At Vend Mobility, we empower people to make smart mobility choices for today and the future. We are building a world-leading mobility ecosystem in close collaboration with our partners, creating value across the entire consumer journey.

Our portfolio in the Mobility Vertical includes leading marketplaces such as FINN, Blocket, Bytbil, DBA/Bilbasen, and our C2B auction platforms Nettbil and AutoVex. More than 250 mobility experts work across the Nordic markets, from modern offices in Oslo and the other Nordic capitals, shared with colleagues from VEND’s other marketplace verticals.

To stay ahead, we are transforming our service offerings into the next generation of marketplaces—taking on a larger role in critical user journeys while also expanding the value we create for dealer and OEM partners through modern tooling, data intelligence, and enhanced commercial support.

These shifts increase the strategic importance of Pricing & Value Capture for our Private and Professional offerings across FINN, Blocket, Tori, and DBA. To strengthen our position we are looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to define innovative pricing and packaging approaches that unlock growth and profitability across our marketplaces portfolio in the Mobility Vertical.

- Lead and coach the commercial excellence team members, ensuring strong execution, continuous development and alignment with our commercial priorities
- Collaborate with product, sales, finance and strategy teams to develop and implement pricing initiatives, optimising both top-line growth and profitability
- Lead cross-functional projects to continuously innovate pricing approaches to take advantage of market opportunities, using both qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis
- Continuously leverage market, customer behavioral and dealer economics data to identify opportunities for monetisation growth (f.e. ARPA, EBITDA)
- Understand what drives customer value, and conduct experiments analysing different pricing scenarios in this context
- Prepare financial forecasts and business cases within initiatives related to pricing and packaging
- Monitor the competitive landscape in the Nordics and leading international peers (e.g. Autotrader, Autoscout) to grow headroom and follow relevant pricing trends (including AI-development)
- Act as a commercial thought leader across the Mobility vertical by inspiring teams to think more ROI-driven, challenging assumptions and raising maturity, ensuring pricing becomes an integral part of product, sales and strategic initiatives.
Who are we looking for?

- Highly analytical, staying on top of current trends
- Self-starter, keen to build knowledge by talking to people
- Ready to challenge and be challenged, comfortable with both leading and supporting when working towards common goals

Own and develop the analytical backbone for our Recommerce categories: datasets, dashboards, forecasting models, marketplace signals, experimentation insights, and clear narratives that guide both strategic and operational decisions.Company? Vend, home of Tori, Oikotie, FINN, Blocket, DBA & Bilbasen — where millions across the Nordics connect to buy and sell pre-loved items every day.Location? Aarhus, Helsinki, Oslo or Stockholm, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 50%. Your choice, your balance. Why us? You’ll shape the fastest-growing vertical at Vend, collaborate with a strong Insights & Analytics community, and help define how our marketplace scales across countries, brands, and product teams.Sounds like your cup of tea? Check out the details below!WHO ARE YOU?You bring both analytical rigour and domain curiosity. You’re as comfortable modelling in or Python as you are explaining to a non-technical stakeholder why liquidity shifted or how supply dynamics influence pricing. Specifically, you bring:

- 3–6 years of experience in analytics, BI, marketplace performance, ecommerce, or product analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in tools like Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Amplitude or similar — and you know how to turn insights into influence.
- Fluent and experience shaping datasets and transformations; familiarity with dbt and modern data stacks is a plus.
- Experience using Python (or similar) for modelling, forecasting, or experimentation analysis.
- A collaborative mindset: you work well with PMs, UXers, developers, data engineers, and fellow analysts to solve real marketplace problems.
- A keen problem-solving instinct and strong attention to data quality and detail.
- A commercial mindset — you connect analytical patterns to business levers like liquidity, pricing mechanics, supply elasticity, and marketplace efficiency.
- Clear communication skills, especially when translating analytical complexity into crisp decisions for non-technical colleagues.
- Experience with conversion funnels, pricing variables, marketplace metrics or supply/demand dynamics is a plus — but your willingness to deeply learn the domain matters most.
WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?Your missionYou provide the analytical foundation for category management — not just through dashboards, but through models, frameworks, and insights that help us understand supply, demand, pricing, liquidity and monetisation. You’ll work closely with our Category Managers and with analysts across the business to build a coherent, data-driven view of how our marketplace grows.

Your day-to-day may include:

- Developing and maintaining dashboards and datasets covering gross merchandise value, category health, liquidity and monetisation — and building analytical deliverables outside dashboards when deeper modelling is needed.
- Ensuring data quality and stable pipelines, collaborating with data engineering and product analytics to strengthen foundations.
- Analysing supply and demand signals — including retention, behavioural insights, conversion patterns, quality indicators, and other marketplace signals.
- Identifying pricing anomalies, liquidity constraints, conversion blockers and category opportunities.
- Supporting experiments (A/B tests, pricing mechanics, category activations) with robust measurement frameworks and clear reporting.
- Building forecasting models, elasticity views and scenario analyses to guide strategy and prioritisation.
- Partnering with product and data teams on automation, alerts, scoring and classification logic to scale insights across markets.
Key projects you’ll help shape

- A unified, multi-market marketplace health view across all Recommerce categories.
- Development of liquidity and pricing signals with product and data counterparts.
- Forecasting models and scenario simulations for category optimisation.
- Measurement frameworks that help evaluate new pricing mechanics and supply/demand activations.
THE CHALLENGE TO TURN INTO AN OPPORTUNITYVend Recommerce is scaling quickly — and some analytical foundations are still being built. This means not all signals exist yet, and frameworks need to be defined and standardised across brands and markets. For the right person, this is the chance to help design the analytical backbone of a Nordic marketplace: influence how teams think, how we measure performance, and how we prioritise the biggest opportunities.

- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency of our cloud data ecosystem.

- Experience designing and operating modern data pipelines in production (batch and streaming).
- Solid understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance.
- Interest in LLMs, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) - and curiosity to apply them responsibly.
- Comfort collaborating with product engineers and data scientists on shared infra.
- Bonus: experience supporting ML systems or collaborating closely with ML teams.
Why you’ll love it here

- The models and infrastructure you build will directly influence how millions of Norwegians find meaningful work - every single day.
- You’ll work in a culture that’s inclusive, supportive, and experimental – where curiosity beats ego.
- You’ll apply state-of-the-art techniques and tooling to real marketplace data at scale.
- You’ll be part of a team that cares deeply about users, each other, and the craft of data science.
- You’ll collaborate with some of the smartest engineers and data scientists in the Nordics, in an environment that prizes autonomy, learning, and impact.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking
As our new iOS Developer, you are joining the APPS team in the Advertising domain, the squad building and maintaining ad experiences in native mobile apps across several top Nordic marketplaces. Your focus is on crafting, refining, and evolving how ads appear and perform in our native iOS apps used daily by millions of people in the Nordics.

You build and improve how advertising is experienced by users and advertisers on iOS, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers from other disciplines. You contribute to new ad features, work in a cross-functional team on new ad features, SDK integrations, A/B tests, and platform improvements, and think creatively about what mobile advertising could look like in the future. Whether you're building shared ad modules, integrating Google Ad Manager, or experimenting with A/B tests to validate hypotheses, you're always looking for ways to improve both performance and the overall experience.

You work closely with backend, product, and analytics teams, and you often sync with Android and web colleagues to ensure a cohesive experience across platforms. It’s a hands-on role with a good balance of legacy and greenfield work, giving you the opportunity to explore new ideas while strengthening what's already in place.

By month six, you’ve shipped features, earned trust, and are actively shaping how we build and improve iOS apps. At the one-year mark, you’re the go-to iOS expert in the Advertising space — initiating improvements, mentoring others, and driving the roadmap forward.

Colleagues We’re a tight-knit Ads APPS team, currently 5 people: 2 iOS devs (1 full-time, 1 consultant), 2 Android devs (both consultants), and a manager, Amir. Your challenge is to help evolve our setup while keeping things stable, and your opportunity is to influence foundational decisions and shape the future of advertising at Vend. You are not afraid to challenge how things are done, take the lead, and experiment with bold ideas. If you're a builder, a thinker, and a collaborator, this is your playground.

GOT YOUR ATTENTION? Let us hear from you!You can choose whether to send your cover letter or go through some questions we prepared to get to know you better :) We will start with the first round of interviews after the application period, to give everyone a fair shot.
