About the role
As VP of Customer Success, you report to the CCXO and lead a team of approximately 25 people (including Team Leads).

You will own and scale Talentech’s Customer Success organization, driving a structured and high-performing operating model across the full customer lifecycle — from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion.

Your primary focus will be to quickly reduce churn, strengthen retention, and build a scalable foundation for long-term growth. You will implement data-driven ways of working, establish clear governance of customer and contract data, and ensure strong execution across distributed teams.

Key responsibilities include:


• Driving churn reduction and retention as an immediate priority
• Building early-warning systems (health scoring, risk triggers, adoption signals)
• Leading renewal readiness and managing at-risk accounts
• Developing scalable playbooks for onboarding, adoption, QBRs/EBRs, renewals, and expansion
• Driving upsell and cross-sell in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing
• Establishing strong data governance across Planhat, HubSpot, and NetSuite
• Building dashboards, forecasts, and decision-making frameworks
• Leading and developing the Customer Success organization with clear structure and accountability
• Acting as the voice of the customer across Product, Support, and Implementation

 
Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with a proven ability to scale Customer Success in a B2B SaaS environment.

You bring:


• Experience driving retention, reducing churn, and improving customer outcomes
• A track record of building CS operating models, segmentation, and lifecycle playbooks

• Own copywriting and content production across marketing channels
• Create content using existing design templates for social media, campaigns, website, and sales materials
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar
• Support marketing and commercial teams with content for campaigns, launches, events, and sales enablement
• Adapt and localize content across markets using AI tools and external translation agencies
• Ensure tone, messaging, and quality are consistent across all content

• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to deliver content on time

About the role

As a Product Marketing Manager at Talentech, you work at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

What we are looking for


• 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar product-facing role in B2B SaaS
• Strong ability to understand complex products and communicate them clearly
• Experience working closely with product teams and technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting Sales with messaging and content
• Strong writing skills and a structured way of working
• A customer focused mindset and curiosity for understanding what creates value
• Ability to take ownership and build structure where it does not yet exist
• Experience from HR tech, recruitment, or HR systems is an advantage
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written communication skills in both languages. Additional Nordic language skills are a plus

You have a strong drive to create value for users and the business, and you naturally use data and user insights to validate ideas and solutions. To be successful in the role you should enjoy solving complex problems, and you need to be organized and communicate well in English. Experience from B2B SaaS and Talent Acquisition is a plus, but don’t worry – we have a lot of people to learn from in the team if this is new to you.

Developers will be a part of an initiative to rewrite old Angular JS pages to the latest Angular version, focusing on removing legacy and complexity as well as implementing improvements on all affected pages. You will work along side with the founder / chief architect of the platform and will be given the opportunity to work on every component of the application. From the frontend components in React and React Native (mobile apps) via backend services in Go and Python to server and database set up in My and MongoDB. Focus will be on developing the platform to meet the demands of the fast-growing Talentech Group while at the same time ensuring stability and scalability in the service via CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, security best practices etc. Since both the platform and the team is relatively new you will have a great impact on the way forward when it comes to design and tech decisions. This is the chance to join at the beginning of a really exciting journey for a product that has huge potential!

Qualifications
To enjoy and succeed in this role you need a few years of web development experience. Experience of mobile app development or React Native would be an advantage, but the most important qualification is that you have a genuin interest in learning new things and are not afraid to step in to unknown territory. You appreciate working in a varied role with close collaboration to other team members but you have no problem working on your own and solving issues with the help of Google. Om Rollen

Som Key Account Manager är du med i uppbyggandet av en ny roll och funktion inom Talentechs säljteam. Ditt primära fokus är att arbeta med tillväxt för Talentechs befintliga kunder, där du driver försäljning av stora delar av vår produktportfölj för att stötta våra kunder genom medarbetarlivscykeln. Du kommer även vara behjälplig vid månadsbokslut och årsbokslut. Vem är du?

Head of IT operations is a manager position with technical responsibility of how Talentech operate as a SaaS company and as a devops with most emphasis on the operations part for our services. Talentech consists of several multi-tenant SaaS products within recruitment, onboarding and talent development and have more than 200.000 active users and 8.8 million job applications using our recruitment systems in 2020. Each development team work autonomously on developing and hosting the services and the responsibilities for the Head of IT operations position will be:


• Working with development teams to secure and operate the infrastructure we run our services on
• Streamline the usage of infrastructure and monitoring tools across environments
• Keep inventory of the server infrastructure and PaaS across teams and promote infrastructure as code
• Implementation of security features, documentation, and assessment of compliance on the infrastructure
• Manage domain names, DNS configuration and certificates
• Work as admin on cloud vendors like AWS, DigitalOcean and Azure
• Managing Group IT in Talentech such as AzureAD, O365 and other common tools we use.

The Head of IT operations will also be a key person to make use of internal systems and tools in Talentech to improve our processes and be able to work efficiently together. The role is a part of the technical leadership group in Talentech and reports to the CTO.

We are an international team with development hubs in Oslo, Stockholm and Gdansk and this position can be placed in any of these locations.


Qualifications: 
Understanding the cloud architecture around web apps, database, storage, queues, workers, and network is key to help the teams operate the services in a common streamlined way. At least 5 years of experience with both web farms on VM and cloud architecture is required in this position.

The right person has excellent communication skills and use this to work with the teams in multiple locations and with the rest of the organisation.

About the role 
As a Tech Lead at Talentech you will have a coaching role in the development team. You will join a cross-functional team where experts in UX, frontend, backend, test and dev-ops work together to deliver high-quality solutions with a strong focus on usability and user experience. Our product, ReachMee Talent, is a web-based recruitment platform. Each developer is responsible for doing the work according to the technical requirements, but the Tech Lead sets the foundation for a good developer experience. This could be by coaching and advising the team through the setup of code review processes for all the source code, test coverage of automated tests and promoting developer productivity tools. Whether it is writing client-side modules in JavaScript/Angular, templates using Bootstrap, or web services in Python/Flask – there will always be a new challenge to keep things interesting, both within current and new products. 

Qualifications: 
To enjoy and succeed in this role you need at least 5 years of web development experience. Maybe you have had a tech lead role before, or you are interested in taking on a new challenge. You appreciate working in a varied role with close collaboration with the entire team. Good communication, coaching and English skills are required, and you have experience with the following techniques and frameworks:

About the role:
As Content Manager for the Talentech Group, you will be responsible for our content strategy and will take the lead in coordinating, producing, and developing our content. You will have help from colleagues who contribute content in different areas, but you will also lead by example by producing high-value material yourself.

In this principal role, you will work within the central marketing team but also closely with the local marketing teams and product specialists in our various country hubs.

Your first task will be to work with these teams to build a content strategy that pulls together the threads of 5 distinctive products into a cohesive narrative under the Talentech umbrella.

By content, we mean everything from copy to video - anything that creates interest and engages our audience across Talentech’s different channels.

• You will use your high-level writing and storytelling skills to create content in various formats like whitepapers, guides, webinars, videos, social media, etc.

About the role 
Talentech is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to join a high-impact, high-performing CS team. In Talentech we are digitalizing HR, and our mission is to make our customers excel at HR through the use of our Saas solutions. The core CS team consists of eight people and is distributed in different offices. In this role you will get the opportunity to work closely with our group Chief Customer Officer Learning Lab as well as our local Head of CS. Together, the CS team is responsible for Talentech Groups Customer Success strategies as well as our systems in the area. 

Among other things you will be working with improving/building better processes and workflows, as well as contributing to a data strategy on everything that occurs post-sale at Talentech.  

 The CS Operations Manager will report directly to the CCO and can work out of Oslo, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Helsinki or Gdansk.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with the company's leadership, including to define, launch and drive strategic and operational CS programs. 
• Point-person for all Customer Success tools and systems. 
• Streamline upsell process along with managing pipeline with respective field leaders.  
• Point-person for all CS related KPI reporting (Quarterly, Monthly ) 
• Own and drive program management (scope, budget, schedule, execution) for strategic and operational initiatives 
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in establishing tools and systems, key organizational metrics, and architecting and executing other operationally strategic projects. 
• Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices. 
• Ability to work with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business challenges. 
• Find opportunities to drive efficiencies and automate tasks for the team  

Qualifications: 

• BA/BS degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
• 6 years of relevant experience in a SaaS company 
• Experience with Customer Success Tools( Planhat, ChurnZero or other) 
• Knowledge of Hubspot, PowerBI, , MS Project  
• Experience in business operations, service operations, customer success or sales operations is preferred
