Your role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Owner for Contingent Workforce Management to lead and optimise the end-to-end process for managing contingent labour at Saab Group. This strategic and operational role sits at the intersection of HR, Procurement, IT, Finance, and Security. As we implement a Vendor Management System (VMS), your role will be pivotal in ensuring the process is harmonised, scalable, and compliant across all functions. You will have a clear mandate to define, drive, and continuously improve the process, while also acting as a key change leader across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own and govern the contingent workforce process from requisition to offboarding
* Define, document, and maintain process standards and workflows

We are seeking a Senior Business Controller to join our dynamic finance team. This role will play a critical part in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making at Saab. * Bevaka förändringar i regelverk samt ge råd till verksamheten
* Handläggning av exportkontrollärenden till Inspektionen för strategiska produkter (ISP)

Din profil

Önskvärt är att du har några års erfarenhet från ett företag som arbetar med svensk- och internationell exportkontroll av strategiska (kontrollerade) produkter.

Det är fördelaktigt, men inte ett måste, att du har genomgått utbildningsprogrammet "Certified Export Control Manager".

Your role

As VP Press Officer, you are responsible for the media relations of the company nationally as well as globally. An important focus will be to support the business of Saab by acting as spokesperson - in close interaction with senior management. The function has a central role in the sales process of the company and it is vital to have an interest in, overview and insight into the product offering, the driving forces of the markets and the society in general - to move and develop positions forward.


You will be heading a team of five persons and lead the daily work initiating, prioritizing content and message in different channels. The team members are placed in Stockholm and in London. The role reports to Head of Group Communications and is member of the Group's Communications management team. The function works closely with the different departments across the organization. Your profile
