2) To be assistant in providing training and also be able to provide zoom training to different stakeholders of BøthOfUs

Who We’re Looking For
Be able to work 4 to 10 hours/week
Current university/VET - Vocation school (Diploma) students

1) Skilling young people for union of skills, to make them ready for job market and solve issue of employment in EU
2) Building technical platform for connecting course providers and course learners, for example , many countries in EU has english teaching, so a platform for youth to learn english is one example.
3) We are also do bootcamps where young people will participate to learn about green skills on a 2 to 3 day bootcamp with food, accommodation, travel provided.

We are trying to recruit between 20 to 30 people to have in our contact list so we can invite for focus group interview,
During focus group interview, it can be a one hour remote work or longer assignment based on the need.

Responsibilities
Training - Part of the job is to get trained on selling Plastic free items to local restaurants, business
Researching and finding details about decision makers in the business to reach to
Participating in the strategy meeting and providing ideas
Travelling in local area, within EU and outside EU for business



We offer
The first month is only commission based, this month is trial month and can also be done partime.
If proven in first month after training, then second month a base salary + comission (7 to 10% for example if a sale of € 100,000 is done then a commision of €10,000)
Travelling expenses abroad will be reimbursed
Accommodation on abroad travel + food will be taken care by company



Place of work
Hybrid - Remote and in person meeting may be once or more time as needed

Essential Functions:


Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop mockups of UI and prototypes that illustrate sites function and look
Create graphic designs
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Create layout adjustments based on feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours and images



Requirements:


English speaking ability
