What you will be doing
As an Android Developer at Instabee you will be working in an agile cross-functional team with a clear mission and problem space to solve. Together with stakeholders and product managers, you'll architect and build the platform and tools needed for our engineering teams to be successful. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you're expected to be familiar with at least one of the big cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and how to use it to best effect in building applications.

You’ll be part of an agile autonomous team working on extending and refining our core systems. Our teams solve a wide array of complex problems, below are some examples.

Sorting - The team is responsible for all the technical products used in our terminals. The platform provides support of sorting Instabox, Budbee and Porterbuddy parcels to all of our customers across 7 countries. About the role
We're now looking for an AP Accountant. You'll be part of our Finance team at our headquarters located in central Stockholm. You will be an integral part of a multinational organization where you will be in charge of the accounts payable process for some of our Nordic entities. This means register, validate, pay and reconcile invoices from suppliers and other creditors. At month end you will, together with the rest of the accounting team, reconcile the balance accounts. Your work will be vital for the smooth functioning of our business entities.

Within a rapidly growing company you will be part of continuously optimizing our finance department, identify improvements as well as develop our current processes. We are transferring into a new ERP system where you will play an important part in building up a new way of working within accounts payables. You will be collaborating with colleagues both within the finance team as well as the rest of the company both locally and cross-border. You will also be working towards our external accounting agencies abroad.

Accurately review, code, and process vendor bills

Administrate approval flows and approving rights

Handling the bill payment process, updating the bank and reconciling accounts

About the role

As Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech, you'll be tasked with hiring more awesome people for our Tech & Product departments. In the Instabee forecasting team we develop complex statistical models to drive accurate predictions with a direct business impact. About the role

As a Sr Product Designer you are a part of an iterative design process to tackle complex tasks and challenges into intuitive, effective, and delightful User Experience for millions of people. About the role

As a Backend Developer at Instabox, you'll be working in an agile cross-functional team with a clear mission and problem space to solve. All of our teams are highly collaborative and we’re looking for people who thrive on working closely with other engineers to solve hard problems. Together with stakeholders and product managers, you'll design APIs and create applications that are used by all branches within the company and our customers.

Our engineers make some of the most important decisions for the company and our products. We’re looking for people who enjoy learning, sharing, and working with other developers to solve new and interesting problems. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to exercise real ownership of the services that are owned by your team.

About the role

As a Route Planner at Instabox you will be a part of our Central Operations team, and join a team of currently two other colleagues. Your work will have a tangible and direct impact on the way we operate. You will be responsible for planning and analyzing routes to balance the route's quality and efficiency. This means identifying efficiency gains and taking actions for continuously improving processes and tools.

Specifically, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Tracking & analyzing routes performance on a daily/weekly basis, building reports, and continuously recommending as well as taking actions to improve routes performance

- Plan ahead, and secure that the sites are aware of the expected volumes and routes are understood so that they can deliver according to expectations

- Collaborate with stakeholders from our sites, collecting their feedback, effectively implementing & communicating changes on the route process and administration

- Support in capacity management forecasting and planning, for both lockers and home delivery routes, setting caps according to each sites prerequisites

- Create and administer route changes in our systems on a regular basis, ensuring all information is correct and of high quality

About you

Instabox kundservice är kundens första kontakt och därför är det professionella bemötandet mycket viktigt. Teamet har dagligen kontakt med flera tusen kunder och strävar alltid efter att leverera utmärkt service och hjälp.

I rollen som Team Manager kommer du att leda en grupp Kundservice -agenter som arbetar för att svara på frågor av olika storlekar och kvaliteter via telefon, sms och mail. Vi litar på att våra medarbetare gör ett bra arbete med gott omdöme i kommunikationen med kunden. Däremot kommer det ibland behövas vägledning och erfarenhet, där du och de andra ledarna kommer in. Ditt jobb kommer vara att motivera samt vara en mentor för teamet på ett sådant sätt att våra kunder fortsätter att ha positiva erfarenheter i interaktionen med Instabox.

About the role

You’ll be part of an agile autonomous team working on extending and refining our core systems. Our teams solve a wide array of complex problems, below are some examples.

Capacity management - We believe in quick, exact, and efficient delivery. To know when we can deliver a specific parcel, or how to maximize locker compartment utilization, we need to understand the current parcel delivery capacity in our locker network and how it changes over time. We do things such as modeling consumer pick-up behavior and forecasting future parcel volumes from merchants.

Driver route optimization - Driving is at the core of what we do. Well-planned routes are essential for driver happiness, consumer satisfaction, and our ability to offer sustainable deliveries.

Locker fleet management - Our lockers are equipped with a barebone computer and a 4G modem. They also have a local state since they need to function during a shorter network outage. With a large growing fleet of lockers in multiple countries, we solve problems such as performing safe and secure software roll-outs, efficient state synchronization, or detection of malfunctioning hardware.

Our teams have full ownership of their systems and development processes. You’ll get to impact how we build and develop our services - and with what technology. We aim to foster highly collaborative teams and we’re looking for people who enjoy learning, sharing, and working with other developers to solve new and interesting problems. Låt oss därför presentera rollen som budbilschaufför med B-körkort för hemleverans! Att arbeta som budbilschaufför hos oss innebär mer än att du är bra på att köra bil. Jobbet är på deltid och arbetstiderna kommer att variera mellan 16-23 efter ett rullande schema veckans alla dagar. Du kommer att utgå från vår hubb i Bromma där du kör och levererar paket i vårt distrikt.

About the role

As a Backend Developer at Instabox, you'll be working in an agile cross-functional team with a clear mission and problem space to solve. All of our teams are highly collaborative and we’re looking for people who thrive on working closely with other engineers to solve hard problems. Together with stakeholders and product managers, you'll design APIs and create applications that are used by all branches within the company and our customers.

Our engineers make some of the most important decisions for the company and our products. We’re looking for people who want to get things done and have an impact. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to exercise real ownership of the services that are owned by your team.

It's a Backend role in a hyper-growth tech company, with all that it entails. When you join us, you’ll have a part in deciding the technologies that we use. From day one you’ll get to work with:

As we expand our business we find ourselves in need of a TechOps Network Manager who wants to take on the responsibility for the future direction of our network within the Instabox Tech Ops organization.

About the role

As TechOps Network Manager you will be responsible for all network related areas within the TechOps Organization and assist the product teams if necessary. You will lead the work on a global level and implement both global and local solutions in all Instabox markets. You are also responsible for setting ways-of-working and best practices in close collaboration with the local teams. Reporting to our Global Head of Tech Ops you will work alongside peers who will have the same goal as you, which is the continued improvement and efficiency of the TechOps organization. You will facilitate growth and learning, this may require you to adapt a very hands on approach but equally important; to get out of the way when needed.

Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

- You’ll lead the work on a global level by assessing the needs of Instabox and putting effective solutions in place, driving continuous improvement of our network.
- Assist to design an entry strategy and handover plan to support all future Instabox markets Design, implement and improve Instabox’s network and other TechOps related hardware in our Terminals.
- Support and guide our local Tech Ops teams Drive automation in all network related areas.
- Supporting the teams in cross-team collaboration and communication.
- Assist to establish and implement the technical capabilities Instabox needs to cater for the massive growth in the markets we’re active in.
- Proactively identifying problems and working to resolve them in the fast paced environment Instabox provides.

About you

- Provide Internal Office IT support both in Stockholm HQ and in our HUBs.

Your main tasks will consist of but not be limited to:

- Daily solve individual service cases of our lockers

- Coordinate our First Line Support (FLS) and installers together with their respective managers

- Guide and coordinate FLS and Installers in solving individual cases concerning our locker

- Responsible over the scheduling for service of FLS and installers

- Manage and keep track of spare part inventory on all of our hubs

- Keep track of the amount of FLS per hub and set up training when needed

About the role

As a Senior Platform Engineer at Instabox, you'll be working in an agile cross-functional team with a clear mission and problem-space to solve. All of our teams are highly collaborative and we’re looking for people who thrive on working closely with other engineers to solve hard problems. Together with stakeholders and project managers, you'll architect and build the platform and tools needed for our engineering teams to be successful. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you're expected to be familiar with at least one of the big cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Our engineers make some of the most important decisions for the company and our products. We’re looking for people who want to get things done and have an impact. Our main mission right now is to architect and build the new infrastructure on GCP, the challenges are not just technical - what we do is very much connected to how the business wants to grow and how our engineering teams are growing.

It's an engineering role in a hyper-growth tech company, with all that it entails. When you join us, you’ll have a part in deciding the technologies that we use. And, as we plan to grow the team we are looking for someone with tech lead capabilities.

Vad du kommer göra

Som Team Leader Drivers kommer du att rapportera till vår Driver Manager och ha det yttersta ansvaret för våra chaufförer. Som Team leader hos oss kommer du att ha personalansvar för mellan 30-50 chaufförer varav dessa så är några senior drivers. Detta innebär att du kommer att ha medarbetarsamtal samt uppföljning av allt från KPI:er, frånvaro, effektivisering, leverans och rutter etc. Kort och gott allt som kan säkerställa att våra chaufförer vår rätt verktyg av att göra ett bra jobb. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer att innefatta:

- Medarbetarsamtal för våra förare
- Säkerställa delaktighet och utveckling av personalen genom löpande återkoppling, feedback på både grupp och individnivå
- Schemaläggning för våra chaufförer
- Team building och motivation för våra chaufförer

About the role
We’re now looking for experienced Frontend Developers, who think it's fun to create and maintain useful applications and services using modern Javascript tooling, which all contribute to a great user experience.

What you will be doing

As a Route planner & Analyst at Instabox you will be a part of our growing Central Operations team, and join a team of currently two other colleagues. Your work will have a tangible and direct impact on the way we operate. You will be responsible for planning and analyzing routes to balance the route's quality and efficiency. This means identifying efficiency gains and taking actions for continuously improving processes and tools. In addition, you will have a special focus toward our Home Delivery routes, but still collaborate with your team on all other routes when necessary.

Specifically, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Tracking & analyzing routes performance on a daily/weekly basis, building reports, and continuously recommending as well as taking actions to improve routes performance

- Plan ahead, and secure that the sites are aware of the expected volumes and routes are understood so that they can deliver according to expectations

- Collaborate with stakeholders from our sites, collecting their feedback, effectively implementing & communicating changes on the route process and administration

- Evaluate & improve current route planning tool, identifying and communicating key business requirements to product and tech team for system development

- Support in capacity management forecasting and planning, for both lockers and home delivery routes, setting caps according to each sites prerequisites

- Create and administer route changes in our systems on a regular basis, ensuring all information is correct and of high quality



About you

About the role

As Sustainability Lead - Technology/Infrastructure at Instabox, you will work towards the team’s main goal: to make our transports and operations sustainable. Moreover, we want to prove that it’s doable so we can affect wider change and inspire the rest of the industry to do the same. You as the Sustainability Lead - Technology/Infrastructure will play a central role in this.

The purpose of your role is to put Instabox at the forefront of adopting and utilizing sustainable vehicle technology and resource/energy management technology. You will ensure that we optimize the usage of energy for our transports in the most emissions, resource and cost efficient manner possible.

Initially, your focus will be on sustainable vehicle technologies and optimization of our usage of it. This includes deployment and adoption of EVs, but also other technologies such as biogas and hydrogen. Going forward, your role will also cover other aspects of resource and energy management centered especially on our terminals.

Your main role and responsibilities:

- Build and help implement our strategy for having a modern, efficient, sustainable fleet together with the fleet managers

- Build up and optimize our infrastructure to support these new vehicle technologies, such as EV charging stations across our hubs, so that it’s as efficient as possible (emissions & cost) with maximum power utilization

- Work with our internal tech team to develop tools for vehicle management in relation to routes and planning/scheduling, eg to optimize battery lifetime and charging capacity

- Work with production and operations so we utilize our vehicles in the most efficient manner on a day-to-day basis, for example by changing driving behavior

- Become our go-to expert on vehicle technologies - electric, hydrogen, gas, and other new technologies

- Track, report and feedback on our performance with the relevant stakeholders



About you

What we would like to see from you:

- A university degree in engineering or a technical/scientific field

- At least 4 years of work experience in a relevant area

- Knowledge of EV / battery / charging / vehicle / gas technologies or industries, or closely adjacent areas; no need to know all prior to joining, but passion to get into all of these is a must

Jobbet är på deltid och arbetstiderna kommer att variera mellan 07-23 efter ett rullande schema veckans alla dagar. Du kommer att utgå från vår hubb i Stockholm/Bromma där du kör och levererar paket till våra skåp som står i vårt distrikt vilket sträcker sig från Stor Stockholm till Uppsala & Nyköping.

About the role

As a Project Manager - Incident Management at Instabox, you’ll be a key player in streamlining how technical issues are reported between Operations teams and into Product & Tech. This will help relevant issues get solved faster to improve our customer service, whilst at the same time enabling our Operations and Product and Tech teams to become more productive.

You’ll work with the Global Head of Production at Instabox, and a number of other vital stakeholders, to define how incident management from operations teams is managed. To establish a global way of working and to adapt/replace our ticketing system for technical incidents.

More in detail, your responsibilities will include:

- Map out how the current platform is being used today, what's working, and what needs to improve
- Map out new incident reporting flows that are efficient and achieve the company’s goals
- Capture functionality requirements of different stakeholders
- Recommend various ticketing platforms that can meet the requirements, arrange demos for stakeholders
- Conduct procurement exercise to benchmark platforms
- Deploy selected platform with the desired configuration
- Migrate users for the current platform and provide support in the initial weeks until running smoothly
- Handover to correct product owner
- Train stakeholders involved on how to follow the processes, and implement controls to ensure adhered to


This initial project is expected to take 6 months. Afterward, your deep knowledge of Instabox operations will be deployed to other high-impact assignments within Tech or Operations.

About you

To succeed in this role, you have a demonstrated history of working with software and in project management across engineering and business domains. You’re comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from different departments and managing different expectations and prioritizing to ensure the project can be successfully delivered.

About the role

As Sustainability Lead - Technology/Infrastructure at Instabox, you will work towards the team’s main goal: to make our transports and operations sustainable. Moreover, we want to prove that it’s doable so we can affect wider change and inspire the rest of the industry to do the same. You as the Sustainability Lead - Technology/Infrastructure will play a central role in this.

The purpose of your role is to put Instabox at the forefront of adopting and utilizing sustainable vehicle technology and resource/energy management technology. You will ensure that we optimize the usage of energy for our transports in the most emissions, resource and cost efficient manner possible.

Initially, your focus will be on sustainable vehicle technologies and optimization of our usage of it. This includes deployment and adoption of EVs, but also other technologies such as biogas and hydrogen. Going forward, your role will also cover other aspects of resource and energy management centered especially on our terminals.

Your main role and responsibilities:

- Build and help implement our strategy for having a modern, efficient, sustainable fleet together with the fleet managers

- Build up and optimize our infrastructure to support these new vehicle technologies, such as EV charging stations across our hubs, so that it’s as efficient as possible (emissions & cost) with maximum power utilization

- Work with our internal tech team to develop tools for vehicle management in relation to routes and planning/scheduling, eg to optimize battery lifetime and charging capacity

- Work with production and operations so we utilize our vehicles in the most efficient manner on a day-to-day basis, for example by changing driving behavior

- Become our go-to expert on vehicle technologies - electric, hydrogen, gas, and other new technologies

- Track, report and feedback on our performance with the relevant stakeholders



About you

What we would like to see from you:

- A university degree in engineering or a technical/scientific field

- At least 4 years of work experience in a relevant area

- Knowledge of EV / battery / charging / vehicle / gas technologies or industries, or closely adjacent areas; no need to know all prior to joining, but passion to get into all of these is a must

- Demonstrated ability to work well with people on both strategic and operational levels

The two key parts to this role are ensuring that we can model our raw data to support both KPIs and ad-hoc analysis, but also be able to flip to an analyst and do the more non-routine tasks that could be supporting a new product or service. The mindset of a data engineer combined with the curiosity or a data analyst is the intersection we feel is most crucial and with our Snowflake data warehouse and FiveTran data ingestion, the technical capability will support this.
You will work cross functionally and support other teams such as Network, Customer Services Finance, Tech, Business Development and help ensure our measures and KPIs align across our business processes.
We think you are a person who...
You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience using cloud first data platforms such as Snowflake or Google Big Query
Strong knowledge of
You understand data modelling techniques and their value in delivering end user self service
You have good programming skills coupled with using source control and code review
You’re a passionate self-starter that enjoys taking the initiative to find solutions to obvious and hidden problems and have an interest in data
Be able to use a data visualisation product such as Tableau to communicate your analytical findings

What you will be doing
You will develop new and maintain frontend applications using modern JavaScript tooling. Most of the planned applications do not exist in any shape which gives you a unique opportunity to develop these from ground up. Generally speaking we lean towards React, but we are always open to discuss alternative tech. You will be working together with multiple backend developers who all have strong JavaScript knowledge. Together with stakeholders and project managers, you will build applications that simplify the day-to-day work of our customers and our internal teams.
Who you are
At Instabox we value individuals who are keen to learn, have above entry level previous experience. Maybe you are the person who enjoys tinkering with personal projects, or maybe you’re entrenched as an open source contributor, or maybe neither but just love to code. You don’t shy away from communicating with your co-workers and value getting things done.
We would like you to have:
4+ years of modern frontend experience
Previous experience of developing data oriented frontend applications
Previous experience with React, Vue, Angular or equivalent frontend frameworks
A soft spot for UX
Git experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Optional, but highly appreciated would be any code to show off your capabilities, be it a personal project, maybe open source contribution or just that cool WebGL shader you wrote for fun.
