Jobbet är på heltid mellan vecka 29-35 (13 juli till 30 augusti) och kan variera mellan 06:00 - 24:00 efter schema under veckans alla dagar.

Some of your key responsibilities 

Manage end-to-end payroll for the assigned business area, including preparation, validation, execution, and post-payroll activities


Handle payroll calculations related to shift work and varying schedules

About you

About The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven candidate with a Business Control, or Controlling-like, background, ideally with experience from a fast-paced industry or tech company, to join Instabee’s Group FP&A team as a Group Controller. The successful candidate will be highly involved in building and developing our Group FP&A function.

About the role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to join our Swedish operations team. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of first, mid and last-mile routes while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards. About the team
The Business Intelligence team has 2 main roles in play, Analytics Engineer and Data Analyst. We have developed a comprehensive way of working for ourselves and our stakeholders and build our solutions on the modern data stack using FiveTran, Python, DBT and Snowflake for data ingestion, storage and modeling with Tableau as our primary data visualization product.

About the role

About the role as a Payroll Specialist
We are constantly working to harmonize our working methods to become a central payroll department for the entire organization, today our entire payroll function is outsourced in our five markets, but at the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024 we will bring home most of our Swedish payroll function - therefore we are now looking for a committed Payroll Specialist to strengthen our payroll team, which will consists of three Payroll Specialist and one Junior Payroll Coordinator, you will report directly to our Payroll Manager.

Some of the things you’ll do

As a Staff Engineer, you will work across multiple engineering teams. What you do on a daily basis depends on what your teams need help with. One team might be doing a major overhaul of a legacy system they just inherited, another might need input on what authentication provider to choose, and a third might currently be in a great state with little need of support. Thus, what you do for a team depends on the team's current state and might change over time. Some common areas of support the SE can give to the team.

Vi behöver utöka vårt team i hjärtat av verksamheten - produktionen. Att vara budbilschaufför hos oss handlar inte bara om att kunna köra bil, utan även om att erbjuda en utmärkt service. Som budbilschaufför kommer du även att vara involverad i sortering och omlastning av paket som ska vidare till våra Terminaler.

Jobbet är på deltid och arbetstiderna kan variera mellan 08:00-23:00 efter schema under veckans alla dagar.

About the role as AP Accountant:
We're now looking for an AP Accountant. You'll be part of our Finance team at our headquarters located in central Stockholm. You will be an integral part of a multinational organization where you will be in charge of the accounts payable process for some of our Nordic entities. This means register, validate, pay and reconcile invoices from suppliers and other creditors. At month end you will, together with the rest of the accounting team, reconcile the balance accounts. Your work will be vital for the smooth functioning of our business entities.

Within a rapidly growing company you will be part of continuously optimizing our finance department, identify improvements as well as develop our current processes. You will be collaborating with colleagues both within the finance team as well as the rest of the company both locally and cross-border.

About the role:
As Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing our sites together with our Site Managers in the region to ensure outstanding but cost-efficient service delivery. About the role:
As Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing our sites together with our Site Managers in the region to ensure outstanding but cost-efficient service delivery. About the role

As a Decision Analyst you will identify data management practices that are critical to Instabees success. You will be working closely with stakeholders from different departments.
