Om rollen


Vi söker en driven och teknikintresserad Elektrifieringsexpert med fokus på System, Mjukvara och Hårdvara. I den här rollen kommer du att vara en nyckelspelare i att designa och optimera elektriska system för framtidens mobila maskiner.
Vad du kommer att göra:
Designa och optimera: Du kommer att välja och integrera komponenter som motorer, växelriktare (invertrar), DCDC-omvandlare och ombordladdare (OBC) för att skapa system som möter våra kunders specifika behov och prestandakrav.
Samarbeta nära: Arbeta axel mot axel med våra innovativa OEM-kunder i Norden, från idé till implementerad lösning.
Utvecklas: Delta i långsiktiga och komplexa projekt som utmanar dig att växa i din expertroll.





Kravspecifikation


Vi ser gärna att du är en civilingenjör (eller har motsvarande examen) inom exempelvis Elektroteknik, Maskinteknik, Teknisk Fysik eller liknande. Du har ett genuint intresse och nyfikenhet för elektrifiering och ny teknik.
Vi uppskattar om du har:
En grundläggande förståelse för hur elektriska system fungerar, från komponentnivå till helhet, speciellt inom områden som motorstyrning, kraftelektronik (invertrar, DCDC), batteriteknik eller termisk hantering.
Ett intresse för eller erfarenhet av mjukvaruutveckling, då det är en viktig del i att styra och optimera våra system.
Kunskap om eller ett stort intresse för mobila maskiners applikationer – tänk bygg- och anläggningsmaskiner eller liknande.

What you’ll do
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer at our office in Gothenburg, to support with the "Real Time Applications" product portfolio. Facing a vast variety of customer requests, you answer questions regarding our products and support customers to use them effectively. Working together with an international team of engineers, you will conduct analyses and work together with the developers to develop and propose solutions for customers.

• Awareness for automotive quality requirements (e.g., MISRA C, HIS) and process frameworks (e.g., aASPICE, ISO26262).
• Familiarity with embedded systems design and low-level hardware interactions, ideally with TriCore, ARM, PowerPC and Renesas architectures as well as embedded operating systems like OSEK/AUTOSAR OS

Training part of the role
Reporting to the Regional Business Director, this role is based in Sweden preferably positioned close to commutable distance to Danish office in Ballerup. It will also require travelling to see customers (e.g. power tool users, dealers, etc.), attend trade shows and exhibitions in the Nordics, trade bodies, and as required to PT HQ near Stuttgart.
The PT Training Manager will be required to conceive strategy, and a resultant training plan that provides stakeholders inside Bosch (including sales and marketing personnel) and external to Bosch (including retailers and users), with face-to-face training sessions and courses, but more emphatically remote training via virtual 'digital' channels.
In the execution of the above, the role will require working closely with central training to ensure alignment with over-arching strategies, whilst ensuring requirements specific to local needs are met as far as possible; the training scope spans professional power tools, accessories and measuring tools with audiences’ requirements ranging from elementary to more advanced levels.
The role will take responsibility for the Power Tools Training Centre in Denmark and Sweden and its related resources, including cost centre management, management of the facility, inventory control, day-to-day use thereof, and other related duties.
The role requires extensive travel within the Nordic region.
The role will potentially grow and will include supervision of additional Power Tools Trainers in the region whose role will be to support the PT Training Manager.

Your contribution to something big,
- Supporting bicycle dealers in Sweden with the aim to penetrate the Bosch brand in the bicycle trade and increase loyalty to the Bosch brand
- Technical support for the dealer
- Support in resolving problem cases, de-escalation, troubleshooting
- On-site assessment for guarantees / warranties / gestures of goodwill
- Organizing and conducting regional training
- Determine sales opportunities in the market for the Bosch eBike System; identify needs of the market (dealers, end-users) through specialized consulting.
- Implementation of marketing measures of “Bosch System-equipped” eBikes for the bicycle dealer, including:
- Training and specialized advice to the dealers on site
- Implementation of regional communication measures and dealer-specific activities such as local exhibitions, dealer fairs, road shows, etc.
- Implementation of “dealer partner concept” (Dealer Loyality program)
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of the market and competitive situation (technology, country-specific, regulatory environment) and derivation of new product ideas and market opportunities
- Identify development trends (e.g. competitors) and feed this into the organization (development)

Warehouse & Transport
- Main contact between Bosch units and the warehouse & transport providers & Customs Office
- Coordinate daily operations of the warehouse & transport to customers together with the external warehouse and transport providers
- Management & support of customs clearance topics from Sweden to Norway and returns from Norway to Sweden, contact to Customs Broker
- Monitor, control and report the logistics KPIs, measure and analyse deviations in performance
- Initiate, implement and follow-up improvement measurers together with the warehouse, forwarders and Bosch GS and Bosch PT units

IT
- SAP logistics modules Key-user
- Support the warehouse provider to optimise WMS usage in order to improve warehouse performance and increase productivity
- Coordinate transport providers systems usage at the warehouse together with the LSP
- Key-user of the reporting systems to monitor the logistics operators performance

Project Management
- Lead the local projects related to warehouse and transport providers processes and improved performance requirements
- Manage locally the centrally driven Bosch projects related to warehouse processes and distribution changes
- Lead of the projects based on customers logistics requirements which need process changes at the warehouse or in distribution or Bosch logistics processes to meet the customer requirement in the optimum way

- Substitute of the Local Logistics Manager
- Daily operational tasks shared between the local logistics team members
