Star Stable is looking for a Back Office and Community Moderator to our amazing Customer Service team! This is a new position and will be essential in helping our company keep players’ needs front and center. The main focus in this role will be to ensure fantastic customer service, by assisting our outsourced 1st line team and provide them with information, cause of problems and explanation on what would be the best solution to solve the problem. What you will do:

- Managing responses to incoming queries escalated from the Front Line, and assist them in providing the player with the best solution to their query
- Keeping track of ticket volume and assist 1st line with incoming queries from players if needed
- Maintaining Star Stable's localized Social media pages per your associated languages, including posting regular content, monitoring and responding to comments, and replying to direct messages.
- Providing daily support of customer case management and sharing relevant information of news, changes, bugs, issues, releases etc. from across divisions internally to the Front Line team
- Actively participate in meetings and other forums to ensure that Customer Support and Community perspective is voiced
- Being proactive and contribute with ideas and feedback to relevant departments to ensure the players and their experiences are heard
- Act as a public-facing representative for Star Stable by supporting our beliefs and values

The PO will work with their team to determine the best way to structure and deliver based on the complexity of the problems they are solving in the product.

In this role you will create tactics for product development that are in line with the product’s vision and strategy. This means that you will break down work for optimal player / product value, and prioritize and maintain the team’s backlog. You will work closely with all stakeholders in evaluating the progress of the product and to understand customer needs - and therefore product value.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has extensive experience (5+ years) in product ownership / product management / program management
- Is an excellent communicator with natural leadership skills as you will be managing stakeholders and the team
- Has preferably worked with games as a service on mobile, or in a mobile subscription service as a producer / product manager but mainly has taken product(s) to market on mobile
- Has a deep understanding of player segments and their needs and motivations
- Advocates agile values and principles and has the ability to navigate technical complexity
- Has strong commercial acumen

A Test Engineeris a key person in our organisation as they are responsible for shaping the way we perform automated testing and building quality into the product as early as possible. We have ambitious plans for the coming year that include expansion into Mobile, higher volumes of traffic, and becoming much more efficient in our speed of delivery. Since our launch, we have been growing fast and now we’re in need of an experienced Systems Designer to join our team! As a Systems Designer at Star Stable, you will own system design, economy and balancing for Star Stable Online as well as exciting new projects in the works. This includes both designing and implementing new systems and redesigning preexisting "live" systems within the game.
