This full-time position based in Stockholm is a regional role, responsible for developing the long term legacy strategy, together with the Fundraising Management, as well as implementation of the strategy across the region (Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway). The role is also responsible for expanding the Middle Donor programme and subsequent donor event management related to legacy and middle donor engagement.
The Legacy Fundraiser is responsible for growing and maximising legacy income by ensuring donors are aware of, inspired by and engaged in the idea of Legacy giving. The role’s responsibilities also include:

Proactive marketing and acquisition activities


Prospecting and developing donors within the legacy pipeline


Delivering high-quality donor care and tailored stewardship


Managing inheritance distributions and estate inventories


Ensuring effective administration of legacies


Liaising with solicitors and families to ensure the value of bequests is maximised



In this role, you’ll be the central point for Legacy Giving, working closely with fundraising colleagues across the Nordic region to coordinate and support the local implementation of our legacy strategy. This role is supported by both Donor Care fundraisers and Fundraising Management, who will play an active role in delivering key activities locally.

Qualifications (Knowledge and skills needed in this position)
At least 3 years experience in working with Legacy giving


Experience in managing high volume fundraising or direct mail programs


Preferably experience in working with Middle/Major Gifts Fundraising


Fundraising or sales copywriting experience


Knowledge of Data Analysis and Segmentation


Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other associated field and /or equivalent work experience


Exemplary organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage projects, track information, work to a timeline and achieve targeted goals.


Good communication skills across different channels and departments, including strong listening and negotiation skills


Good understanding of the local legislation and regulations surrounding legacy giving


Capacity to prepare and present fundraising strategy and reports


Fluent in Swedish, excellent English, other Nordic languages is an advantage


Passion for the environment and a strong commitment to the aims and values of Greenpeace

About the role As our new Donor Care Fundraiser, you’ll be the friendly, professional voice that connects our donors to our mission. You'll answer questions, solve issues, and make our supporters feel seen and valued. You'll also manage donor data and support the team with outgoing donor communication. The work is fast-paced and collaborative, and your input will help shape how we engage with our growing base of supporters. You’ll be part of the Fundraising team, based in Stockholm, and work closely with Nordic colleagues.

- Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

About the role
The Nordic Warehouse is the heart of our organisation and it allows for all of our campaigns and projects in Nordic to be present in the streets, it enables our activists to take action and it’s a place for staff and volunteers to meet, develop projects and learn new skills. The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible overseeing the overall operations within the warehouse;
Ensuring the proper maintenance and organization of the facilities and equipment.
Implementing and ensuring safety protocols and procedures.
Coordinating production and logistics requirements.
Facilitate the use of the warehouse and its equipment for Greenpeace and our allies.
Task giving warehouse staff.
About you
We are looking for someone who believes in, and is willing to fight for, a greener future and a more just world. The right candidate possesses a diverse range of skills and expertise, is driven and organized, with knowledge and experience in operations and logistics. Most likely you navigate a workshop and its tools, just as well as you navigate spreadsheets and planning documents. You can work independently and in teams, and you feel just as comfortable delegating as you do rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done. You are, or can be when required, a social person who makes people feel welcome, safe and supported. You believe in - and preferably have experience with - civil disobedience and nonviolent tactics, and you embrace equity, diversity and inclusion.  In short, we will be looking for someone who is professional, structured and truly motivated to help Greenpeace advance campaign victories across Nordic and beyond.
Your responsibilities
As the Nordic Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintenance, organization and oversight of the warehouse operations and its equipment. This includes:
Enable use of the warehouse by Greenpeace and our allies.
Ensure procedures, instructions and training are in place, to provide safe operations of facilities and equipment.
Coordinate, task give and support warehouse staff, freelancers and volunteers.
Enable minor production by warehouse staff, freelancers, volunteers or allies.
Support Greenpeace activities and events in preparation, implementation in the field, and during the aftermath.
Requirements Drivers license B - BE and C(1/E) is a plus.
English (spoken and written) - Swedish is a plus.

About the role
As a key member of the CRM, Automation, and Intelligence Unit, your role will be vital in managing and utilising data systems to foster rewarding and successful relationships with Greenpeace Nordic supporters. You will play a crucial part in enabling data-driven decision-making and maximising the lifetime value of supporter relationships. Your role will be a key resource for all departments seeking insights on their effectiveness, particularly in campaign design and results. You'll design and deliver various forms of information to enhance fundraising, program efforts, and overall campaign performance. Your ability to grasp our goals, measure efficiency, and provide continuous insights will drive improvements and help us achieve our objectives. Additionally, you'll lead the task assignment process, aligning team responsibilities with work plans and business needs while providing support and oversight to ensure successful outcomes.

About you

- Passion for the environment and a strong commitment to the aims and values of Greenpeace.

- BSc. / Masters in Computer Science or Business, or related degree with equivalent work experience.

- Preferably five years experience in Business Intelligence analysis, with documented experience using BI solutions (Civis, Qlickview etc), decision support systems, OLAP technology, and multi-dimensional data.

- Experience using an RDBMS (My and Redshift), and must be highly proficient in query languages, especially .

- Strong project management and communication skills that enable you to work with cross-functional stakeholders in different time zones, countries and regions.

- Tech-savvy and data-driven mindset combined with a good understanding of the business aspects of non-profit organisations.

- Able to effectively switch between strategic advice and hands-on execution.

- Fluent in written and spoken English. Knowledge of another Nordic language/s is an advantage.

Om rollen
På Givarservice är ditt ansvar att upprätthålla långsiktiga relationer med våra gåvogivare. Du är en god kommunikatör som på ett naturlig och effektivt sätt tar emot daglig kommunikation från våra givare via telefon, email, sociala medier och brev. I arbetet kommer du även att hantera administrativa uppgifter, ansvara för all hantering av gåvoregistrering i vårt CRM-system och säkerställa att givaruppgifterna i vår databas är väl uppdaterade. I rollen kommer du att arbeta i ett team om tre personer och ni kommer att ha ett nära samarbete för att nå mål och resultat tillsammans. Givarservice är en del av vårt nationella insamlingsteam som du också arbetar tätt med och stödjer vid behov. Då Greenpeace arbetar nordiskt kommer du även arbeta nära dina givarservice-kollegor i Norge, Danmark och Finland och tillsammans ansvara för utvecklandet av strategier och implementering av planer och tester.

Förutom detta så kommer du i denna roll också att arbeta en del med nyrekrytering av givare genom att stötta Telefundraising chefen med att utveckla vår telefundraising kanal. Detta innebär att du bland annat kommer att coacha våra kommunikatörer, besöka våra externa telemarketingbyråer och optimera programmet genom att kontinuerligt uppdatera och förbättra manus och telefoninsamlingstekniker.

Vi söker dig som har

- Kandidat examen eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet

- Erfarenhet av givarservice/kundservice eller insamling/telefonförsäljning

- Arbetat i CRM-system (meriterande om du har erfarenhet av Salesforce)

- God datavana och färdigheter inom Excel och Google Sheets

- Goda kundskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

- Har erfarenhet av att jobba inom den ideella sektorn (meriterande)

About the role
The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) provides technology leadership with the goal of making Greenpeace Nordic best in class in technological innovation, capacity and adaptiveness. This role is key to ensuring that Greenpeace wins more campaigns, faster, for the benefit of our planet through the massive strategic uplift that technology can give us. The role will ensure all our teams are supported by technology that is perfectly aligned to their needs, enabling them to have their greatest impact. The role ensures our relationship with technology and data reflects our values and our mission to achieve a green and peaceful future.

About you
You have at least 2 years experience in CTO capacity (or a combined work experience that results in a similar experience) managing large IT projects, and a minimum 5 years experience with line managing technology staff. We are looking for a candidate who has a deep understanding of leading edge digital technology, and can maximise the effective and innovative use of technology in pursuit of Greenpeace Nordic’s goals. It is of great importance that you have sound skills and proven achievements in project management, strategic planning, knowledge sharing, collaborative processes and innovation. A fluency in both written and spoken English is a requirement.

As the CTO, you have a strategic mindset that will take Greenpeace Nordic on a journey to advance our digital maturity and drive our technology roadmap. Your responsibilities as the CTO include:

- To oversee the management and integration of our technology infrastructure, maintenance contracts, internal and external client and consulting relations

- Raising and spreading the digital literacy and capability of Greenpeace Nordic, as well as fostering a culture of technology innovation and experimentation

- Leading Greenpeace Nordic’s organisational data strategy and digital maturity planning

- Integrate work structures across different jurisdictions and cultures, extending to developing and motivating teams, developing the next generation of IT leaders internally, establishing and defining processes and systems that work within teams and across multidisciplinary functions

- Maintaining and enhancing the IT and data teams’ efficiency and effectiveness, including recruitment, develop management and technical guidance

About the role
As the leader of a new Nordic unit you will build and develop the investigation tools and skills available to Greenpeace Nordic's campaigns and projects. The research and investigations you deliver in this role will enable Greenpeace to win campaigns. You will be responsible for delivering investigations; building and coordinating a pool of freelancer researchers, as well as contributing to European and global investigation projects. Your unit will be able to deliver a wide range of research approaches - from undercover field investigations, to ship tracking, to identifying key intelligence in big data files. You will also assist campaigns to respond to unexpected events, helping them to access and interpret technical information (such as satellite imagery). As some of these investigations will be risky, you will need to ensure that risk management protocols are followed.

You will also be part of the Nordic Campaign Programme Leadership team, and closely involved in maximising the impact of Greenpeace’s campaigns.

Your main responsibilities

- Leading and ensuring delivery of campaign investigations.

- Developing and maintaining a network of freelance, seconded and volunteer researchers.

- Growing the investigation tools and skills across Greenpeace Nordic.

- Operationalising a pre-agreed protocol for information security and risk management.

- Building strong connections to the campaign teams, working together to spot investigation opportunities.

- Liaising with Greenpeace’s global investigations community as a representative of Greenpeace Nordic.

About you
We are looking for someone with significant knowledge and experience of research and investigations approaches. You may also have an educational relevant degree. You will be fluent in written and spoken English and have strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills. The role will be busy, so you will need to be able to prioritise and work under pressure and tight deadlines. Experience of working with research and investigations in the Nordic region will be a bonus and you will preferably already have a network of relevant contacts.

About the role
The Nordic Warehouse is Greenpeace Nordic's central action base just outside of Stockholm. It is the place where all our big action equipment is stored, maintained and produced, where activists from all over Nordic gather to train and skillshare, and where activists of fellow NGOs and grassroots movements are invited to get together and prepare their work for a green, just and peaceful future.

For all of this to happen we are looking for flexible, skilled and dedicated people to provide us with a variety of additional support during periods of peak workload in which we need more hands on deck.

When we need extra help in our Warehouse, we call our Warehouse Assistants to see who has the time to come to support and we do understand that this doesn’t always fit in the schedule of the Warehouse Assistants.

- (Re)organizing the warehouse

- Car/boat mechanics, maintenance

- Working with basic power tools (table/jig saw, Drills, grinder, etc)

About the role
Greenpeace Nordic is funded primarily by donations from our more than 150.000 donors, which adds up to annual more than 200M SEK/year. As the Finance Director you will play a key role to ensure we keep the trust from those fantastic donors so we can forward on our mission to the planet by ensuring we meet the highest standards and quality in how we oversee and report on our spending.

The Finance team supports leaders, staff and volunteers across the four Nordic countries. The team is primarily based in Stockholm and consists here of 5 accountants and one Finance analyst working from Oslo. The Finance department is responsible for bookkeeping, controlling, preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closing and reports to authorities in all four countries.

Your role entails a mixture of strategic work, combined with operational, hands-on work in Finance projects and Finance Partnering. The Finance Director leads and manages the development, execution and delivery of the Finance goals, strategy and performance. The Finance Director also has significant interaction with the Nordic Board of directors and Board audit committee, and contributes towards the Greenpeace International Finance network.

Our focus for the upcoming period is to continue to consolidate the role of Finance as a strategic partner to other departments in Greenpeace and to plan and oversee the ongoing implementation of standardised and automated finance processes.

About you
You have a minimum of 6 years experience working with Finance and some experience leading a Finance function with personnel responsibility. We are looking for a candidate who understands international and complex organisations and who has broad knowledge of most areas within Finance. It is of great importance that you have strong skills and proven achievements in Management reporting, budget processes, strategic planning, and process automation. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a requirement.

- Ensuring Finance processes, policies and practices meet the strategic needs of the organisation.
- Proactively identify and develop talent.
- Manage the relationship with Board of Directors and audit committee.
- Positively influence and contribute to international Greenpeace Finance initiatives, providing a Nordic perspective and contributing to overall leadership of global projects.

About the role

Direct Dialogue är en självförsörjande enhet inom Greenpeace med ett stort budget och resultatansvar gentemot organisationen.

Genom att löpande analysera marknads- och samhällstrender skapa och genomföra framgångsrika kommunikationsstrategier mot potentiella nya givare.

About the role
The national Action Coordinator works together with national or Nordic campaign teams to develop creative and innovative confrontations as strategic interventions to advance the campaigns. The Action Coordinator provides the Programme Department with logistical expertise and helps organize activities and trainings. They also support the climate movement by offering Greenpeace's facilities, skills and equipment. The national Action Coordinator works in close collaboration with other members of the Nordic Action Unit and contributes to the general development of practices, procedures and action tactics across Nordic.

About the role
As Nordic People & Culture Director you will be joining and leading the rest of the People & Culture team, as well as being responsible for driving and implementing people objectives as per our Nordic 3 year strategy plan. The team is currently based in Stockholm and consists of two HRBPs and one HR Generalist, some payroll administration is handled by the HR Generalist, reporting to an external supplier. An Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator and Stockholm office front desk reports into the team as well. The People & Culture team supports leaders, staff and volunteers across the four Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway & Sweden).

Your role entails a mixture of strategic work, combined with operational, hands-on work in HR projects, as well as supporting our people in all aspects of their employment. You will also be a part of, and contribute towards, the global Greenpeace HR network.

Greenpeace would not be what it is without its committed people, and as Nordic People & Culture Director you will have a central role in driving and enabling culture, people agenda and leadership forward. About you
You have a minimum 5-7 years experience working with HR and at least 3 years experience in a leading HR function with personnel responsibility. We are looking for a candidate who understands complex organizations and who has broad knowledge of most areas of HR. It is of great importance that you have strong skills and proven achievements in strategic planning, knowledge sharing, culture and values, feedback, collaborative processes and leadership development. You should also have basic knowledge of employment law from at least one of the Nordic countries. A fluency in both written and spoken English is a requirement.

You are a strong believer of people first and a collaborative, genuine and flexible person who knows how to build trust and who shows high integrity. About the role

Required Skills:

Om rollen
Nationell F2F Koordinator leder vårt Direkt Dialog program genom utveckling av strategier och budget samt säkerställer att uppsatta mål uppnås. Tjänsten innefattar personalansvar, samt att säkerställa vidareutveckling av både personal, framtida ledare såväl som programmet genom kontinuerlig testning.
Rollen kräver en stark ledarskapsbakgrund inom insamling via Face to Face, Door to Door eller liknande arbetserfarenhet. Vi söker en person med utmärkta analytiska, samt planerings- och beslutsfattande färdigheter, med en förmåga att föreställa sig och genomföra framgångsrik långsiktig tillväxt och stabilitet på nationell nivå.

Koordinator-rollen innefattar hantering av de dagliga aktiviteterna och att se till att mål uppfylls. Rollen innefattar också att leda från fronten genom att vara ute med teamen och hålla i interna utbildningar samt vidareutbilda på plats i fältet. Tjänsten är baserad på vårt kontor i Stockholm men innefattar regelbundna resor inom Sverige för stötta den växande verksamheten och utbildningen av ny personal. 


Utmärkt svenska i både tal och skrift samt flytande engelska är krav.
Tjänsten är på heltid med månadslön.

Om tjänsten:
Som press- och kommunikationsansvarig på Greenpeace är din uppgift att planera vår kommunikation och se till att vi får genomslag i främst media, men även på andra plattformar, och nå ut till så många människor som möjligt. Tjänsten innefattar i första hand operativt pressarbete och att skapa visuella och engagerande planer för vår kommunikation.
Du ingår i ett kommunikationsteam på tre personer. Att ha en god samarbetsförmåga är viktigt eftersom vi ofta arbetar i projektgrupper, både i Sverige, Norden och globalt, där ditt ansvar är att leda press- och kommunikationsarbetet från långsiktig strategi till utförande. Du arbetar ofta i nära samarbete med vår digitalavdelning runt planeringen och spridningen av våra kommunikationsinsatser.

Du som söker bör vara kreativ, gilla att ta initiativ till att pitcha kampanjer till media, samt ha en vana och god kännedom om sociala medier. Du har ett stort nätverk i media och lyfter gärna luren och pratar med journalister.
Du är snabb, kvalitetsmedveten och har en stark känsla för nyhetsvärdering och medias villkor för att kunna göra rätt prioriteringar. Vi förutsätter att du har mycket goda språkliga färdigheter i tal och text, på svenska och engelska, och förståelse för kommunikation som drivkraft för samhällsförändring.

Tjänsten innefattar personalansvar, samt att säkerställa vidareutveckling av både personal, framtida ledare såväl som programmet genom kontinuerlig testning.
Rollen kräver en stark ledarskapsbakgrund inom insamling via Face to Face, Door to Door eller liknande arbetserfarenhet. Vi söker en person med utmärkta analytiska, samt planerings- och beslutsfattande färdigheter, med en förmåga att föreställa sig och genomföra framgångsrik långsiktig tillväxt och stabilitet på nationell nivå.

About the job

- Full ownership of our physical, virtual and public cloud systems infrastructure, orchestration solutions, integrations and access management.
- Maintain and continuously revise our IT landscape managing our groupware and function-specific applications
- Adapt, improve and optimize our CI/CD, orchestration scripts and DevOps workflows.
- Liaison to Global IT services, drive and pull suggestions benefiting the entire ecosystem/our stakeholders. Champion global solutions locally as Product Owner. 
- Maintain infrastructure and applications systems level and end-user documentation 
- Ensure users of IT services receive appropriate training
- Ensure supported IT assets are handled according to organizational standards and policies

About you

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent job experience

- Common understanding of DBs and APIs, Full stack, Grafana
- People skills to influence culture and successfully introduce new ways and technologies of working
- Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities and execute or manage complete project cycles in Agile or hybrid manner
- Excellent understanding of enterprise level IT security, cyber threats and prevention mechanisms.
- Desire and willingness to learn new technologies as required by the organization’s management and the needs of the organization’s business model

I rollen som Teamleader leder du en mindre grupp av värvare och ansvarar för era gemensamma resultat. De flesta Koordinatorer på Greenpeace har en gång börjat som värvare.

Main tasks and responsibilities

About the job

This role has a heavy focus on Systems Administration and Applications Management, including our physical and cloud infrastructure, orchestration tools and groupware solutions. - Full ownership of our physical, virtual and public cloud systems infrastructure, orchestration solutions, integrations and access management.
- Maintain and continuously revise our IT landscape managing our groupware and function-specific applications
- Adapt, improve and optimize our CI/CD, orchestration scripts and DevOps workflows.
- Liaison to Global IT services, drive and pull suggestions benefiting the entire ecosystem/our stakeholders. Champion global solutions locally as Product Owner. 
- Maintain infrastructure and applications systems level and end-user documentation 
- Ensure users of IT services receive appropriate training
- Ensure supported IT assets are handled according to organizational standards and policies 
- Participate in and contributing to the yearly planning process
- Participate in support for end-users  when needed and providing troubleshooting for escalated issues

About you

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent job experience
- In-depth knowledge of Linux and Windows server environments, DevOps tools (Puppet, CI/CD, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker) 
- Common understanding of DBs and APIs, Full stack, Grafana
- People skills to influence culture and successfully introduce new ways and technologies of working
- Ability to oversee multiple responsibilities and execute or manage complete project cycles in Agile or hybrid manner
- Excellent understanding of enterprise level IT security, cyber threats and prevention mechanisms.
- Desire and willingness to learn new technologies as required by the organization’s management and the needs of the organization’s business model

Content Specialist
Förutom att du är en fena på Google ads, är du även en van digital contentskapare och håller dig uppdaterad om trender och nyheter inom branschen. Du har goda kunskaper inom just konverteringsdrivet contentskapande, både text, bild och enklare rörligt material. Du har vana av att skapa, testa och kontinuerligt optimera onlinekampanjer i syfte att nå resultat. I samarbete med dina kollegor skapar du digitalt content (bild, macros, rörligt) för annonser som kan användas i SoMe och andra annonskanaler. Du kommer få ansvara över en annonseringsbudget samt vara delaktig i att utveckla och implementera en kanalstrategi för Google ads. 
I den här tjänsten jobbar du tätt tillsammans med vårt team av digitala strateger och marknadsförare i Sverige som dagligen arbetar med att engagera människor i våra kampanjer samt öka givandet och du ingår även i det nationella insamlingsteamet på 15 kollegor. You will join a diverse HR team consisting of an HR & Payroll Administrator, one other Nordic HRBP and a Nordic ED&I Coordinator/ Task force lead - all based in the Stockholm office. The Nordic HR Director is based in Copenhagen.
As a team we support line managers and employees across the 4 Nordic countries. The Nordic HR team is responsible for driving leadership development, a sustainable work environment, encouraging diversity and inclusion and embedding our organizational culture/ values. We continue to drive digitalization of HR processes, GDPR compliance, HR operational excellence and a strong employee value proposition. 
The job consists of two roles:
As Nordic HR Business Partner you provide daily HR-related consultation and support to line managers and employees and work with HR process and project development/ implementation.
As ED&I Officer you work on initiatives, projects and tasks that aim at strengthening equity and inclusion in Greenpeace Nordic, as well as reaching set diversity targets for the organisation. The role includes Line Management of the Nordic ED&I Coordinator and Task Force Lead.
Tasks will for example be:
?       Collaborate with the Nordic HR Director in developing and implementing HR-related processes and activities that support the people strategy
?       Provide daily HR-related consultation and assistance to Nordic line managers and employees, and qualified HR support to Nordic line managers
?       Establish positive relationships, promoting and communicating the role of HR and HR practices, to integrate and align HR with the rest of the organization
?       Manage employee life cycle events in all Nordic countries, e.g. new hires and exits
?       Run and/or participate in HR Related projects either regionally or as part of a global team
?       Cooperate with staff/union- and safety representatives , and prepare and carry out negotiations
?       Develop and implement initiatives in line with the Annual Nordic ED&I plan
?       Manage the established structure & allocated resources (staff & budget) for supporting ongoing ED&I work in the Nordic region
?       Support SMT on, and track ED&I implementation and report back to Greenpeace International / Senior Management Team/ Board
?       Participate as member in Nordic ED&I Task Force 

Qualifications:
A relevant Masters degree
A minimum of five years of relevant HR-related work
Experience of working with ED&I
Experience from working in a Nordic or multisite location environment
Good understanding of HR processes, HR Information Systems and software tools
Knowledge of Nordic labour law and experience of union negotiations
Fluency in written and spoken English and one Nordic language

Ditt ansvar blir att skapa SEO savvy content för vår webb i syfte att öka organisk trafik, samt stötta leadsgenerering och insamling. Du kan enkelt identifiera relevanta nyckelord, och tillsammans med vårt digitala insamlingsteam planera och skapa engagerande content för våra målgrupper. Du säkerställer att allt från text till bild och länkar är optimerat, samt kan föreslå potentiella tekniska förbättringar för våra utvecklare. Med din SEO-expertis stöttar du även andra kollegor kring planering, så att vi kan nå ut och engagera fler i vårt arbete. Du håller dig uppdaterad om trender inom branschen, besitter fördjupade kunskaper inom marknadsföring, google analytics, content marketing och Wordpress.

Som SEO Content Writer jobbar du tätt tillsammans med vårt team av digitala strateger och marknadsförare i Sverige, som dagligen arbetar med att engagera människor i våra kampanjer samt öka givandet. Utöver det svenska teamet arbetar du även med nordiska kollegor som tillsammans ansvarar för utvecklandet och implementeringen av långsiktiga strategier och som du kommer stötta vid behov med dina kunskaper. 


Kvalifikationer:

Greenpeace Nordic is looking for a person to take on the role as the Action Coordinator in Sweden. This is a seven month cover which will start as soon as possible, with possibilities for extension.
Greenpeace is an independent campaigning organisation, which uses peaceful, creative confrontation to expose global environmental problems, and develop solutions for a green and peaceful future. From taking action againts an oil tanker to protecting an ecologically valuable forest or engaging the public in ocean protection. Scope of work
The national Action Coordinator works together with national or Nordic campaign teams to develop creative confrontations as strategic interventions to advance a campaign. The Action Coordinator provides the Programme Department with logistical expertise and helps organize offline activities and supports the climate movement by offering Greenpeace's facilities, skills and equipment. The Action Coordinator builds and maintains a diverse and inclusive network of activists and works in close collaboration with the national Volunteer Coordinator to ensure the health, safety and duty of care of all individuals before, during and after activities and training.

Tjänsten är på heltid med månadslön och du kommer vara baserad på vårt kontor i Stockholm.Utmärkt svenska i både tal och skrift samt flytande engelska är krav. Tillträdesdatum är omgående, enligt överenskommelse.

Det nationella insamlingsteamet på ca 15 kollegor jobbar tätt tillsammans och du kommer få administrativt stöd från våra hjältar på givarservice. Förutom att vara en del av det svenska teamet arbetar du även med nordiska kollegor som tillsammans ansvarar för utvecklandet av långsiktiga strategier och implementeringen av planer och tester. About the Role:
 
This position is ideal for an Administration enthusiast and confident team player who thrives in a fast-paced international workplace and feels passionate about the environment and climate justice.   

The Nordic Admin Support Officer will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Direct Dialogue (DD) and Telefundraising programs in the handling of payroll, contracts and staff recruitment. Strong focus  will be placed on building and optimising processes and routines that support the needs of these programs in the best way possible through collaboration with the Nordic DD Manager, Country DD Managers and the Nordic HR Business Partner (HRBP). The role requires proactive coordination and communication, building positive work relationships in a multicultural setting, attention to detail and an ability to manage competing deadlines.  

About You: 

Candidates should demonstrate independence, initiative and commitment to Greenpeace’s campaign work and values. A Bachelor degree in Human Resources or other similar education, along with 1 year experience in a HR or administrative position will be looked on favourably. Knowledge in interpreting and applying HR legislation and labour is also desirable. This is a full-time temporary position for one year with the possibility for extension. The  position is based in our Stockholm office. Fluency in both English and Swedish is required.

This senior full-time position is a new role that will lead the strategic development and operational management of Greenpeace Nordic’s Direct Dialogue program. We are looking for finance professionals with a track record of having responsibility over accounting tasks in Norway or in Sweden.

Your finance expertise will support decision-making in our campaigning initiatives, through bookkeeping our income and all forms of expenses you will contribute to ensuring our accounting complies with relevant local regulations and provides us with key financial information in a timely manner.

Specific tasks include: payment of supplier invoices, reimbursement of travel expenses, record payroll costs, support and advice staff on handling of financial routines, perform accounts reconciliations, file all relevant documents, compile information for external audit purposes, and so on.

Qualifications:

* Several years (minimum five) experience in accounting work.
* Accounting degree at bachelor’s level or in similar management and economics disciplines.
* Fluency in written and spoken English.

About the role:
Greenpeace has a history of delivering successful campaigns and projects through collaboration and creative partnerships with public figures, thought leaders and influencers. Greenpeaces’ global Key Influencers Programmes aims to raise the profile of Greenpeace, increase revenue and help achieve the organisation’s campaign and engagement objectives through partnership with creative partners, influencers and public figures. The Key Relationships Coordinator supports the global Head of Partnerships, Artists and Influencers and contributes to the overall visibility of Greenpeace by building internal capacity to outreach to public figures across the global Greenpeace organization.


Reporting to the global Head of Partnerships, Artists and Influencers, you will be working closely with colleagues from across the global Greenpeace organisation to build community and to develop, test and evaluate new initiatives that maximises our impact and amplifies our messages through collaborations with public figures and creatives. The role’s responsibilities also includes maintaining and developing administrative systems and enabling internal and external collaboration.
Key responsibilities of this role include: 

* Be a central liaison point for Greenpeace's global key influencers community. 
* Support the Global Head of Partnerships, Artists and Influencers in the development of strategy and managing the community of practice. Enable and organize internal learning opportunities and meetings.
* Provide guidance and develop best practices for strategic approaches on key influencer outreach, stewardship, distribution, amplification and influencer marketing for national and regional offices to foster strategic and strong relationships with key influencers. 

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other associated fields such as Fundraising and / or at least 3 years experience in working with key relationships, marketing communications, digital marketing, event management or relevant experience in communications and project management.Experience of dealing with partners and high profile individuals in a professional manner.Attention to detail and meticulous organisational skills.Capacity to manage multiple projects, work to a timeline, work with sensitive information, deal with stressful situations and meet deadlines.Experience of developing and maintaining administrative systems.Ability to support and guide staff, inspire team spirit and resolve conflicts.Ability to communicate effectively by demonstrating strong listening and negotiation skills.Commitment to the core values of Greenpeace and passion for the environment.Fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are preferable but not required.

Om tjänsten:
Som press- och kommunikationsansvarig på Greenpeace är din uppgift att planera vår kommunikation och se till att vi får genomslag i främst media, men även på andra plattformar, och nå ut till så många människor som möjligt. Tjänsten innefattar i första hand operativt pressarbete och att skapa visuella och engagerande planer för vår kommunikation.
Du ingår i ett kommunikationsteam på tre personer. Att ha en god samarbetsförmåga är viktigt eftersom vi ofta arbetar i projektgrupper, både i Sverige, Norden och globalt, där ditt ansvar är att leda press- och kommunikationsarbetet från långsiktig strategi till utförande. Du arbetar ofta i nära samarbete med vår digitalavdelning runt planeringen och spridningen av våra kommunikationsinsatser.
Du som söker bör vara kreativ, gilla att ta initiativ till att pitcha kampanjer till media, samt ha en vana och god kännedom om sociala medier. Du har ett stort nätverk i media och lyfter gärna luren och pratar med journalister.
Du är snabb, kvalitetsmedveten och har en stark känsla för nyhetsvärdering och medias villkor för att kunna göra rätt prioriteringar. Vi förutsätter att du har mycket goda språkliga färdigheter i tal och text, på svenska och engelska, och förståelse för kommunikation som drivkraft för samhällsförändring.

Krav:

Erfarenhet av att coacha talespersoner.
