Your main Responsibilities:
Work with business leaders in assigned business units/functions and translate business strategies into organizational priorities and plans; identify future business demands/opportunities with a P&C aspect and deploy solutions that impact business success.
Act as Change Enabler by providing proactive support to successfully plan and implement business transformations and other strategic organizational change programs.
Based on current and future business needs, drive strategic talent planning in assigned business units/functional teams, deploy talent strategy sustaining a well-developed, diverse pipeline of talent delivering a strong succession for critical positions.
Coach all levels of managers on people strategy, including organizational design, career development, coaching, recognition, performance management, etc.
Develop a positive work environment in assigned departments through implementing effective interventions like cultural transformation, collaboration improvement, employee well-being, diversity and inclusion.
Analyze and interpret key people data to identify trends and talent needs; communicate findings and recommendations to the business.
In collaborations with subject matter experts, contribute to the development and roll-out of P&C policies and programs (e.g., talent, L&D, compensation, etc.).
Contribute to productive labor relations by assisting people leaders within assigned business units with employee and labor relations matters, compliance with company policies and employment laws.


Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or Organization Development or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partnering role within multinational organizations, ideally for a multi-functional, multi-line-of-business organization.
Exceptional internal client relationship management skills, experience in building relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders, ability to influence decision makers.
Well-versed in HR disciplines: talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, organizational development, change management, learning and leadership development, employee engagement, etc.
Strong project management and execution skills.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action.
Sound knowledge of Swedish labor law, experience in trade unions negotiations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Swedish is an advantage.
Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications.

Who Can Apply?

A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).

Du blir en av sex medarbetare på QC-labbet och kommer att arbeta kvällsskift. Tjänsten innefattar både kvalitetskontroller och testkörningar i produktionen.

Arbetsuppgifter
Genomföra nikotinanalyser med UPLC-teknik.
Utföra daglig kontroll av färdigblandningar och färdigvaror (pH, fukt, aW-analyser) samt etikettkontroller mot specifikationer.
Delta vid produkttester och genomföra produkt-audits.
Analysera och återrapportera till produktionen vid eventuella avvikelser.
Bedöma och utvärdera data från dagliga analyser.
Arbeta proaktivt med att utveckla arbetsmetoder och analysrutiner.


Kvalifikationer
Eftergymnasial utbildning inom naturvetenskap eller motsvarande förvärvad kunskap.
2–3 5 års erfarenhet av praktiskt laboratoriearbete.
Flytande svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Erfarenhet av digitala system, t.ex. LIMS och MS365.
Strukturerad och noggrant arbetssätt.


Meriterande
Utbildning som biomedicinsk analytiker eller högskoleingenjör med inriktning mot kemi.
Yrkeserfarenhet av UPLC.
Erfarenhet från ackrediterad verksamhet.
Erfarenhet från livsmedelsindustrin.

Role summary:
We’re looking for a Business Planning Manager to lead the business planning team, supporting the Nordics markets with forecasting, scenario planning and actionable input on our strategic challenges. You will act as a business partner for market and cluster leadership advising on business and operational strategy, co?managing risks and opportunities, and supporting achievement of market targets.

Your day to day:
Effectively manage and coach a team of analysts, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of team deliverables.

What you bring:
Storytelling and the ability to understand the data to make informed business decisions, and tell compelling data stories.
Deep understanding of data, and how data drives decision making in resource allocation.
Extensive financial knowledge and experience across a range of markets and categories.
Strategic mindset, with a demonstrable record of shaping business, marketing and commercial data analytics.


Your experience:
Degree in Business, Finance or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance (preferably in FMCG)
Experience of people management and ability to lead a team in a high-pressure environment.
Fluent in English
Knowledge of PMI financial systems is a strong plus.


To be successful in this role, you should be adept at building and maintaining business models to support diverse scenarios, with strong analytical skills to investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements. Role summary:
We’re looking for a Commercial Deployment Lead to drive the cross-functional deployment of commercial initiatives, ensuring all activities are aligned with our overarching Commercial Plan. In this role, you will set priorities for the Deployment Plan, coordinate with key stakeholders, and use data-driven insights to optimize our commercial strategies and execution.


Your day to day:
You’ll be the driving force behind our commercial deployment plans, working hand-in-hand with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and other teams to make sure every initiative supports our business goals. You’ll coordinate the roll-out of new products and sales cycles, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Using a variety of commercial data sources—like sales figures, market segmentation, and competitor insights—you’ll shape our deployment strategies and keep everyone aligned. You’ll set and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly sharing progress and learnings with management and stakeholders to keep us moving forward.
You’ll also take ownership of trade presentations for product launches, creating compelling materials and delivering them to Key Accounts and Regional Sales Managers. By gathering feedback and fostering collaboration, you’ll continuously improve how we communicate our value and deployment plans.

What you bring:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience from the FMCG industry within field sales, marketing, commercial deployment, sales planning, or trade marketing (minimum 5 years).
Fluency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Great analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

We are now recruiting for a new Procurement Account Lead to join our outstanding Indirect Materials and Services (IM&S) Procurement team, to be based in Stockholm!


Your purpose –
As Procurement Account Lead, you will manage assigned categories as a leader and a strategic point of reference with a commercially focused and customer-centric approach. By providing proactive procurement expertise you will assure, protect and bring value to PMI, at the same time you will collaborate daily with a variety of functional partners to build and deliver plans that meet market needs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the procurement organisation delivers an adaptable and agile partnership that delivers an optimum mix 'product availability-quality-service level-price'.

Your ‘day to day’ –
Stakeholder Engagement & Customer Centricity: Meet regularly with business partners to build collaborative relationships and to understand their needs and objectives. Align local, regional and global sourcing plans and influence collaborators to deploy global or regional initiatives locally.
Industry, Market and Supplier Strategy: Apply industry knowledge to regularly benchmark and anticipate business needs for sourcing strategies.
Demand Management and Sourcing Plans: Translate business requirements into actionable plans by capturing potential long-term opportunities and mitigating risks. Contribute to PMI’s regional and local strategy definition and include global and regional sourcing strategies in local plans.
Negotiation & Partnership: Master tools to coordinate and steer negotiations and proactively build levers. Align with partners on expected outcomes and foster cross-functional collaboration to implement efficient initiatives like offshoring, outsourcing and process optimization.
Contractual Framework: Monitor legal templates to encompass local legislative requirements, Business’ needs, IP rights, RSP Principals, company protection and exclusivity clauses. Advise colleagues and internal stakeholders on the impact of relevant clauses for contracting.
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Segment the supply base and establish different types of supplier relationships based on defined criteria. Link supplier capabilities and local business and procurement objectives. Work with key suppliers on value creation and risk reduction initiatives.
Procurement model & Compliance: Contribute to the Procure-to-Pay process: understand how different functional processes interact with each other and recommend relevant improvements; put in place key control measures and relevant targets to assure Procurement process compliance and efficiency at market/cluster level.

Your purpose –
Within this position, you will own the procurement function in the Nordics, acting as a leader and a point of reference. Your ‘day to day’ –

Align local sourcing plans with regional plans according to Cluster direction and influence internal partners to deploy global or regional initiatives locally.
Coordinate and steer critical negotiations to drive business needs and proactively build levers. Anticipate results and align with collaborators on possible outcomes.
Collaborate closely with budget owners (MD -1) and Finance colleagues during budgeting process, providing market insights, and drive value initiatives that protect local affiliate Margins.
For non-critical services or goods, accurately balance the usage of customized contractual frameworks versus Purchase Orders to meet Company objectives of speed and time-to-market.
Encourage a Lean way of working and ensure effective transfer of non-core procurement sourcing processes to SSC (if applicable) or/and effective deployment of Regional/Global Procurement Models.
Efficiently handle remote teams and optimally leverage Procurement operations centres.
Review the Affiliate’s business proposals for consistency with laws and company policies. Participate on project teams, ensuring that their decisions and recommendations ensure the legal interests of the company, and implement decisions to achieve objectives on a timely basis.


Who we’re looking for –

Direct experience of Procurement Category Management supporting Marketing, Sales, or Commercial business partners across the Nordic region with evidence of effective relationships and influencing strategy.

About the Role

Have extended knowledge of market research methodologies such as product testing, segmentation, conjoint analysis, brand equity, as well as concept, packaging and communication testing etc.
Skilled in digital tools (e.g., Python, PowerBI, Tableau).
Strong communicator who can turn data into compelling stories and recommendations.

Previous experience in FMCG category and/or research agency is a plus.

Who you are

Who We Are Looking For:

Role summary:
In this role you will take charge of sourcing equipment (production and utilities), construction, and related services for highly complex CAPEX projects. You’ll ensure timely availability at optimal cost, while aligning with internal requirements and external market dynamics
You’ll deploy the Global Technical Procurement (TP) strategy and lead the analysis needed to shape the Regional TP strategy—focusing on supply security, cost efficiency, and sustainability. Gather regularly Regional demand and Regional specifics to be provided to Global TP Category managers to be taken into account in development of Global TP strategy, yearly negotiations with OEMs and execution of Global RFxs.
Execute Regional Sourcing Plan by leading biddings for production equipment within high complex CAPEX projects within consolidated projects based on Regional TP strategy, business demand, contribution targets and compliance requirements to ensure consistent contribution pipeline, supply network efficiency (on time in full, quality, TCO) and sustainability. Negotiate optimal terms and conditions with strategic vendors/suppliers, leveraging know-how of the vendor/supplier market and global/regional cost base of assigned categories to achieve economies of scale.
Manage Regional strategic suppliers` s performance though SRM. Implement supplier relationship management through supplier onboarding/qualification, defining key aspects of performance, formulating and controlling principal initiatives aimed at supplier performance improvement corresponding to PMI expectations and strategy. This role is locally anchored for the Snus and Nicotine Pouch Category, where few/no global toolboxes exist and local design is essential due to unique Oral context in the Nordics. You will work close to cross-functional teams, including the Web & E-commerce Lead, Digital Solutions Lead, CRM team, Swedish Match Brand Retail, and external agencies located both in Sweden and global, to enhance digital touchpoints, improve organic and paid traffic, and optimize conversion rates. About the Team:
Join a dynamic group of six Regional Commercial Supervisors who lead and inspire a nationwide team of around 45 Sales Representatives. Together, you’ll drive commercial excellence across all product categories in the Swedish Match portfolio—from brand classics to innovative new launches. Role summary:
In this role, you’ll lead field execution, driving performance, sales, and consumer engagement for Sweden’s most iconic FMCG brands. Your “day to day”
Ensure that the sales team is selected, recruited, onboarded and managed incl. appraisals & objective setting for dire.ct reports.
Design and implement localized tactics for retailers’ engagement and ensure regional trade activation.
Ensure area sales performance (e.g., volume, sell-in, sell-out, SoM, productivity, brands mix, weighted distribution, out-of-stock).
Set and track performance targets for Front Liners as well as establishing and analyzing sales forecasting.
Manage local budget and distribution to Front Liners and assess their effectiveness.

Ensure team has access to necessary resources and that they understand what processes and scripts must be followed. Review and audit meetings and processes to ensure high quality conversations with consumers, and coach direct reports on their performance.
Hold regular meetings and build strong relationships with your direct reports. Maintain the engagement, motivation and performance of your team and be alert to stressful working conditions. Create a cohesive team environment to maximise efficiency.



Who you are
5+ years of experience in Sales Management, ideally from a matrix organization within the FMCG industry.
Proven ability to set strategic direction and drive results through clear goals, KPIs, and performance follow-up.
A solid understanding of Point of Sales (Pos) daily operations, Performance drives and customers, consumers and competition.
Experience working with multi-categories and ability to prioritize accordingly.
Confirmed experience managing teams, ideally field based.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Strong computer skills, particularly Excel.

Contribute by developing and driving comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and conversion across various direct and indirect digital channels.
Drive development of the Nordic-specific communication toolboxes (concept, visual, content, channel assets), in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and agencies.

Who you are:
• Minimum 4 years in Marketing, preferably in FMCG in an international environment.
• University degree in marketing, business economics or other relevant field.
• Documented experience of having successfully worked with brand communication, advertising, or related roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Very good strategic height and analytical ability but can work with details when required.
• Project management skills; structured and self-driven working style.

As a Product & Experience Delivery Specialist, you will be a part of the People & Culture team (our HR function) and work closely with your colleagues to secure that compensation, benefits, payroll and personnel administration activities are carried out with excellence and care. Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee and manage all compensation and benefits programs in the Nordic markets. This role includes leading legacy Swedish Match foundations, such as Profit-sharing and Pension foundations, managing legacy pension schemes including international and local executive pensions, and serving as the subject matter expert on compensation and benefits related to local collective bargaining agreements.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits Implementation:
Maintain and implement central compensation and benefits initiatives from PMI/SwM.
Adapt to changes and make recommendations based on local legislation and collective bargaining agreements.

Legacy Foundations Management:
Coordinate legacy Swedish Match foundations, including Profit-sharing and Pension foundations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and optimize the performance of these foundations.
Oversee investment strategies and financial performance of the foundations, ensuring sound financial management and growth.

Pension Schemes Administration:
Oversee the administration of legacy pension schemes in Sweden, including international schemes and local executive pensions.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of pension contributions and benefits.

Collective Bargaining Agreements:
Act as the subject matter expert on compensation and benefits related to local collective bargaining agreements.
Provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on collective bargaining matters.

Policy Compliance:
Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits policies and procedures, adhering to local laws and regulations.
Monitor changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs remain compliant and competitive.

Employee Communication and Support:
Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring they understand and appreciate the value of their total rewards package.
Provide support and guidance to employees on compensation and benefits-related inquiries.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on compensation and benefits metrics and initiatives.


Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the Nordic markets.
In-depth knowledge of Swedish compensation and benefits regulations, including collective bargaining agreements.
Experience managing legacy pension schemes and foundations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Swedish is essential, knowledge of another Scandinavian language a big plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
Financial literacy and a basic understanding of investments

Role summary:

Your “day to day”:
• Contribute to the business performance of the Nicotine Pouches (NP) Category at Nordic level, including category P&L in the cluster, Net Operating Revenue and Share of Market.
• Develop activation strategies and plans, including identifying target audience segments, engagement opportunities, tactics, and channels to drive brand awareness, strengthen brand image, foster brand loyalty and drive consumer engagement. Coordinate, align, co-develop with relevant markets within the cluster to secure integration in the market’s deployment strategies, following trade processes and market regulatory framework; subsequently prepare comprehensive brand communication plans to realize the strategy.
• Develop, manage and ensure deployment of consumer engagement and activation projects, campaigns, initiatives, and programs across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, direct retail, etc. as defined by Manager Integrated Marketing Activation within calendar brand marketing plans.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and channel leads across Nordics as well as external partners to create and deploy compelling activation concepts and assets and oversee omnichannel integration of activation efforts to ensure maximized visibility, amplified impact, consistency, and alignment across channels.
• Lead and manage assigned initiatives and projects.
• Manage and develop efficient working relationships with agencies including briefs and budgets.
• Act as SPOC in various market channel forums to align plans and secure local exaction according to brand guidelines

Who you are:
Minimum 6+ years in Marketing, activation, consumer engagement or related roles, preferably in FMCG in an international environment.

Role summary:
As Manager Portfolio for the Inhalable category (Heat-not-Burn and Vape) in the Nordic cluster, you are responsible for deploying the product portfolio through tailored propositions that meet the specific needs of each consumer segment, with a focus on enhancing consumer lifetime value. You define the portfolio roadmap and lead all related portfolio planning and development activities to achieve growth and profitability targets for the category.
You work closely with Global, Regional, and Cluster/Market stakeholders to align on strategic direction and budget planning, ensuring the category receives the necessary support to meet its bold growth objectives. Additionally, you are in charge of developing the pricing and promotional strategy to strengthen the category’s market position.
You will also lead a team of 3 Brand Managers.

Your “day to day”
• Contribute to the business performance of the category at Nordic level, including responsibility for the category P&L in the cluster, Net Operating Revenue (including volume / mix and pricing) and Share of Market.
• Lead the Nordic Category Portfolio Strategy which provides input to the company's Long-Range Plan while ensuring the analysis of current situation and identify opportunities for growth and/or sustained profitability. Ensure developed strategies are coordinated, aligned, co-developed with all Markets within the Nordics, and integrated in the market’s deployment strategies, following trade windows and market regulatory framework; subsequently prepare comprehensive product launch plans to realize the approved strategy.
• Develop Annual Brand Plans, Must Win Battles and 1+3-year strategies. Participate in the Long-Range-Plans (LRP) development to tackle major business opportunities/issues identified through analysis and feed into the Original Budget / Long Range Plan.
• Develop the cluster portfolio roadmap, with collaboration and under the guidance of the relevant category teams, as well as working close with Manager Integrated Brand Marketing and Head of Inhalable. • Propose Pricing Strategy together with Head of Category and align with Nordic market commercial leads.

The Brand Manager for the Snus category will be responsible for:

Role Summary
As a Demand Planner you will be a part of the team supporting the Nordic markets with Demand and Supply Chain planning from factories to stores. You will have direct and indirect contact with internal partners, factories, and other markets. As a part Swedish Match, you will always strive for improvements in processes and identify areas where we could develop.
On your day-to-day work, you will be in charge of, but not limited to, the following tasks and projects:
• Demand Planning - Forecasting
• Control and project inventory levels, ensuring optimal replenishment and availability of finished goods

Who we’re looking for
• A degree or postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields will be an advantage
• 5+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
• Ability to prepare and lead IBP process, with project management skills being a strong plus
• S&OP; / IBP experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English are required, knowledge of a Nordic language would be a plus.

Who you are

Enhance business connections with suppliers through regular evaluations. Coordinate with collaborators to track critical suppliers' performance. Schedule meetings to set and track goals.

Main responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s Nordic websites, ensuring they align with brand, e-commerce, and digital strategy goals.
Develop and manage a website content strategy, including content updates, landing pages, and product pages.
Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata management, and technical SEO improvements to enhance organic search performance.
Work with digital agency and brand team to create engaging web content that aligns with brand guidelines.
Analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve user experience, engagement, and retention. Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and UX analytics tools to implement data-driven improvements.
Evaluate online users’ behaviour to deliver engaging online experiences via constant Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques
Monitor website performance, uptime, and loading speeds, ensuring optimal site functionality.
Regularly report on key website KPIs and provide actionable insights and strategies for continuous improvement and content improvement
Collaborate with the Digital Solutions team to implement new features, functionalities, and integrations that enhance site performance.
Ensure compliance with web security, data privacy (GDPR), and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites


Who you are
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years in digital marketing and ecommerce (ideally acquired on retailing side or manufacturer, or at another key ecommerce category; durables/tech)
• General knowledge and understanding of the IT-technical aspects of E-commerce. Very good knowledge of the digital environment (incl. consumer journey and behavior) and platforms
• Strong expertise with CMS tools, preferably Optimizely
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM and digital marketing tools
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in analyzing and reporting on channel performance metrics

Role Summary:

2-3 years of experience in the field of supply chain in an internationally operating (FMCG) company.
Knowledgeable and passionate about the Logistics, Sales & Distribution environment.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (SAP knowledge is a plus).

Your main Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate in-store trade activities from initial planning through to flawless execution, working closely with store leads and internal teams. Develop guidelines for employees to ensure consistency in execution and adherence to brand standards. Ensure that all in-store activations align with the overall brand and marketing strategies, driving alignment across D2C online and offline channels.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of professional experience from working in FMCG and/or experience from working within retail.

Role summary:
Direct Retail (DR) consists of 3 Brand Stores, 3 Shop-In-Shops and 1 IQOS branded retail. The Community Specialist role is to foster and nurture the relationships within DR’s department, our internal stakeholders, and our visitors. Through strategic communication, event planning and tracking of consumer insights and employee feedback, the Community Specialist is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional environment. Ultimately the role will contribute to the company’s growth through the community members expertise, and the visitors’ satisfaction.


This is a fixed term contract until 31st of August 2025.

Your main Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and operate DR’s onboarding program.
Support product launches and brand activations by planning, coordinating and performing enticing community trainings, and B2B-events.
On a regular basis visit the stores to coach the teams and secure compliance with overall concepts. Identify and implement improvements in ways-of-working.
Conduct internal communication (e.g. cascading talking points, regular newsletters and updates) and encourage community interaction across all teams.
Planning and coordination of regular team activities, and yearly conferences.
Actively engage with internal stakeholders and implement commonalities in D2C online/ offline.
Monitor DR’s target consumers and leverage consumer insights into recommendations for our overall business development.
Support in talent acquisition of DR’s own employees in collaboration with Supervisor Retail Operations, Team Lead Stores.
Actively market DR’s community in internal channels (e.g. Viva engage, Webcasts, Sales Conferences).
Responsible for tracking customer experience through regular Mystery Shopping, and closely monitoring teams’ overall satisfaction. Follow-up results, propose and plan enhancements with Team Lead Stores.


Requirements:
University degree in marketing/economics/management or equivalent, and/or relevant professional experience within the retail/consumer experience industry.
Documented experience from working in FMCG and/or working with online-or offline communities is considered a merit.
Ability to lead and entice groups.
Good communication skills, verbal and written in both Swedish and English.
Documented experience in concept development, marketing and internal communication.
Experience from analyzing business and consumer insights and translate them into actionable initiatives.
Very strong drive and with proven ability to create results and the ability to challenge Status quo in a constructive and productive way

Administrative capacity, and highly structured with analytical skills and a strategic perspective.

About the role
As a Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to manage the Flagship Store, based in downtown Stockholm, and its team to ensure smooth and successful day to day operations. The aim is to secure and maintain iconic brand experiences through a high level of consumer service and brand representation, and to drive traffic and sales.

Main accountabilities:
Lead, support and develop team members and lead by example in accordance with our values and principles.
Responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of new team members (in collaboration with the Community Specialist).
Build commitment & engagement within the teams and aim for superior D2C (direct to consumer) experiences.
Responsible for store overall operations (e.g. order management, stock inventory, cleaning and merchandising, scheduling, administration).
Ensure compliance with Brand Store concepts, marketing code, and ways of working within legal framework.
Conduct regular team meetings to secure engagement, review progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with the department’s objectives.
Secure efficient implementation of in-store activities/ product launches, in accordance with commercial plan.
Propose store costs and personnel budgets, follow-up and report on a regular basis.
Monitor and report on Flagship Store’s business targets and KPI’s (e.g. consumer satisfaction, traffic, sales, consumer insights). Propose necessary actions to increase results.


Who you are:
• University degree in marketing/economics/management or equivalent, and/or three years of relevant professional experience within the retail/consumer experience industry.
• Experience in store management, with proven successful results.

Role summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) for E-tailers is responsible for achieving business results in Sweden's E-tailer channel. The role will develop strategies that align with objectives, focusing on both long- and short-term goals. It is crucial for the role to establish and maintain positive relationships with decision-makers and collaborators, in order to improve the company's position in the specific channel. The role will also propose ideas, strategies, and investment plans to support business growth and develop partnerships within the channel.

Your main Responsibilities:
Improve the consumer experience within the channel and attain channel P&L, commercial performance, and NPS by implementing commercial programs, projects, and initiatives. Drive ongoing optimization of E-tailer channel performance and operational efficiency.
Activate and lead the E-tailer channel to trade the portfolios, ensuring executional excellence and delivering commercial performance.
Increase sales of our brand portfolio on E-tailer Key Accounts by prioritizing metrics like volume, share of market (SoM), and product visibility.
Work cross-functionally to create tailored national KA trade programs in the E-tailer channel. Take advantage of business-building possibilities, improve communication potential, and encourage information exchange.
Ensure consistent monitoring of Key Accounts’ compliance programs and contract conditions, agreeing upon and undertaking timely improvement actions to improve performance against agreed objectives.
Use E-tailers to offer specific consumer services such as lead generation, registration, lending/trial, and replacements.
Initiate specific E-tailer channel analysis of sales, brand performance, promotion, and distribution issues to address them in business development activities.
Ensure business fundamentals in terms of reach, distribution, availability, and fulfillment of the defined portfolio in the E-tailer Channel.
Develop and recommend trade events and conferences in the E-tailer Channel, reinforcing communication and partnership with KAs, and generating customers' goodwill and dedication.
Deploy brand guidelines, marketing programs, toolboxes, and consumer experience guidelines in the E-tailer Channel.
Define and propose an investment strategy for the E-tailer Channel with prioritization of resources.
Implement product display standards in the E-tailer Channel that align with merchandising principles, prioritize brands, and improve brand awareness and sales.


Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in key accounts, preferably in FMCG or retail. Experience in other sales functions and/or cross functional roles.
Proven experience of successfully transforming strategic insights into commercial initiatives
Excellent strategic competence and analytical ability, with the capacity to focus on details when necessary.
Strong collaborator skills and a track record of creating cross-functional success.
Outstanding project management skills, demonstrated through a structured and self-driven working style.
Extensive business insight and financial knowledge, with a proven track record in budget management and P&L analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Role Summary:
We are now looking for a Tax Analyst who will handle tax matters and related processes in the Nordics in a compliant, efficient, and effective manner.

Main accountabilities:
· Be up to date with relevant legislation and execute best in class operational Tax processes for Tax reporting, Tax provision, transfer pricing, indirect and direct tax compliance.
· Execute and ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax filings obligations in the respective markets. Ensure timely payment and/or refund of all tax obligations.
· Advisory and trainings provided to respective teams in the organization in the tax area to assure proper tax risk mitigation.
· Ensure proper system set up and master data related set up for tax processes
· Continuous streamlining of the tax processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
· Support the tax audits and communication with the Fiscal Authorities

Role summary:
The Key Account Coordinator will support the commercial team of Swedish Match Nordics in building and maintaining strong cooperation with assigned major Swedish retail chains and wholesalers, to reach short- and long-term business objectives, and to deliver sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities:
• Support and develop the investment strategy & contract negotiations, and ensure compliance of client agreements through regular monitoring
• Support and lead the development of competitive account strategies & activation plans, in line with the defined channel strategies, to deliver market share increase and profitability
• Coordinate the preparation and implementation of commercial programs & initiatives for these accounts, by ensuring proper communication of brand cycles, new brand launches and line extensions, to maintain superior brand support and flawless execution of designated activities
• Identify and capture business building opportunities, by regularly measuring and analyzing programs performance and effectiveness, benchmark against competitors’ activities in the channel to identify and address potential opportunities for upgrades and improvements
• Capitalize on professional expertise in channel trends to ensure sustainable competitive advantage of programs and channel management tools
• Support Key Account Managers and Head of Key Accounts in the definition of channel strategies, providing improvement suggestions to sustain current and ensure future growth.

Requirements
· Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or equivalent higher education
· Proficiency in Swedish and English
· Experience of Swedish trade environment and category management practices, with demonstrable experience in FMCG / Sales / Retail or a commercial role
· Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results
· Outstanding collaborative working (legal, compliance, marketing…)
· Mobile and willing to travel around Sweden (transport provided)
· Excel, Word, PowerPoint & strong ability to use advanced reporting tools
· Experience in NielsenIQ & Nielsen Spaceman
· Experience from corporate budget management
· High technical capabilities
