The program includes five modules within either the Alfa Laval High-Speed Separator organisation or in the Alfa Laval Marine Separation & Heat Transfer organisation. The responsibilities include supporting the sales in the renewable feedstock, reuse of material and circular shift area, as well as the traditional energy sectors, both direct and through interactions with our sales companies around the world. Who are you?

You got component function and selection skills and a commercial mind and drive. You have a master degree in chemical engineering or similar with a relevant industry experience. Knowledge of our or similar products is an advantage but not a strict requirement. You are flexible, driven and result- and customer oriented. We are now looking for an automation/mechatronics engineer to the Sensing & Control group who is responsible for concept development for sensing and control systems in HSS, development of test rigs and measurement systems, development of sensors, and also develop and manage measuring equipment in our advanced laboratory in Tumba.

Your main tasks
* Electrical design of electrical and control systems and cabinets for test rigs in development projects for HSS.
* PLC programming, signals acquisition and control of test rigs and measurement systems.
* Concept development within sensing and control technology for High Speed Separators.

* Establish and document technical reports and maintain a clear structure for our design and development documentation.

What you know
* You hold a university degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering, or similar.
* Experience in electrical design in CAD tool, e.g. EPLAN.
* Experience in PLC programming is very meritorious.
* Knowledge in electrical safety design standards is a merit.

Your work tasks
As a Research Engineer within experimental testing you work to develop, automize and analyze experiments and testing methods. You will work in close cooperation with colleagues in the Core Technologies department on experiments, experimental set-up and test rig design. You will also be responsible for the department’s lab facilities and equipment.

What you know
To be successful in this role you probably have a Master’s degree in Engineering, or higher, in one of relevant fields, preferably focused on experimental work and testing. Knowledge in LabView and Matlab is an advantage. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is meritorious.

The program includes five modules within either the Alfa Laval High-Speed Separator organisation or in the Alfa Laval Marine Separation & Heat Transfer organisation. Each module of the program will last 3-4 months, and one of the modules will be situated abroad. In addition, you will be responsible for a project throughout the program.

Materials Technology & Chemistry is a division within the R&D department for BU High Speed Separators comprised of specialists (experts) and laboratory engineers working with metallic and polymer materials, and chemistry and chemical engineering. About the job

The testing engineer is involved in entire product development process and is responsible for all phases of the test. This shows how good ideas and planning have been during product development. Here we are improving and refining our separators.

As a testing engineer, you are responsible for planning, preparing and performing tests in our Test Centre and on the ground. You analyses and evaluate results, and draw conclusions based on them.

You record and report your results at a high technical and analytical level. For the right candidate, this position may be developing step towards test management and/or specialization in test technology.

Who are you?
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Test Engineer for our Test Centre. You have experience in marine or mechanical engineer and have a couple of years of relevant experience as an engineer or operating engineer.

Broad knowledge in mechanical testing and product development is a big plus.

You are a flexible team player who is curious and practical with a genuine technology interest. You have the ability to analyse and solve problems at a high technical level.

We assume you have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and you have a driving license.

Nu söker vi en chef till provargruppen då nuvarande chef snart går vidare inom företaget. Du kommer leda en grupp om ca 15 personer bestående av teamledare, provningsledare och provningsansvariga.
Du blir en viktig rollspelare i Test Centrets ledningsgrupp vid kontinuerlig och långsiktig utveckling av verksamheten med avseende på kvalite, metodik och kompetensuppbyggnad.
En av många viktiga uppgifter är att planera in rätt resurs i rätt projekt och matcha behov med tillgång. I denna chefsroll ansvarar du för provningsingenjörerna som jobbar med de längre projekten. Där ingår provningsplaner, provmaterial, riggning och provning på Test Centret och på fält, analys och dokumentation.
Vi kommer under hösten också skapa ytterligare en provargrupp med en chef, Testing Technology Task Force. Den gruppen tar hand om claims, Minorprojekt och dom akuta insatserna, ”korta puckarna” samt praktisk utbildning för nyanställda Detta för att avlasta projektteamen som jobbar med New Product Development och så att du kan jobba långsiktigt.

Du har som lägst högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande. Dina ledaregenskaper kommer naturligt och du har en pedagogisk läggning och ett fördjupat intresse för personalutveckling. Troligen har du varit chef eller ledare för grupp eller team några år inom ett liknande tekniskt område.

About the job
The responsibilities include driving and developing the sales in the Green Chemical sector both direct and through interactions with our sales companies around the world. The sales role also includes assisting the Sales Companies in their market planning and taking an active part in sales and negotiations. You will interact with customers for technology conversion, testing and project sales in primarily the renewables, reuse and circular shift area. You will develop sales and marketing tools for the various products that we offer, and do training/learning activities for employees, business partners and end-user customer to secure knowledge and inspire effective work. Sales work is made in close interaction with to our Technology resources, finding great solutions meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

The position will most likely be based in Tumba and will require around 30-70 travel days per year.

I rollen som testingenjör ansvarar du för att planera, mekaniskt eller elektriskt installera och genomföra funktionstester både internt och tillsammans med kunder för att säkerställa att våra system uppfyller kundens prestanda och funktionskrav vid leverans. Du löser funktionsproblem och dokumenterar eventuella avvikelser som teamet hittar under testningen.

Vad du kan
Du har en utbildning inom maskin-, process-, eller el och Automationsteknik. Alternativt har du ett par års relevant erfarenhet som tex. maskin-, processtekniker eller driftstekniker. Bred kunskap som mekaniker och funktionstestning eller El och PLC system är meriterande.

Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed Separators is responsible for engineering and delivery customer projects for separator systems to biotech, pharmaceutical, starch, vegetable oil, protein, brewery, biofuels and the beverage industry.

Who you are

About the job
As a documentation engineer you will be responsible for the complete customers turn over package. You will collect the relevant documents such as manuals, certificates, test protocols and drawing both from suppliers and from colleagues within the company.
You will as a documentation engineer have the responsibility to make sure that the turn over package complies with customers’ demands and relevant rules and regulations and that documents such as certificates, test report and welding documents are reviewed.

In this role, you will work closely to colleagues within the project teams, sale both in local sales companies and in the global organization, you will also have close contact with the documentation hub in Pune India that supports you in your work.

What you know
You hold a degree in Engineering at university level. You have worked with high standard of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Your background
• You have knowledge from similar work tasks      
• You have a technical background and an interest of details this without losing speed and ability to take decisions
• Your work approach is constructive, structured and systematic
• You have good computer skills within MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience from Life Science industry is beneficial
