and learned the ancient wisdom of infrastructure as the one true, pure form of enlightenment. Either way, you need to be proficient in both arenas.

You should have hands-on experience with Terraform, at least a couple of years, and you will be the go-to-person for that technology. A must have is that you have been responsible for cloud-based architecture before.

Other tech we use, and we hope/think you are comfortable with, are Ansible, Azure DevOps and Azure in general (or at least some of the other big cloud services out there), as well as Kubernetes clustering and orchestration. We envision that you have an end-to-end perspective in everything you do.

We also think you have worked in a development-heavy organization before. If this within betting, fintech or security even better. Then you know about the importance of governance models, patching discipline, and the need for proper documentation.

About the team

You will join a team of enthusiastic engineers based in Stockholm, Malmö and Ettlingen. The team is part of the engineering department whose mission is to provide a modern and future proof SaaS environment for Nexus customers for IoT, Workplace and Workforce solutions.

In the team, we help each other a lot, both to enable learning, but also to spread knowledge about Nexus specific topics. We try to enable time to read and learn new things, so that we can have the ability to implement new solutions that support our platforms in the best way.



What would you be doing at Nexus

As Software engineer manager, you will manage a team of currently 8 people and will be the driver of workflow standardization for the SaaS services. You will provide key skills and know-how in the areas of automation and Cloud solutions.

This is a multi-function role; your prime objective will be to be a great leader for a great team. This includes day-to-day stuff like stand-ups, supporting the team in making sure they have the right foundation to deliver during the sprints and with other tasks. You will be a problem solver within and outside your team.

As a manager at Nexus, you will be fully responsible for all people management tasks, this includes continuous dialog with the team members in 1on1´s and performance reviews. You will also do recruitment, coaching and coordination for the team. You will always have support from the organization, of course!

We want all our leaders to take part in the hands-on work as well. This part depends on who you are. We are a company in transformation, and you will be able to contribute to many different areas. This could be as an Agile coach, Java developer, DevOps engineer driving the Azure DevOps journey, working with Change- and IT management. Your profile and passions will guide this part.

Your two main missions are:

Mission 1: Manage the program throughout its implementation

Your first mission will be to manage our projects and programs throughout their implementation for our customers focusing on performance, quality, management of SLAs and costs. Who are you?

OK, as an experienced project or program manager you know that collaboration is key to succeed in this position. You are a natural team player who leads projects with great communication skills, a cooperative mindset and a pragmatic approach. However, you also know when and how to stand your ground. You do not shy away from setting clear expectations - combined with an empathic and friendly way of communicating.

We believe you have a 5-year degree (Master / Engineer) and significant experience in project management. You have worked with the delivery of complex and multi-technology systems in the IT and software world. Agile methodologies are part of your DNA and you like to structure projects accordingly. You know the difference between a SaaS and an on-premises approach. To coordinate these key points with your project team, product owners, the engineering team and our customer comes naturally to you.

Teamet

Du kommer att vara en del av vårt Supply chain team och samarbeta nära vår produktionsavdelning för att tillsammans säkerställa att våra kunder får en snabb, korrekt och kvalitativ leverans av sina beställningar. Vi är ett litet team på lager, men vi har ett viktigt uppdrag i att se till att allt från mottag, lagring och transport av varor till/från Nexus, fungerar smidigt. Vad ska du göra på Nexus?

Så, vad är det du kommer att göra? Vi skickar plastkort, nyckelbrickor och mycket mer, men några exempel är ID06-korten som alla använder på byggarbetsplatser, eller de passerkort du använder på större företag. Vi tar emot beställningarna, producerar, plockar ordern (till exempel ett kort tillsammans med en korthållare) och ser till att det levereras i tid.

Låter det enkelt? Långt därifrån! I vårt lager har vi tusentals komponenter som behöver vara på rätt plats och vid rätt tidpunkt. Du ansvarar för att hålla kontroll över dessa produkter och registrera rätt antal i vårt ERP-system. Parallellt ser du också till att vi paketerar rätt produkter och skickar sakerna till våra kunder, till rätt adress och i tid. Det här är viktigt, för om vi inte levererar som vi borde spelar inget annat roll.

Rollen i korthet

- Plocka och packa de produkter som behövs för våra kundordrar och se till att de levereras snyggt förpackade och i tid

What will you be doing at Nexus

You will be our first Customer Success Manager supporting and expanding our business in France, meaning that you will have a big role in the implementation journey. You will work close with your leader to develop strategies and plan for how we want to practice and grow our business in this emerging market. The customers/project you support will, however, not be limited to only French customers.

In your day-to-day work you will be managing the customer lifecycle and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both new and existing customers. You make sure that our customers understand and experience the value of our products/services throughout the duration of their journey together with us.

You also work closely with the sales organization to pick up on customer leads or business opportunities and handle quotations. You provide and use customer feedback to develop and up-sale our product portfolios.

You will also:

- Support customers with ongoing assistance, requests, and renewals

- Train customers and internal stakeholders so they can optimize their activities using our products
- Administrate customer data, making sure contracts/agreements are up to date

As a Customer Success Agent at Nexus, you primarily work with order management and onboarding of our Nexus Go Card customers. This means that you, through knowledge and dedication, will have an important role in maintaining a professional experience for both new and existing customers, from start-up to order placement and final delivery of our services.

With a broad understanding of our products/solutions you will also support with and identify current and additional needs of existing customers and provide the solutions. This includes finding new sales opportunities, up-selling via e-mail and telephone.

- Registering new costumers and products into our service portal
- Price requests and quotes from/to our customers
- Creating customer-specific articles/documentation

- Work with and maintain our Marketing automation platform: creating and documenting workflows, setting up automation emails, answer any general questions from Nexus sales team etc.
- Work with the websites: creating event landing pages, adding partner pages, creating posts, draft new pages, coordinating translations & adding new content.

- Plan and organizing promotional presentations.

Dina huvuduppgifter är att felsöka och besvara våra kunders ärenden på ett snabbt och professionellt sätt via vårt ticket-system, i telefon och på mejl. Du har en central roll i hela supportkedjan, från beställning till leverans, genom att registrera in nya kunder, granska beställningsinformation (t.ex. fotogranskning) innan korten skrivs ut samt hantera eventuella returer och återkrav.

What will you be doing at Nexus?

As compliance is key in the security industry, you will play a very important role in Nexus! Which areas of compliance you will focus on depends on your interests, previous skill sets and the needs of our internal and external stakeholders. Some areas you will cover are supporting our sales and legal departments to ensure we live according to our contracts and customer expectations. This can involve everything from ensuring we are compliant with our previous certifications (ISO27001, TISAXs) to make sure we succeed in future certifications (an aspiration of ISO9001 certification is on the horizon). You will lead Nexus GDPR-work forward and you have the role of Nexus’ Data protection officer.

Don’t worry, you will not be alone. You will collaborate closely with our CISO, general counsel and your expert colleagues in IN Groupe. One thing is sure, in this role at Nexus you will not only sit at your desk and write policies (even though it is of course an important part of the role) - you are the spokesperson for your area and you ensure to stay close to the business at all times.

We take compliance seriously and we also see information security and GDPR as a business opportunity for our solutions and you will take part in product and service development iterations as the data protection and data privacy expert to advise for the best possible trusted user experience.

Sabina, CHRO, is looking for you, who wants to help, support and challenge her in the journey we have before us. Nexus is a dynamic, pragmatic and sometimes (a bit) chaotic environment, in a global setting. We consist of around 300 skilled employees and we produce software solutions within cyber security (yupp, it’s as cool as it sounds!).

You will join the HR-team either in Stockholm, Sweden, or Ettlingen, Germany.

What will you be doing at Nexus?

As a HR BP you will have your own business area where you work in close liaison with the business. In this role that is our awesome Engineering/R&D unit and you will team up with the VP of Engineering, Tazrian, and her Engineering managers.

As you surely know, the HR BP role is two sided. One part is representing the company, implementing and improving the global HR processes and make sure that would should be in place really is in place in your business unit. The second part is to make sure Tazrian and her gang of merry men and women have all they need to win. You will have the end-to-end responsibility for all HR-things within Engineering, supporting managers in four countries in Europe and India. When things are a bit more “back to normal” you are expected to travel to our different sites.

Our HR philosophy is one-part agile HR, questioning and improving every step we take to ensure we are adding value to the company. One part compliance and formalities to ensure we deliver on the high set regulations a security company needs to have. And lastly, one part is teamwork. We are a small, agile HR-team and you will be contributing in everything from tough strategic discussion and sounding board with your leaders, as well as pull up your sleeves doing admin, reference checks or just some falling-through-the-cracks kind of stuff. Who are you?

This gig is not your first HR rodeo! You have solid experience, in a role as HR Business Partner or similar. Nexus SmartID Certificate Manager (https://doc.nexusgroup.com/display/PUB/Smart+ID+Certificate+Manager) is a flexible and scalable Certificate Authority (CA) software portfolio and is fast growing in the use of Internet of Things (IoT). It’s used for managing electronic identities for intelligent cars, charging infrastructure, telecommunication devices and many other things. To grow with the market, we need to become even better in deploying to the cloud, deliver it as a Service and modernizing the code.

Therefore, we are looking for a strong Java developer who would like to be a DevOps evangelist within the team. This mean that you will help and drive the DevOps story whenever you get a chance and to ensure that the team has the knowledge they need, because this is not a one man show and we move forward as a unit. The role is all about enabling the team to move forward in this journey.

Your main focus will of course be the day-to-day feature driven development we all do and you will take part of all the steps of the Scrum cycle, from sprint planning to retros.

What will you be doing at Nexus?

You will join the team responsible for our SmartID Certificate Manager (https://doc.nexusgroup.com/display/PUB/Smart+ID+Certificate+Manager), a flexible and scalable Certificate Authority (CA) software. We are fast growing in the Internet of Things industry and our CA is used for managing electronic identities for intelligent cars, charging infrastructure, telecommunication devices and many other “things”. Often consumed “as-a-Service". This leads to some not-so-traditional-feature-development-tasks. Which means this is not your typical just-sit-at-your-computer-producing-code kind of role.

In general, you will have three main focuses.

First and foremost, you WILL be part of the feature development team, working agile and as DevOpsie as we can. You will take part of all stages of the scrum cycle, learning about concepts like PKI, hard core JAVA and general deploy in the cloud stuff.

Secondly, and this will really be your baby, you will be responsible (of course with tons of support) for the Trust Service Provider (TSP) part of the team. So, what the heck is TSP (sorry, this will be a long ad...) So, being an issuer of PKI certificates (i.e., the keys to the root kingdom for our customers) we are of course under A LOT of scrutiny to ensure we have the utmost secure setup when deploying these certificates (CAs). This involves a lot of pre-defined procedures and to be honest, some administration. Today this is a very manual process. Manual is either the most reliable setup (people make mistakes, software doesn’t) or the most scalable. We will not lie to you, in the beginning it will be a lot of manual configuration, ensuring we dot all the I's when deploying or making changes. But in time, you, together with the team, will transform this, to a scalable and as automated process, as possible.

The third part of this role is a pretty customer centric position, where you take the role as consultant in POCs, troubleshooting, patching and other end-customer kind of activities. This will not be a major part of your day to day, but it will give you a chance to get a sense of how our services are consumed, the customer pains etc.

Who are you?
We are strong believers in that greatness comes in many different forms. Therefore we will be a little fuzzy regarding your exact background (we don’t do “minimum of 10 years leader experience” or such). But we have some ideas.

First of all, we think you need to have SOME leadership experience. You will be responsible for 90 of our very valued people, so this can’t be your first rodeo.

Secondly, we do think you have a techie background. As stated above we are not big fans of PowerPoint leadership, you need to have gotten your hands dirty in the past. Third and maybe most important, you need to be the right person. You have a lean and DevOps mindset and always have the customer experience in focus. Basically, you can dive into details but have no problem with making the “big picture” decision.

You are the coach to your team so we can scale and accelerate the course of growth. You shall master building relationships with customer-centric stakeholders and give access to domain specific competence to our customers as in many cases they work with us as a partner. The line of work requires that you communicate effectively up, down, and laterally to ensure alignment of work. What would you be doing at Nexus

We have just done a transformation in our Finance department and we hope we can face 2021 stronger and more equipped with the challenges and possibilities that is connected to be part of a global group and an agile, fast moving tech company.

As stated above, you will be the first Business Controller in a while, therefore you will have an impact in forming the role. However, we see some areas you will be very involved in.

First of all, we want a Business Controller that is connected to the organization, at Nexus we talk about the importance of collaboration and this role is expected to do this often . One thing is to support our awesome salespeople to make data driven decisions.

You will also work close to Product management, supporting in pricing, cost analysis and taking part in investment discussions. We want to ensure responsible growth and you will be key to help us with this.

Together with our Financial Controller, Andreas, you will be responsible for our budget process ensuring follow-through in all our business units.

On top of this, you will take part of the ongoing discussion regarding constant improvement, P&L and the long-term roadmap of Nexus.

We don’t want to lie to you, it will be a lot of hard work, but you will also have the possibility to bring some real and lasting impact to Nexus. You will work side-by-side with our CFO and you will grow into a trusted advisor to the management team.

Who are you?

We believe you have a university degree within finance and that you have worked at least a couple of years as a Business Controller before.

You need to be a doer, be prepared to one day write a 50-page report to our owners, and the next sit down and explain how one should relate to a budget to a junior leader.

If you have worked within tech before, that’s a plus of course. If not, we are expecting a strong interest to learn. Nexus is not a company where you can stay within your bubble and be fine with that. You need to engage with the organization and to do this you need to understand the business.

We work in Hypergene and Dynamics, so if you are familiar with these systems, that's nice. But as long as you are a bit system-savvy you will do fine!

Lastly, we are a global player and you need to be unhindered in English. And don’t worry, we will not do a test on the first interview so if you are a bit rusty, that’s no problem. Just so you get up to speed in a couple of months. If you also know Swedish, German or French, that’s a major plus.

Henrik Hjelm, leader of our Infrastructure Service-team is looking for a Service Delivery Manager that will take the helm (yes, it’s a pun on Henrik’s last name) in our XaaS journey regarding all things customer wise (at least for the non-commercial parts).

We are a global company, with global customers, but this role will be located at our HQ at Telefonplan in southern Stockholm.

What will you be doing at Nexus.
The infrastructure team needs a person that can assume responsibility of the service delivery to our customers when it comes to billing, SLA, service review meetings, documentation ownership, project handovers and contribute as a project manager for some projects internally in the infra team.

That is the short version of it. But we think it’s important that you also know that you will be the first SDM at Nexus. This means you will need to be a builder rather than a janitor; you will be expected to set our course regarding SDM processes and best practice, adding value through Customer Engagement (one of Nexus guiding Principles). This could for example mean that you work with our legal department updating our SLAs.

You and Henrik will forge a power duo, working close and collaborating throughout the organization (Sales, Engineering, Product etc) to find out how SDMs fit in to the XaaS story, adding value for our customers and for us as a company.

Even though a lot needs to be decided moving forward, we still have some ideas what you will do:

- You will lead regular service review meetings with our customers where you ensure that we continuously deliver value to the customer as well as follow SLAs, service development, incident and potential problem reports.
- Ensure that we deliver the best services possible to our customers and according to the agreed contract using our analytics tools, as well as regular surveys
- Be responsible for customer specific documentation and agreements
- Ensure the billing department have correct information regarding transactions and billable hours, as well as heading the journey of taking our billing solutions to the next level.
- As the managed services team is onboarding more and more 'as a service' customers, this role can also fulfil the role of infra project manager, especially in the first 18 months (if we would guess)


When we say we are a security company, we are not messing around. Who are you?
As you might have guessed this position requires quite a bit of experience from you. This is not your first rodeo and you know how the SDM job is done! And you like the idea to spread that know-how to the rest of the organisation (and management team) as well.

Nexus delivers powerful products and services, within a niche area in tech/sec. And you need to understand our product to do your job well, therefore we are pretty sure you have worked in tech before.

You also have a business mindset and can quantify the value you are adding, to explain and prioritize your actions.

You will join a team of dedicated and skilled colleagues. We are also in the midst of expanding the team, you might have seen that we are looking for several new team members. This means you will have the chance to be part of forming the global team and to bring your good ideas to life!

Even though much focus is on new deliveries, you will also handle change requests and extensions of our existing long-term customers solution.

Who are you?
This is a complex and important role and you will handle high demanding customers and powerful technical solutions. Therefore, we think you have some mileage behind you. At the same time, as stated, we are in the middle of building a team. Which means that we are looking for both the PKI expert, as well as the young talent looking for the next step in her’s/he’s career. But as some sort of baseline we believe you have a strong technical background with a university degree or matching experience or training; a system admin with security background might be a great fit as well!

We think it’s important that you have worked with requirement analyses, writing technical specifications and are familiar with frameworks like BPMN and ITIL before (again, as some sort of base line for these role). If you have experience with PKI, IT Security and Certificate Management, that’s great. Mostly because then you might already have an idea how cool the concepts are. If not, we will show you!
